Basically, autonomous vehicles drive using road and traffic information collected by various sensors. However, it is known that there is a limitation to realizing fully autonomous driving with only such technologies and information. In recent, various efforts are being made to overcome the limitations of sensor-based autonomous driving, and efforts are also underway to utilize more specific and accurate road and traffic information, called local dynamic map (LDM). However, LDM-related data standards and specifications have not yet been sufficiently verified, and research on the spatiotemporal scope of LDM during autonomous driving is extremely limited. Based on this background, the purpose of this study is to identify these limitations through an analysis of previous LDM-related studies and to present a framework for calculating the spatiotemporal activation section of LDM-based road and traffic information.

In this study, we searched for ways of the demand, the building up of strategic, collaborative networks plan activation of the local area network status by the current social enterprise and the direction of the future resources rinks, conducted by a case study of the (preliminary) social enterprise network-building activities based in Gwangju Metropolitan City and Jeju Special Self-Governing Province. By the study findings, local resources that the two regions social enterprise wants to connect are the most numerous in enterprise, public agencies and local media, followed by professionals' pro bo no, private organizations, volunteer groups. Hope for Information in conjunction is revealed in order by purchasing items, labor and financial support, public relations, purchasing service, marketing and a joint venture. For the conjunction, participating related events, the assistance of government agencies and related organizations joined, the role of chief engineer are emerged in order while they are performing work. By the findings, for the activation of local resources links of the social enterprises, it is necessary to impelled cooperation system between activating local profit companies, universities and one company ; a social enterprise and to uncovered volunteer activities of the community. Also, sparking, solidarity and building trust for social enterprises are derived as a ethical and alternative consumer movement.

As the WTO system launches through the agreement of Uruguay Round, the Government has to revise the office regulations or reform the system. Also, Integrating and Coordinating the like affair in health care (i. e., children's home, industry health, school health, health manpower, the administration of health center, the administration on food hygiene, health environmental education, and so on.) which is now scattered into some government departments like the Ministry of Labor, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Home Affairs, the Ministry of Agriculture, and the Ministry of Environment, the Government has to prevent unspecialty, inefficiency, inconsistency, and uneconomy. The Government has to review and adopt above suggested the Proposal 1),2),3),4) of the Health Centers on the basis of the local autonomy law and it will help the successive settlement of the local autonomy system in Korea. According to the suggested proposal, the Central Government mainly takes charge of the Macro affairs as hardware, and transfer the Micro affairs as software into the Local Governments to attempt the appropriate functional allocation. To achieve it successfully, the Central Government also has to do the financial support, manpower training and technical support, allocation of health care resources, direction and control, research and development and the health care plan on the macro level. Local Governments which divided into the wide local government and basic local government also have to do their best for health improvement of the community societies like plan of health care program, implementation of health care service program, taking charge of the affairs of health insurance, activation of community residents' participation and security of health care resources etc. To achieve this goal, the Government have to be more active and reformative, the related social and health agencies and educational agencies have to cooperate and support for the goals, and especially, the community residents have to participate actively and voluntarily, When all these conditions promote, local health care administration will be developed, and health level of community residents will be secured. And going one step forward, the country and people will be more healthy

This study aims to suggest profitability models of local cultural festival to be a focal point of local culture to overcome the abuses as an annual event led by the local government agencies have been in force in every local areas currently, to elicit the local residents' voluntary participation and to engage the outside tourists in connection of a more effective promotion and marketing. The festival is attractive to people with that provoke mirth and inspire curiosity, but the festival is not a one-time event ongoing maintenance enlarge: It is absolutely necessary in order to effort to reach at consumer-oriented quality of service. Also this research intends to present a activation scheme by developing profitability models to make profits while holding a number of risks taking into account the characteristics of the local festival service carried out. To this end, based on established research, leading indicator and expert opinion were analyzed through multiple regression analysis.

