거주 환경에 따른 뇌졸중 환자의 시간 사용과 삶의 질 비교 연구 (A Comparative Study of the Time Use and Quality of life in Local Community and Convalescent Hospital of the Stroke Patient)

  • 목적 : 본 연구의 목적은 지역사회와 시설에 거주하는 뇌졸중 환자의 시간 사용과 삶의 질을 비교 분석하고자 한다. 연구방법 : 연구 대상은 요양병원에 입원 중이거나 외래로 재활치료 중인 뇌졸중 환자 74명을 대상으로 하였다. 일반적 특성, 작업 설문지(Occupational Questionnaire: OQ), 뇌졸중 환자 삶의 질(Stroke Specific Quality of Life: SS-QOL) 평가를 통해 조사하였고, 대상자 선정 기준에서 부적합한 8명을 제외한 총 66명을 대상으로 비교 분석하였다. 결론 : 거주 환경에 따른 시간 사용을 비교 분석한 결과 일상생활(p<.05), 휴식(p<.05)에서 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 분석 되었다. 또한 삶의 질은 가족(p<.05), 자조관리(p<.05), 사회적 역할(p<.05)에서 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 결론 : 지역사회 거주 뇌졸중 환자가 시설 거주 뇌졸중 환자보다 일상생활과 휴식에 소비되어지는 시간을 효율적으로 사용을 하였고, 삶의 질 또한 높은 것으로 나탔다.

Biochemical Characterization of a Psychrophilic Phytase from an Artificially Cultivable Morel Morchella importuna

  • Psychrophilic phytases suitable for aquaculture are rare. In this study, a phytase of the histidine acid phosphatase (HAP) family was identified in Morchella importuna, a psychrophilic mushroom. The phytase showed 38% identity with Aspergillus niger PhyB, which was the closest hit. The M. importuna phytase was overexpressed in Pichia pastoris, purified, and characterized. The phytase had an optimum temperature at $25^{\circ}C$, which is the lowest among all the known phytases to our best knowledge. The optimum pH (6.5) is higher than most of the known HAP phytases, which is fit for the weak acidic condition in fish gut. At the optimum pH and temperature, MiPhyA showed the maximum activity level ($2,384.6{\pm}90.4{\mu}mol{\cdot}min^{-1}{\cdot}mg^{-1}$, suggesting that the enzyme possesses a higher activity level over many known phytases at low temperatures. The phytate-degrading efficacy was tested on three common feed materials (soybean meal/rapeseed meal/corn meal) and was compared with the well-known phytases of Escherichia coli and A. niger. When using the same amount of activity units, MiPhyA could yield at least $3{\times}$ more inorganic phosphate than the two reference phytases. When using the same weight of protein, MiPhyA could yield at least $5{\times}$ more inorganic phosphate than the other two. Since it could degrade phytate in feed materials efficiently under low temperature and weak acidic conditions, which are common for aquacultural application, MiPhyA might be a promising candidate as a feed additive enzyme.

  • A study on ventilation design using the spreadsheet model is carried out to propose means of available design. A sample of complex ventilation system In the non-standard condition Is used to illustrate thins spreadsheet model. In developing the spreadsheet model, this study has attempted to it general by using computional equations and design parameters that can be readily applied to any spreadsheet software. Also, most design data is contained in the spreadsheet template. This template provides the same design information as the ACGIH worksheet, and operates Quickly and emclenuy, and is fiexible enough to use under different conditions. This spreadsheet model allows the ventilation engineer to design quickly and accurately the ventilation system, without spending too much effort In the design process. By storing on computer and diskette, the design data computed finally can be used as a permanent record of specific ventilation system, and because of finally to be able to design over and over again while making only slight changes to the Input data, the spreadsheet model is used availably to accomplish the design optimazation by redesign and troubleshooting by review from field measurements. Also, the spreadsheet model is available for designing ventilation system under different condition or evaluating existing system or design drawing, because changes In the layout or formulae can be readily made to fit the needs of the designer.

