It is very important to secure hydrogen acceptability to achieve the hydrogen economy. This study empirically analyzed the factors affecting acceptance by using the results of a questionnaire administered to residents of Jeonju-Wanju Hydrogen Demonstration City. The results indicated that the safety of hydrogen infrastructure and local industry and economic growth positively affected acceptance. In particular, local industry and economic growth were more effective in improving resident acceptance. As policy factors, support for government policies and disclosure of information on projects were also positive factors. As perceptual factors, the higher interest in hydrogen and less safety concerns positively affected acceptability. Therefore, as far as hydrogen safety is concerned, it seems necessary to support local industry development to improve acceptability, disclose information related to industrial development, and introduce targeted experience programs.

As the attracting foreign student has become a very important strategy, detailed researches on their college selection and their satisfaction with college life are needed. Especially it is necessary to distinguish ordinary international students and those who take classes in Local Education Centers (LEC) before coming to Korea. The central purpose of this study is to identify how the two types of students differ in their perception of college selection factors and what factors affect their satisfaction with college life. A total of 186 international students participated in the study. It was found that the most important college selection factor of the pre-educated LEC students was 'obtaining academic ability through online classes and transfer of credit hours'. Second, these students reported that the two influential factors for their satisfaction with college life were 'quality of education' and 'cultural experience program'. Third, it was found that the major college selection factors influencing ordinary international students' college life satisfaction were 'expertise of faculty', 'transfer of credit through curriculum links', and 'recommendation from teachers at home country'. Fourth, the major factors affecting the pre-educated LEC students' satisfaction with college life were 'KSL classes at LE's', 'expertise of faculty', and 'financial aid system'.

This study was investigated for the local festival's educational impact. And take advantage of local festivals and educational effectiveness of the educational factors that affects, local festivals, depending on the type, application factors and intention to revisit whether there are differences in educational projects have identified the effect. So take advantage of the educational needs of local festivals for the purpose is to recognize that. To this end, 2010 Cheongdo persimmon festival's visitors were surveyed. How to analyze the descriptive statistics and factor analysis, reliability analysis, multiple regression analysis, ANOVA was used. The results of multiple regression analysis, community education of local festivals, discretionary activities, and agricultural education in educational projects in local festivals factor effects showed positive effects. The results of ANOVA, type programs and performances of the factors exhibition programs, experiential programs were no significant differences between groups. Of intention to revisit, "will revisit" and "I do not know", "will not visit" and "I do not know" and "will not visit" was no significant difference between the groups. These results, focusing on the needs of local festivals take advantage of the educational implications for the proposed recognition.

최근 공공기관에서 다양한 목적으로 소셜미디어를 활용하는 사례들이 나타나고 있다. 우리나라의 경우 대부분의 지방정부에서 소셜미디어를 사용하고 있지만 소셜미디어 사용에 대한 실증적 연구는 충분하지 않다. 현재 우리나라의 지방정부들은 소셜미디어에 사용에 대해 대체로 긍정적인 평가를 하고 있지만 실제 활용에서는 일관된 모습을 확인하기 어렵다. 이러한 상황에서 본 연구는 지방정부의 활용 현황을 확인하고 활용에 영향을 주는 요인은 무엇인지를 판단 하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 한국지역정보개발원에서 2015년 조사한 설문조사 결과와 각 지방자치단체들의 페이스북 활용 현황 자료를 토대로 분석을 진행하였다. 조사결과 지방자치단체는 대부분 홍보 목적으로 페이스북을 활용하고 있었으며, 자신들이 페이스북을 잘 활용하고 있다고 평가했다. 그러나 실제 활용에는 지방자치단체마다 큰 차이를 보였다. 한편 이렇게 지방자치단체의 활용에 차이를 가져오는 영향요인은 인구, 재정자립도, 단위, 전담 조직, 연령, 그리고 소셜미디어 활용 목적이 소통 및 의견수렴일 경우 로 확인되었다.

Wrinkling is one of the major defects in sheet metal products together with tearing, springback and other geometric and surface defects. The initiation and growth of wrinkles are influenced by many factors such as stress ratios, mechanical properties of the sheet material, geometry of the workpiece, contact condition, etc. It is difficult to analyze the wrinkling initiation and growth considering all the factors because the effects of the factors are very complex and the wrinkling behavior may show a wide scatter of data even for small deviations of factors. The finite element analyses of the wrinkling initiation and growth in the sheet metal forming process provide the detailed information about the wrinkling behavior of sheet metal. The direct analyses of the wrinkling initiation and growth, however, bring about a little difficulty in complex industrial problems because it needs large memory size and long computation time. In the present study, therefore, a global-local analysis technique is introduced for the computational efficiency. Through the analysis of wrinkling in the door inner stamping process, the efficiency of the global-local analysis technique is investigated.

