웹 사이트 유형별 색채이미지 분석에 관한 연구 (The Study on Color Image Analysis According to Web Site Types)

  • 인터넷 이용률이 증가함에 따라 다양한 콘텐츠 개발과 보다 질적인 조건을 갖추어야 진정한 인터넷 강국으로 부가가치를 높일 수 있다. 우리가 인터넷을 클릭하여 웹 사이트를 방문한 순간 수많은 정보들이 다양한 테크닉과 색상들로 해당 정보 사이트로 방문을 유도한다. 그 만큼 시각적 표현이 중요시 되고 있으며 웹디자인의 색채계획은 중요한 역할을 차지한다. 색은 웹 사이트의 이미지를 결정하며 감성을 전달하는 중요한 요소이기 때문이다. 본 논문에서 웹 사이트 유형별 사용하고 있는 색들을 추출하여 색채이미지를 비교 분석하였다. 국내 웹사이트를 아이덴티티 유형, 정보/커뮤니티 유형, 오락 유형, 쇼핑 유형, 학습 유형으로 분류하여 비교 분석함으로써 웹 유형별 색채이미지 계획방향을 제시한다.

공공도서관의 재원확보에 관한 연구 (A Study on Public Library Finance)

  • In recent years, Korean public libraries, placed under changing circumstances, require that some new and positive financial policies be formulated for the improvement of their services. T he purpose of this study is to propose a scheme to ensure the revenues of Korean public libraries. The main contents of this study are as follows : (1) Public finance theory is applied to the question of why the public library is publicly supported. The public library does not contribute to stabilization, but it does playa role in each of the other public sector functions : allocation of resources and redistribution of income. In public finance terms there is justification for at least partial subsidy of public library services, which have the attributes of public goods, merit goods and externalities. (2) Public libraries in Korea find themselves suffering from limited budgets. They are neglected in national and local budgets. The lack of adequate funding for library collections prevents libraries from rendering efficient services. (3) In order to put the finances of the Korean public library system on a firm basis, the following proposals are made: 1) It is proposed that the parallel administration under which public libraries are organized be unified to be directly under the local governments. 2) It is proposed that the legislative and administrative system for public library finance be strengthened. (1) Library expenses should be itemized independently in the calculation of general grants-in-aid to local governments. (2) A fixed portion of the total municipal revenue should be appropriated for public library services. It can be executed by making provisions expressly in the annual guidelines for budgeting, municipal ordinances, or in the Library Promotion Law. The rate of allocation should be specified as a part of the national public library development plan. (3) Library tax as a local tax can be imposed. An indirect tax is preferable in order to avoid public misunderstanding and antagonism. 3) The augmentation of the specific grants-in-aid for the public library is proposed. The Library Promotion Law and the Law on Budget and Administration of Grants should be amended to oblige the central government to give financial assistance to local public libraries. 4) It is proposed that strategies to encourage private endowments be worked out. Revision of the Law on Tax Reduction and Exemption and the activation of an advisory library committee at each public library are recommended. 5) Funding and utilization of the envisioned Library Promotion Foundation is proposed. Government contributions, contributions from the Culture and Arts Foundation, and donations from individuals, corporations, and enterprises can be considered as the financial resources of the Foundation. 6) It is proposed that the structure of the Korean Library Association be consolidated to exercise greater influence over the formation of national policy on the public library system. 7) It is proposed as an ultimate guarantee of the health of the public libraries that the citizenry be educated to strongly support library services in responce to the active services provided by the public libraries.

대학의 실무 융합교육을 위한 융합모듈 교육 전략 (Educational Strategy for Practical Convergence using Module Curriculum in University)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 융합적 인재를 필요로 하는 4차 산업혁명시대를 대비하여 다방면 전공 분야의 핵심적인 내용을 실무 융합적으로 교육시킬 수 있는 대학교육 전략을 제안하는 것이다. 먼저, 교육 과정에 기존의 전공영역과 교양영역 이외에 융합영역을 새롭게 신설하고, 둘째, 기업실무와 연계하여 타 전공학생들만을 위한 전공교과목인 융합교과목을 개설하고, 셋째, 융합교과목을 4개씩 묶어서 융합모듈의 형태로 하여 하나의 독립된 교육과정으로 개설한다. 지방사립대학인 D대학에서는 2016년도부터 이러한 융합모듈 교육을 실시하였으며 평균 수강생 수, 수강률 및 강의만족도 등에서 만족스러운 결과를 얻었다. 이러한 융합모듈들을 다양하게 조합하면 지역 기업이 요구하는 기업설계맞춤전공을 저비용으로 수월하게 창출할 수 있다.

