  • 본 논문에서는 대형 선박용 디젤 엔진의 실린더 라이너의 마모량을 측정하는 새로운 시스템의 개발에 관하여 소개한다. 제안된 시스템은 LVDT, 온도센서, 실린더 내부의 밝기조절용 LED 및 카메라가 각각 1개씩 부착된 측정부, 계측명령전달 및 측정데이터 모니터링을 담당하는 컴퓨터기반 모니터링부, 측정부의 제어 및 측정데이터의 모니터링부로의 전송을 담당하는 주 제어부로 구성된다. 개발된 시스템의 정도는 1/100 mm 의 측정정도를 갖는 내경게이지의 것과 비교되어진다.

  • In this paper, we addressed a modeling for the magnetic levitation stage. This planar magnetic levitator employs four permanent magnet liner motors. Each motor generates vertical force for suspension against gravity, as well as horizontal force for propulsion. Therefore. this stage can generate six degrees of freedom motion by the combination of forces. We derived a mechanical dynamics equation using Lagrangian method and electromechanical dynamics equation by using Co-energy method. Based on the derived dynamics, we can analyze the stage motion that is subject to the input currents and forces.

  • 본(本) 연구(硏究)에서는 소형(小型) 정전유도형(靜電誘導型) 모터를 제작하고 이 모터에 인가하는 3상(相) 교류전압(交流電壓) 및 주파수(周波數)를 가변(可變)하였을 때의 회전자(回轉字)의 회전속도(回轉速度)의 특성을 실험적으로 검토하였다. 또한 정전유도형(靜電誘導型) 모터의 작동기구상(作動機構上) 회전자(回轉字) 표층물질(表層物質) 및 내층물질(內層物質)의 표면저항율(表面抵抗率), 비유전율(比誘電率) 및 전하완화시정수(電荷緩和時定數)를 변화시켜 회전자(回轉字) 및 고정자(固定子) 사이의 전계강도(電界强度) 및 회전자(回轉字) 표면물질상(表面物質上)의 표면유기전하(表面誘起電荷)의 분포(分布) 및 유기속도(誘起速度)를 변화시킴으로서 소형(小型) 정전유도형(靜電誘導型) 모터의 회전자의 회전속도에 미치는 영향을 검토하였다. 실험(實驗) 결과(結果), 회전자(回轉字) 표층물질(表層物質)의 비유전율(比誘電率), 표면저항률(表面抵抗率) 및 전하완화시정수(電荷緩和時定數) 및 내층물질(內層物質)의 비저항율(比抵抗率)이 모터의 회전속도(回轉速度)에 매우 큰 영향을 미침이 확인되었다. 또한 모터에 인가하는 3상(相) 전원(電源)의 전압(電壓) 및 주파수(周波數)도 모터의 회전(回轉)에 매우 큰 영향을 주며, 회전속도(回轉速度)는 인가전압(印加電壓) 및 주파수(周波數)에 일차(一次) 비례(比例)하여 증가함을 보여주었다. 회전자의 표층물질(表層物質)이 $BaTiO_{3}$ 80% 내층물질(內層物質)이 Cu 일때 무부하(無負荷) 최대속도(最大速度)는 4.5 kV, 220 Hz에서 5500 rpm이 얻어졌다.

  • In this paper, we address the development of magnetic levitation positioning system. This planar magnetic levitator employs four permanent magnet liner motors. Each motor generates vertical force for suspension against gravity, as well as horizontal force for drive levitation object called a platen This stage can generate six degrees of freedom motion by the vertical and horizontal force. We derived the mechanical dynamics equation using lagrangian method and used coenergy to express an electromagnetic force. We proposed control algorithm for the position and posture control from its initial value to its desired value using sliding mode control. Some simulation result is provided to verify the effectiveness of the proposed control scheme.

  • In the crane control system, it is reguired that the travelling time of the crane must be reduced as much as possible and the swing must be stoped at the end point. In paper, we present a hybrid control method which include the optimal regulator and velocity pattern controller in order to make high performance of the anti-sway. To implement the control algorithm, the dynamic equation is linearlized at an equilibrium point, so that the liner time invariant state equation can be obtained. In order to experiment the crane control, we consider 1 over 10 of the gantry crane which is used in a port. As a result, the hybrid control method improve efficient anti-sway control more than conventional velocity pattern control. It is expected that the proposed system will make an important contribution to the industrial fields.

근위 경골의 골육종에 시행한 반관절성형술 (Hemiarthroplasty for Osteosarcoma of Proximal Tibia)

  • 목적: 근위 경골 육종의 절제 후 재건은, 특히 골성장이 완료되지 않은 환자의 경우 많은 문제점이 있다. 본 연구에서는 근위 경골 육종의 절제 후 재건에 따르는 문제점을 보완하기 위한 새로운 술식을 시도해 보고자 하였다. 대상 및 방법: 근위 경골에 발생한 골육종의 절제 후 반관절성형술을 시행한 4례를 대상으로 하였다. 평균 연령은 13세였으며 술후 평균 추시 기간은 64개월이었다. 전례에서 초고분자량 폴리에틸렌 삽입물(ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene liner)을 이용하여 관절면을 재건한 후 엔더정(Ender-nail)과 골시멘트를 이용하여 남아있는 경골에 고정하였다. 결과: 최종 추시상 MSTS 기준에 의한 기능적 점수는 23.5점(78.3%)이었다. 전례에서 술후 슬관절 동통, 불안정성은 관찰되지 않았다. 결론: 골성장이 완료되지 않은 소아 환자의 근위 경골 육종 절제 후 재건 방법으로서 반관절 성형술은 효과적인 술기로 판단된다.

  • In this paper, the voltage equation of the stationary reference frame was reduced in squirrelcage induction motor using vector control algorithm, and changed that of the d-q synchronously rotating reference frame, so the torque equation was reached, and propose vector control algorithm for speed control. Also the real time control was possibled using DSP(TMS320C31) to experiment system which show high accuracy speed response characteristics by liner current control using space voltage vector PWM method.

  • Hydraulic actuator and electro-magnetic liner actuator have been used as typical active vibration control methods. However these methods have many kinds of disadvantages such as causing space limit, difficult maintenance, complicate structures, etc. The purpose of this paper was to study on the possibility of active vibration control using piezoelectric transducer. Piezoelectric transducer generated a vibration and GIC (General Impedance Converter) amplifier was adopted to give adjustable vibration signal to transducer and high amplitude of vibration. Resonance frequency of piezoelectric transducer was controlled by GIC amplifier and higher amplitude of vibration was achieved. Finally active vibration control using piezoelectric transducer was performed.

  • The Inverted Pendulum has been one of most popular nonlinear dynamic systems for the exploration of control techniques. This paper presents a new linear optimal control techniques and nonlinear neural network learning methods. The multiayered neural networks are used to add nonlinear effects on the linear optimal regulator(LQR). The new regulator can compensate nonlinear system uncertainties that are not considered in the LQR design, and can tolerated a wider range of uncertainties than the LQR alone. The new regulator has two neural networks for modeling and control. The neural network for modeling is used to obtain a more accurate model than the given mathematical equations. The neural network for control is used to overcome deficiencies by adding corrections to the linear coefficients of the LQR and by adding nonlinear effects on the LQR. Computer simulations are performed to show the applicability and a more robust regulator than the LQR alone.
