청소년이 지각한 부모의 과보호, 목표추구지향성 및 자기구실 만들기가 학업지연행동에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Adolescents' Perception of Parental Overprotection, Goal-Seeking Orientation and Self-Handicapping on their Academic Procrastination)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the relation among adolescents' perception of parental overprotection, goal-seeking orientation, self-handicapping and academic procrastination. Questionnaires were administered to 1200 male and female high school students in Gyeonggi Province. A total of 942 questionnaires were statistically analyzed through mean, standard deviation, frequency analysis, one-way analysis of variance, Pearson's correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The major results of the study are as follows: First, adolescents' academic procrastination differed by school grades. Second, for the high-performing group, self-handicapping, goal-seeking orientation and parental overprotection were significant predictors of their academic procrastination. For the mid-level performing group, self-handicapping and goal-seeking orientation were significant predictors of their academic procrastination. For the low-performing group, self-handicapping was the only predictor of their academic procrastination. Third, for the high-performing group, self-handicapping meditated the relation between parental overprotection and academic procrastination. Those results provide useful information regarding proactive support or intervention for adolescents' academic procrastination.

  • 본 연구는 도시 주부들의 가치.목표.표준과 가정관리목표달성의 정도를 측정하고 관련변인과 이들 변인들 간의 관계를 규명하고자 하였다. 연구대상은 서울시에 거주하는 433명의 주부를 대상으로 하였고 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 가정관리목표달성에 직접 영향을 미치는 변인은 목표설정, 수행표준, 자원제약, 운명통제지향 변인으로 나타났고, 자원제약과 운명통제지향은 목표설정과 수행표준을 매개로 한 간접효과도 있었다. 또한 학력, 가족수, 월평균 수입, 취업등의 변인들을 자원제약과 운명통제지향을 매개로 한 간접영향을 미쳤다.

  • The goal of radiation therapy is to maximize the tumor dose and to minimize the dose of normal tissue. In order to achieve this goal, the new radiation therapy techniques such as three dimensional conformal therapy or intensity modulated radiation therapy has been developed and tried to clinical application. The relationship between radiation dose and normal tissue response is an interesting subject in the radiation therapy field.(omitted)

교대근무간호사의 직무스트레스, 직무몰입, 목표지향성이 일과 삶의 균형에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Shift Work Nurses' Job Stress, Job Involvement, and Goal Orientation on Work-Life Balance)

  • 본 연구는 교대근무 간호사를 대상으로 직무스트레스, 직무몰입, 목표지향성이 일과 삶의 균형에 미치는 영향력을 파악하기 위해 시도되었다. 연구 대상은 G도 C시에 소재한 병원에서 근무하는 교대근무 간호사 128명이며, 자료수집은 구글 설문지를 이용하여 2024년 4월 01부터 4월 15일까지 진행하였다. 수집된 자료는 상관관계, 다중회귀분석으로 분석하였다. 모형의 총 설명력은 28.0%이였다. 본 연구의 결과는 교대근무 간호사의 일과 삶의 균형에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 직무스트레스(β=.405, p<.001), 목표지향성(β=-265, p=.002), 직무몰입(β=.174, p=.037)에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 따라서 업무 수행시 과도한 목표 설정을 피하고 적절한 스트레스 관리로 직무에 몰입할 수 있는 조직문화를 형성하여 간호서비스의 질 향상에 이바지함으로써 환자건강에 긍정적 영향을 미칠 것으로 사료된다. 이에 간호사는 한 개인일 뿐만 아니라 전문 의료인으로서 일과 삶의 균형을 유지하여 건강한 삶을 유지하는 것이 국가 인적자원으로써도 중요한 부분임을 시사하고 있으며 정부 차원의 제도적 지지가 필요할 것이다.

노인 평생교육 참여 동기 유형이 교육만족도와 삶의 변화에 미치는 영향 (Effects that the Type of Participation Motivation of Lifelong Education for the Elderly Influences in the Satisfaction of Education and Life-changing)

  • 본 연구는 노인 평생교육 참여 동기 유형이 교육만족도와 삶의 변화에 미치는 영향이 있는지 분석하고자 하였다. 연구 대상은 65세 이상 평생교육프로그램에 참여했던 노인 340명을 대상으로 하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 인구사회학적 변인 중 성별, 학력, 월 용돈, 배우자에만 교육만족도와 삶의 변화에 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 교육만족도와 삶의 변화에서 학습 지향유형이 활동 지향유형에 비해 교육만족도도 높고, 삶의 변화도 많이 느끼는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 교육만족도를 종속변인으로 하고 교육 참여 동기 유형의 하위 변인들을 독립변인으로 하여 회귀분석을 한 결과 학습지향과 목표지향 유형만 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 교육 참여 동기 유형에 따라 삶의 변화 영향이 있는지 검증한 결과 가정, 사회 여가, 신체 정서, 행복감, 삶의 변화 전체에서 학습 지향 유형과 목표지향유형이 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다.

