차량 충돌하중을 받는 RC 압축부재의 성능기반형 저항성능 평가방법 개발 (Development of Performance Based Resistance Capacity Evaluation Method for RC Compression Member under Vehicle Impact Load)

  • 최근 교량구조물의 증가와 더불어 차량 및 선박과 시설물 간의 충돌사고가 발생할 확률이 높아지고 있다. 특히 교량을 구성하는 상부구조와 하부구조 중에서 충돌에 의한 영향은 주로 교각 등의 하부구조가 받을 가능성이 크다. 교각에 차량 혹은 선박이 충돌하게 되면 교량 하부구조에 국부적인 손상을 유발하게 되며, 충돌사고는 훨씬 더 순간적이고 강한 물리적인 질량의 충돌을 동반할 수 있으며, 극단적인 경우 상부구조의 붕괴까지 유발할 수 있다. 그러므로 이 연구에서는 콘크리트 구조물인 교량의 교각과 같은 압축부재에 대한 설계 시 차량 등에 의한 충돌을 고려하고, 차량 충돌하중에 의한 손상지수를 정량적으로 평가하기 위해서 기존의 설계방법을 개선하고 새로운 구조물의 저항성능 평가방법을 정립하기 위하여 동적유한요소해석 프로그램인 LS-DYNA를 이용하여 교각단면, 차량의 충돌각에 따른 충격도, 축력 및 축력비, 콘크리트 강도, 주철근비와 횡방향 철근, 세장비 등을 변화시켜 케이스별 해석을 수행하였다. 이 연구 결과를 통해 콘크리트 구조물의 거동해석 및 설계기법을 Bayesian 통계방법을 이용한 만족도 곡선을 통해 충격하중을 받을 시의 성능 기반형 저항성능 평가방법을 개발하였으며, 이는 실제 충격하중에 의한 구조물의 방호성능 및 설계 시에 적절하게 적용할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

탄소 표면경화처리 구름베어링의 유효 경화 깊이에 대한 고찰 (Study on Effective Case Depth for Case Hardened Rolling Bearings)

  • The effective case depth for case-hardened rolling bearing has been discussed. For this purpose, rolling contact fatigue tests for ball bearings built with inner race of various hardness values were conducted until L10 calculating rating life using a bearing life test machine under radial loading. Then, the distribution of residual stress below the inner raceway, which depended on the hardness value, was measured by X-ray diffraction. As a result, the linear relationship was established between the hardness value of the inner race and the theoretical shear stress evaluated at the depth where the residual stress disappeared below the inner raceway. Based on the relationship, it could be found that the factor of safety in bearing manufacturer’s rules for the effective case depth of case hardened rolling bearings was set higher. However, it could be also found that the hardness values at the depth where the maximum shearing stress acted below the raceway surface in a tapered roller bearing hardened by the carburizing process, were not sufficient for preventing plastic deformation under the basic dynamic load rating. Consequently, further efforts were still required to reduce or to disperse the contact load on the material design of a rolling bearing in order to prolong its life.

실험계획법과 최적화알고리듬을 이용한 터널지보의 파손하중 예측 (Failure Load Prediction of Tunnel Support using DOE and Optimization Algorithm)

  • 최근, 국내 탄광의 안전성이 향상되고 있으나 사고는 꾸준히 발생하고 있다. 대부분의 터널 지보는 I빔과 I빔을 연결하는 이음판 부분에서 지압을 견디지 못하고 파손이 발생한다. XX 탄광의 경우, 터널지보의 아치부가 일반적인 굽힘 거동이 아닌, 위쪽 방향으로 굽힘이 발생하고 있다. 이러한 경우는 터널지보에 수직하중 이외에 수평하중이 과대하게 작용하는 경우로 볼 수 있으며 이러한 수평하중은 지하암반의 급격한 변화에 의한 암반의 이완범위의 증가나 지하수의 누출 등으로 인한 수리학적인 요인 등의 복합적인 문제가 작용하여 나타난다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 위쪽 방향으로 굽힘을 일으키는 수평하중의 크기를 추정하기 위하여 실험계획법과 최적화 알고리듬을 적용하여 터널지보의 굽힘거동을 규명하였다.

