As a part of the open science policy, this study compared the perception of research data sharing and utilization by academic field. Based on this, in - depth interviews were conducted with semistructured questions to the data task managers of 27 government - funded research institutes in science and technology. Among them, nine excellent organizations were selected from the viewpoint of data management and cases of research data collection and management were specifically presented. The State of the collection and management of research data by the participating research institutes is generally a pilot project stage, and the level of collection and establishment of data also differs by institution. In terms of institutions, they are divided into three levels: the level of collection and establishment of data(KIOM), the advanced level of it (KIST), And level of steps to start sharing (KRIBB, KRICT).

Fuzzing is an automated software testing methodology that dynamically tests the security of software by inputting randomly generated input values outside of the expected range. KISA is releasing open source for standard cryptographic algorithms, and many crypto module developers are developing crypto modules using this source code. If there is a vulnerability in the open source code, the cryptographic library referring to it has a potential vulnerability, which may lead to a security accident that causes enormous losses in the future. Therefore, in this study, an appropriate security policy was established to verify the safety of block cipher source codes such as SEED, HIGHT, and ARIA, and the safety was verified using differential fuzzing. Finally, a total of 45 vulnerabilities were found in the memory bug items and error handling items, and a vulnerability improvement plan to solve them is proposed.

We are able to watch international multimedia anytime and anywhere, if we have the devices to connect Internet. Netflix and Youtube are the most massive and the most visited streaming platforms in the world. So If audiences are not familiar with the exotic culture such as behaviors, contexts, sarcasm, history and the current issues, It would happen a consequence that they entirely have to rely on subtitles in order to get inform. This research hereby aims to compare Korean transcriptions of the same movies streamed by the two selected platforms(Netflix and Youtube). As a result, good translation is that translators should use appropriate omissions and detailed explanations in limited time and space so that audience can concentrate on the vedio. If translators study the work in depth and spend enough time working on it, the quality of translation will definitely increase. Finally, this study contributed to the revitalization of the video translation market, which is still in the past, through the misinterpretation of videos produced at a low unit price and with minimal time without guidelines for video translation.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the data repository certification scheme and to propose a strategy to promote Coretrustseal certification. The certification system to be analyzed includes Coretrustseal, RatSWD, CLARIN certificate B, DIN 31644, ISO 16363, TDR and nestor. Among them, Coretrustseal certification is a core certification system that meets the standards and requirements of other certifications. Therefore, in this study, the Coretrustseal certification promotion strategy was proposed step by step. The proposed certification promotion strategy includes a list of research data policies and guidelines and examples of certification applications for use by institutions that operate domestic data repositories. Through this CTS certification process, each institution can secure research data policies and guidelines, and when CTS certification is obtained, it is judged that international reliability of the data repository can be secured.

The purpose of this study is to identify the current status of institutional research data repositories in the field of science and technology and to suggest ways to activate them. The study conducted literature research, case analysis, and interviews with repository managers both domestically and internationally. The study suggested strategies with a focus on establishing repository regulations and policies, improving awareness of research data sharing, and enhancing research data quality management. First, in terms of repository regulations and policy establishment, it was considered necessary to promote the status of the National R&D Information Processing Standards, a regulation related to research data, and clarify repository basis regulations. Second, to enhance awareness of research data sharing, the need for comprehensive research data education and the identification of exemplary cases were suggested. Third, in terms of strengthening research data quality management, the need for preparation for interaction between researchers-persons in charge-committees, standardization work, and long-term preservation was suggested.

This study aimed to validate the effect of newborn care education program to parenting confidence, knowledge and self-efficacy using systematic review and meta-analysis. Literature search was used, Library of Congress, KERIS, KISS, domestic Journal, and until 2016, a total of 11 articles were used for meta-analysis to convergence this kind of results. As the result of the meta-analysis, there was no statistically significant difference in the overall effect of parenting confidence on the neonatal care education program, but there was a statistically significant difference in the sub-group analysis. The overall effect of knowledge and self-efficacy was statistically significant. Based on the results of this study, it will be helpful to understand the newborn care education program and the basis for the effect of education. The research that measures the related variables should be repeated and generalization should be planned in the future research.

This study was conducted as a basic study to derive improvement measures for NKIS. A survey was conducted on NKIS users and the user's perception of NKIS was analyzed to derive improvement measures for NKIS. The directions for improvement presented based on the research results are as follows. First, it is necessary to survey the demand for users by occupational group and age and to establish clear targets for NKIS main users. Second, efforts to spread policy information and services are needed. Third, it is necessary to improve and revitalize the public relations method through the introduction of new media while maintaining the direction for public relations. This study presents NKIS user inconveniences and modifications through the NKIS user survey. Through this, it will increase users' NKIS utilization and contribute to the expansion of new users. In addition, it seems that it can be used as basic data when user perception surveys are conducted on similar information portals in the future. In future research, an in-depth investigation should be conducted to identify actual users of NKIS, and customized promotional measures should be established for users who actually utilize policy information to realize NKIS goals.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the performance of the Gyeonggi province book sharing regular delivery project for pre-schoolers in 2021, analyze the problems of the project, and suggest improvement measures to help the preparation of policies for the promotion of reading culture in Gyeonggi province. As a result of the survey, the necessity and satisfaction of the project were found to be very high for both the caregivers and the reading coaches. In particular, in the case of caregivers, the higher the amount of reading after the project, the higher the need for and satisfaction with the project. It was found that they wanted to participate in programs such as regular book delivery. Even in the convergence of expert opinions, it was evaluated that there was a positive change in the perception of parenting by reading by caregivers, and that the necessity and satisfaction of this project were very high due to the development of infant-parent interaction. However, in the self-evaluation of the project manager and the implementing organization, it was evaluated that better results could be achieved only when the project was carried out through thorough planning and preparation in advance. Through this, for the continuity of Gyeonggi province regular delivery of children's book packages, improvement plans were presented and Gyeonggi-do's reading culture promotion policy was proposed.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of internet addiction prevention program on adolescents' self-regulation using systematic review and meta-analysis. Databases od domestic literature were used, Library of Congress, KERIS, KISS, domestic Journal, until 2018, eleven articles were used for meta-analysis. As a result of the study, there was statistically significant difference in the overall effect of self-regulation on the internet addiction prevention program, but the heterogeneity was high and subgroup analysis was conducted. The effects of self-regulation on the Internet addiction prevention program according to subjects were statistically significant in both elementary and middle & high school students. The effect size of self-regulation by internet addiction was statistically significant..Therefore, it's necessary to develop an Internet addiction prevention program according to the characteristics of elementary and middle & high school students.

Many services are provided through big data analysis in various fields such as individuals, private sectors, and governments. There is a growing interest in training data scientists to provide these services. Particularly, interest in big data-based marketing curriculum is high. This study analyzed the domestic and foreign university big data-based marketing-related curriculum to utilize vast and diverse types of information from a marketing perspective in the era of big data. As a result of the analysis of 3,523 subjects related to digital marketing, big data marketing, data analysis, and developers collected according to the analysis criteria, it was analyzed that the specialized curriculum for training data scientists required in the era of the fourth industrial revolution was not appropriate. It is expected that the proposed curriculum in this study will be useful for the development of digital marketing and big data-based marketing curriculum.
