덧배기는 경상도에서 풍속으로 전래된 향토춤이다. 이 연구는 울산지역의 덧배기춤이 향토성에 의해 어떻게 형상화되었는지를 고찰하였다. 그 진행으로 첫 장은 울산지역의 향토성에 의한 풍속을 지역적으로 한반도 동남부 해안지역의 풍속, 역사적으로 군사문화에서 전래된 풍속, 그리고 사회적으로 마을 동제와 들놀음에서 전래된 풍속, 울산사람들이 가진 말투와 몸짓에서 본 풍속 등에서 고찰하였다. 다음 장은 지역적 풍속에 의한 울산덧배기춤의 형상화를 환경적으로 군사 문화적인 풍속에서 무예의 숭상과 군사훈련과 연관된 울산덧배기의 형상, 지리적으로 경상도 해안지역의 특성에 의한 울산덧배기 춤의 형상, 그리고 사회적으로 울산마을축제에서 주민들의 몸짓에서 본 울산덧배기의 형상으로 고찰하였다. 이 연구에서 경상도 지역 간의 향토성과 덧배기 춤 유산의 비교는 차후 연구에서 연계한다. 연구 성과는 울산덧배기 춤의 형상화를 지역 향토성에서 전래된 풍속으로 고찰한 것이다.

Condominium management ask for planning ability and special knowledge in order to solve the troubles of a condominium. But not all HOA have that ability or knowledge, so administration support to condominium management came to be given to HOA. In this study, we divided the administration policies on condominium management as follows;$\circled1$instruction about an advertisement and a contract$\circled2$instruction about management$\circled3$instruction about maintenance $\circled4$ instruction by the local government $\circled5$ legislation about condominium management. The condominium management policy has been almost programmed by the state, such as legal amendments to laws and advises by administrative inspection. But these condominium management policies by the state have limitations to support HOA appropriately, so correspondence of the local government is called for, On the other hand, in the local governments, grasp basic contents for execution to the condominium management policy, an information of offering and consultation has been started. And system that suits the situation and the characteristic of each district was provided. However it could not say that we grasp the tendency of the condominium management policies wholly of the local governments, so it remains as a subject because it is not long since condominium management policies of the local government started, and we picked up only metropolis in this study. In the future, it is necessary to search on the consciousness of a resident and the HOA about the condominium management policy, and make out the data which can be reflected in policy deployment in the local governments from now on. ＊ HOA ‥‥ Home Owners Association

The aim of this paper is to investigate the characteristics of the signal of local ice load acting on side shell in the bow part due to ice broken by an icebreaker in ice-covered waters. The Korean icebreaking research vessel "ARAON" voyaged to the Arctic Ocean during the summer of 2010, and measurements of local ice load were carried out using several strain gauges. In this study, the time history of measured signals was analyzed and the characteristic values including rising time and half-decaying time were presented using non-dimensional parameters.

In this paper insertion of numerous control points to be performed by using the Chebyshev polynomial root at the selection of knot vector. This method introduces a simple method of knot refinement and it is applied in a developed program. The Chebyshev roots exist densely in broth ends of the range and are proposed more effective knot refinement to modify a surface. Therefore, generated control points are relatively uniform in specified knot interval. In the surface generation, a local insertion of numerous control points are easily inserted by using the characteristic of Chebyshev polynomial roots at knot refinement. It is possible to create a complex surface with a single surface. The number of control point can be reduced by using the local insertion of control points in a required shape

The omnidirectional mobility of a mobile robot may lose significance in motion control, unless the isotropy characteristics of the mechanism is maintained well. This paper investigates the local and global isotropy of an omnidirectional mobile robot with three caster wheels. All possible actuations with different number and combination of rotating and steering joints are considered. First, the kinematic model based on velocity decomposition and the algebraic conditions for the local isotropy are obtained. Second, the geometric conditions for the local isotropy are derived and all isotropic configurations are fully identified. Third, the global isotropy index is examined to determine the optimal parameters in terms of actuation set, characteristic length, and steering link length.

A lot of individual ginseng plants were selected in the farmer's fields to develop new ginseng varieties with desirable traits. Among them, a promising line has been developed through comparative cultivation of several lines selected with pure line separation of local raced. It was then designated as "KC (denotes Korean Ginseng)" and tested in the regional yield and adaptation trials for 10 years. KG lines grew vigorously after 4 years of age. Especially, KG 102 line arson운 them showed traits of multiple and short stems. As for the root characters, the length of taproot of KG 101 line was longer than that of local race, Jakyung-jong, or other lines ailed the root weight of KG 102 line waIn 15 % higher than that of local race. In general, KG 101, KG 103, KG 104, and Hwangsauk-jong had good root shape. Total amount of ginsenosides of ginseng taproot was the highest in KG 103 line than in local race and other lines. In these studies, we, elected three superior lines, KG 101, KG 102, and KG 103, having characteristic of good root shape, high yield, and large amount of ginsenoside, respectively.

