방사선사(放射線士)의 동무(勤務) 실태(實態)에 관한 조사연구(調査硏究) (Survey on Working Condition of Radiological Technologists)

  • We got the following results from the 324 radiologic technologists as we surveyed their working condition by using the questionaire, who were working in the medical institutions (general hospitals and doctor's clinics) situated in the area of Seoul city, Kyung ki-do and Chung-chong-do since June to December 1985. 1. Their daily average working time was almost within 10 hours (in 93.9% of general hospitals, 66.1% of clinics). 2. About the numbers of holidays, 85.5% of general hospitals have one holiday per week,41.3% of clinics have one holiday per week or 38.5% of clinics have one holiday per two weeks. 3. Duty appointment of radiologic technologists in the department of radiology is taking charge of each part after serving for a certain part for some period (42.8%), taking charge of the special part continually or by turns in other working parts (35.3%). On the other hand in the clinics they took charge of all parts continually (53.2%) or by turns with their own situations. (30.3%). 4. Their daily working amount is too much in 51.6% of general hospitals or 45.8% of clinics. 5. They answered it was hard in 81.4% of general hospitals or 43.1% of clinics about the degree of difficulty of their work. 6. Their monthly salary is higher in the clinics than in the general hospitals and higher in Seoul area than in Kyung-ki or Chung-chong area. 7. Their yearly bonus .ate is 400%-600% (69.2%) in almost general hospitals, 100%-300% (57.8%) in th. clinics. 8. Danger allowance is paid with the monthly salary in 62.8% of the general hospitals or 19.2% of clinics and license allowance is paid in 44.7% of general hospitals or in 12.8% of clinics. 9. Their initial salary (except bonus) is about 200,000 won (in 76.8% of general hospitals, in 67.8% of clinics). 10. Their salary is raised regulary every year in 52.6% of general hospitals, but it is irregulary in 73.4% of clinics. 11. Promotion system is managed in 48.4% of the general hospitals or in 14.7% of clinics. 12. Retirement allowance is assured in 96.9% of the general hospitals or in 63.3% of clinics. 13. Main cause of their retirement is moving to more paid hospitals, better hospitals in working condition or facilities, moving to another cities, to the hospitals with more opportunities of promotion or choosing other jobs etc. 14. Human relationship with doctors, nurses or co-worker technologists as a member of medical team appeared almost intimate and good.

민간조사업법의 도입방향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Introduction Direction of Private Investigation Law)

  • 민간조사업의 주체는 다양한 서비스를 제공한다는 측면에서는 자연인, 법인 모두를 허가해야 되지만 공익성을 확보라는 측면위해서는 경비업법과 마찬가지로 법인으로 해야 할 것이며 허가제로 시행해야 할 것이다. 민간조사업 도입범위는 개인과 기업을 대상으로 하는 가출인 미아에 대한 소재 확인 조사, 특정인이나 특정집단의 신원확인, 습관, 행동방식, 동기, 소재파악, 친자확인, 교제, 거래, 명성, 성격 등을 조사, 실종된 자 또는 귀속되거나 포기된 재산의 소유자 및 부동산의 상속인 등의 소재확인 조사, 분실 또는 절취 된 재산의 행방조사, 화재, 명예훼손, 비방, 손해, 사고, 신체장애, 부동산이나 동산에 대한 침해의 원인 조사, 교통사고, 보험사고, 의료사고 등 각종사고에 대한 조사, 저작권침해 등으로 규정할 수 있다. 자격시험에 있어서는 25세 이상이 바람직 할 것이며, 1차 시험 면제자는 타 자격증과의 형평성을 고려하여 관련분야 경력 10년 이상인 자로 해야 할 것이다. 감독기관에 있어서는 민간조사업과 프랑스(경찰), 일본(공안위원회) 등 다수의 국가들이 경찰기관이 감독기관인 점과 민간조사업 업무의 성격이 경찰과의 관련이 높다는 점을 고려하면 경찰청이 감독기관이 되어야 한다. 벌칙에 있어서 특히, 개인정보에 대한 관리를 명확히 하여 고객의 기본권 침해를 방지해야 한다.