사이버대학생의 학습참여동기와 삶에 대한 만족도가 전공만족도에 미치는 영향 (The effect of educational participatory motivation and life satisfaction on major satisfaction among Cyber University students)

  • 본 연구는 서울소재 사이버대학교에 재학 중인 성인학습자들을 대상으로 학습참여동기 유형과 삶에 대한 만족도가 전공만족도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 파악하여 사이버대 재학생의 학과 만족도를 높이기 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 수행되었다. 연구 대상자는 서울 소재 한 사이버대학에 재학 중인 20세 이상 성인학습자로 온라인 설문에 응답한 총 937명의 자료를 수집 분석하였다. 주요한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사이버대 재학생의 학습참여동기 유형은 목적지향동기, 학습지향동기, 활동지향동기 순으로 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 학습참여동기, 삶에 대한 만족도, 전공만족도에서 인구통계학적 특성에 따른 차이가 있는지를 검증해본 결과 학년을 제외한 성별, 연령, 직업유무, 결혼유무, 전공에 따른 집단 간 차이가 확인되었다. 셋째, 회귀분석 결과 삶에 대한 만족도, 목적지향동기, 학습지향동기, 활동지향동기 순서로 전공만족도에 영향을 미치고 있었다. 이러한 연구결과는 전공만족도를 높이기 위해서 성인학습자의 학습참여동기에 대한 이해가 요구되며, 성인학습자가 경험하고 있는 삶의 만족도를 향상시키기 위한 연구 및 지원 방안이 필요함을 시사한다.

조직구성원의 정보기술 인적역량과 개인 업무만족 및 업무성과 간의 관계: 목표지향성 관점 (Relationships Among Employees' IT Personnel Competency, Personal Work Satisfaction, and Personal Work Performance: A Goal Orientation Perspective)

  • The study examines the relationships among employee's goal orientation, IT personnel competency, personal effectiveness. The goal orientation includes learning goal orientation, performance approach goal orientation, and performance avoid goal orientation. Personal effectiveness consists of personal work satisfaction and personal work performance. In general, IT personnel competency refers to IT expert's skills, expertise, and knowledge required to perform IT activities in organizations. However, due to the advent of the internet and the generalization of IT, IT personnel competency turns out to be an important competency of technological experts as well as employees in organizations. While the competency of IT itself is important, the appropriate harmony between IT personnel's business capability and technological capability enhances the value of human resources and thus provides organizations with sustainable competitive advantages. The rapid pace of organization change places increased pressure on employees to continually update their skills and adapt their behavior to new organizational realities. This challenge raises a number of important questions concerning organizational behavior? Why do some employees display remarkable flexibility in their behavioral responses to changes in the organization, whereas others firmly resist change or experience great stress when faced with the need to alter behavior? Why do some employees continually strive to improve themselves over their life span, whereas others are content to forge through life using the same basic knowledge and skills? Why do some employees throw themselves enthusiastically into challenging tasks, whereas others avoid challenging tasks? The goal orientation proposed by organizational psychology provides at least a partial answer to these questions. Goal orientations refer to stable personally characteristics fostered by "self-theories" about the nature and development of attributes (such as intelligence, personality, abilities, and skills) people have. Self-theories are one's beliefs and goal orientations are achievement motivation revealed in seeking goals in accordance with one's beliefs. The goal orientations include learning goal orientation, performance approach goal orientation, and performance avoid goal orientation. Specifically, a learning goal orientation refers to a preference to develop the self by acquiring new skills, mastering new situations, and improving one's competence. A performance approach goal orientation refers to a preference to demonstrate and validate the adequacy of one's competence by seeking favorable judgments and avoiding negative judgments. A performance avoid goal orientation refers to a preference to avoid the disproving of one's competence and to avoid negative judgements about it, while focusing on performance. And the study also examines the moderating role of work career of employees to investigate the difference in the relationship between IT personnel competency and personal effectiveness. The study analyzes the collected data using PASW 18.0 and and PLS(Partial Least Square). The study also uses PLS bootstrapping algorithm (sample size: 500) to test research hypotheses. The result shows that the influences of both a learning goal orientation (${\beta}$ = 0.301, t = 3.822, P < 0.000) and a performance approach goal orientation (${\beta}$ = 0.224, t = 2.710, P < 0.01) on IT personnel competency are positively significant, while the influence of a performance avoid goal orientation(${\beta}$ = -0.142, t = 2.398, p < 0.05) on IT personnel competency is negatively significant. The result indicates that employees differ in their psychological and behavioral responses according to the goal orientation of employees. The result also shows that the impact of a IT personnel competency on both personal work satisfaction(${\beta}$ = 0.395, t = 4.897, P < 0.000) and personal work performance(${\beta}$ = 0.575, t = 12.800, P < 0.000) is positively significant. And the impact of personal work satisfaction(${\beta}$ = 0.148, t = 2.432, p < 0.05) on personal work performance is positively significant. Finally, the impacts of control variables (gender, age, type of industry, position, work career) on the relationships between IT personnel competency and personal effectiveness(personal work satisfaction work performance) are partly significant. In addition, the study uses PLS algorithm to find out a GoF(global criterion of goodness of fit) of the exploratory research model which includes a mediating variable, IT personnel competency. The result of analysis shows that the value of GoF is 0.45 above GoFlarge(0.36). Therefore, the research model turns out be good. In addition, the study performs a Sobel Test to find out the statistical significance of the mediating variable, IT personnel competency, which is already turned out to have the mediating effect in the research model using PLS. The result of a Sobel Test shows that the values of Z are all significant statistically (above 1.96 and below -1.96) and indicates that IT personnel competency plays a mediating role in the research model. At the present day, most employees are universally afraid of organizational changes and resistant to them in organizations in which the acceptance and learning of a new information technology or information system is particularly required. The problem is due' to increasing a feeling of uneasiness and uncertainty in improving past practices in accordance with new organizational changes. It is not always possible for employees with positive attitudes to perform their works suitable to organizational goals. Therefore, organizations need to identify what kinds of goal-oriented minds employees have, motivate them to do self-directed learning, and provide them with organizational environment to enhance positive aspects in their works. Thus, the study provides researchers and practitioners with a matter of primary interest in goal orientation and IT personnel competency, of which they have been unaware until very recently. Some academic and practical implications and limitations arisen in the course of the research, and suggestions for future research directions are also discussed.

