The questionnaire adopted a double-bound dichotomous choice Model and the variables for evaluating the amount of willingness to pay consisted of demographic variables and respondent behavior variables, and related information verified through previous studies. As a result of collecting and analyzing a total of 309 questionnaires, the amount of willingness to pay for marine leisure ships was estimated to be 25,510 won. In addition, significant variables affecting the amount of willingness to pay were the experience of visiting the island, satisfaction with the introduction of new maritime transportation, and intention to revisit the island. Through this study, it can be used as a basis for evaluating the economic value of new maritime transportation by estimating the willingness to pay for marine leisure ships using the contingent valuation method.

  • Objectives: This study aimed to understand the effect of factors, possibilities, and desires on oral examination experience behavior of the elderly using raw data from the 2017 Community Health Survey. Methods: Hierarchical logistic regression analysis, an analysis method that controls the input order of a series of independent variables, was performed for 67,835 senior citizens aged 65 and older. Results: In terms of predisposing factors-in women, the higher the level of education, the higher the oral examination practice rate, and the lower the oral examination practice rate in divorce and bereavement among those aged 75 years or older. Regarding enabling factors, the lower the income rating, the higher the oral examination experience rate in religious and social participants as well as, leisure and charity participants, and the lower the oral examination experience rate in the natural environment. Regarding the need factors, the oral examination practice rate was high when the subjective oral health level was recognized as good. Conclusions: As a result, Anderson's model confirmed that various factors affect oral examination experience behavior, and institutional support for policy consensus is needed to promote oral examination experience behavior in older people in various directions.

  • The increase in atmospheric carbon dioxide concentrations is known to be closely associated with climate change and global warming. In this sense, considering that facilities for appropriate education and experience on wood, which is a carbon pool, have been required, this study targets the Wood Cultural Experience Centers, which are in current operation, examines and evaluates their operation status and policy changes, and ultimately derives a successful positioning plan. To this end, it conducts a survey, and the results are as follows. First, as a result of the similarity analysis (KYST: Kruskal-Young-Shepard-Torgerson program) with facilities with leisure activities and educational functions, the Wood Cultural Experience Center have competition with natural recreation forests in terms of naturalness, and it has competition with the career experience center and youth training center in terms of experiential observation. Second, the result of positioning analysis of the attribute space map indicates that the Wood Cultural Experience Center is positively perceived in terms of such attributes as naturalness, experiential learning or recreation, and preservation of natural environment, but is negatively recognized in terms of accessibility, escape from daily life, and things to see.

  • Ecological parks enable the sustainable use of natural resources and can be used as a place for site based environmental education. This study presented an opportunity to expand the scope of user perceptions and leisure benefits into urban ecological parks. However, in-depth studies which are aimed at eco-park visitors seeking the leisure benefits of the eco experience programs are lacking. The primary purpose of this study was to examine the urban ecological park user' characteristics which were derived by analyzing the leisure benefits and attitudes for the environment. Also, the attitudes about the environment, and the leisure benefits of visiting urban ecological parks was found to influence visitors' overall satisfaction. To accomplish the purposes of this study, a questionnaire survey with 282 samples was carried out on the urban ecological park(Gildong ecological park, Yeouido tributary ecology park). The results of the analyses are as following: urban ecological park visitors had a positive attitude about the environment, and felt satisfied by the visitors' leisure benefits. The study also examined the relationships between visitors' expectations of the leisure benefits both before visiting and after visiting. The results showed that ecological park visitors had greater expectations regarding the leisure benefits of the ecological program. Leisure benefits have a positive influence on overall satisfaction, and a positive attitude for the environment does not affect satisfaction. This study reaches the conclusion that the ecology experience program utilizing ecological parks is very effective with regard to overall satisfaction in urban areas toward the general environment and ecological parks. One of the major implications of this study is to offer a way to improve user leisure benefits and promote ecological programs by developing ecological parks for the future.

The Berg Balance Scale, Modified Barthel Index, Manual Function test, and Activity Card Sort were used to assess static and dynamic balance function, upper limb function, level of independence, and their level of participation within the community. A regression analysis was used to identify the influence of factors affecting participation in ADL, social and recreational activities. Results: The Activity Card Sort scores were significantly affected by the Manual Function test and Modified Barthel Index scores (p<0.05). Participation in leisure activities was affected by the level of independence. Participation in social activities was affected by the balance function and level of independence of the participants. Conclusions: The results of this study have shown that participation restrictions are affected by upper limb function, balance function, and the level of independence in individuals with hemiparetic stroke.