고령자 운전능력 인지 검사 도구의 타당화 연구 (A Validation Study on the Drive Ability Cognitive Assessment Tool of Elderly Drivers)

  • 본 연구는 2018년 개선되어 현재 도로교통공단에서 실시하고 있는 65세 이상의 고령 운전자를 대상으로 하는 고령 운전자 운전능력 검사 도구를 분석하여 신뢰도와 타당도를 확인하고자 했다. 연구 대상자는 만 65세 이상의 고령 운전자 중 도로교통공단 서울지부에서 실시하고 있는 고령자 운전능력 평가 시스템에 자발적으로 응시한 사람에 한했다. 연구는 2018년 7월 19일을 첫 연구대상자의 등록 및 검사를 시작으로 2018년 8월 31일까지 약 50일간 시행했다. 분석은 2018년 기존 도구를 개선한 도구로서 타당성 및 신뢰도를 알아보기 위해 기존 도구 및 인지검사 도구 (MMSE_K)와의 상관성 분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 첫 번째, 구 버전의 각 하위요인 속도거리, 시공간기억, 분산주의는 현 버전의 하위요인과 통계적으로 유의미한 정적상관을 보였다. 반면에 지속주의는 현 버전과 통계적으로 유의하지 않았다. 본 연구의 한계점은 다음과 같았다. 본 연구 대상자들은 소득이 상위계층이며 고학력자, 수도권 내에 거주자가 대부분이었다. 이에 인지능력, 판단능력 등을 확인하는 MMSE_K의 결과의 점수가 상향조정되었을 가능성이 높다. 또한, 컴퓨터에 익숙하지 않은 세대에게 컴퓨터로 측정하는 인지 도구는 실제 측정 오류가 존재할 가능성이 높다. 따라서 현장에서의 한계점을 개선하고 실제 운전능력을 평가할 수 있는 도구의 개선 및 개발이 필요할 것으로 보인다.

노인의료 복지시설 영양사의 업무활동 및 요구도 분석 (Analysis of the Job Activities and Demand of Dietitian in the Elderly Health-care Facilities)

  • This study was objectively performed to identify dietitians' job in the elderly health-care facilities, to assess facilities and dietitian's demographic characteristics, and to determine performance and importance of dietitian's job including the demand of therapeutic diet development. Survey was conducted by mail and samples were the dietitians working in 376 facilities which capacity is over 50 members from nationwide 583 the elderly health-care facilities. Returned questionnaire was 102 and used for statistic analysis. The distributions of the elderly health-care facilities showed 39 the elderly nursing facilities(38.2%), 32 skilled nursing facilities (32.4%), 13 geriatrics hospital facilities(12.7%) and 9 the elderly cost nursing facilities(8.8%). 60.0 percent of the samples showed its menu price as 1,000 to 1,500 won. A cycle-menu program was in-use at the 79.0% facilities, but only 7.1% facilities have been introduced a selected menu system. 92.9% facilities employed only one dietitian. In the demographic characteristics of dietitian only 14.7% dietitian had a clinical dietitian license and 51.5% of respondents answered at least 1 to 3 months internship program is needed. Job activities of the dietitian in the elderly health-care foodservice were identified as 45 activities with 9 dimensions. Job performance score evaluated dietitian oneself was 4.71 of 7 points. The average importance score that the dietitian evaluated their own job was 5.66 points of 7. The job activities shown higher importance but lower performance were therapeutic diet development for in-patients, menu development suitable for taste of the elderly, and leadership. Job performance score by characteristics of dietitian and their elderly health-care facilities was significantly associated with experience of dietitian in elderly health-care (F=4.480, p<0.05), education of dietitian(F=2.659, p<0.01), number of dietitian(F=2.245, p<0.05), and number of employee in foodservice(F=2.607, p<0.05). Most common diseases of the aged was proved as hypertension(81.7%), diabetes mellitus(71.4%), and dementia(65.0%). The therapeutic diets frequently provided were diabetes mellitus diet, dysphagia diet, low sodium diet, high fiber diet, and high protein diet, in order. For those reasons, dietitian in the elderly health care emphasized that the information about therapeutic diet development such as diabetes mellitus diet, dysphagia diet, low sodium diet and hypertension diet must be continuously developed and provided. The result from this study can be applicable to enlarge and enrich job activities of dietitian in elderly health-care foodservice.

119 구급대원의 직무만족도와 이직의도와의 관계 (The Relationship Between The Job Satisfaction and The Turnover Intention of 119 Emergency Medical Technicians)

