The purpose of this study is to design and implement a maritime telemedicine system to provide the best medical service for patients who rescue and happens in sailing ship. For this purpose, INMARSAT and MVAST, which are necessary communication channels for maritime telemedicine, were examined and diversity in maritime communication path was suggested. It was implemented to enable maritime telemedicine by linking smart devices and medical devices for physical examination. The marine telemedicine system adopts the HTTP communication protocol to configure the web server and process the client request. The patient's chart information was entered using an application for AndroidPad and the patient was diagnosed using Bluetooth electronic stethoscope for diagnosis. This system enables appropriate medical treatment to emergency patients at maritime, which ultimately can improve medical services. It is expected to be a more effective medical support system through linkage with various medical equipment.

As social perceptions of pets change, cultural attitudes toward pets are becoming more friendly. In particular, dogs have been living familiarly and closely with humans for a long time. In the changing times, various services are being used to improve the understanding of dogs and to prevent companion dogs and increase awareness of respect for life. Therefore, in this paper, we implemented a smart lead line in which IoT service and application technology are linked to the walking dog's automatic lead line. To do this, we developed a smart dog lead line by designing and implementing an integrated module in connection with heterogeneous sensors and linking it with a dog lead line. Finally, a smart dog lead line was used to collect the dog's biological signals in real time, identify the location of the dog, and provide a notification system. Through this, we believe that the culture of dog culture can be further grown.

There's a controversy about an invasion of privacy which includes a leakage of private information and linking of user's behavior on internet. Although many solutions for this problem are proposed, we think anonymous authentication, authorization, and payment mechanism is the best solution for this problem. In this paper, we propose an effective anonymity-based method that achieves not only authentication but also authorization. Our proposed method uses anonymous qualification certificate and group signature method as an underlying primitive, and combines anonymous authentication and qualification information. An eligible user is legitimately issued a group member key pair through key issuing process and issued some qualification certificates anonymously, and then, he can take the safe and convenience web service which supplies anonymous authentication and authorization. The qualification certificate can be expanded according to application environment and it can be used as payment token.

In this study, as examples of domestic libraries currently using the cloud-based library system, the main characteristics and issues that appeared in the experience of use divided into the processes of introduction, conversion, and operation of each system were investigated, and the results are as follows. First, it is said that new systems were introduced as alternatives to problems caused by the operation of the existing system, and the current products were selected because they were cost-effective. Second, the main issues in the conversion process were data migration work, implementation of existing service functions, and linking problems of internal and external systems in the library. Third, the main advantages identified in the operation process were cost reduction, simple installation and automatic management and maintenance, and convenient use in mobile devices. The main drawbacks were the difficulty of customizing that reflects the characteristics of the library, and the need for stability of the network. The disappeared role of the information technology librarian is the regular system inspection and maintenance support, and various new roles have been suggested. The responses of librarians and users to the new system were generally satisfied rather than dissatisfied.

This study is based on social needs for green healing spaces assumed to enhance mental health in a city. This study proposes development directions through the analysis of modern social recognition factors for neighborhood gardens. As a research method, web information data was collected using Textom among big data tools. Text Mining was conducted to extract elements and analyze their relationship through keyword analysis, network analysis, and cluster analysis. As a result, first, the healing space and the healing environment were creating an eco-friendly healthy environment in a space close to the neighborhood within the city. Second, neighborhood gardens included projects and activities that involved government, local administration, and citizens by linking facilities as well as living culture and urban environments. These gardens have been reinforced through green welfare and service programs. In conclusion, friendly gardens in the neighborhood for the purpose of public interest, which are beneficial to mental health, are green infrastructures as a healing environment that can produce positive effects.

The purpose of this study was to identify the status of adolescents' user satisfaction with the 22 libraries of Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education and to improve the quality of information services for adolescents by improving the factors of dissatisfaction, and ultimately, to activate the use of young adults in the libraries of the Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education. In addition, in the transition to the digital age, it was attempted to investigate the use of Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education Digital Library in the context of the inevitable change of reading media. Through this, this study suggested planning a reading program that could arouse adolescents' interest and reflect new information technologies, improving the scope and system of e-book services, linking with school libraries, and restructuring library' space.

