  • Without exception, diverse LULU(Locally Unwanted Land Use) facilities have been under the location conflict, especially between the public government units and local residents. In spite of repeated trials-and-errors, literally, the location conflict has shown no sign of improvement over time in Korea. As practical means to tackle these issues, this study focuses on divulging explicit and implicit relationships among key factors derived from the location conflict on the LULU facilities. Here, major research variables cover residents' agreement, residents' perception, compensation expectation, and public opinion. As the location conflict on the LULU facilities could be strengthened or resolved by the dynamic feedback system, it applies basic tools geared toward causal loop diagramming. After repeated experiments, the study highlights the fact that the residents' perception, compensation expectation, and public opinion, individually and collectively, exert significant impact on the residents' agreement ratio.

  • The spread of wireless Internet technology development and applications with location information in the form of location-based services are more varied. In particular, where you recognize the location of objects such as people and things, and to provide valuable services based on ubiquitous, location-based services (Ubiquitous Location Based Services: u-LBS) is emerging as an important service. In this paper precise location data to the car crash through the location and offers related service system. In this paper the precise location tracking proposed by the concept of the Rail, road, to extract the location Data Matching Data and the current location is obtained. System used in GPS Packet and information about the location of the vehicle collision and the collision time, the vehicle consists of NodeID is about. Using these data, a packet is to be created when the conflict between vehicles in the vehicle will be sent to Gateway. Gateway to the packets that were sent from the Server to determine whether the conflict is that in an emergency situation, Emergency Center for location information and let me know whether or not the conflict will be measured. Also, for those on the outside of an emergency such as a family related to the wireless terminal wireless (PDA, cell phone) is to let me know. Server get into the conflict that was configured to store information on the Database. Additionally, the proposed u-LBS system to verify the validity of the experiment was performed.

교사들이 인식하는 갈등 유형과 대응 방법 분석 (Analyses of Types of Conflict Perceived by Teachers and Coping Methods)

  • 본 연구는 교사들이 인식하는 갈등 유형과 대응 방법을 분석하기 위해 실시되었다. 연구를 위해 초·중등 교사 561명의 설문 결과를 독립표본 t-검증과 일원변량분석을 통해 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 동료교사, 학부모, 교육정책에 대한 갈등과 관련하여 담임 여부, 전입 여부, 근무 지역에 따라, 학생과의 갈등과 관련하여 담임 여부와 전입 여부에 따라, 관리자와의 갈등과 관련하여 근무 지역에 따라, 행정직원과의 갈등과 관련하여 담임 여부와 근무 지역에 따라 평균 차이가 있었으며, 이는 통계적으로 유의미한 수준이었다. 둘째, 학생 갈등 대응과 관련하여 성별과 전입 여부에 대한 응답의 차이가, 교육정책 갈등 대응과 관련하여 성별과 담임 여부에 대한 응답의 차이가 통계적으로 유의미한 것으로 나타났다. 연구 결과를 토대로 학교장의 조직 갈등 이해와 관리 역량 제고, 갈등 해소를 위한 교사들의 전략 학습이라는 시사점을 제시하였다.

화장장시설에 관한 입지갈등 관리모형 구축 (Management Model-Buildings of Location Conflict on Crematory Facilities)

  • This paper focuses on prototype management models of location conflict concerned with crematory facilities in Korea. Using causal loops and stock-flow diagrams, it examines behavioral patterns of key variables, which would contribute to developing objective evaluation criteria. After a series of simulation works, the paper finds that the top priority should be given to how to improve neighboring residents' perception, ahead of specific compensation issues. Otherwise, they are open to vicious cycles or impasse. Juxtaposing individual cases together, Pusan and Cheongju examples which experienced the extreme confrontation in the initial stage could succeed in resolving crematory location conflict, especially between local residents and the public authorities, as the latter has repeatedly guaranteed to the former higher standards of participation. The opposite was almost true for Seoul and Ulsan cases, both of which were drawn into a crematory location whirlpool, incrementally losing resident's participation base. These results imply that the proposed management models would enhance mutual understanding among major stake-holders in relatively a shorter time, not to mention the overall cost.

  • Conflict in public construction projects has increased for the last decades. It not only entails enormous social and economic costs but also makes stakeholders suffer from unnecessary expense and time waste. This study defines the the conflict index for public construction projects based on news data, and calculates conflict index for representative past and current public construction projects that has been deepened conflicts at the national level. The result indicates that the major conflict issue of the 2nd Jeju Airport Project are the environment and location whereas that of the Gaduk New Airport Project are the safety, location and necessity. This approach is expected to enable construction project managers to manage conflicts quantitatively based on comparing with past cases.

남자간호사의 성 고정관념 역할갈등 및 조직몰입 간의 관계 (The Relationship among Gender Stereotype, Role Conflict and Organizational Commitment of Male nurses)

  • Purposes: The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between male nurse's gender stereotype, role conflict and organizational commitment. Methodology: Data were collected from 169 male hospital nurses from August, 2016 until September. The Male nurse's gender stereotype, role conflict and organizational commitment were measured using a structured questionnaire. Collected data were analyzed using SPSS/win 23.0 for windows. Descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA and Pearson's correlation were used. Findings: There were statistically significant differences in the gender stereotype by general characteristics such as age and military duty. There were statistically significant differences in the role conflict by general characteristics such as education level and position. There were statistically significant differences in the organizational commitment by general characteristics such as the hospital's location and hospital type. Gender stereotype and role conflict had no significant correlation (r=-0.050, p=.516). A statistically significant positive correlation was detected between male nurse's gender stereotype and 'continuance commitment' (r=0.272, p<.001). A statistically significant positive correlation was detected between male nurse's role conflict and 'continuance commitment' (r=0.178, p=.021). Practical implications: The result of this study indicate that to reduce role conflict of workplace environment and induce the affective commitment of male nurses within a female-centered nursing organization should be sought.

