덧배기는 경상도에서 풍속으로 전래된 향토춤이다. 이 연구는 울산지역의 덧배기춤이 향토성에 의해 어떻게 형상화되었는지를 고찰하였다. 그 진행으로 첫 장은 울산지역의 향토성에 의한 풍속을 지역적으로 한반도 동남부 해안지역의 풍속, 역사적으로 군사문화에서 전래된 풍속, 그리고 사회적으로 마을 동제와 들놀음에서 전래된 풍속, 울산사람들이 가진 말투와 몸짓에서 본 풍속 등에서 고찰하였다. 다음 장은 지역적 풍속에 의한 울산덧배기춤의 형상화를 환경적으로 군사 문화적인 풍속에서 무예의 숭상과 군사훈련과 연관된 울산덧배기의 형상, 지리적으로 경상도 해안지역의 특성에 의한 울산덧배기 춤의 형상, 그리고 사회적으로 울산마을축제에서 주민들의 몸짓에서 본 울산덧배기의 형상으로 고찰하였다. 이 연구에서 경상도 지역 간의 향토성과 덧배기 춤 유산의 비교는 차후 연구에서 연계한다. 연구 성과는 울산덧배기 춤의 형상화를 지역 향토성에서 전래된 풍속으로 고찰한 것이다.

Purpose - In order to improve the comprehensive competitiveness of cultural tourism creative industries in the region, different grade cities should adapt to local conditions and differentiated development as the angle. It can promote the optimization of regional tourism industry structure, and make relevant suggestions accordingly. Research design, data, and methodology - Based on the characteristics of cultural tourism creative industry, 24 indicators are selected from four aspects. The comprehensive competitiveness evaluation index system of cultural tourism creative industry is constructed. The essay use factor analysis to quantitatively evaluate 27 cities in the Pan-Yangtze River Delta, and use cluster analysis to classify the competitiveness of cultural tourism creative industries in each city into five types. Results - The results of cluster analysis show that the whole area presents five kinds of step-like features, which are mature leading type, the advantageous development type, comparatively advantageous type, well-grounded type and difference-promotion type. Conclusions - The factor analysis method was used to quantitatively evaluate 27 cities in the Pan-Yangtze River Delta, and cluster analysis was used to classify the cultural tourism creative industry competitiveness of each city into fives type city. Based on the differentiation of cultural tourism creative industry competitiveness and 27 cities in the Pan-Yangtze River Delta, the relevant strategies were proposed.

One of the representative local cultures in Gyeongnam is Gaya culture. This research aim s to develop fashion cultural goods design applying Gaya relics. Based on the study on cu ltural character, formative characteristics of relics, and questionnaire survey on cultural reco gnition and fashion cultural goods purchasing status of Gaya, the plan of Gaya fashion cul tural goods design was made and progressed. To develop design pattern, TexPro Design CAD was used. As to selection of relics to extract motif, Mounted vessel in the shape of warrior on horseback, Chariot wheel-shaped Pottery, Armor and Shield were selected. The main concept of design was 'Timeless Images of Gaya' to re-illuminate a long forgotten p eriod of Gaya, and to create modernization image of ancient period into modern living. By using oring image scale of IRI C or Lab, the 4 main themes of 'Timeless Images of Gaya' including 'Romantic Gaya', 'Dynamic Gaya', 'E -friendly Gaya', 'Modern Gaya' were constructed. According to the 4 themes, basic pattern, repeating pattern, application patter n were developed. And applied cases were developed to seek reality of design in the fashi on cultural goods. Also web page was constructed to develop educational and industrial accessibility and utilization in collaboration with design patterns and fashion cultural goods ap plying cases.

This study was carried out to present rural functional resources through classification and preparation of checklist for ecological and cultural resources which considered various aspect of agriculture and rural area. In this study the function of ecological and cultural resources classified 6 functions such as natural environment, free environmentally agricultural products, experience of agricultural products, recreational places, rural life experience, and Interchanges of human resources. Prepared evaluation list through this study can explain a local characteristics based on 6 functions of agricultural and mountain village. This evaluation list was focused on the magnitude of the resources which motivate the visiting of city-dweller as a consumer, for an actual regional plan, investigation of the inhabitant consciousness survey should be needed, simultaneously.

