Domestic construction industry (including plant engineering industry) faces severe competition with world-wide leading companies under WTO (World Trade Organization) system. To survive in this competition, domestic construction company should establish and operate standardization system efficiently. In this paper, check list is presented to prepare the efficient reliability management system in domestic construction. And then, the check list is applied in MIR(Maturity Index on Reliability) estimation item to estimate reliability management level of company quantitatively.

The expansion of indications for lung transplantation, the growth of the waiting list, and donor shortages are increasing the waiting list mortality rate in Korea. The current lung allocation system in Korea is based mainly on urgency, but outcomes should also be considered to avoid futile transplantation. This review describes the current status of, and issues with, the lung allocation system in Korea including donors, the waiting list, and transplant outcomes in the context of an aging society, in which the frequency of end-stage pulmonary disease is increasing.

최근 인터넷의 발달과 사용량의 증가로 데이터의 양이 급증하고 있다. 사용자들은 빠른 시간 내에 원하는 검색 결과를 얻기를 원한다. 또한 사용자 마다 모두 다른 선호도를 가지기 때문에 사용자 질의에 기반 하여 검색되어야 한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 사용자 질의에 따라 빠른 시간 내에 효율적으로 List 기반의 접근법을 사용하여 top k 질의를 하는 기존의 연구를 소개 및 분석하고 문제점을 파악한다.

LIST is the Lyman-$\alpha$ Imaging Solar Telescope, a project funded by the Korean government to fly on the second Korean Science and Technology research Satellite (STSat-2) due to launch in December 2005. The Principal Investigator is Dr. Minhwan Jang of Kyung-Hee University and of the Space Payload Research Center (SPARC), a consortium of Korean universities and institutions formed to develop scientific research projects in space. The purpose of the LIST project is to design, build, and operate an instrument on STSat-2 which will make images of the Sun from Earth orbit at the wavelength of the Hydrogen Lyman-a emission line at 121.6 nm. LIST has a simple design concept comprised of a small telescope to image the full disk of the Sun onto a CCD detector and a set of filters to isolate the 121.6 nm wavelength.

The nation-wide medicinal plants list is prepared on the basis of the collected plant samples from 22 places of 9 regions where the authors possiblely surveyed and the references on field survey reported by others. No one has reported this kind of list before and the Engler's classification system is applied in this list instead of the previously applied Nakai's classification system. And also Korean name, occurrence, distribution, medicinal part, and name of crude drugs are described in the list. According to the results of this study, the number of the natural and cultivated medicinal plants in Korea are 950 kinds presently; i.e., 719 species, 1 subspecies, 209 varieties, 1 subvariety and 20 formas which belong to 142 families and 437 genera. Out of the 950 medicinal plants, cryptogamae are 22, herbs 550 and woodies are 278. The usual common drugs are 284 kinds and the allied plants are estimated 160 kinds. And there are some folk medicines and un-utillized medicinal plants.

PLC와 같은 특수 목적 제어기나 모션 제어기 등을 프로그램하기 위해 제공되는 제어 언어의 표준은 IEC61131-3이다. 이 표준 언어의 하나인 IL(Instruction List)은 어셈블리 수준의 언어이지만 고수준 언어의 특징들도 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 IL의 정형적인 의미구조를 실행적 의미구조를 이용하여 정의한다. 기존의 IL 의미구조들은 함수와 함수블록을 포함하지 않는 기본 프로그램만을 대상으로 하기 때문에 실용적이지 못하다. 우리는 함수와 함수블록을 포함하는 IL 의미구조를 정의하였다.

A proper vertex coloring of a graph G is acyclic if G contains no bicolored cycle. A graph G is acyclically L-list colorable if for a given list assignment $L=\{L(v):v{\in}V(G)\}$, there exists an acyclic coloring ${\phi}$ of G such that ${\phi}(v){\in}L(v)$ for all $v{\in}V(G)$ A graph G is acyclically k-choosable if G is acyclically L-list colorable for any list assignment with $L(v){\geq}k$ for all $v{\in}V(G)$. Let G be a planar graph without 5-cycles and adjacent 4-cycles. In this article, we prove that G is acyclically 5-choosable if every vertex v in G is incident with at most one i-cycle, $i {\in}\{6,7\}$.

This paper describes the design of AATM switch LIS of shared buffer type with linked-list architecture to control memory access. The proposed switch LSI consists of the buffer memory, controller and FIFO memory blocks and two special circuits to avoid the cell blocking. One of the special circuit is a new address control scheme with linked-list architecture which maintains the address of buffer memory serially ordered from write address to read address. All of the address is linked as chain is operated like a FIFO. The other is slip-flag register it will be hold the address chain when readaddress missed the reading of data. The circuits control the buffer memory efficiently and reduce the cell loss rate. As a result the designed chip operates at 33ns and occupied on 2.7*2.8mm$^{2}$ using 0.8.mu.m CMOS technology.

This study examines A-list users in the Twitter network of National Assembly members in South Korea. An examination of some socio-geographic characteristics of these A-list users indicates that the distribution of these users in terms of their geographic location and social status can be understood in the context of the Korean social structure. In addition, an examination of Tweets posted by these users shows that half of these users had negative attitudes toward the current administration and that some Tweets contained emotional terms.

정보 사서들이 도서관 메일링 리스트라는 전자 커뮤니케이션 매체를 어떻게 활용하고 있으며, 이러한 매체의 변화가 정보 서비스 영역에 미치는 영향은 무엇인지를 살펴보았다. 정보 서비스의 도구로서 도서관 메일링 리스트가 지니고 있는 유용성을 파악하기 위해 동의대학교 도서관 메일링 리스트의 메시지 항목 중 정보 질문의 빈도와 답변의 정도, 그리고 정보 질문의 유형을 분석하였으며 메일링 리스트를 이용한 정보 질문 처리의 문제점들을 논의하였다.