A Hybrid Proposed Framework for Object Detection and Classification

  • The object classification using the images' contents is a big challenge in computer vision. The superpixels' information can be used to detect and classify objects in an image based on locations. In this paper, we proposed a methodology to detect and classify the image's pixels' locations using enhanced bag of words (BOW). It calculates the initial positions of each segment of an image using superpixels and then ranks it according to the region score. Further, this information is used to extract local and global features using a hybrid approach of Scale Invariant Feature Transform (SIFT) and GIST, respectively. To enhance the classification accuracy, the feature fusion technique is applied to combine local and global features vectors through weight parameter. The support vector machine classifier is a supervised algorithm is used for classification in order to analyze the proposed methodology. The Pascal Visual Object Classes Challenge 2007 (VOC2007) dataset is used in the experiment to test the results. The proposed approach gave the results in high-quality class for independent objects' locations with a mean average best overlap (MABO) of 0.833 at 1,500 locations resulting in a better detection rate. The results are compared with previous approaches and it is proved that it gave the better classification results for the non-rigid classes.

Content Distribution for 5G Systems Based on Distributed Cloud Service Network Architecture

  • Future mobile communications face enormous challenges as traditional voice services are replaced with increasing mobile multimedia and data services. To address the vast data traffic volume and the requirement of user Quality of Experience (QoE) in the next generation mobile networks, it is imperative to develop efficient content distribution technique, aiming at significantly reducing redundant data transmissions and improving content delivery performance. On the other hand, in recent years cloud computing as a promising new content-centric paradigm is exploited to fulfil the multimedia requirements by provisioning data and computing resources on demand. In this paper, we propose a cooperative caching framework which implements State based Content Distribution (SCD) algorithm for future mobile networks. In our proposed framework, cloud service providers deploy a plurality of cloudlets in the network forming a Distributed Cloud Service Network (DCSN), and pre-allocate content services in local cloudlets to avoid redundant content transmissions. We use content popularity and content state which is determined by content requests, editorial updates and new arrivals to formulate a content distribution optimization model. Data contents are deployed in local cloudlets according to the optimal solution to achieve the lowest average content delivery latency. We use simulation experiments to validate the effectiveness of our proposed framework. Numerical results show that the proposed framework can significantly improve content cache hit rate, reduce content delivery latency and outbound traffic volume in comparison with known existing caching strategies.

항장요법(肛腸療法)에 의한 소시호탕(小柴胡湯)의 아나필락시 쇼크 억제(抑制)에 대한 실험적(實驗的) 연구(硏究) (Experimental Study of Inhibitory Effect on Anaphylactic Shock of Sosihotang by Anal Therapy)

  • Anal Therapy is another way of taking medicine. It is a traditional pathway but not available in common situation. Nevertheless, It has many benifect and usefulness, it has not treated so much. Through Anal Therapy, the valid compound of Herb med can be reach to the desination in theory of the organism and loca1 medical action. The former is called Jung-Chei Theory(整體論), which is the one of the most important basements in building traditional Korean medicine. As there are many kinds of Anal therapy, this study use reservation type. Sosihotang(SSHT) is one of the well-known korean medicines for a long time. It is used for the treatment of such dieases as infectious diseases, hepatic diseases and gastroenteritis and so on. In this study, the author investigated the effect of an aqueous extract of SSHT by Anal therapy(Reservative Enema) in anaphylactic shock. The following results were obtained 1. SSHT inhibited anaphylactic shock 100% with a dose of 1.0 g/kg 1 hr before intraperitoneal injection of compound 48/80. SSHT significantly reduced serum histamine contents induced by compound 48/80. 2. SSHT (0.1 g/kg) also inhibited to 30.9% (P<0.05)) local cutaneous anaphylactic reaction activated by anti-dinitrophenyl (DNP) IgE. 3. The validity rate of reservative enema is as much as oral pathway. 4. In addition, SSHT dose-dependently inhibited the histamine release from the peritoneal mast cells by compound 48/80 or anti-DNP IgE. These results provide evidence that Anal Therapy(Reservative enema) of SSHT may be beneficial in the treatment of systemic and local anaphylactic reaction. Moreover, I wish another much sincere study of Anal Therapy (Reservative enema) would be obtained.

