해양레저 발전을 위한 피셔리나 활성화 방안 (Fisherina Activation Plan for the Development of Marine Leisure)

  • 본 연구는 피셔리나 개발의 필요성을 심층적으로 분석하여 피셔리나 활성화 방안을 제시하고자 수행되었다. 이를 위해 문헌분석과 심층면담, 델파이 분석을 통해 결과를 도출하였다. 그 결과 피셔리나 개발의 필요성은 첫째, 해양레저 선박의 증대로 인한 포화상태, 둘째, 경제적인 건설의 가능성, 셋째, 어촌경제의 활성화로 나타났다. 피셔리나의 문제점은 첫째, 어민과 레저선박 이용자 간의 갈등, 둘째, 재정적 어려움, 셋째, 인프라의 부족으로 도출되었고, 이에 따른 피셔리나 활성화 방안은 첫째, 이해관계자를 중심으로 한 협의체 구성방안, 둘째, 재정건전성 확보방안, 셋째, 사업연계를 통한 인프라 구축방안, 넷째, 제도적 보완방안으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과는 낙후된 국내 피셔리나 개발 사업을 확대하고, 더 나아가 해양레저산업의 활성화에 중요한 역할을 할 수 있을 것이다.

  • The domestic food service industry has established its industrial basis since the overseas brands were introduced and international events were held in Korea. It also has showed a prominent growth rate as consumers began to show more interests in leisure and quality of working life(QWL) At this, the employees, constituting Points of contacts with consumers of the food service industry, have emerged as a Primarily critical concern in order for the food service industry, which can affect people in various ways, to adopt our own food culture and develop its business quality. In the food service industry, as a relatively labour-intensive industry, the manpower service is considered very important. Whether the industry succeeds or not depends on the role of employees as the quality of service of employees can decide the quality of the industry itself. In spite of the importance of employees in the food service industry, not many researches have been Performed on the personnel management of the industry, as Koreans traditionally have hold a prejudiced view on the food service industry and it is only a short time since the food business began to be considered as an industry. This thesis aims at research on the factors affecting job satisfaction of the employees by dealing with the importance and characteristics of the role of employees of the food service industry and theoretical background of the job satisfaction. The presumable factors affecting the job satisfaction are divided into several groups ; characteristics of organization, working condition, human relationship, psychological factors, and its reputation in the labour market. Hypotheses and models, where those factors affect the employees, are formed. Statistical methods such as correlation analysis and multiple regression are used in order to verify those hypotheses. Alternatives to improve job satisfaction of employees are suggested based on the analysis. It is expected that there will be more active researches on employees of the food service industry, as this thesis has selected employees of the food service industry as its subjects while subjects of similar researches have been mainly hotel employees so far.

  • As health and well-being become a global trend, the younger generation is focusing on the balance between work and leisure time and they are interested in sports activities as well as a cultural life. In addition, the range of sportswear is expanding, so that athleisure fashion is getting into daily lives. In particular, consumer groups in the sportswear market are beginning to change since generation Z consumers are more and more interested in sportswear and their needs are also growing of health and functional of sports wear. It's a global trend that athleisure fashion market is growing, which combines professional athletic wear with fashion. As the number of women who enjoy sports and leisure in their spare time, the consumer pattern in the sports wear market is also expanding to female customers. However, most sports functional wears were focused on male consumers, so that functional inner-wears are mostly made for both sexes, which mean the functional inner-wears are produced without considering the physical characteristics of men and women and with not enough size division ending up not suitable for professional athletes. In particular, female professional athletes need functional inner-wear that fits the characteristics of the sport because they are not only different in physical condition and they are also using different muscles for different movements. Therefore, functional inner-wear needs pattern development and size system setting considering the body shape and athletic movement of female professional athlete.

ADS-B 신호를 이용한 ILS 최종접근 구간의 항공기 항적 이격 분포 도출 (The Deviation Distribution of Target on the ILS Final Approach Segment Using ADS-B Message)

  • ADS-B는 레이더에 비하여 높은 정확도와 빠른 갱신 주기를 제공하여, 레이더를 대체하거나 보완할 수 있는 기술이다. 최근 증가하는 항공교통량과 이에 따른 정확한 감시의 요구에 의하여 ADS-B가 실제 항공기 운영에 적용되고 있다. 본 논문은 항공기가 운항 중 상시 송신하는 ADS-B 신호를 활용한 공한 인근 지역에서 정밀 감시가 가능한지 확인하기 위한 자료 수집과 일부 데이터에 대한 분석을 수행하였다. 이를 위하여 정밀계기 착륙 접근하는 항공기의 ADS-B 항적을 수집하고, 최종접근 구간에서 항적의 분포 특성에 관한 분석을 수행하였다. 분석결과 ADS-B 항적은 활주로 중심선 연장선에 대하여 평균 이격 거리 -0.04 m, 표준편차 6.71 m이고, 또한 비교적 정확한 감시정보의 제공이 가능함을 확인하였다.