지문의 방향 정보는 융선 강화, 정합, 분류기 등과 같이 전반적인 지문 인식 알고리즘의 기반 정보로 사용하므로 방향 정보의 오차는 지문 인식 성능에 직접적인 영향을 준다. 지문의 방향은 대부분의 영역에서는 융선의 흐름이 완만하게 변하는 전역적인 특성과 중심점(core point)이나 삼각주(delta point)와 같은 특이점(singular point) 부근에서 융선의 흐름이 급격히 변하는 지역적인 특성을 모두 갖고 있다. 따라서 융선의 방향 추출 시에 지역적인 특성만 강조하면 특이점 부근에서의 방향 변화를 민감하게 표현해 줄 수 있지만 노이즈에 취약한 단점이 발생하고 전역적인 특성만 강조하면 노이즈에 강인한 특성을 보이지만 특이점 부근에서 방향 변화에 둔감해진다. 본 논문에서는 지역적인 특성에 민감하면서도 노이즈에 강인한 적응적 지문 방향 추출 방법에 대하여 제안하였다. 또한, 상처에 의해 발생되는 방향성 노이즈는 반복 회귀 진단으로 이상치(outlier)들을 선별하여 제거함으로써 이에 대한 영향을 최소화하였다. 그리고 영역별로 측정 사이즈를 다르게 하여 노이즈에 강인하면서 특이점 부근에서는 융선 변화에 민감하게 방향을 추정하였다. 제안 방법의 평가를 위해 인조 지문(synthetic fingerprint)과 지문 인식의 성능 평가용으로 많이 사용되는 FVC 2002 데이터베이스를 사용하였다. 융선 방향 추출의 정확성은 융선의 방향 값을 사전에 알고 있는 인조 지문 데이터를 생성하여 평가하였고 최종 지문 인식 성능의 평가는 FVC 2002 데이터베이스를 사용하였다.

Through 'Local Theme Science Museum' aid program that is one of emphasis promotion strategic project by 2007 'Science.Technology.Cultural Project Plan', raises status of scientific technique by national core ability because all people expand base that understand and support scientific technique, and forms a social atmosphere which is scientific technique is important which scientific technique can be spread widely on national life and society whole, and proceeds target that expand local science museum facilities by a base of local science culture spreading and popularization. Accordingly, to plan balanced regional development and utilize to an advanced base of local science culture spreading because offer a science culture experience opportunity to local inhabitants, 'Local theme science museum' project is doing for that establish more 100 science museums for national.public.private institution in whole country until 2012 year. Support 39 projects to 2008 from 1999 thereby, in January, 2009, 13 'Local theme science museum' is opened and operated. This study examined arrangement preferentially about 'Science.Technology.Cultural Project Plan' that is background of 'Local theme science museum' project. Since surveying science museum which is on opening and operation at the present and analyzed actual conditions and facilities and investigated specification necessity and direction of 'Local theme science museum'. Hereafter, to seek plan for propriety of project by characteristic and difference of 'Local theme science museum' is purpose of this study. Now, need set and promotion of following specification direction for right activation of proceeding 'Local theme science museum' by each area. First, differentiation of theme and justifiability of building, Second, propriety of site position, Third, maximization of synergy effect by mixing concept of 'Specialized Economic Zone for Regional Developmental Policy' and Ecomuseum's 'Theme center'.

분권화는 조직 내의 권력 배분을 둘러 싼 구조적 특성으로서 조직, 국가와 지방의 차원에서 논의된다. 본 연구는 한국 지방분권의 문제점과 발전방향을 도출하기 위해 공무원을 대상으로 지방분권의 평가와 분권 방향을 조사했다. 또한 우리의 지방분권 과제도 도출하였다. 지방분권의 과제는, 우선, 조직구성에 있어서 자율성 확대이다. 지방자치단체의 조직구성은 지방 업무의 내용과 양에 따라 정해져야 한다. 둘째, 인사(력)운영의 자율권 확보이다. 지방의 정원과 인력관리는 중앙의 획일적 통제보다는 지방이 자율적으로 처리하는 것이 바람직하다. 다만, 이에 대한 견제 또는 감독은 당해 지방의회와 시민단체, 주민에게 맡길 필요가 있다. 셋째, 재정분권 확대이다. 우선, 자치재정권의 확충을 위해 법률의 범위 내에서 조례에 의해 세율을 결정할 수 있어야 한다. 다음으로 국세의 지방세 전환을 통한 지방재정의 확대가 필요하다. 그다음으로 지방소득세와 지방소비세의 확대가 필요하다. 지방분권은 중앙의 일방적, 단기적 사고에서 탈피하여 중앙과 지방의 협조, 주민과 이해관계자 참여 등이 필요하다.

하이브리드 연소실의 국부 압력과 속도변화를 고려하는 비정상 내탄도 해석모델을 제안하고 이를 바탕으로 연소실 내 국부영역에서 내탄도 특성인자의 변화를 도출하였다. 해석 모델 검증을 위하여 연소실 전후단의 압력을 측정한 실험결과와 해석결과를 비교하여 실험과 해석결과가 유사함을 확인하고 연소 효율을 평가 하였다. 하류방향으로 산화제 유량이 변화하므로 이에 따른 연소실 국부영역의 압력, 온도, 연료의 후퇴율 및 연소가스의 유속 변화를 정량적으로 고찰하였다.
