This study attempted to reveal the influence of the exchange relationship (TMX) between Pilates leaders and members on job performance. Accordingly, from April 1 to July 12, 2023, 82 lines of couple data (164 people: 82 leaders, 82 members) were sampled and the following results were derived. First, the higher the leader exchange relationship, the higher the leader's job performance, and the higher the member exchange relationship, the higher the leader's job performance. Second, it can be seen that the higher the leader exchange relationship, the higher the member's job performance, and the higher the member exchange relationship, the higher the member's job performance. Therefore, it can be seen as a result of reflecting the systematic demand for exchange activities because the dependent relationship leads to active job participation through mutual relationships with colleagues.

Among individual factors, gender, age, income level, smoking, drinking, weight control attempt, frequency of breakfast, obesity, quality of life, and subjective health status were factors that had a significant effect. Among social relationship factors, leisure activities and contact with neighbors at least once a week were significant factors, and only overall safety level satisfaction was a factor that had a significant effect on physical activity practice in community satisfaction factors. Park golf is establishing itself as a daily sport that the silver generation can enjoy physically and cost-free. Accordingly, we have examined the impact of park golf participants' passionate participation behavior on sports immersion and sports performance. The subjects were 243 park golf participants, and SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 18.0 were used for data processing. In addition, frequency analysis, reliability, confirmatory factor analysis, and correlation analysis were conducted. Path analysis was performed using SEM, and mediating effects were analyzed using bootstrapping. First, regarding the relationship between passionate behavior and sports immersion, harmonious passion did not affect sports immersion, and obsessive passion had a positive effect. Second, passion had a positive effect on sports performance. Third, sports immersion had a positive effect on sports performance. Fourth, sports commitment played a partial mediating role in the relationship between passion and sports performance. Therefore, if the environment of the park golf course is improved so that passion does not decrease, exercise immersion and exercise performance will improve.

The fishing port was once the foothold of production as well as the stronghold of communities but with the declining of the fishing industry, ports became abandoned space. Jeju Special Self-Governing Province has continued its effort to vitalize marine tourism since 2010. Shinyang Port in particular is designated as a Prearranged Marina Port Development Zone, and planning for the Jeju Ocean Marina City project is underway. Nevertheless, fishing port remodeling projects implemented on Jeju so far have focused only on civil engineering such as renovating old facilities. In addition, most Marina Port Development Projects have been irrelevant to local communities. Leading projects by the local government mostly suffer from a lack of funding, which results in the renovation of old facilities and improper maintenance, while private sector investment projects do not lead to benefit sharing with the community. Shinyang Port, also renovated in 2008, ended up with outer breakwater extension construction that neither solved the fundamental problem of the site nor gave benefits to residents. To arrange a way to solve problems for civil engineering focused development project, improper maintenance, and benefit sharing with community, first, this study proposes a development plan that connects with the outlying areas near the ports. The plan reflects existing topography, Jeju traditional stonewalls, narrow paths on the master plan and programs by reading the regional context. In this way, this paper suggests a space development plan reflecting the local landscape and characteristic factors. Second, it satisfies various needs by using existing and new Marine Tourism Resources. Third, it examines sustainable operation and management measures through residents' participation. The proposal is significant in two key ways: it is a fresh attempt at connecting the fishing port with its outlying areas from a landscape perspective; and it considers environmental, social, economic issues, and suggests participation for local communities. Thus, the model can be used in future fishing-port remodeling plans for revitalizing unused space, including invaluable traditional landscapes, and for boosting the marine-leisure industry.