집중하중을 받는 Grillage의 소성 붕괴하중 산정 및 일반식 도출 (Formulation of General Equations for Plastic Collapse Loads of Grillages under a Lateral Point Load)

  • For the grillage which is common types of structures in marine and land-based structural system, the elastic response and design methods are usually applied. However, plastic analysis and design methods are considered Tn those structures to maintain the structural stability at the limit states. In grillage design, the central intersection point load may be used as a worst loading condition. However, a point load may often move around on the grid system. in such case, the worst load point would not necessarily be at the central point. To investigate the variation of plastic collapse load according to the location of moving load between intersections, the plastic collapse loads are obtained for the three types of grillages with simply-supported ends. From the result of each case, it is confirmed that the worst load point is located between intersections. General formulae related with plastic collapse loads for the three groups of grillages with simply-supported boundaries are derived. Those plastic collapse formulae for the grillages are applied to the design of pontoon deck, and optimum design procedure is illustrated. Consequently, general formulae for the plastic collapse of grillages derived from this study can be easily applied to the plastic analysis and optimum design of similar grillages.

고온화재조건 콘크리트 라이닝의 하중비에 따른 폭렬영향성 및 화재손상특성에 관한 실험적 연구 (An Experimental Study on the Thermal Property of Concrete under the Load Ratio Condition in Fire)

  • 터널의 화재는 초동진압에 실패할 경우 터널의 내부는 상당한 화재하중이 존재하고, 제연설비의 영향으로 화재전파속도가 빨라 단시간 내에 화재의 확산과 함께 고온으로 발전하여 터널 구조체 및 인명에 대한 피해를 증대시킨다. 이에 본 연구에서는 초기 가장 급격한 온도상승이 발생하는 시나리오인 MHC(Modified Hydrocarbon) 화재곡선을 대상으로 하중비를 0, 20, 40, 60, 70%를 조정한 화재실험을 수행하여 하중재하에 의한 콘크리트 폭렬영향성 및 화재손상범위에 대한 열적특성을 규명하고자 하였다. 실험체는 EFNARC에서 규정한 소규모 실물실험체 형상조건을 준용하였으며, 배합강도는 일반강도인 24MPa로 실험제반조건을 선정하였다. 실험수행결과 비재하조건의 라이닝의 경우 16mm의 폭렬이 발생하였으나 하중비 20%와 40%에서는 폭렬이 발생하지 않았다. 재하 하중비를 증가시킨 60%의 경우 24mm의 폭렬이 발생하였으며, 70% 재하조건의 경우 가열시작 10분 이후에 파괴되었다.

열 차단 필름의 적용에 따른 냉난방 부하 분석에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Analysis of Heating and Cooling Load through Applying Window Film Insulation)

  • In order to reduce the energy consumption of the building, much effort is being made. The problems are that excessive solar radiation in summer and the heat loss in winter by the increase of window area. To prevent this problems, government limited the window area ratio or the performance of windows in new buildings. In order to reduce energy consumption of the existing buildings, the window film insulation is spotlight because the window film insulation was simple to installation. This study confirmed the performance of the window film insulation and affect to heating & cooling load of buildings. The impact of the window film insulation coating was confirmed by experiment. And this study confirmed the annual heating & cooling load by simulation. As a results, the surface temperature of coated window was higher than the surface temperature of existing window. The window film insulation was increased surface temperature of window. And this study confirmed that the increased surface temperature was slightly affected the room air temperature through experiment of the insulation box. The results of the heating and cooling load by simulation, this study confirmed that the case of coated window film insulation decreased cooling load in summer and increased heating load in winter. Also the annual total heating & cooling load was increased a little in the case of coated the window film insulation.