As ISNI spreads, the process and utilization method of authority control that identifies and links individual or group names is also expanding. In this study, the characteristics of the connection and utilization of ISNI and national authorities in the United States, the United Kingdom, France, and Germany were derived, and a plan to improve the connection and utilization of national authorities and ISNI was presented, focusing on the National Library of Korea. Focusing on major countries actively participating in the establishment and utilization of ISNI since its founding, national authorities and ISNI linkage methods and ISNI data used in services were analyzed. The implications of this study for the linkage and convergence of national authority and ISNI data were: first, applying ISNI to support authority work, second, establishing a close cooperation system with the publishing community, and third, establishing infrastructure for linking ISNI and authority records at the national level, and finally, providing user service pages based on authority data.

The rapid aging of the veterans has reached a level that cannot handle the demand for veterans care through the existing veterans care infrastructure. Therefore, it is urgent to improve the quality of the overall service of veterans due to the deterioration of the quality of nursing services for veterans with various underlying diseases compared to general patients and the long-term waiting for admission to the veterans care center. In this situation, about 640,000 people are admitted to veterans care institutions, but only about 5% of them can enter the veterans care center smoothly. As of June 2020, the number of people waiting to enter the veterans care center exceeds 1,000, including 520 at Suwon Veterans Nursing Home, 1 at Gwangju Veterans Nursing Home, 47 at Gimhae Veterans Nursing Home, 39 at Daegu Veterans Nursing Home, 86 at Namyangju Veterans Nursing Home.. Therefore, in order to predict those who want to enter the Veterans Nursing Home and wait for admission, and to find an important basis for resolving the long-term atmosphere, the ratio of future care providers is predicted in 2022-2050 and 2022-2024 to establish a cooperative system. As a result, 6,988 people in 2022, 6,797 people in 2023, and 6,606 people in 2024 can be admitted when 'preferred linkage', and 12,057 people in 2022 when 'expanded linkage'. It was found that 11,837 people in 2023 and 11,618 people in 2024 could be admitted. This was derived by estimating the percentage of people who wish to enter the Veterans Nursing Home when linking private nursing homes, and eventually "additional acceptance" of 22.5% in 2022, 20.9% in 2023, 19.4% in 2024, and 38.8% in 2023, 36.3% in 2023, and 34.1% in 2024 are most efficiently available.

According to the discussion on the low-density economy in OECD industrial growth in remote area has played a central role in the members'economic recovery from the financial crisis in the mid-2000s. Based on the OECD's low-density economy this study examines the phenomena and spatial characteristics of industrial growth in peripheral areas of Korea. The growth of industries in the peripheral areas shows a similar growth characteristics as cases in the OECD members. Various manufacturing and service sectors as well as traditional sectors such as agriculture, forestry and fishing have grown in the peripheral areas since the mid-2000s. Firms in the peripheral areas form various cooperative networks to overcome the unfavorable regional conditions. The growth of new industries shows the possibility of path-dependent development in the periphery. Based on the results, implications on the policies for supporting the diversification of regional industries, setting flexible regional boundaries for policies, and linking policy sectors are derived.

This study reviewed the concept of land registration and analyzed the land registration system in UK, Australia, USA, the Netherlands, France and Sweden. Land registration is a process of registering physical information and rights related to land in the land register for protection and regulation of land rights, taxation and dispute resolution. The land registration systems in the six countries were mainly analyzed in terms of policy, land register, objects and systems. As a result, first, the establishment of the land registration master plan is of paramount importance for sustainable development of land registration systems. Second, land register needs to be improved for 4D land management and service. Third, reduction of period and improvement of work efficiency for the cadastral resurveying should be considered. Last, a plan to improve public services by linking the geospatial technology with the land registration system is need.