Since the Industrial Age, economic activities have raised environmental concerns, emphasizing the importance of biodiversity conservation areas. However, a fundamental contradiction exists between conservation and utilization, leading to conflicting interests. In light of these issues, the aim of this study was to propose efficient operational strategies for future urban biodiversity conservation areas, while also promoting local community economic development. Accordingly, the focus was the Gwangneung Forest Biosphere Reserve as a case study. The findings reveal the following. First, all local residents recognize the importance of the biosphere reserve and hold a high regard for its direct role in conservation. Second, developing and promoting brands appears to have a more positive impact on local economic activation than activating projects linked to the biosphere reserve. Simultaneously, local residents have expressed negative evaluations of indiscriminate facility development, fearing reckless expansion. Third, if governance is promoted in the future, community participation will likely increase, leading to a strengthening of conservation awareness and the establishment of a framework among local residents and those in adjacent areas. Findings of this study are expected to serve as fundamental data for establishing effective communication among local residents in protected areas facing similar challenges, thus facilitating efficient decision-making processes.

Recently, it is being held festival according to regional and seasonally cultural feature in nationwide. Especially, local festivals are being provided festival information services a variety of forms for tourists depending on development of information device. However, systems to provide notification information of local festivals are not persistent but mostly short term service. In this paper, we propose a mobile commerce and information notification system through festival information alerts and festival surrounding information using local based on service. In addition, we implement a festival information notification system that applies to beacon based on bluetooth in order to inform them on diverse festival. Finally, we take into account in terms of design of system using object-oriented design modeling to improve reusability of proposed system.

This study aims to make a revitalizing plan for managing and maintaining of facilities which were installed after the rural development projects. The survey was conducted to examine some issues of operating facilities from the developing plan. There were some factors that should be considered in the establishment stage of the project plan when promoting rural development projects. Among them, the preservation and maintenance of rurality, consistency with business plans, connectivity with local resources, and ease of maintenance were less reflective than its importance. And for each facility, systematic consulting on appropriate scale and operational management plans and detailed planning is needed.. It's also necessary to plan action so that the local community can lead. The current or future rural development project will be succeeded when local governments support to strengthening their local groups or people's abilities.

In this study, Analysis of DRT model and contribustion based on the case of local governments adopting the Demand Responsive Transit(DRT) in order to provide transportation in public transportation service weak area. Based on the case of Yeoju Area, the contribution of the DRT was analyzed. The DRT model was established as a fixed and call type model with taxi and bus transportation. Based on the results of the happy taxi service in Yeoju Area in 2016, the contribution of DRT was analyzed. According to the happy taxi performance of Yeoju city, it was introduced to 27 villages, and operated 4,188 times. And 9,111 people used it and Yeoju Area supported about 53 million Won. The contribution of local governments was analyzed in terms of local government, users, and social aspects. On local government aspects, we analyzed the budget cuts and complaints resolution. On the user aspects, we analyzed waiting time reduction, walking time reduction, travel time reduction, comfort, punctuality, and stability. On social aspects, we analyzed taxi and regional economy activation, and convenience of mobility.

Purpose The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of policy changes in Busan's local currency, Dong Baek Jeon, on the use of Dong Baek Jeon. In particular, this study tried to investigate consumption changes due to changes in local currency policy depending on the region, industry, and consumer characteristics. Design/methodology/approach This study used the transaction data of Dong Baek Jeon franchise for analysis. Specifically, the data from January 2022 to December 2022 were used to analyze the current status of the use of Dong Baek Jeon and changes in consumption before and after policy changes. Findings As a result of the analysis, the consumption of Dong Baek Jeon tended to be concentrated in specific regions, industries, and ages. In most regions and ages, the top consumption industries were similar. The use of Dong Baek Jeon showed a clear change in the pattern of use depending on policy changes. Specifically, when the benefits were revised downward, the use of Dong Baek Jeon decreased, and when it was revised upward, it increased. Depending on the policy change, the rate of increase and decrease by region and consumer characteristics was relatively similar, but it was confirmed that there was a difference in the rate of increase and decrease depending on the industry.

Rapid urbanization has led to the decline of local communities in old city centers and the deterioration of school facilities, resulting in an increased need for school complexes. School complexes are currently growing, with various policies being proposed. However, integrating additional facilities into the existing infrastructure in schools can lead to a range of issues. To mitigate these issues, additional traffic flow paths and complex integration strategies are required. This study categorizes school complex projects into various types based on themes and examines the relationships between each type and community revitalization factors. Through this analysis, the study recommends desirable directions for the implementation of elementary school complex projects to revitalize local communities.
