제조공법에 따른 디스플레이 소자용 silver-grid 투명전극층의 특성 비교 (Comparison of characteristics of silver-grid transparent conductive electrodes for display devices according to fabrication method)

  • 고밀도 플라즈마 식각 및 lift-off 두 가지 공정으로 honeycomb 형상의 Ag-grid 투명전극층을 제작하였고 제조 공법에 따른 광학적 및 전기적 특성을 비교하였다. 플라즈마 식각 조건 선정을 위하여 Ag 박막의 $10CF_4/5Ar$ 유도결합 플라즈마 식각특성을 조사하였다. 비교적 낮은 ICP source power 또는 rf chuck power 영역에서는 power 증가에 따라 Ag 식각속도가 증가하였고, 높은 power 조건에서는 $Ar^+$ 이온 에너지 감소 또는 $Ar^+$ 이온에 의한 F radical 제거로 인해 식각속도가 감소하였다. $10CF_4/5Ar$ 플라즈마 식각 공정에 의해 제작된 Ag-grid 전극층은 lift-off 공정으로 제작된 전극층에 비해 grid 패턴 형상의 왜곡이나 단절이 없는 더 우수한 grid 패턴 전사 효율과 가시광선 영역에서 더 높은 83.3 %(pixel 크기 $30{\mu}m$/선폭 $5{\mu}m$)와 71 %(pixel 크기 $26{\mu}m$/선폭 $8{\mu}m$)의 광투과율을 각각 나타내었다. 반면에 lift-off 공정으로 제작된 Ag-grid 전극층은 플라즈마 식각 공정 시편보다 더 우수한 $2.163{\Omega}/{\square}$(pixel 크기 $26{\mu}m$/선폭 $8{\mu}m$)과 $4.932{\Omega}/{\square}$(pixel 크기 $30{\mu}m$/선폭 $5{\mu}m$)의 면저항 특성을 나타내었다.

  • 공기부양 생물반응기에서 천연 청색 색소원인 쪽 (Poly,앵wm tinctorium) 세포를 대량 배양하기 위한 배양조건을 찾기 위해 영양성분 빛 색소 전 구체를 포함한 배지 성분의 생육에 미치는 영향 과 여러 배양조건에서 세포의 생육 특성에 대하 여 설험하였다. 최적 생육조건과 생육 특성을 규 명하기 위 해 external 1oop와 internal loop 두 가지의 arr-lift bioreactor 종류를 사용하여 14일간 배양하였다. 초기 접종량을 달리한 결과 각 reactor에서 공히 접종량이 0.5-2.5% packed cell volume 보다 많을수록 생육에 좋은 결과를 나타내였다. 초기 당농도의 영향을 살펴보기 위하여 2-4%로 그 조건을 달리하여 14일간 배양한 결과 4% 초기 당농도가 생육에 가장 좋은 조건임을 알 수 있었다. Sucrose는 대수기 초기단계에서 모두 소비되었다. Tryptophan(lmM)을 첨가한 경우 14일 배양 후에 internal loop reactor에서 3.8g/l, external loop reactorr에서 3.5g/l 의 cell mass를 얻었다. Indole을 첨가했을 때에는 세포 생육 저해효과 를 나타내였는데 external과 internal Ioop reactor에서 각각 2.5g/l와 2.2g/l를 얻었다. 무기질소원 으로는 potassium nitrate가 선발되었고, contrl이에 비해 110%d의 생육도 증가가 있였다. 최적 조건 하에셔의 14일간 internal loop bioreactor 배양에서 세포 건조 중량 16.34 g/l를 얻었다.

  • The paper presents an improved way of aerodynamic quality in Korean Very High Speed Railway, The pantograph model being under development dissatisfies the required grade of aerodynamic lift force. So the present work proposes modified configurations of panheads to maintain consistent aerodynamic characteristics. Analysis has been performed using commercial CFD program. Simulation based analysis has been conducted with two different models. One is to attach the thin plate on the crossbar and the other is the use of trapezoidal cross section in contact strip. Various length of thin plate is simulated for flow velocity and acceptable value of plate length is selected which satisfy the necessary average lift force. Aerodynamic variation on the panheads strip is studied.

  • The object of this study is to find new evaluation index for in-cylinder flow chracteristics istead of current swirl, tumble coefficient using steady flow test rig on intake port system. To this end, port flow system. To this end, port flow rig test was conducted on DOHC head varying intake valve lift respectively. Finally combination angular coefficient and inclination angle were introduced as new evaluation index for in-cylinder angularflow characteristics instead of swirl and tumble coefficient.

