노량행궁의 복원을 위한 기초연구 (A Basic Study for the Restoration of Noryang Temporary Palace)

  • Noryang Temporary Palace was a place where king Jeongjo (1752-1800) would have lunch after crossing the Temporary Palace River on his way to Hwaseong Temporary Palace to worship at Hyeonryungwon, the tomb of his father, Sadoseja. The government offices in charge of ship bridge construction 'Jugyosa' and 'Byeoljangso' were located in the Temporary Palace. The central buildings of the Haenggung Palace, which ranged up to Yongyangbongjeojeong, were arranged to observe both 'Jugyosa' and 'Byeoljangso' from the Temporary Palace by lifting the ground from Sammun Gate to Yongyangbongjeojeong. Yongyangbongjeojeong, the center of Noryang Temporary Palace, features the style of royal palace architecture and functions of housing architecture. The 'Jugyosa' and 'Byeoljangso' buildings had eight quarters. According to the records, in addition, 15 wood sheds, 5 rice hubs, 3 barns, 1 side gate quarter, 1 front gate, 70 separate sheds, 2 suragan temporary buildings, oesammun gate and hongsalmun gate were found. Such architectural layout is matched with the Temporary Palace Jugyohwaneodo Painting.

대형물류센터 PC부재 양중을 위한 크레인 궤적거리 산정 기초 연구 (A Basic Study of Crane Trajectory Distance Calculation for Sustainable PC Members Erection of Large Logistic Building)

  • As large logistics buildings have high floor heights and long spans, these buildings are designed as PC structures, and large cranes are used to lift PC members. PC erection planning can generally cause errors depending on the field engineer's experience. To solve this problem, a basic analysis method is needed to establish a systematic PC member erection plan. Crane work can be minimized if the trajectory is easily and quickly calculated according to the location of the crane and applied to the site. Therefore, the objective of this study is a basic study of crane trajectory distance calculation for sustainable PC members erection of large logistic building. In this study, a crawler crane commonly used for lifting PC members is limited. The trajectory distance for the PC erection plan was automatically calculated using the algorithm.

뮤지컬 공연을 위한 프로시니엄 형식의 무대공간 구성에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Proscenium Type Stage Space Composition for Musical Performance)

  • The purpose of this study is to provide a reference for stage planning by analyzing current state of major theaters' stage space and understanding feedback from directors belonged to theaters. Each room in total 18 theaters' stage facilities was measured and their usage and requirements were analyzed on the spot. In addition, each director provided their experiential knowledge about appropriate stage composition for musical performance. The findings are as follow: under stage machinery is not needed for musical. Tour teams prefer to use their own show-deck for set conversion. On the other hand, over stage flying system needs to be able to deal with dense, fast, and accurate scene change. The size and location of the motor room needs to be carefully considered. The number of set battens is directly linked up with the size of the motor room, which should be located lower than the gridiron. As stage sets get bigger and complicated, the number of works at the gridiron is also increasing. The grating floor has to have enough strength coping with machines lifting heavy sets. Most sound control for musical performance is being done at F.O.H. these days rather that in the sound control room. It should equip enough work area and related infra especially for tour teams. 1st gallery needs to have enough effective width, power infra for lighting fixture, and strong guardrail. Lastly, the whole process of parking-unloading-transporting equipments and sets from loading dock to stage and vice versa needs to be efficient, and this has to be carefully considered from early stage of planning.

모듈러 건축의 타워크레인 배치계획 수립을 위한 다중 최적화 모델 개발 (Multi-objective Optimization Model for Tower Crane Layout Planning in Modular Construction)

  • 최근 모듈러 건축의 고층화와 함께 현장에서의 T/C 사용도 증가하였다. 이러한 T/C의 대수, 제원 및 위치를 결정하는 TCLP는 프로젝트의 공사비용, 공사기간, 안전, 생산성에 큰 영향을 미친다. 특히 모듈러 건축 프로젝트에서 조건에 부합하지 않는 TCLP는 추가 장비 투입, 재설계 등의 작업으로 이어져 공사기간과 공사비 증가가 발생할 수 있다. 따라서 현장관리자는 현장조건, 양중대상, T/C 제원 등 수많은 제약을 고려하여 프로젝트에 적합한 TCLP를 수립해야 한다. 하지만 다중 T/C를 사용하는 건설현장의 경우 추가적인 고려사항과 변수들로 인해 경험과 직관을 통해 TCLP를 수립하는데 어려움이 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 비용과 간섭면적의 최소화를 목적으로 하는 다중 최적화(multi-objective optimization) 알고리즘을 개발하고, 이를 활용하여 T/C 대수, 제원 및 위치를 선정하는 모델을 제안한다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 단일 최적화 방식과 달리 다중 최적화를 통한 TCLP 수립 프로세스를 제안함으로써, 비용과 간섭면적의 trade-off를 고려한 경제적이고 효율적인 프로젝트 완료를 기대할 수 있음을 보여주었다.