콩 품종별 흡습특성 비교 (Comparison of Sorption Characteristics of Several Soybean Varieties)

  • 7개 품종의 콩(팔달, 단엽, 장백, 백운, 장엽, Local 1, Local 2)에 대한 흡습특성이 온도, 상대습도를 달리한 조건에서 조사되었다. 이들 콩의 평형상대습도는 $4^{\circ}C$$25^{\circ}C$보다 전반적으로 높았으며 탈습은$4^{\circ}C$에서는 RH 44 % 이하에서, $25^{\circ}C$에서는 RH 52 % 이하에서 일어났다. 또한 흡습은 $25^{\circ}C$에서는 RH 80% 이하에서 저장 10일에 평형수분함량에 도달하였으나 $4^{\circ}C$에서는 RH 73 % 이상에서 부터 저장 10일 후 계속 수분함량이 증가하였다. $4^{\circ}C$에서 팔달의 평형수분함량이 높게 나타났으며 $25^{\circ}C$에서는 백운의 평형 수분함량이 비교적 높게 나타났다. 저장시간별 수분함량의 변화속도를 log(dw/dt)=b log(t)+log a의 식을 이용하여 예측한 결과 저장시간이 증가함에 따라 (dw/dt)${\times}10^3$의 값은 대수함수적으로 감소하였으며 상대 습도가 높아지면서 -b 값은 낮아졌다. 초기흡습속도는 상대습도가 증가할수록 높아졌으며 시료품종중 팔달의 값이 비교적 가장 높았다.

경남지역 폐교의 활용실태에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Actual Conditions of the Utilization of Closed Schools in Gyeongnam Area)

  • The purpose of this study is to present the basic data for the active use of closed schools by analyzing the actual conditions of closed schools in Gyeongnam area. As a method of this study, we examined the population change in Gyeongnam area through the literature survey and the internet site survey, and grasped the characteristics of the policies related to the closed school. Through the homepage survey of the local education financial alerts, we analyzed the contents, location, period after the closure, land area, and total floor area of the closed schools that have been in use or invaluable as of March 2017. As the results, In the case of self-utilization, the utilization rate of educational facilities was overwhelmingly high. In the case of lease utilization, the utilization ratio was higher in the order of education facilities, income increase facilities, and cultural facilities. Overall, 62.8% of the closed schools are located in the base towns (urban areas). The average of the period after the closure was 16.2 years, the land area average was $9,291.1m^2$, and the total area average was $1,153.8m^2$.

Isolation and Characterization of a Mesophilic Arthrospira maxima Strain Capable of Producing Docosahexaenoic Acid

  • A strain of the cyanobacterium Arthrospira was isolated from Lake Chahannaoer in northern China and was characterized according to microscopic morphology, photosynthetic oxygen-evolving activity, growth rate, and nutritional profile. Compared with thermophilic Arthrospira species occurring naturally in tropical and subtropical lakes, this isolate is mesophilic and grows optimally at ${\sim}20^{\circ}C$. The total protein, fatty acid, phycocyanin, carotenoid, and chlorophyll a contents were 67.6, 6.1, 4.32, 0.29, and 0.76 grams per 100 grams of dry weight, respectively. The strain is rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs). An essential omega-3 fatty acid, docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), was detected, and ${\gamma}$-linolenic acid (GLA) and DHA accounted for 28.3% of the total fatty acid content. These features of this newly isolated strain make it potentially useful in commercial mass culture in local areas or as a biofuel feedstock. It is also an alternative resource for studying the metabolic PUFA pathways and mechanisms of cold stress tolerance in cyanobacteria.

국내 지방공항의 특성화 및 활성화 방안 연구 - 방위산업 기반 에어쇼 사례를 중심으로 - (A Research on the Development of Domestic Regional Airports Considering the Characteristics of Air-Defense Industry-Based Airshow)

  • Since 2017, South Korea's defense exports have shown the world's highest rate of increase of 177% over the past five years, making it the 8th largest defense exporting country in the world. In particular, the aerospace industry is playing a leading role in the Korean defense industry. Among these K-defense industries, the capabilities of the aerospace industry are closely related to the Sacheon Air Show. Sacheon Air Show is one of the largest aviation events in Korea, and products with expertise in the aerospace field are exhibited and demonstrated. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to seek the revitalization of domestic local airports, especially Sacheon Airport, through the Sacheon Air Show held at Sacheon Airport in Gyeongsangnam-do. The first is the development of various contents, the second is the maximization of expertise using air shows, and the third is internationalization. By actively promoting these measures, Sacheon Air Show will be able to maximize the expertise of K-Defense, recognize it as an international event, and promote the vitalization of Sacheon Airport in Gyeongsangnam-do by securing domestic and foreign participants and visitors.