선박디젤기관용 분사밸브의 형상변화가 분사특성에 미치는 영향에 관한 계산적 고찰 (The Effect of Valve Geometry Variation on Injection Characteristics of Injection Valve for Marine Diesel Engines)

  • Injection technology is one of the important technologies in a diesel engine. Many studies have done on the injection system. In this study, the fuel chamber geometry, the orifice ratio and the needle lift of the injection valve for a marine diesel engine are varied, and simulated. The result shows that the nozzle hole size has influence on the rail pressure and injection duration sensitively. The decrease of the static pressure at the nozzle hole entrance and the increase of the dynamic pressure on the outlet surface are occurred with the increase of the nozzle hole diameter. The highest dynamic pressure of the outlet was occurred at the needle lift of 0.4mm and the nozzle hole diameter of 0.328mm in this test nozzle.

  • Active control of a flow field is essential to design efficient parts or elements relating to fluid machineries. The present study is aimed to suggest a new discretization technique of the convection term by renewing the non-conservative equation found in SOLA-VOF into a conservative one. And, as an application, flow characteristics are investigated by adjusting the backward ejecting velocity of 2-D square prism to control the aerodynamic properties. Strouhal number, drag and lift coefficient are compared in terms of various ejecting velocity. Among the results, the transient weak fluctuation of the lift and drag coefficient when the ejecting velocity equals channel inlet velocity is remarkably noticed.

기저면이 경사진 Ogive실린더의 공력특성에 관한 실험적 연구 (Experimental Study for the Aerodynamic Characteristics of Slanted-Base Ogive Cylinder)

  • Drag, lift, and pitching moment measurements have been made on a range of slanted-base ogive cylinders, using the KANOMAX wind tunnel and balance system. Test Reynolds numbers(based on model maximum diameter) varied from $0.54{\times}10^{5}{\;}to{\;}1.56{\times}10^{5}$. Crossflow velocity maesurement was conducted by 5-hole pitot tube at $Re_{D}=1.46{\times}10^{5}$. For two base angle $({\theta}=30$ and 45 deg.), aerodynamic forces and moment were measured with increasing angle of attack(0~30 deg.). Two types of wake flow were observed, a quasisymetric turbulent closure or a longitudinal vortex flow. Aerodynamic characteristics differ dramatically between the two wake types. It was found that the drag, lift and pitching moment coefficients increased with increasing angle of attack.

스마트 무인기 TR-E2 형상 풍동시험 결과 (Wind Tunnel Test of Smart Un-manned Aerial Vehicle(SUAV) for TR-E2 Configuration)

  • TR-E2 configuration designed by Bell Textron was tested in KARI 1-m wind tunnel. To explore aerodynamic characteristics for the given configuration, a $12\%$ scaled model was fabricated and tested. Wind tunnel test for TR-E2 had been performed by changing the incidence angles of wing and deflection angles of control surfaces. Test result showed that the lower wing incidence angle has more favorable lift to drag ratio compared with original design. Longitudinal and directional characteristics of TR-E2 were found to be stable for the pitch and yaw motions. However, the lateral stability of TR-E2 is not stable for certain control surface deflection.

병렬로 배열된 두 개의 구에서 발생하는 후류의 특성 연구 (WAKE CHARACTERISTICS BEHIND TWO SPHERES IN A SIDE-BY-SIDE ARRANGEMENT)

  • Numerical simulation of laminar flow over two spheres in a side-by-side arrangement is carried out to investigate the effect of the inter-sphere spacing on the flow characteristics. The Reynolds numbers considered are 100, 250, and 300, covering the steady axisymmetric, steady planar-symmetric, and unsteady planar-symmetric flows in the case of a single sphere. Results show that the drag and lift coefficients and wake structures are significantly modified depending on both the Reynolds number and the spacing between the spheres. At Re=100, the flow is steady planar-symmetric irrespective of the spacing, but it shows some variation according to the spacing at Re=250 and 300. That is, the flow maintains planar symmetry of the single-sphere wake at large spacings, while it loses the symmetry at small spacings due to the generation of new asymmetric vortical structures. It is also shown that the drag and lift coefficients generally increase with decreasing inter-sphere spacing because the high pressure region is formed near the gap between the spheres.

Performance Study of Thrust Control Unit with the Various Geometric Shapes

  • This study aims to identify aerodynamic characteristics of the ramp tab, a mechanical deflector, by conducting a non-combustive experiment using compressed air and supersonic flow test equipment. With the ramp tabs installed symmetrically and asymmetrically on the outlet of the supersonic nozzle, the structure of the flow field, the thrust spoilage, the thrust deviation angle, and the lift/drag coefficients were derived and analyzed. The results show that the asymmetrically-installed ramp tabs are advantageous relative to the symmetrically-installed tabs in terms of the performance of thrust vector control, thrust deviation angle, and lift coefficient.
