A Study on the Discrimination and the Real State of High Calorie Foods with Low Nutrition Values in Children's Snacks sold within Green Food Zone

  • This study surveys the state of 'children's snacks' sold within the Green Food Zone and that of High Calorie Foods with Low Nutrition Value (HCFLNV). The main purposes are the analyses of foods in accordance to KFDA Program for HCFLNV and an analysis of differences in HCFLNV that are dependent on relevant factors such as food types, school types, origins, the scale of manufacturing company, area and price. Based on the analyses, educational and political implications have been sought that will form nutritious dietary habits, contribute to the prevention of obesity, and improve health in child consumers. The methodologies of this study are literature studies and surveys. The results of this study can be summarized as following. First, the number of children's snacks is 517 items of total 645 gathered within 150 Green Food Zones. Candies are the most popular item, next are cookies, chocolates, and breads. Second, in the real state survey there are 186 HCFLNV (36.0%) among children's snacks sold within Green Food Zone. Based on the survey results, the marking of HCFLNV on the package of children's snacks and the extension of the ban of HCFLNV sales to all stores within the Green Food Zone are strongly suggested. This provides preliminary data related to children's snacks and food safety. With enforcement of the Special Act on the Safety Management of Children's Dietary Life, the rate of HCFLNV has decreased and the child snack product environment in stores has improved. However, it is necessary to supervise low-priced snacks and promote an awareness of HCFLNV along with the child consumer education of food safety is needed.

  • Domestic and foreign aviation industries showed steep growth along with rapid increase in aviation demand, but the industries got directly hit by COVID-19. Now, with the recovery of daily life, aviation demand is gradually increasing, too. However, the risk of aviation accidents also increases proportionally to the increasing demand for aviation. Although it is a point that safety management needs to be actively conducted to prevent safety accidents resulted from the growth of aviation industries, research on safety culture and organizations is not sufficiently done in terms of the depth and scope of it despite the importance of the discussion. Studies in various areas have reported that an organization's safety culture forms the group's safety atmosphere and then results in the workers' safety behavior. Accordingly, this study examined the effects of safety culture in an organization on the safety behavior of its members who are aircraft maintenance technicians. The results of this research can be summed up as follows: first, it has been found that the roles of the person in charge grounded on clear goals and guidelines for the organization's safety policy influence the technicians' attitudes. Second, the important factor in the technicians' safety observance is that the attitude to follow safety rules when performing aviation maintenance raises their awareness of safety, for instance, following standard operation procedures or wearing personal equipment for protection. Third, their attitudes have positive effects on safety participation, and consequently, their intention to comply with safety rules is shown as an active action to achieve the ultimate goal of safety behavior.

  • Now there is utilization of elevator increasing continuously, it is one of electrical facilities taking a serious view safety. However, elevator comfortable ride is researched generally Recently aging condition, equipment life, malfunction, other applicancies of power electronics and equipment disturbance effect on power quality and prevention measures are much researches in advanced nation. but awareness is lacking real condition up to now in domestic. Voltage sag, swell, harmonics, surge etc of elevator system is important problem about human safety. and there are many quality compensation to solve these problem of elevator. So to evaluate these problem, in this paper, displayed result through computer simulation for converter of problem, and inverter part by power quality problem in power distribution system.

어린이와 학부모의 식품첨가물에 대한 인식 및 정보요구도 추이 분석: 2008~2013 식품첨가물 섭취 안전성 평가 연구 결과를 중심으로 (Trends of Perception and Information Needs on Food Additives of Children and Parents by Analyzing the Safety Assessment Reports of Food Additives in 2008~2013)