거주민 참여 사진촬영 방법(REP)를 활용한 개발제한구역 해제에 따른 근교 농촌 경관변화 분석 (Changes of Rural Landscape in the lifted Green-belt Area Using Resident Employed Photography(REP))

  • This study was designed to understand the change of rural landscape and to consider problems followed by development restrictions lifted for Neobiul Village in Ansan City, Korea. Physical landscape changes were comprehended by a field study and interview with local residents, and the residents' perception regarding the landscape changes were analyzed with the REP investigation method. The results can be summarized into the following three points: First, due to the lift of development restrictions and the deregulation of land use, the number of factories and warehouses for rent increased, which became a new source of income for the village. Second, the residents' complaints increased due to the increased traffic volume and waste from a sudden influx of factories and warehouses, which could not be handled by a small farming village. Third, a mix of landscape combining both city and farming village was formed due to the influx of external capital and the need of rental income, although the residents rather wanted Neobiul Village to become a residential village than a factory location. Furthermore, even in the farmlands near the village where development restrictions have not been lifted, the level of dependence on the farming industry has decreased as a consequence of the increase in farmland rent and weekend farms. This paper confirmed that the change of rural landscape followed by lifted development restrictions affects the everyday life of residents living in Neobiul Village. This study has significant implications in that it suggests a case showing the effects of national policies such as lifting development restrictions for rural villages in suburban areas.

TRACKING LIFT-PATHS OF A ROBOTIC TOWERCRANE WITH ENCODER SENSORS

  • This paper presents a robotic tower-crane system using encoder and gyroscope sensors as path tracking devices. Tower crane work is often associated with falling accidents and industrial disasters. Such problems often incur a loss of time and money for the contractor. For this reason, many studies have been done on an automatic tower crane. As a part of 5-year 23-million-dollar research project in Korea, we are developing a robotic tower crane which aims to improve the safety level and productivity. We selected a luffing tower crane, which is commonly used in urban construction projects today, as a platform for the robotic tower crane system. This system comprises two modules: the automated path planning module and the path tracking module. The automated path planning system uses the 3D Cartesian coordinates. When the robotic tower crane lifts construction material, the algorithm creates a line, which represents a lifting path, in virtual space. This algorithm seeks and generates the best route to lift construction material while avoiding known obstacles from real construction site. The path tracking system detects the location of a lifted material in terms of the 3D coordinate values using various types of sensors including adopts encoder and gyroscope sensors. We are testing various sensors as a candidate for the path tracking device. This specific study focuses on how to employ encoder and gyroscope sensors in the robotic crane These sensors measure a movement and rotary motion of the robotic tower crane. Finally, the movement of the robotic tower crane is displayed in a virtual space that synthesizes the data from two modules: the automatically planned path and the tracked paths. We are currently field-testing the feasibility of the proposed system using an actual tower crane. In the next step, the robotic tower crane will be applied to actual construction sites with a following analysis of the crane's productivity in order to ascertain its economic efficiency.

시설참외 재배작업의 근골격계 위험도 및 자각증상 호소율 (Risk Assessment and Symptoms of Musculoskeletal Disorders in Melon Farm Workers)

  • A high prevalence of farmer's work-related musculoskeletal disorders(MSDs) have been reported in precedent studies. To offer the basic data for reducing the melon farmer's MSDs, a questionnaire survey about MSDs symptoms and work loaded body part and video analysis by 3 checklist(REBA, RULA, OWAS) for musculoskeletal risk assessment were carried. 94 melon farmers for this questionnaire and 1 typical farm for risk assessment were participated. A total of 80.9% of the farmers reported musculoskeletal symptoms and 60.6% reported musculoskeletal symptoms over NIOSH standard. The mainly symptom body part is low back, knee and shoulders. Main risk factors in melon farm are awkward postures, heavey/frequent lifting and repetitive hand/arm motions. The high risk tasks induced by video analysis were harvesting, removing the sprouts and covering with rags. These result can be used practically for planning intervention strategy and programs to prevent farmer's MSDs.