노인의 문화교육활동 참여동기가 심리적복지감의 융복합 형성에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Participation motivation of the Culture and Education Activities on the psychological well-being Convergence Formation of the Elderly)

  • 본 연구는 노인 문화교육활동 참여동기가 노인 심리적복지감의 융복합 형성에 미치는 영향을 고찰하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구를 위하여 수도권 노인복지관과 노인문화센터 등에서 문화교육활동에 참여 중인 노인들을 대상으로 설문조사를 하였으며, 총 255부의 자료를 모아 분석을 수행하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 목표지향형과 활동지향형(독립변수)이 생활만족도(종속변수) 형성에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 활동지향형과 학습지향형(독립변수)이 자기효능감(종속변수) 형성에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 파악되었다. 셋째, 활동지향형과 학습지향형(독립변수)이 참여태도(종속변수)에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 그러나 학습지향형과 생활만족도와의 관계, 목표지향형과 자기효능감과의 관계, 목표지향형과 참여태도와의 관계는 유의미하지 않았다. 이러한 연구결과는 노인복지 증진과 관련된 정책 제안에 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

Risk Factors of Depressive Symptoms among Community-Dwelling Elderly

  • The purpose of this study was to assess risk indicators of depressive symptoms such as demographic, socio-economical domains (age, gender, marital status, education, child, religion, income, health, friendship) and personality domains (neurotic personality, self-esteem and life goal attitude) of community dwelling elderly persons. A total of 300 community-residing elderly participants aged 65+ in a metropolitan city in Korea, were recruited for this interview survey. The interview covered demographic and socio-economic characteristics, and administration of the 20-item Korean Version of CES-D, the 10-item Self-esteem, the 19-item Neuroticism and the 10-itm Goal Instability scale. The prevalence of significant depressive symptoms (CES-D scale >= 21) was 31%. Logistic regression analysis showed high risk for depression was associated with high neuroticism, less intimate friendship, high goa1 instability, and childlessness, respectively in the order of significance. Factors in the personality domains were more strongly associated with depressive symptoms than factors in the socio- economical domains. Both cultural and universal meaning of the findings was discussed with regard to intervention.

여가에 대한 생애주기 관점과 여가생활주기 단계별 모형 개발 (Proposal on the Leisure life Cycle Model by Approaching life Cycle of Leisure Activity)

  • This study approached the leisure with the step of life cycle, analyzing the process of leisure career and leisure development in individual life. The leisure life cycle leads the other related studies by examining the concepts of continuity, change, leisure socialization, and leisure career. It also analyzes the patterns and the structures of the use of life time, using '2004 Time Use Survey' from the Korea National Statistical Office. As a result, this study suggests new 3 steps of leisure life cycle: participating and expanding stages, selective and concentrating stage, and continuing and absorbed stage. These steps set up the goal of leisure program by the periods. They also can help setting the direction of leisure activities, and can be used as basic data that can make up the leisure activity program models step by step. Moreover, the development of model can be used as valuable information to draw up the plans that can prepare for aging society and demand the support of policy.
