  • 철도차량용 선형추진시스템에 있어서, 지상레일에 설치되는 선형유도전동기의 2차측의 리액션플레이트의 시공 공차에 의해서 발생되는 1차측과의 공극의 변화는 추진 시스템의 운행 시 승차감과 기기효율을 떨어뜨리는 결과를 초래하기 때문에 선형유도전동기의 균일 공극 운전은 추진 시스템의 효율을 증가시킬 수 있는 중요한 사항이다. 또한 경사구간에서의 선형유도전동기의 공극길이 조절을 통해서 선형유도 전동기의 용량 변경 없이 추력을 증가시키는 것이 가능하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 선형유도전동기의 공극 길이를 제어할 수 있으며, 공극 길이제어를 통하여 추진 시스템의 성능 변화를 살펴볼 수 있는 축소 모델선형유도전동기 성능시험기의 공극조절 시스템의 동적 모델링 및 특성 해석을 통하여 시스템을 구성하는 파라미터들의 특성 변화 분석 및 시스템 구현 가능성에 대한 연구를 수행하였다.

과변조 영역에서의 제3고조파 주입형 PWM 인버터 제어 모델 분석 (Analysis of the Control Model of Third Harmonics Injected PWM Inverter in Over Modulation Mode)

  • 본 논문에셔는 3고초파를 주입한 정현파 PWM 인버터의 과변조 영역에서 인버터를 전형적으로 제어하기 위한 새로운 방법을 제시한다. 정현파 PWM에 3고조파를 삽입하면 단순한 정현파 PWM에 비해 선형영역을 확장할 수 있다. 그러나 이 경우에도 선형영역은 six-step 인버터메 비해 90% 정도가 된다. 따라서 과변조 영역에서 변조지수와 인버터 출력의 기본파 전압의 크기에 대한 관계를 분석함으로써, 과변조 영역에서 기준전압올 보정해 줄 수 있다. 보정된 기준 전압을 명령값으로 사용하게 되므로 반복 계산 없이 3고조파 주입형 정현파 PWM에서 출력전압을 SIX-step에샤의 전압에 이로는 과변조 영역까지 선형적으로 제어가 가능하다. 인버터-유도전동기시스템에 대한 시뮬레이션 결과를 통하여 이를 확인하였다.

  • YBCO bulks for levitation have fabricated using MPMG method. The superconducting properties and repulsive/attractive force against permanent magnet were investigated for the specimens annealed at various periods after MPMG. A linear induction motor type levitation - traveling vehicle using the pinning force of MPMG processed YBCO bulk has fabricated. The floating or hanging small vehicle mounted with two YBCO pellets was confirmed to travel stabley on the Nd-Fe-B permanent magnet track. The traveling speed of the vehicle was confirmed to depend on AC frequency linearly. At 200 Hz, the travel ins speed was found to be 110 cm/sec.

  • A lot of researches on a linear induction motor(LIM) have been advanced to realize a traction system with high efficiency and performance for railway transit for a long time. However, most of them are limited in design of a LIM part such as Primary and Secondary. At a LIM which is traveling, the change of an air-gap(It occurs by a construction tolerance of a secondary reaction plate) becomes the cause which decreases a smoother ride and the efficiency of railway transit system. Therefore, uniform air-gap operation of LIM is important issue to improve the system efficiency. However, the researches which control the air-gap length of the LIM with technical and high-cost problem have been not advanced a lot. Therefore, in this research, it is introduced an air-gap control system for performance test machine of a scale-downed LIM which is able to control the air-gap length of the LIM and monitor a variety of performance changes of the propulsion system, and conducted a research on feasibility of the system based on characteristic analysis.

도시철도차량의 고가선로 비상대피 시나리오 분석 (Emergency Evacuation Scenario Study of Urban Metro Vehicle Running on Elevated Guideway)

  • There have been recently introduced new types of urban metro vehicles called LRT (Light Rail Transit) running on elevated guideway such as Uijeongbu VAL(which stands for V$\acute{e}$hicule Automatique L$\acute{e}$ger: Automatic Light Rail Vehicle) system, Yong-In LIM(Linear Induction Motor) system, Incheon international airport MAGLEV(Magnetic Levitated Vehicle) system and Daegu monorail system. Most of accidents by the vehicles are bound to happen on elevated guideway. Therefore, it is of vital importance to analyze hazards related to vehicles running on elevated guideway and study emergency evacuation scenarios applicable in case of accidents on elevated guideway so as to secure the safety of the new types of urban metro vehicles. In this study, FTA(Fault Tree Analysis) model was developed to identify all possible hazards, and all possible evacuation scenarios were studied. It was also confirmed that each hazard can be corresponded to one or more evacuation scenarios. This result shows that passengers can be evacuated according to one of the scenarios identified in this study in case of an accident of "Train Stranded on Elevated Guideway".