  • Objective : The objective of this study was to survey the job satisfaction and turnover intention of 119 emergency medical technicians who are fire fighters and, at the same time, provide emergency patients with first aid, to examine the correlation between their job satisfaction and turnover intention, and to provide basic materials for the human resource management of 119 emergency medical technicians. Method : The survey was conducted with 152 119 emergency medical technicians working at fire stations in an area of Gyeonggi-do during the period from July 15 to September 14, 2009. Job satisfaction was measured with a tool developed by Kim Sun-sim and Kwon Hye-ran (2002) based on the Index of Work Satisfaction, and turnover intention with the tool developed by Becker (2002) and translated and used by Cho Yeong-sook (2002). The questionnaire was composed of 11 questions on general characteristics, 35 on job satisfaction, and 4 on turnover intention, so a total of 50 questions. The reliability of the questionnaire was Cronbach's ${\alpha}=0.922$ for job satisfaction and Cronbach's ${\alpha}=0.854$ for turnover intention. Using SPSS 14.0, we obtained frequencies, percentages, means, and standard deviations, and performed independent two-sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Pearson correlation analysis, and Cronbach's ${\alpha}$. Results : 1) The mean score of the 119 emergency medical technicians' job satisfaction was 2.71, and that of their turnover intention was 2.64. By area of job satisfaction, the mean score was 3.44 for the area of job itself, 2.92 for the interaction area, 2.67 for the organizational demand area, 2.64 for the autonomy area, 2.14 for the wage area, and 1.91 for the working condition area, showing that emergency medical technicians were generally satisfied with their job itself but not with their working condition. 2) As to difference according to the 119 emergency medical technicians' general characteristics, statistically significant difference was observed in job satisfaction according to license type (F = 4.729, p < .010), and in turnover intention according to position (F = 3.768, p < .025). 3) The 119 emergency medical technicians' job satisfaction and turnover intention was in a negative correlation with each other (r = -.44, p < .000) in general, and by the sub-areas of job satisfaction, the correlation with turnover intention was high in order of the autonomy area (r = -.42, p = .000), interaction area (r = -.42, p = .000), job itself (r = -.35, p < .000), organizational demand area (r = -.30, p = .000), wage area (r = -.23, p = .000), and working condition area (r = -.21, p = .008). Conclusion : The 119 emergency medical technicians' job satisfaction showed a negative correlation with their turnover intention. This suggests that turnover intention can be reduced by improving job satisfaction. Furthermore, 119 emergency medical technicians' job satisfaction was high with the job itself, showing their high pride in their job, but was low with working condition and wage. Thus, it is necessary to enhance their job satisfaction by improving the 24-hour work system through supplementing manpower, compensating for overtime works, adjusting work hours per week, etc. These results are expected to be useful in making human resource management plans to lower turnover intention by enhancing 119 emergency medical technicians' job satisfaction.

국내 방송채널사용사업자(PP)의 전략집단과 성과에 관한 연구 (A Study on Strategic Groups of Program Providers(PP) and the Performance in Korea)

  • 유사한 자원을 가지고 유사한 전략을 사용하는 기업들의 집합체로 정의되는 '전략 집단 (strategic group)' 개념은 기업과 산업의 중간에 위치하여 산업조직론과 전략경영의 접점이 되고 있다. 본 연구는 경영학 분야에서 주로 적용되었던 '전략 집단'의 개념을 방송채널사용 사업자(Program Provider) 산업에 적용하였다. 본 연구는 국내 PP시장에는 몇 개의 전략 집단이 존재하며, 집단 간 전략적 변수의 차이는 무엇이며, 전략 집단별 PP의 성과는 어떤 차이가 있는지를 살펴보고자 하였다. 이러한 목적을 위하여 40개 상업 PP를 분석하였다. 전략 집단 분류 변수를 이용, 군집 분석을 실시한 결과 9개의 군집으로 분류되었다. 전략 집단 구분시 군집 형성에 상대적으로 기여도가 큰 변수는 운영 효율성(4.05), 가격(3.83), 규모, 즉 SO 송출수(3.56), 수신료 의존도(2.58), 수평 결합(2.16) 등의 순이었다. 전략 집단간 재무성과 간의 관계를 조사하기 위해서, 성과 변수 간에 분산 분석을 실시한 결과, 전략 집단 간에 가입자당 매출액은 유의적 차이가 있었지만, 매출액 영업 이익률, 현금흐름 비율은 통계적으로 유의미하지 않았다. 기존 연구에서는 역사가 오래된 PP가 성과가 높거나 전략 집단 형성에 크게 기여한다고 하였다. 그러나 이번 연구에서는 역사 변수 역시 집단 구분이나 성과에 큰 영향을 미치지는 않는 것으로 나타났다.

의학전문대학원생의 스트레스, 자아탄력성, 자기효능감과 임상수행능력과의 관계 (Relation amang Stress, Ego-Resilience, Self-Efficacy, Clinical performance in graduate medical student)