부분 무치악의 고정성 임플랜트 보철의 저위교합에 관한 3차원 유한요소법적 연구 (3-DIMENSIONAL FINITE ELEMENT ANALYSIS ON THE INFRAOCCLUSION OF FIXED IMPLANT PROSTHESIS FOR PARTIAL EDENTULISM)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine, by the method of 3-dimentional finite element analysis. how infraocclusion affected the stress distribution in surrounding bone and osseointegrated prosthesis. The 3-dimentional finite element mandibular models were made, in which the first and second molars were removed and the two osseointegrated implants were placed in the first and second molar sites and implant supported fixed prostheses were constructed. Analysis of equivalent stress and displacement induced by strong occlusion or infraocclusion was performed under vertical or inclined distributed loads. The results were as follows; 1. Under vertical load of 50N or 500N, the model in which infraocclusion had not been allowed showed greater stress on implants and the supporting bone than on natural teeth. 2. In the model in which infraocclusion of $30{\mu}m$ had been allowed, implant-prosthesis on the molars had no contact with opposing teeth under vertical load of 50N, However with the same allowed infraocclusion and the model under vertical load of 500N, implant prosthesis on the second molar had contact with opposing teeth, and stress distribution occured properly on natural teeth and implants. 3. Under $45^{\circ}$ inclined load, the model in which infraocclusion had not been allowed showed greater stress on implants and the supporting bone than on natural teeth. There was greater stress in the case of $45^{\circ}$ inclined load than in the case of vertical load. 4. Under $45^{\circ}$ inclined load of 50N or 500N, the model in which infraocclusion of $30{\mu}m$, had been allowed showed no occlusal contact on the implants and occlusal contact on the natural teeth. 5. In partially edentulous cases with implant supported prosthesis, we can prevent excessive load on implants by allowing infraocclusion.

도서관건축의 리모델링 수법 (A Study on Remodeling Method of Library Architecture)

  • This study is to analyze the remodeling method of library in terms of space extension method and urban regeneration by repurposing function in unused facilities through case study. In many case of library extension, horizontal extensions are more frequent than vertical extensions, because there are limits to extend vertically due to high live load estimation by book stacks. Extension schemes was organized by new building extension method in connection with existing buildings, attaching method small scaled mass or linear mass to existing building, connecting method a plurality of existing small buildings, vertical extension method on the top of the structure, underground extension method using special structure. Unused facility remodeling to the library, large scaled buildings can be developed completely to the function of the library through the relocation of the space, while small scaled building needs spatial extension. In the case of spatial extension, existing space that was used for other purposes can be used as a reading room or office, avoiding high live load estimation.

상태 관측기를 이용한 유도전동기의 강인한 속도 제어특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Robust Speed Control Characteristics of Induction Motor Using State Observer)

  • In 3 phase induction motor control system, the speed control using the load torque observer becomes robust against disturbances by means of a feed-forward control of the estimated load torque component. In case of variation of inertia moment, the estimated load torque has error because the observer uses the nominal inertia to estimate the load torque. And so, it is difficult to obtain good speed control characteristics. This paper has two study target strategy. First, we executes feed-forward control with the load torque observer when motor inertia has nominal value and compare it with conventional PI con¬trol. The second strategy estimates inertia moment error using the load torque observer when inertia moment change. The proposed two strategy is confirmed through the computer simulations and the experimental implementations by TMS320C31 microprocessor.

부하를 분담하고 있는 디젤발전기의 무한대 모선과의 병렬운전 시스템 (Parallel Running System of the Loaded Diesel Generator to Infinite Bus)

  • Generally generator is connected to the bus with no load. After the connection to the bus. the frequency of generator system with no load has to be increased for preventing the reverse power. But in a few case of parallel running with infinite bus system, we have to synchronize the loaded generator to the infinite bus. The frequency of generator system with load has to be lowered for prevention of load shift to the bus system. The blackout of infinite bus decreases the parallel running generator's frequency because of load increasing. In this paper we propose a method that the generator with load maintains the frequency constantly after the blackout of infinite bus. With the constant speed control and load control method of parallel running system to the infinite bus we apply the method to the industrial generating system.