  • This study was performed in order to grasp the trends of elementary school children and their parents on their purchasing behavior of processed foods, awareness of food additives and its education experience by analyzing the safety assessment reports of food additives in 2008~2013. The most important factor in purchasing processed foods was safety in both groups followed by nutrition in parents and taste in children, respectively. While purchasing foods, the first item that is checked has been shifted from food additives to the origin of the products. Parents still perceived food additives as the most hazardous factor for food safety; however, recently, children began to regard microbial contaminants as being most hazardous, which is regarded as a desirable educational effect. The most concerned food additives were preservatives, synthetic seasoning and colorants in both groups. However, the awareness level on food additives still remained low as 3.0~3.1/5.0 for parents and 2.4~2.9/5.0 for children. Educational experience on food additives increased in children from 12% in 2008 to 25% in 2013; however, it decreased in parents from 23% in 2008 to 15% in 2013. Information needs for food additives by education and promotion were very high both in parents (4.2~4.5) and children (3.8~4.1). Both groups had an interest in the safety, legal standards of food additives, and foods with food additives, in order. The most reliable resource institutions on food additives were university/research institute and hospital for parents, but, hospital and government for children. The preferred media on food additives were TV and the internet for parents, and school newsletter and TV for children. Overall, the above results demonstrated that the perceptions on food additives did not change much with parents during the last 6 years; however, children's perceptions began to show improvement with the increase of educational experience. Hence, the government needs to make efforts to increase the trust level of consumers by developing educational tools and providing educational experiences including mass media for the promotion of risk communication on food additives.

소방분야 종사자들의 안전의식에 관한 연구 - 충남지역 소방분야 종사자를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Safety Consciousness of Fire-fighting Sector Workers - Based on Fire-fighting Sector Workers in Chung-nam -)

  • 본 연구는 충남지역 소방분야종사자를 대상으로 일반안전, 생활안전 그리고 소방안전에 대한 의식조사를 목적으로 실시하였다. 연구는 설문조사로 진행되었으며 설문응답자는 소방공무원, 소방업체종사자, 안전관련 공무원 등 534명이다. 설문결과는 SPSS win 19.0을 사용하여 빈도분석 등의 통계처리를 하였다. 본 연구에서 설문의 신뢰도는 Cronbach' ${\alpha}=0.710{\sim}0.807$이다. 조사결과에 의하면 국민의 안전의식수준이 높다고 생각하는 응답자가 전체 응답자의 15%로 소방분야종사자들은 국민의 안전의식수준이 낮다고 인식하고 있었다. 소방안전의식에 대해 소방공무원은 5점 기준 4.2의 인식을 가지며, 안전관련 공무원은 3.59의 안전의식수준을 나타내고 있다. 안전의식수준은 소방공무원 > 소방업체종사자 > 안전관련 공무원 순으로 조사되었다. 조사결과에 의하면 안전에 대한 인식의 차이를 줄이기 위한 노력이 필요하다고 할 수 있다.

보행자의 위험도 산출을 위한 다중요인 융합 처리 (Mullti-factor fusion Process for Pedestrian Risk Assesment)

  • 생활공간에서 안전을 확보하는 것은 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 지역별 시간별 사건발생 빈도 기반의 위험 알림 서비스에서 더 확장된 위험도 산출 방안을 제안한다. 시간외에도 생활공간의 조도, 유동인구 뿐 아니라 개인의 상태까지 위험도 산출에 포함하였다. 기존의 확률기반 증거이론은 상황과 관련있는 요소의 수가 증가할 때, 계산량은 급증하는 문제가 있는데 이를 피하기 위하여 퍼지이론을 도입하여 확장성을 확보할 수 있었다. 제안한 산출 방안으로 위험도를 산출한 계산 결과가 언어적 형용 표현까지 가능함을 볼 수 있었다.

주부들의 식생활 라이프스타일에 따른 고추장 소비 행태에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Consumption Behaviors Regarding Red Pepper Paste according to the Food-related Lifestyles of Housewives)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate consumption behaviors regarding red pepper paste according to the food-related lifestyles of housewives. Data were collected from 210 housewives living in the Gyeongnam region of Korea through a self-administered questionnaire on November, 2008. Frequencies, factor analysis, Cronbach's alpha, cluster analysis, one-way analysis of variance, and chi-square tests were conducted using SPSS v. 14.0. Food-related lifestyles were categorized into one of five factors: popularity-seeking type, health-seeking type, convenience-seeking type, safety-seeking type, and taste-seeking type. In addition, the respondents were divided into four groups by cluster analysis: safety-seeking group, convenience-seeking group, popularity-seeking group, and taste-seeking group. The chi-square tests revealed that there were significant differences in awareness regarding how to prepare red pepper paste, the reason for buying it at the market, where to buy it, where to obtain information regarding it, the most important factor considered when buying it, and the reason for dissatisfaction with it at the market.