This study focused on the determining factors of foreign workers employment in Korean companies. To improve our national enterprise's work outcome, it is necessary to establish a rational employment management policy plan so that the Korea can promote influx of foreign workers who have appropriate job skills and are hard-working and well suited for cultural environment. Accordingly, the companies need to develop the program by considering following. First, the duty of skilled foreign workers for employment is an important determinant factor and thus the targeting for foreign workers is necessary to proceed with pre-paced training. Second, reflecting the cultural characteristics of migrant workers, a cultural adjustment program needs to be developed. In this regard, the national program of screening foreign workers at the government level and the adaptation program needs to be launched suitable for local environment.

본 연구는 마을숲 연구에서 심도있게 다루어지지 않았던 해안 마을숲의 문화경관 특성을 파악하고, 그 가치와 정체성을 규명하고자 하였다. 경상남도 소재의 남해안 마을숲 10개소를 연구 대상으로 진행하였으며, 문헌연구, 현장조사, 인터뷰를 통해서 남해안 마을숲을 고찰하였다. 연구를 통하여 밝혀진 남해안 마을숲의 문화경관 특성은 문화적 특성, 실용적 특성, 경관적 특성으로 요약할 수 있다. 첫째, 내륙 마을숲이 유교적 배경이 강한데 비해 민촌에 조성된 해안 마을숲은 민간신앙의 영향이 두드러진 마을 공동체의 정신적 공간이다. 둘째, 남해안 마을숲은 해안마을이 접한 현실적 문제 해결과 경제적 효율을 우위에 둔 사고와 문화를 반영한 실용적 공간이다. 셋째, 남해안 마을숲은 단순히 수목으로 구성된 숲에 국한하는 것이 아니라, 주변 토지이용을 구성하는 바다부터 마을과 배후 산까지 광역적 범위에서 경관적 정체성이 이해되어야 한다. 본 연구는 그동안 주목받지 못했던 남해안 마을숲의 기초 자료를 구축하고, 내륙 마을숲과 차별화되는 해안 마을숲의 가치를 제고하였음에 의의를 지닌다. 나아가 동해안과 서해안 마을숲으로 연구의 대상을 확장함으로써 각 해안 마을숲의 특성과 차이점을 밝히는 연구가 후속되어야 할 것이다.

최근 도심형 연안정주지역은 전통적인 산업기능 쇠퇴와 부동산경기 침체로 전면개발방식보다는 역사적 문화적 가치를 활용한 재생방식으로 추진되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 부산시 영도구 영도대교 주변 수변지역의 지역자산을 조사하여 물리적 사회적 경제적 자산으로 분류한 후, 이지역의 장소가치를 높일 수 있는 통합적 재생방안을 제시하였다. 첫째, 물리적 재생은 장소와 문화적 특성을 둘째, 사회적 재생은 스토리텔링을 통한 지역브랜드를 셋째, 경제적 재생은 역사 문화적 특성을 고려하여 지역 활성화 방안을 제시하였다. 이를 통한 문화관광 인프라 구축으로 지역자산 기반형 문화체험을 제공하고, 연안정주지 일원의 도시 활력 기반을 제공함으로써 지역경제와 지역 커뮤니티 활성화를 기대할 수 있다.

