전동차 조합시험을 위한 부하 시뮬레이터에 관한 연구 (A Study on Load Simulator for Traction system combined testing)

  • A newly-built inverter has to undergo a series of stress tests in the final stage of production line. This can be achieved by connecting it to a dynamometer consisting of a three-phase machine joined by a rigid shaft to a DC load machine. The latter is controlled to create some specific load characteristic needed for the test. In this paper a test method is proposed, in which no mechanical equipment is needed. The suggested test stand consists only of a inverter to be tested and a simulator converter. Both devices are connected back- to-back on the AC-side via smoothing reactors. The simulator operates in real-time as an equivalent load circuit, so that the device under test will only notice the behaviour of a three-phase machine under consideration of the load. In odor to wove rightness of the suggested test method, the simulation and actural experiment rallied out emulation for a 2.2kW induction motor.

한국형 PS정착구의 하중전달성능에 관한 연구 (Experimental Study on the Performance of Korean PS Anchorage System in terms of Load Transfer Test)

  • 이 논문은 한국형 PS정착구의 하중전달 성능에 관한 실험적 연구로 기존에 사용하고 있는 1860MPa 강연선과 포스코, 고려제강등을 통해 새로 개발되는 2200MPa급 강연선에 대하여 이루어졌다. 하중전달성능은 ETAG 기준에 따라 이루어졌으며 실험결과 1860MPa 강연선이 적용되는 구조물의 경우 모든 시험체가 실험기준을 만족하고 있음을 확인하였다. 한편, 2200MPa급 강연선이 적용될 경우 일부 정착구의 경우 허용기준을 만족하였지만 대부분은 적합하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 2200MPa급 이상의 강연선에 대해서는 전용 정착구의 개발이 요구된다.

  • The durability of a vehicle is a very important performance which can be evaluated from endurance test. This study developed a procedure for determination of a duty cycle theoretically. Vehicle load data is classified and rearranged using standard test road profile. A load pattern and a duty cycles are extracted from classified vehicle data using genetic algorithm. A duty cycle could be utilized in dynamo test to meet required test mileage. The derived duty cycles have been verified by fatigue test through the dynamometer test.

  • 대구경 현장타설말뚝에 대하여 하중전이 측정을 수반한 정재하시험, 동재하시험 및 유한차분해석을 수행하여 주면 마찰력 거동특성에 대한 연구를 실시한다. 주면 마찰력은 말뚝과 지반의 상대변위와 직접적으로 관계되므로 임의의 심도에서 측정한 말뚝의 하중전이량과 유한차분해석에 의한 주면지반의 변위와 응력을 이용하여 거동특성을 분석한다. 하중전이측정결과에 의하면 현장타설말뚝 주면을 따라 발휘되는 극한단위주면 마찰력은 중간 깊이인 모래자갈층과 자갈층 상부에서 먼저 나타난다. 또한 동일한 현장타설말뚝에 대하여 동재하시험과 정재하시험을 실시한 결과 주면 마찰력과 선단지지력의 거동특성이 상이하게 평가되었으며, 그 차이점에 대하여 논의한다.

  • 본 논문은 특수 차량용 동력 전달계 부품인 구동축의 가속 수명 시험을 수행하는 것이다. 동력 전달계 부품의 수명 평가를 위하여 사용환경의 주행 부하 스펙트럼의 데이터가 필요하나, 특수 차량의 경우 부하 스펙트럼을 구할 수 없는 경우가 대부분이다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 차량 데이터와 특수 주행로 조건에 기반하여 주행 부하 로드 스펙트럼을 모델링하고 시뮬레이션 하였다. 가속 수명 시험에는 역승 모델을 적용하였고, 마이너 법칙을 사용하여 등가 토크를 구하였으며, 구동축 가속 수명 시험을 위하여 교정 가속법을 사용하였다. 피로시험은 세 수준의 스트레스로 수행하였으며, 사용자 스트레스 수준의 수명은 외삽법을 사용하여 예측 하였고, 실제 시험 결과와 부하 스펙트럼 데이터와의 비교로 수명을 검증하였다.

  • This paper illustrates a new fuzzy effective load model for probabilistic and fuzzy production cost simulation of the load point of the composite power system. A model for reliability evaluation of a transmission system using the fuzzy set theory is proposed for considering the flexibility or ambiguity of capacity limitation and overload of transmission lines, which are subjective matter characteristics. A conventional probabilistic approach was also used to model the uncertainties related to the objective matters for forced outage rates of generators and transmission lines in the new model. The methodology is formulated in order to consider the flexibility or ambiguity of load forecasting as well as capacity limitation and overload of transmission lines. It is expected that the Fuzzy CMELDC (CoMposite power system Effective Load Duration Curve) proposed in this study will provide some solutions to many problems based on nodal and decentralized operation and control of an electric power systems in a competitive environment in the future. The characteristics of this new model are illustrated by some case studies of a very simple test system.

Gravel Mat로 보강된 말뚝지지 전면기초의 실내모형실험 (Laboratory Test of Piled-Raft Foundation Improved by Gravel Mat)

  • A piled raft foundation is one of the systems used to reduce the settlement of structures. However, the general design method for a piled raft foundation system assumes that the piles only support external loads, which exclude the bearing capacity of the raft itself. In this study, an experimental model test was performed to evaluate the raft capacity for the external load on the sand. Additionally, a part of the sandy ground under the raft was replaced with a gravel mat to reinforce the piled raft foundation system and increase the bearing capacity. Then, parametric studies of the reinforced ground were performed to determine the displacement and load-sharing ratio of the piled raft foundation system.

  • The exhaust system of automobile is faced with random or spectrum types of fatigue loads during usage life and so needs to be closely estimated for quality and performance to have enough certainty on design endurance lift during preliminary design process. Structural operation conditions, operation load history, property of material and manufacturing process etc. should be considered by performing experiment approach. Using the software program for predicting fatigue life quickly and exactly in preliminary design stage saves plenty of time and cost generated by fatigue tests. In this paper, fatigue life prediction was performed on the basis of fatigue analysis using MSC/FATIGUE and load data from field test and the life of development items was estimated and compared through the results.

풍화토지반에서 전기방전에 의한 확공앵커의 극한 인발력 (Ultimate Pullout Capacity of Underreamed Anchors Using Electric Discharge in weathered soil)

  • Ground anchor should not be used in soft clay, because anchor resistance can not be guaranteed. However, there is a way to increase the capacity of anchors. The anchor is an underreamed anchor by using high voltage electric discharge energy. In this study, a series of field test were carried out in order to find ultimate load of underreamed anchors in weathered soil at the new apartment construction site located in Inchon, Korea. Data were analyzed in order to define a relation between ultimate load and the number of electric discharge.

Modeling and Parameter Identification of the Slung Load System of an Unmanned Rotorcraft using a Flexible Cable

  • In this paper, we propose a method to identify the parameters of a rotorcraft slung load system using the modal characteristics of a flexible cable. The proposed method estimates the length of the cable and the mass of the payload by means of a frequency analysis. Dynamic equations of the slung load system with the flexible cable are derived using Udwadia-Kalaba equation (UKE) in order to build a simulation program, and the similarity of the simulated slung load movement is verified by comparison with flight test results. Using the computer simulation program, we show that the proposed method works well within various parameter ranges.