중량물 취급시 재해 발생 현황 몇 원인에 관한 연구 (Causes and Condition of Industrial Accidents during Manual Materials Handling)

  • This study analyze industrial safety and health planning report for manufacture. The purpose of accident analysis is to obtain accurate and objective information about the causes of accidents in order to prevent accidents from reoccurring. This study investigated the causes and conditions of occupational accidents in Korean industry. As the most accidents are occurred in lifting material, the questionnaire analyses about injuries are operated for occur to deal with the Manual Materials Handing. The results show that there are some characteristics in the accidents of Korean industry since 1986: (1) accidents rates tend to have lower since 1983(1994-1.18%, 1995-0.99%, 1996-0.88%), (2) larger companies tend to have lower accident rates than the smaller ones, (3) inexperience is related to high accident rates(1995-51.26%, 1996-48.82%1, because of the careless education for freshman such as OJT which in order to prevent accident, and (4) the body sites most vulnerable to injury are the hands and fingers and increased the back(caused of Back pain). The results of questionnaire analysis show that operator(n= 104) interested in reinforce the back & belly(42.86%). These finding identified in this study can be used to prevent the industrial accidents, and used to improving directions based on analyzed result.

모듈러 건축공사의 현장시공계획수립을 위한 BIM 활용성 분석 (Analysis of BIM Utilization for On-site Construction Planning in Modular Construction Project)

  • BIM과 모듈러 공법은 건설 산업의 위기를 극복하는데 도움이 되는 중요한 기술로 인식되고 있다. 그러나 현재 국내 모듈러 건축 프로젝트에서 BIM의 활용은 미미한 수준이며 구체적인 활용지침이 제시되지 못하고 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 모듈러 건축공사의 현장시공계획단계를 위한 BIM 활용성 분석을 목적으로 하였다. 첫째, 기존문헌 고찰과 전문가 인터뷰를 통해 적용 가능한 BIM 업무를 선정하였으며, 모듈러 건축공사의 시공계획서를 분석하여 BIM 활용 업무를 5가지로 분류하였다. 이후 설문을 통해 각 항목에 대한 BIM 활용성을 필요성과 효율성으로 분석하였으며 이를 BIM utilization Index(BIM UI)를 통해 제시하였다. 설문 결과 모듈간 접합부 시공상세도 구축, 양중계획 검토, 기타공사 주요 시공부위의 상세도 구축, 현장공정 계획 검토, 그리고 현장배치계획 검토가 0.811, 0.787, 0.770, 0.729, 0.699 순으로 분석되었다. 이후 사례연구를 통해 BIM을 적용한 BIM 기반 시공계획서를 도출하여 전문가 자문을 실시하고 논의하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후 모듈러 프로젝트에서 BIM의 적정한 활용 방안을 제시하는데 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

보행 재활을 위한 신체 자중 보상용 모바일 로봇에 관한 연구 (Development of Body-Weight-Support System for Walking Rehabilitation)

  • 최근 고령화 사회로의 진입 및 장애 인구의 증가로 인해, 인간의 복지를 위한 자동화 시스템에 대한 수요가 늘고 있다. 특히 재활 자동화와 관련한 로봇 시스템은 환자 본인 및 치료 보조자에 대한 수고를 덜어주면서도 기존의 전통적인 재활효과에 상응하는 성과를 얻을 수 있을 것으로 기대되고 있다. 본 연구는 하지 근력이 약화된 사용자들의 신체 자중을 보상해줌과 동시에 정상인과 같은 패턴의 보행 훈련을 수행할 수 있는 모바일형 보행 재활 시스템을 제안하고자 한다. 특히, 자중보상 시스템은 신체의 자세 변화 특징을 반영하여, 기구학적인 분석을 통해 구현하였으며 보행 가이드를 위한 제어 알고리즘과 더불어 메인 컨트롤 시스템이 내장된 모바일 플랫폼에 통합 적용되었다. 이러한 모바일 플랫폼은 사용자의 보행 속도의지를 반영하는 UCS(User Command System)와 플랫폼 자체에 내장된 자율주행 알고리즘의 병합되어 운용되도록 고안되었으며, 본 논문에서는 보행 훈련시의 BWS(Body Weight Support)의 효과에 대한 검증에 집중하고자 한다. 이를 위해 인체의 근전도 신호를 측정할 수 있는 EMG(Electromyography) 센서를 활용하여, BWS 및 모바일로봇을 활용한 자중 보상 시의 피험자의 하지 근력 패턴을 측정 및 분석하여, 정상 보행자와의 차이점을 비교함으로서 본 연구의 타당성을 검증하였다.