  • 최근 의학교육은 의과대학에서 의학전문대학원으로의 체제변화와 의사국가고시 실기시험 도입에 따른 변화에 대처해야하는 과제를 안고 있다. 따라서 의학전문대학원 학생들의 특성을 고려하고 국가고시 실기시험을 대비한 임상수행능력향상을 위한 교육이 필요하다. 본 연구는 의대생들의 스트레스, 자아탄력성, 자기효능감에 따른 임상수행능력과의 관계를 알아보기 위한 서술적 상관관계 연구로 D시에 소재한 일 의학전문대학원생 97명을 대상으로 2011년 8월19부터 20일까지 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과는 스트레스는 자아탄력성과는 부적상관관계를 나타냈었고 자기 효능감의 하부영역인 자신감과는 정적상관관계를 보였다. 자아탄력성은 임상실기수행능력의 하부영역인 CPX와는 정적상관관계를 나타내었다. 자기효능감의 하부영역인 과제난이도 선호는 OSCE와 부적상관관계를 나타내었고, 임상실기수행능력의 하부영역인 OSCE와 CPX는 정적상관관계를 나타내었다. 따라서 학생들의 스트레스 감소는 자아탄력성을 향상시킬 수 있으며 궁극적으로 임상실기수행능력을 향상시킬 수 있다고 본다. 이상의 결과로 볼 때, 임상실기수행능력 향상을 위해서는 학생 개인의 특성을 파악하여 자아탄력성 향상을 위한 교육프로그램을 개발하고 교육과정에 반영하여야 할 것이다.

국내 거주 외국인의 침 치료 경험과 한의학에 대한 인식: 질적연구 (Perceptions and Experiences of Acupuncture among Expatriates Living in Korea: A Qualitative Study)

  • Objectives : In this study, we conducted a focus group interview among expatriates living in Korea, to investigate their experiences and perceptions of acupuncture and Korean Medicine in order to improve the usage of Korean Medicine in the medical tourism market. Methods : The inclusion criteria for the focus group interview was: (1) participants between the age of 20 to 75 years old; (2) those who had lived in Korea for more than 90 days, and (3) those who were able to express their thoughts freely in English. The participants were informed that the interviews will be recorded and transcribed. We ended recruitment once saturation of materials was met. Semi-structured interviews were conducted, and the data was analyzed after each interview. Results : The interviews were held between June to December 2016. Twenty-four participants were recruited but four dropped out and a total of twenty participants successfully finished the interviews. Six focus group interviews were conducted. Analysis revealed that Korean Medicine was relatively less known compared to Traditional Chinese Medicine or Complementary and Alternative Medicine. Participants automatically associated acupuncture with the management of pain or stress and replied that these were the areas that they thought acupuncture would be most effective. Positive experiences with acupuncture and with the acupuncture practitioners were factors that promoted the use of acupuncture whereas lack of awareness, accessibility and accreditation were factors that hindered its use. Other factors that hindered the use of acupuncture was needle phobia and the perception that acupuncture lacks scientific evidence. Conclusions : Awareness on Korean Medicine and acupuncture is low. Participants lack awareness on what diseases acupuncture can treat, the scientific evidence behind the mechanism of action, and the rigorous education system that Korean Medicine doctors must go through to get their license. Rigorous marketing should be encouraged, which includes greater exposure in the media, more honest reviews from patients, and promotion of the scientific evidence base.

가상환경 기반 자율주행 운전능력 평가방안 연구 (Study on the Evaluation Method of Autonomous Vehicle Driving Ability Based on Virtual Reality)

  • 세계 최대 차량공유업체 우버의 자율주행에 의한 보행자 사망사고에 이어 지난 4월에는 테슬라의 자율주행 교통사고로 2명이 사망하는 등 자율주행의 안전성 문제가 대두됨에 따라 자율주행 도입에 따른 도로 이용자의 안전성 확보가 필요한 실정이다. 이에 자율주행의 안전성을 확보하기 위해서는 실제로 자율주행자동차가 주행할 도로 및 교통 환경을 기반으로 다양한 상황에서의 자율주행 운전능력을 평가할 필요가 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 다양한 운전능력 시험방법 중 가상현실 기반 자율주행 운전능력 평가도구를 제시하고자 일반 운전면허시험 문제를 기반으로 UC-win/Road ver.14.0을 활용하였다. 이를 바탕으로 복합적이고 다양한 주행환경에서 돌발상황에 대한 운전능력을 시험하고자 하였으며 자율주행 운전능력 시험평가의 최적의 도구로서의 실제 적용가능성을 확인하고자 하였다.

방사선검사에 관한 기록 의무화의 필요성 (Necessity of Mandatory Records on Radiological Examination)

  • This study discussed the validity and necessity of compulsory recording of radiographic examination performed by radiological technologist on patients in medical institutions related to radiation exposure. Also, this study provided reasonable evidence of radiographic examination related medical records can contribute to the improvement of public health. Based on overseas cases of implementing a radiographic examination record system, the essential items to be included in medical record are the exposure date, exposure time, exposure method, exposure conditions that is tube voltage, tube current. Name and license number of the radiological technologist who performed the examination should be include in medical record. It is expected that the medical record of the total amount of radiation exposure per year would be in giving the maximum benefit with the minimum exposure to the medical radiation examination of the patient. In addition, interventional radiography medical record should also include exposure time, type and dose of the contrast medium.