지방자치단체(이하 지자체)의 경제, 사회, 문화 분야의 현황 파악 및 다양한 분석을 위해서는 지자체의 분야별 현황자료를 분석 목적에 맞게 다양하게 조회하고 이를 바탕으로 하여 다양한 분석을 수행할 수 있도록 통합적으로 지원할 수 있는 지자체 통합 데이터베이스(DB)의 구축은 필수적이다. 본 연구는 지자체별 데이터를 통합적으로 조회하고 분석할 수 있도록 지원할 수 있는 지자체 통합 데이터베이스(DB)의 설계 방안을 제안하였다. 지자체 통합 DB는 지자체의 경제, 사회, 문화 활동 전반에 대한 광범위하고 이질적인 자료를 망라하여야 하며, 지자체 간 그리고 데이터 구성 요소 간의 차이를 고려해서 전체 자료를 통합할 수 있는 스키마(schema)를 설계하고 이에 바탕을 두고 구축되어야 한다. 데이터는 특성에 맞게 구조화되어 조회할 수 있어야 하며, 키워드를 통한 검색을 통하여 관련 데이터를 종합적으로 조회할 수 있어야 한다. 또한, 연구자가 자신의 연구 목적에 필요한 데이터를 쉽게 조회하고 다운로드 받아 분석데이터를 편집하여 작성할 수 있도록 데이터의 조회 및 다운로드 기능이 필수적으로 필요하다.

The number of visitors to historic sites and museums in Korea has been on a rapid decrease and in order to search for creative ways to work on the problem, the study proposed a theme park-typed museum with cultural heritage applied and reviewed spatial strategies for such theme park-typed museums. Applied methods of research of this study are as follows. First, in order to understand definitions and current situations of cultural heritage use and theme park-typed museums, the study went thoroughly over all sorts of literature and reports as well as findings of advance researches on how to make a use of cultural heritage. Based on the results of the investigations, the study determined characteristics of the theme park-typed museums with cultural heritage applied which the study was proposing and the characteristics were categorized by type. Considering those characteristics and types gained in the study, the study looked for cultural heritage-based theme parks and museums in the world which were good enough to be used as research subjects in the study from the aspects of profitability and level of awareness. The study examined those theme parks and museums in the world and in the end, it found out ways to adopt the findings to the situations in Korea and discussed expecting effects as well. As to the characteristics of the theme park-typed museums with cultural heritage applied, the study divided those characteristics into mutual cooperation, location, communicability, authenticity, maintainability, education, durability, narrativity, undailiness, interactivity and leisure. The types were categorized into ride, environment direction, cartoon character and souvenir by attraction pattern. When cultural heritage is used actively, it would improve competitiveness of historic cultural sites and museums in return, making people realize the iterative structure of excavation, conservation, maintenance and use of cultural heritage. That would create many kinds of added values, re-discovering culture of the country. At the same time, it would also create a new value of culture as well. Now, it is important for us to do harder with researches on how to evolve museums and exhibition spaces. Considering that, the study is believed to make a contribution to revival of historic sites and museums in Korea but also establishment of scientific strategies.

본고는 지역문화콘텐츠를 활용한 보드게임 개발에 관한 연구이다. 본 연구와 관련된 선행연구로서 보드게임 개발의 기초연구 및 문화유산을 소재로 한 문화 상품 관련 연구 그리고 지역의 문화관광자원을 활용한 스토리텔링 개발 연구 등을 고찰하였다. 그 중 주목적인 보드게임의 및 개발 과정을 위해 이대웅·오승택(2004)의 연구방법론 기대어 논의를 진행하였다. 그 결과 기획회의, 제안서 작성, 보드게임 설계와 보드게임 3D 그래픽 제작 과정, 프로토타입 개발 등을 성공적으로 진행할 수 있었다. 특이할 점은 논산의 독보적인 지역 특성을 담은 캐릭터(곶감, 딸기, 대추, 젓갈)를 탐색하여 활용하였다. 또한 논산시 문화재로 지정된 돈암서원과 관촉사 등 주요 문화유산을 보드게임의 중요한 보물찾기 내용으로 접목시켜서 흥미성과 교육성을 동시에 높일 수 있었다. 본고의 주제인 '논산, 잃어버린 보물을 찾아서'라는 보드게임 놀이는 컴퓨터 게임의 문제점을 해결할 수 있는 새로운 교육용 대안으로 교육적 기여도가 높으며 개인의 놀이가 아닌 공동체적 여가놀이의 속성이 지녔다는 장점도 가지고 있다. 향후 이 보드게임 개발 연구를 토대로 다른 지역의 문화요소를 활용한 게임제작의 결과물을 기대하고자 한다.