식품첨가물에 대한 소비자의 태도 (Consumer Attitudes towards Food Additives)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the consumer awareness and information seeking behaviors towards food additives. The data were collected from 506 adults living in Seoul, Daegu and Rusan by self-administered questionnaires. Frequencies and chi-square tests were conducted with SPSS. The results of the survey were as follows: (1) The consumers' concerns towards food additives were high, (2) Especially, many consumers were highly concerned about preservatives among food additives, (3) Two-fifths of the respondents thought the use of food additives had nothing to do with the quality of food, (4) Many respondents tried to consume the food containing less food additives, (5) Most respondents were not satisfied with the labeling of food additives, and (6) Many consumers needed the information about food additives, especially safety of food additives.

단일 센서 이벤트 기반 옥외활동 안전 식별 방안 (A Novel Way of Safety Awareness on the Walking with Single Sensor)

  • 단일 센서만을 운용하여 옥외활동 중에 있는 사용자의 안전도를 측정하고 판단할 수 있는 방안을 제안한다. 3축 가속도 센서는 다른 센서와 비교하여 가격대비 인지 성능이 우수한 면이 있다. 크기가 작고, 측정하는 값이 상대적으로 에러와 장애로부터 독립적인 측면이 있다. 3축 가속도 센서를 부착한 개인이 옥외에서 비정상적인 상태로 돌입하는 것을 감지할 수 있도록 하기 위하여 3축 가속도가 감지하여 보고하는 에너지 값을 분석하고 이를 계산하여 실시간 안전도를 정량적으로 표기할 수 있도록 하였다.

완강기 및 간이완강기의 인지·사용능력에 따른 숙박시설의 피난안전성 평가 (Assessment of Refuge Safety in Accomodations According to Awareness and Usability of Descending Life Lines and Simple Descending Life Lines)

  • 이 연구는 완강기 및 간이완강기의 설치 및 유지관리에 대해 지도 감독해야 할 책임이 있는 공무원을 대상으로 숙박시설의 화재발생시 완강기, 간이완강기의 인지 및 사용능력을 평가하기 위한 것으로 주요 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 완강기와 간이완강기를 구분할 수 있는 능력 비교에서 일반 행정직공무원 중 여성공무원의 대다수가 간이완강기 구분능력이 없기 때문에 이들의 완강기 구분 능력을 향상시켜서 유사시 추락 등 안전사고를 예방하기 위하여 안전체험관 등을 통해 정기적으로 교육을 받을 수 있도록 제도적 장치가 필요하다. 둘째, 성별과 직업별 간이완강기의 재사용여부를 직업별로 확인한 결과 소방공무원 절반정도를 제외한 대다수의 공무원이 간이완강기의 재사용 능력이 없는 것으로 분석되었다. 따라서 숙박시설의 각 실별로 추가로 설치해야 하는 피난 기구 중 간이완강기는 제외하고, 연속적으로 사용가능한 완강기만을 설치할 수 있도록 관련 법률을 재정비할 필요가 있다. 셋째, 완강기 최대부하 인지 능력은 소방공무원 직무별로 구조대원이 가장 높았으며, 소방행정요원이 가장 낮게 나타났다. 소방행정요원의 인지능력을 향상시키기 위해서는 소방학교에서 정기적으로 실시하는 지휘역량 교육 등 각종 집합교육에서 완강기에 대한 이론 및 실무교육을 강화할 필요가 있다. 마지막으로 실제 목격한 장소는 숙박시설이 가장 높게 나타나서 다른 시설보다 숙박시설 화재를 가상하여 완강기 체험교육을 실시하는 것이 교육효과가 높을 것으로 생각된다.