  • Authors conducted a deduction of some parameters using the magnetic equivalent circuit method and a verification study of the thrust force control algorithm of a rotary-typed small-scaled linear induction motor for a railway transit. In a LIM, it is possible to express the parameters of the magnetic equivalent circuit into a function of the shape of the secondary aluminium plate and the airgap between the LIM primary core and the secondary aluminium plate. It means that the LIM properties can be changed considerably by the shape of the secondary aluminium plate and the airgap between the LIM primary core and the secondary aluminium plate. So, authors analyzed a tendency of changes of the magnetic equivalent circuit parameters and the LIM characteristics by changing of the airgap of the secondary aluminium plate of a rotary-typed small-scaled LIM. And authors conducted a verification study of the indirect vector control algorithm with constant slip frequency by using the rotary-typed small-scaled LIM tester set on the basis of the calculated LIM parameters. Finally authors accomplished a research on applicability for LIM railway transit.

  • 본 논문에서는 원통형 선형유도전동기를 이용한 순환식 유동시스템에서의 유체특성을 해석하였다. 먼저 유동시스템에 필요한 추력 40[N] 원통형 선형유도전동기를 등가회로법과 유전알고리즘을 이용하여 설계하였다. 이 힘이 유체시스템에 작용하는 경우 유체의 특성은 유체방정식과 전자기 방정식을 결합하여 해석하여야 한다. 본 논문에서는 유체의 속도에 따라 층류해석과 난류해석이 가능한 해석프로그램을 개발하고, 각각에 대한 유충특성 해석을 하였다. 또한 전자기력에 의한 추력이 시스템에 추가되었을 때의 특성을 분석하였다.

  • The goal of this paper is to developed a DSP based power analyzing and control system by 3-Dimensional (3-D) space current co-ordinates. A developed system is made up of 486-PC and DSP (Digital Signal Processor) board, Active Power Filter, Non-linear thyristor load, and Power analyzing and control program for Windows. Power is analyzed using signal processing techniques based on the correlation between voltage and current waveforms. Since power analysis algorithm is performed by DSP, power analysis is achieved in real-time even under highly dynamic nonlinear loading conditions. Combining control algorithm with power analysis algorithm is performed by DSP, power analysis is achieved in real-time even under highly dynamic nonlinear loading conditions. Combining control algorithm with power analysis algorithm, flexibility of the proposed system which has both power analysis mode and control mode, is greatly enhanced. Non-active power generated while speed of induction motor is controlled by modulating firing angle of thyristor converter, is compensated by Active Power Filter for verifying a developed system. Power analysis results, before/after compensation, are numerically obtained and evaluated. From these results, various graphic screens for time/frequency/3-D current co-ordinate system are displayed on PC. By real-time analysis of power using a developed system, power quality is evaluated, and compared with that of conventional current co-ordinate system. (author). refs., figs. tabs.

  • Authors design a rotary-type small-scaled linear induction motor(LIM) and a performance test machine before manufacturing a real-scaled LIM for a railway transit. The designed LIM is a single-sided, short primary type and its primary has 4 poles. The rated power is 10(kW). In order to analyze characteristics of the LIM, authors use a mixed 2D-3D FEM analysis. 3-D FEM analysis is used for calculating a distribution of eddy-current on the semi-caped AL-sheet of the secondary reaction. Authors calculate a correction factor of conductivity and an equivalent conductivity on the secondary AL-sheet using a normalized eddy-current. The equivalent conductivity which is calculated in this way includes a transverse edge-effect of the LIM. Authors apply the equivalent conductivity on the secondary AL-sheet of 2D-FEM model and get performance characteristics of the LIM. Basic characteristics such as thrust and normal force, input current, efficiency and power factor of the LIM have been analyzed with the variation of frequency and speed. In order to apply an air-gap control system, the variation of the basic characteristics have been analyzed with the air-gap length variation of the LIM. Finally, authors introduce an operation mode using the air-gap control system and conduct a research on feasibility of the system.

  • 본 논문에서는 TMS320C32 DSP를 사용하여 저속에서 구동되는 반송용 펀측식 전행 유도전동기의 슬립 각 주파수에 의한 벡터제어를 이용하여 추력제어하였다. 먼저, 반송용 편촉식 선형 유도전동기를 설계 및 제작하고, 이를 해석하였다. 저속에서 제풍의 운반시에 안정성있은 구동올 위해서 벡터제어에 의한 추력제어를 하였고, 정위치 제어를 하기 워해서 Ziegles- Nichols법을 이용하여 PiD제어기를 설계하였다. 저속에셔의 종량부하흘 갖는 반송용 선형기기에서 PID제어기에 추력제어가 가능한 벡터제어기법을 부가한 결과는 제품외 운반시에 안정성있는 구동을 하였으며, 정위치제어를 위한빠른 응답특쟁 및 soft start/stop을 이루었으며, 부하 변동시에도 제동시에 정위치제어를 위한 빠른 응탑 특성의 결과를 얻었다.