초등학생의 환경태도 개선을 위한 재활용 분리수거 활동 프로그램 개발 (Effects of Recycling-Segregated Collection Activities on the Environmental Attitude of Elementary Students)

  • Values and attitude towards the environment begin to form in elementary school. Thus, environmental education is effective to promote children's sensibility on the environment, to increase their interest and concern on it, and to make them have friendly attitudes towards it. As a measure of such education, experiential learning activities are being emphasized, where children can see, feel and experience for themselves in a familiar environment surrounding them. Based on the results of this research, the following proposals can be made for environmental education necessary for elementary school children. i) the contents of environmental education should be selected and organized according to grades. Also, schedule should be secured to provide environmental education in certain time. ii) program should be developed to fit into local characteristics and academic level, providing connective and consistent environmental education. iii) activities for environmental education in elementary school can be effective only if connective guidances are provided among school, home and local community. iv) the recycling and separate collection activity program used in this research was limited to 3rd graders in small-size rural schools. Additional research may be necessary to see how long their attitudes last according to different grades.

Modified Tomographic Estimation of the lonosphereusing Fewer Coefficients

  • Ionospheric time delay is the biggest error source for single-frequency DGPSapplications, including time transfer and Wide Area Differential GPS (WADGPS).Currently, there are many attempts to develop real-time ionospheric time delayestimation techniques to reduce positioning error due to the ionospheric time delay.Klobuchar model is now widely used for ionosphehc time delay calculation forsingle-frequency users. It uses flat surface at night time and cosine surface atdaytime[1], However, the model was developed for worldwide ionosphere fit, it isnot adequate for local area single-frequency users who want to estimateionospheric time delay accurate1y[2]. Therefore, 3-D ionosphere model usingtomographic estimation has been developed. 3-D tomographic inversion modelshows better accuracy compared with prior a1gorithms[3]. But that existing 3-Dmodel still has problem that it requires many coefficients and measurements forgood accuracy. So, that algorithm has Umitation with many coefficients incontinuous estimation at the small region which is obliged to have fewermeasurements.In this paper, we developed an modified 3-D ionosphehc time delay modelusing tomography, which requires only fewer coefficients. Because the combinationsof our base coefficients correspond to the full coefficients of the existing model, ourmodel has equivalent accuracy to the existing. We confirmed our algorithm bysimulations. The results proved that our modified algohthm can perform continuousestimation with fewer coefficients.

장파복사 모형의 매개변수 추정 (Parameters Estimation in Longwave Radiation Formula)

  • Daily net radiation is essential for heat budget analysis for environmental impact assessment in the coastal zone and longwave radiation is an important element of net radiation because there is a significant exchange of radiant energy between the earth's surface and the atmosphere in the form of radiation at longer wavelengths. However, radiation data is not commonly available, and there has been no direct measurement for most areas where coastal environmental impact assessment is usually most needed. Often an empirical equation, e.g., Penman and FAO-24 formulae is used to estimate longwave radiation using temperature, humidity, and sunshine hour data but local calibration may be needed. In this study, local recalibration was performed to have best fit from a widely used longwave equation using the measured longwave radiation data in Korea Global Atmospheric Watch Center (KGAWC). The results shows recalibration can provided better performance AE=0.23($W/m^2$) and RMSE=14.73($W/m^2$). This study will contribute to improve the accuracy of the heat budget analysis in the coastal area.

Improved Height Determination Using a Correction Surface by Combining GNSS/Leveling Co-points and Thailand Geoid Model 2017

  • The evolution of the GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System) technology has enhanced positioning performance in terms of positioning accuracy and time efficiency. The technology makes it possible to determine orthometric heights at a few centimeter accuracies by transforming accurate ellipsoid heights if an accurate geoid model has been employed. This study aims to generate a correction surface using GNSS/leveling co-points and a local geoid model, Thailand Geoid Model 2017 (TGM2017), through the Kriging interpolation method in a small local area. Combining the surface and TGM2017 significantly improves height transformation with the 1-cm RMSE (Root Mean Square Error) fit of 10 GNSS/leveling reference points and a mean offset of +0.1 cm. The evaluation of the correction surface at 5 GNSS/leveling checkpoints shows the RMSE of 1.0 cm, which is 82.6 percent of accuracy improvements. The GNSS leveling method can possibly be used to replace a conventional leveling technique at a few centimeter uncertainties in the case of small areas with clear-sky and high satellite visibility environments.