차량 충돌 사고에 대한 위치 확인 및 서비스 시스템 (Location for a Car Crash and The Service System)

  • 무선인터넷 기술의 발달과 응용의 확산으로 위치정보를 이용한 위치기반 서비스 형태는 더욱더 다양해 지고 있다. 특히, 언제 어디서나 사람과 사물 같은 객체의 위치를 인식하고 이를 기반으로 유용한 서비스를 제공하는 유비쿼터스 위치기반 서비스(Ubiquitous Location Based Services : u-LBS)가 중요한 서비스로 대두되고 있다. 이와 관련하여 본 논문에서는 차량 충돌 위치와 관련한 서비스 시스템을 제안한다. 제안 된 시스템에서 사용된 GPS Packet에는 위치에 대한 정보와 차량 충돌에 대한 충돌 세기와 시간, 차량에 대한 NodeID 등으로 구성되어 있다. 이러한 데이터들을 이용하여 하나의 패킷이 만들어 지게 되고 차량 간 충돌이 발생할 경우 차량에서 Gateway로 전송된다. Gateway에서 Server로 전송된 패킷은 충돌 여부를 판단하여 위급상황으로 판단되면, 구급센터로 위치정보와 충돌측정여부에 대하여 알려주게 된다. 또한, 이러한 위급상황에 대해서는 외부에 있는 가족 등의 관련된 사람들에게 무선으로 무선단말기(PDA, 휴대폰)를 통해 알려주게 된다. Server에 들어오게 되는 충돌 정보들은 Database에 저장이 되도록 구성하였다. 아울러, 제안한 u-LBS시스템의 유효성을 검증하기 위한 실험을 수행하였다.

신호교차로에서 U-Turn허용구간의 위치 및 적정길이 산정에 관한 연구 (A Study on U-Turn Location and Length Estimation at Signalized Intersection)

  • U-Turn은 운전자에게 편의를 제공하며 차량의 소통효율을 향상시키는 측면도 있지만 U-Turn에 대한 설치기준 및 법제규정과 안전시설 설치기준들이 명확치 않아 교통소통과 교통안전에 문제를 야기시키고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 첫째, 교통량과 주행속도를 주요 변수로 하여 차량의 정지시거와 좌회전차량들의 대기행렬길이를 고려한 U-Turn 허용구간과 전방교차로와의 적정 이격거리를 산정한다. 둘째, 현장조사를 통해 실제 U-Turn 차량의 행태를 분석하여 상충형태를 분류하고 상충과 U-Turn 허용구간의 길이와의 관계분석을 통해 차로변경각도와 주행속도를 변수로 하여 U-Turn 허용구간의 길이를 산정한다. 마지막으로 U-Turn허용구간과 후방교차로의 거리는 교통량과 주행속도, 차로변경각도를 주요변수로 하여 간격수락이론을 통해 적정이격거리를 산정한다. 그리고 몇 가지 교통조건들의 환경을 설정하여 모의실험을 실시한다. 이를 통해 본 연구에서는 소통과 안전을 고려한 U-Turn허용구간의 적정길이 및 위치를 제시한다.

XMF 기반의 가상 멀티미디어 문서 생성 (Automatic Generation of Virtual Multimedia Documents using XMF)

  • 본 논문에서 제안하는 XMF(XML-based Mediation Framework)는 인터넷상의 이질적이고 분산되어 있는 정보 자원에 대하여 사용자에게는 위치 투명성(location transparency)과 접근 투명성(access transparency)을 보장하면서 통합시 발생하는 구조적 충돌(structural conflict)과 의미적 충돌(semantic conflict)을 해결하는 기능을 가지고 있다. 또한 XMF는 통합 모델로써 XML을 채택함으로써 모든 정보 자원에 대하여 모델링 할 수 있게 된다. 본 논문은 이러한 XMF를 기반으로 인터넷에 산재하는 정보 자원, 그리고 DBMS에 저장, 관리되는 데이터를 통합하여 사용자에게 가상 멀티미디어 문서(virtual multimedia document)를 제공하는 시스템을 구축하는 것이다.

여성의류 유통경로에서 의존성.권력원천.갈등 - 백화점 입점업체를 중심으로

  • The aim of this paper is to investigate the women's apparel distribution channel in the well-known department stores located in the central Seoul area. Since the department store has its reputation, information and enormous buying power, it is the one of the major leading retails in the women's apparel industry. In doing so, the relationship between the channel members in terms of the level of dependence, power sources and perceived conflict and manifest conflict has been studied. Particularly, based on French and Raven's power sources, position source is added. It refers to a channel member's (Merchandizer in the department store) source over another based on the expection the former (Merchandizer in the department store) will be able to allocate the location and size of the store influencing the latter's sale and profit. The key informants are the merchandizers who work in the apparel companies contracting with major department stores. Finally, of the 284 questionnaires collected, 235 are usable. The hypotheses are tested through LISREL. The results of statistical analysis support that : Dependence has a positive effect on noncoercive bases of power. Coercive bases of power have a positive effect on manifest conflict as well as perceived conflict while noncoercive bases of power have a negative effect mainly on manifest conflict. Thus, the relation between the major department stores and the women's apparel companies in there seems to have bilateral dependence rather than highly unilateral dependence.
