Influence of Manufacturing Errors on the Dynamic Characteristics of Planetary Gear Systems

  • A dynamic analysis using a hybrid finite element method was performed to characterize the effects of a number of manufacturing errors on bearing forces and critical tooth stress in the elements of a planetary gear system. Some tolerance control guidelines for managing bearing forces and critical stress are deduced from the results. The carrier indexing error for the planet assembly and planet runout error are the most critical factors in reducing the planet bearing force and maximizing load sharing, as well as in reducing the critical stress.

  • As the energy and manpower saving in ship have been prominent figures since oil shock, resonable operation modes of propulsion and generating plants were made a through study for the practical use.   • In this paper, we propose dynamic hybrid control method which takes the manipulator dynamics into consideration and extend to two cooperating robots. The first step is the linearization of the manipulator dynamics and the second step is the design of position/force controllers for the linearized model which takes account of both the command response and the robustness of the controllers to modeling errors and disturbance. We also consider load sharing for each robot.

  • This paper represents a digital parallel control of a synchronous buck converter using a digital signal processor (DSP). The digital PWM and load sharing controller is implemented in the DSP TMS320F2812 and the experimental results are provided to show the feasibility of the digital synchronous buck regulator.

  • In this paper, the difference between call processing routing of general purpose ESS and that of special purpose ESS, such a TDX-ACD, was specified by analyzing the call processing capacity of special purpose ESS. Then the load sharing method was proposed in orde to reduce the overload condition in specific processors. Finally, measirement value was illustrated nad compared with simulation value.

  • 해싱 함수를 이용하여 작업을 여러 노드에 분할해서 실행하는 해쉬 기반 병렬 조인 기법에서 Data Skew는 특정 노드에 부하를 집중시키므로 시스템의 성능을 떨어뜨린다. 본 논문에서는 기본적인 해쉬 기반 조인 기법을 데이터 공유시스템에 적용하고, Data Skew를 해결하기 위하여 동적 작업 할당과 부하가 집중된 노드의 작업을 다른 노드로 재할당하는 작업 재배치 방법을 제안한다. 제안된 기법들의 성능을 분석하기 위하여 모의 실험을 수행하였으며, 모든 노드에서 데이터베이스가 저장된 디스크를 공유하는 데이터 공유 시스템의 겨우 동적 작업 할당과 작업 재배치 방법이 효과적임을 알 수 있었다.

  • 본 논문에서는 부하 분담, 신뢰성 및 효율 향상, 시스템 용량을 증가시키는 PCS 모듈 병렬 운전 방법을 제안한다. 병렬 운전을 할 때 모듈별 출력 전압, 전류 값들이 이상적으로 동일하지 않기 때문에 시스템 손실을 초래하는 순환전류가 필연적으로 발생하게 된다. 따라서 순환전류를 저감시키기 위해 모듈별 전력제어와 가상의 계수인 droop index를 이용하여 Load sharing이 잘 되는 제어 알고리즘을 이용하여 병렬 운전 방법의 타당성을 검증한다.

  • The general design practice for piled footings is based on the assumption that the piles are free-standing, and that all the external loads are carried by the piles, with any contribution of the footing being ignored. This approach is not reasonable, because the footing itself is actually in direct contact with the soil, and thus carries a significant fraction of the loads. In the case of not considering the bearing capacity of footing, the bearing capacity of group piles can be evaluated conservatively in the designing the group piles. There are a number of reasons why the idea of piled raft design with considering the capacity of footing has not become widely used. One of the reasons is the lack of reliable calculation methods for estimating the behavior of piled raft. In this study the bearing capacity, settlement, load distribution, etc. of piled raft footing are studied.

  • In this paper, to solve the defect of stand-alone type power system in a remote area, a hybrid power system with photovoltaic/wind/diesel generators is proposed. A hybrid power system has a power-balanced controller to equilibrate generation power with a given load demand and which is composed of common DC power system. To execute a power-balanced control, a hybrid power system is assumed that all of power generators have the characteristics of an equivalent current-source and load sharing control technique must be needed at the same time. So this paper describes the algorithm of interactive technique for design of a hybrid power system.