지역축제와 연계한 관광문화상품 디자인 개발에 관한 연구 - 강원도 인제군 목공예산업을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Development of Design for Travel Souvenir Connected with a Local Festival - Focusing on the Wood-Craft Industry of Inje-county in Gangwon-province -)

  • 본 연구는 강원도 인제군 향토축제의 활성화와 목공예산업의 동반 육성을 궁극적인 목적으로 하고 있으며, 이에 따라 'DESIGN HOSPITAL' 의 운영, '퍼즐(Puzzle)식 레이저 목재상감 기법'을 접목시킨 모듈화 생산공정 구축을 통한 지역고유성을 상징하는 목공예 관광기념품의 디자인 개발 및 축제와 연계한 생산 유통계획을 수립하여 제시하였다. 연구방법으로서 문화컨텐츠화를 목표로 추진된 타 시 군 지역축제의 관광기념품 개발 성공사례를 분석, 벤치마킹을 통해 인제군의 여건에 적합한 관광문화상품 개발계획을 수립하고자 하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 우선, 가칭 '문화상품 DESIGN HOSPITAL'의 운용으로 생산업체에 디자인 아웃소싱을 실시, 디자인 전문 브레인을 무상 공급하여 인력난 해소 및 단기간의 제품개발 능력을 확보할 수 있도록 하였다. 이를 토대로 첨단 디지털 제작기술의 도입 및 활용에 의한 대량맞춤(Mass Customization) 생산을 적용하여 축제의 특성에 적합한 문화상품 생산유연성을 확보 가능토록 했으며, 차별화 된 마케팅 전략, 관광기념품 공모전을 통한 제품의 디자인파워 제고, 캐릭터 개발 등의 세부계획 실천으로 관내 목공예업체의 수익성 제고와 지역 문화/경제의 발전 가능성을 동시에 획득할 수 있도록 최적안을 제시하고자 하였다.

중부지역 일본잎갈나무의 수간중량 추정식 개발 (Development of Tree Stem Weight Equations for Larix kaempferi in Central Region of South Korea)

  • 본 연구는 중부지역 일본잎갈나무의 수간중량 추정식을 개발하기 위하여 지역별 개체목의 지위와 직경을 고려하여 표준지를 선정한 뒤, 총 55본의 표본목을 선정하였다. 표본목의 실측자료를 이용하여 수피외생중량, 수피외건중량, 수피내 건중량 및 이용중량 등 네종류의 중량을 추정하기 위해 11개의 모형을 비교 분석하였다. 중량을 추정하기 위해 흉고직경을 변수로 이용하는 경우, 흉고직경과 수고를 이용하는 경우, 재적을 이용하는 경우의 3개 변수에 따라 모형을 구분하였다. 최적의 모형은 적합지수와 추정의 표준오차 및 잔차의 분포를 이용하여 모형의 이행능력을 비교하여 선정하였다. 그 결과, 1변수인 흉고직경을 이용하는 식은 $W=a+bD+c^D^2$이며 설명력은 90~92%를 나타냈고, 흉고직경과 수고를 이용한 2변수식은 $W=aD^bH^C$으로 97~98%의 설명력으로 2변수 모형이 1변수 모형 보다 높은 적합도를 보였다. 또한 전체수간에 대한 재적과 이용재적에 대한 식인 W = aV로 중량추정설명력이 98~99%으로 높게 나타났고 SEE도 7.7~17.5, CV(%)도 8.0~10.0으로 우세한 적합도를 보였다. 본 연구는 개체목의 중량정보 제공 및 임분단위의 중량 바이오매스추정식의 기초연구로 활용될 것으로 판단된다.

한옥호텔의 배치 및 공간특성에 관한 사례조사 (Case Study on the Characteristics of Hanok Hotel)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the design characteristics of Hanok hotel. This study was approached by using theoretical investigation and a field survey. The field survey analyzed the current situations by conducting the master plan layout, architecture and interior design of the Hanok hotel. The field survey was tested by examining four different Hanok hotels from February 2014 to July 2014. After all, the results were analyzed based on given categories. The results of this research can be summarized as following. First, the characteristic of the master plan layout in Hanok hotel was appeared as "ㄷ" and "ㅡ" shapes. Those layouts were based on the spatial and the functional aspects of Hanok hotel facilities. Second, three different structural methods such as the korean traditional wooden structure, concrete, and masonry method were used in Hanok hotel construction to deliver the traditional architecture aspects while considering the functionality and convenience of the building. Third, most of Hanok hotels had the limited furniture range. The consideration of using several types of traditional furniture in different rates of the guest rooms help to increase the service quality and customer's satisfaction. Fourth, there were no diversity of using materials and colors in Hanok hotels that only few of them were used to express the traditional look. Fifth, the local characteristics were found in several Hanok hotels. To reflect the local characteristics in Hanok hotel is to construct a suitable environment to fit in nature and also it is easily to convey the local culture to others.