This study is firstly aiming at diagnosing the present problems of evaluating the performance, especially in the field of disaster and safety management, of LGA (Local Government Authorities) in Korea. The study also deals with developing alternatives to solve a series of barrier factors revealed during the evaluation process using System Dynamics. This paper therefore presents literature review including the official documents published by the government and the performance evaluation studies of LGA. Moreover the authors analyze the current practice of the CELG (Combined Evaluation of Local Governments) as performance management, address and map a series of barrier factors in the CELG process to elaborate the CLDs (Causal-Loop Diagrams) and find solutions using system thinking with the CLDs. According to the analysis results, the core barrier factors to overcome is lack of proactive indicators/indices in the current practice of the CLEG. The authors therefore recommend to develop more proactive indicators that leads to avoid difficulties in measuring the LGA output, as well as to lessen the burden in competition for rankings and goal of the displaced.

본 연구의 목적은 지역아동센터 생활복지사들의 역할요인과 이직의도와의 관계를 검증하여 생활복지사의 합리적인 업무상 역할을 제안하여 이직의도를 낮출 수 있는 개입 방안을 제시하는데 있다. 분석을 위해 지역아동센터에 근무하는 생활복지사를 대상으로 구글 독스(google docs)를 활용하여 자료를 수집하고 221케이스를 분석하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 역할요인의 하위 변인 중에서 역할갈등이 생활복지사의 이직의도를 높이는 것으로 나타났으며, 둘째, 역할과중이 생활복지사의 이직의도를 높이는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 기초로 정책적·실천적 함의를 제안하였다.

Technology transfer from a multinational company to a local subsidiary is essential for successful local market operations. This study aims to analyze the impact of market, cultural and institutional environmental factors on international technology transfer and innovation performance based on the S-C-P paradigm. We collected data from one hundred ninety-five subsidiaries of Korean parent firms located in seventeen countries and used structural equation modeling to test hypotheses. The analysis findings are as follow; First, both market and cultural environment directly affect international technology transfer. However, institutional environment such as protection of intellectual property does not affect international technology transfer. Due to the less risk of technology disclosure involved in technology transfer within the MNE organization can be not relationship between protection of intellectual property in the host country and the foreign subsidiary's transfer of technology. The risk of infringement of intellectual property is relatively low in intra-firm transfer of technology. Second, the technology introduced from the parent company has a positive effect on the innovation performance of local subsidiaries. This implies that multinational companies that have entered unfamiliar overseas markets should be able to effectively transfer the inherent advantages of the parent company to their overseas subsidiaries, and that their ability to adapt to the local environment is important.

Tourism motivation and involvement are important variables influencing visitors satisfaction. The study aims to identify the factors influencing visitors' satisfaction. Particularly, the study examine the moderating effects on tourism involvement between tourism motivation and visitors' satisfaction. Data were collected from 430 usable questionnaires among visitors of Gigisi local festival. Results of a factor analysis yielded three dimensions of tourism motivation which are family and local food, recreation and escape, and social factor. Results show that social factors among three dimensions of sense of community have significance for visitors satisfaction. And tourism involvement has a negative interactional effects as a moderator between recreation and escape motivation and involvement. It means that even though higher recreation and escape motivation, less likely to have visitors satisfaction if visitors have higher involvement in local festival. It was suggested that tourism motivation and involvement should be considered in local festival management and policy.

Background: The purpose of this study is to promote their health by identifying factors that affect the depressive mood experience among local residents in Gangseo-gu, Seoul. Methods: This study is a cross-sectional study analyzed using data from the 2022 Community Health Survey, which is conducted annually in Korea. The subjects of the study were 916 local residents in Gangseo-gu, Seoul. Results: Through this study, the groups with a high level of depressive mood experience among local residents of Gangseo-gu were female, those with low income, those with chronic diseases, those with low subjective health level, and those who perceived their stress to be high. Conclusion: It is necessary for local medical institutions to identify those with low income in blind spots and connect them with community resources to provide necessary economic support. Additionally, regular and systematic management is needed to help local residents prevent and manage chronic diseases. There is a need to actively support local residents by providing stress management programs and various health-related education to local residents so that they can maintain and improve their health and lead healthy lives.