  • 플레저 보트나 요트는 FRP나 알루미늄으로 제작되고 있으나 FRP는 해양환경오염으로, 알루미늄은 낮은 가격 경쟁력으로 인하여 해당 제품의 시장 지배력이 약화되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 선체를 폴리에틸렌으로 제작하여 일본소형선박검사사무규정세칙에서 제안하고 있는 소형선체에 대한 구조 안전성 평가 방법을 통하여 폴리에틸렌 선체의 구조 안전성을 확인한 결과, 폴리에틸렌 보트가 FRP 보트보다 매우 높은 구조 안전성을 보였다.

뉴 실버 세대의 패션관심도와 라이프스타일에 따른 패션 색채 선호도 연구 (A Study on Fashion Color Preferences According to the Fashion Interest and Lifestyle of the New Silver Generation)

  • The New Silver Generation, which includes retired baby boomers, is eschewing traditional lifestyles, remaining socially and economically active, and striving to enjoy their lives. It is necessary to understand the preferences, sensibilities, and fashion propensities of such individuals. Thus, this study analyzed the New Silver Generation's fashion color preferences and proposed fashion color scheme guidelines that could be used in the fashion industry. First, surveys were conducted in people of the New Silver Generation aged from 55 to 65 years. The survey questions included the following: fashion color preferences, fashion sensibility and taste preferences, fashion interests, lifestyle, and demographic background. Second, the survey was conducted to identify differences in color preferences based on respondents' fashion interests and lifestyles. Next, to compose color palettes for the survey, 45 colors from the Munsell color system were chosen at random. The major research results were as follows: It was shown that socializing- and health-preferring individuals wore achromatic color, leisure-preferring individuals wore P color, and self-preferring individuals wore B color. The commonly worn colors were achromatic colors. After the age of 55 years, health- and leisure-preferring individuals often wore R color and RP color, respectively. Thus, this study proposed a color scheme arrangement that used achromatic colors, such as black and white, as the main colors list for the four lifestyle types.

  • Many fish species are imported into Korea from various countries. However, in the case of some fish species, there are many that do not have Korean names. Species similar in morphology to domestically produced aquatic products are often disguised as being domestically produced and distributed. Therefore, this study presents a species list for 1,032 fish imported into Korea. Fish species that have not been given Korean names have been given a Korean name using a scientific method to prevent confusion during seafood distribution. Standards for naming stingrays, skates, and mackerel, which are often confused when a country name is being assigned are presented.

  • With the development of SNS, companies and individuals are actively marketing through social media to develop their own products. It is also important to post posts promoting on simple SNS or to show a lot of exposure using algorithms, but customers upload reviews or proof shots of the product on their own, naturally increasing the exposure of the product and increasing the purchasing power of potential customers. As the number of products that users want to purchase through SNS is increasing, they want to access and purchase not only tangible products such as goods and food, but also intangible services through SNS. In this paper, we would like to study exhibitions that have both tangible and intangible characteristics. SNS accounts that mainly introduce these products by searching for reviews have been created while spending leisure time such as exhibitions and fairs, reducing the hassle of searching for personal interests on search engines, and providing prices and reviews from the exhibition's schedule, lowering entry barriers and increasing purchasing power. Using this point, many exhibitions not only display works, but also open various experience centers, and create a photo zone or a unique exhibition hall atmosphere to attract many customers. In this study, we study the impact of SNS on the leisure culture of exhibition. The marketing direction in the situation where SNS marketing is becoming the mainstream is presented, and the change in the form of exhibition is described and presented as an academic approach.

해양산업 인적자원개발 방향 탐색 (An Exploration of Direction for Human Resource Development in Marine industry)

  • The purpose of this research is to grasp the present state of marine lifelong education and to provide direction for maritime industry. In this research, we first saw our country present ocean industry and the ocean lifelong education concept and definition besides formal school education to secure ocean human capital. Second, we researched about the ocean lifelong education that has been progressing by the organization, and by this, we inferred what to improve from our country ocean lifelong education. As a result, the improvement point for present ocean lifelong education of our country was first, the reflect of variety of marine related information in our country lifelong education is low, second, the learners were mostly children and teenagers, third, most of the were event education. Forth, it is good that there are a lot of experimenting programs, but most of them were experiment of ocean leisure sports and visiting the facilities, and because these are one-time thing so it was hard to secure marine citizenship or help them set their career in marine. Fifth, all facilities had similar contents for the experimenting program, and sixth, education period was concentrated on May and November.

Sports Leadership Theories for Improving Retail Service Quality on Customer Value

  • Purpose: The sports leadership theories are crucial in ensuring the success of corporations. This study shall discuss the various leadership theories employed in the sports industry and how they can be incorporated within the retailing sector to enhance the service quality and promote substantial customer value towards all the consumers visiting the retailing stores. Research design, data and methodology: The present researcher gathered textual data on potential solutions for coding of development through web searching method and coded and produced various topics as solution providers. Methods were then established to enhance quality on customer value by the leadership within their businesses, and the researcher subsequently presented the findings. Results: This study provides a total of nine solutions which are helpful systemically for practitioners in the retailer service sector. These numerous solutions can be incorporated within the retail industry through the sports leadership theories employed in the sports industry to help achieve a full and strong customer value. Conclusions: Finally, the present study concludes that the retail industry and management need to ensure that a substantial customer value is built through high-quality services rendered towards the clientele base, employing sports leadership theories such as path-goal, authentic leadership, transformation, situational and leader-member exchange theories.
