본 연구의 목적은 대학생이 여가활동 참여 시 여가유능감, 여가 몰입 및 여가만족도간의 관계를 규명하는데 있다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 서울, 인천, 경기에 소재한 4년제 대학에 재학 중인 남녀학생을 대상으로 총 360부의 설문지 중 연구 자료로 부적절한 52부를 제외한 308부가 최종 자료 분석에 사용하였다. 본 연구의 자료처리는 통계패키지 SPSS 15.0과 AMOS 7.0을 이용하여 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관관계 분석, 구조방정식 모델을 사용하였다. 대학생이 여가활동 참여 시 여가유능감, 여가몰입, 여가만족도간의 인과관계를 분석한 결과, 첫째, 여가유능감은 여가몰입에 영향을 미치다. 둘째, 여가유능감은 여가만족도에 영향을 미치지 않는다. 셋째, 여가몰입은 여가만족도에 영향을 미친다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the predictors of quality of life for elders in Korea. Method: The participants were 348 older persons selected by convenience sampling in Y city. Data were collected from September 22 to October 23, 2008 when 348 elders completed a questionnaire which included the Leisure Attitude Scale by Raghep and Beard (1982), Leisure Competence Questionnaire by Witt and Ellis (1987) and the Quality of Life Questionnaire by Mckenna (2001). Cronbach alphas scores for Korean translation of the questionnaires were .85, .90 and .79 respectively. The collected data were analyzed using the SPSS Win 14.0 statistics program. Results: The scores for quality of life showed significant positive correlations with the scores for leisure attitude (r=.603, p<.001) and leisure competence (r=.703, p<.001). Leisure competence, leisure attitude, and education were significant predictors and accounted for 54.4% of the variance in quality of life in the elders. Conclusion: The findings suggest that high leisure competence and positive leisure attitude with learning opportunities will be helpful to promote a better quality of life for elders.

Purpose: This study sought to explore the effects of sport enjoyment on leisure commitment. Research design, data, and methodology: Subjects of this study are members of MTB participation in Seoul and Gyeonggi area and were selected by purposive sampling out of non-probability sampling. 295 questionnaires were collected and 288 questionnaires were used for the study. To analyze data, frequency analysis, factorial analysis, t-test, ANOVA, correlation and regression analysis were employed. Results: First, as for leisure satisfaction and leisure commitment pursuant, there was significant difference in gender, age, the number of participation in weekly leisure, and hours of participation in weekly leisure. Second, regarding MTB participants' amusement and leisure satisfaction competence had significant influence on all the sub-factors of leisure satisfaction and that both achievement and competence had impacts on social leisure satisfaction. Third, regarding effects on leisure commitment, competence of amusement had impacts on cognitive and behavioral leisure commitment. Fourth, regarding relationships between leisure satisfaction and leisure commitment, satisfaction of mental leisure, social leisure, relaxation leisure, physiological leisure and leisure satisfaction had significant influence on cognitive commitment. Conclusions: Summary of above results showed that MTB participants' amusement factor had significant influence on leisure satisfaction and leisure commitment. Implications were discussed. 여가에 대한 연구는 최근 활발히 이뤄지고 있지만 여가의 심리적 과정에 대한 연구는 부족하였다. 이에 본 연구는 여가경험이 정서적 소진에 미치는 영향에 대해서 살펴보고, 일과의 심리적 분리가 두 변인 간의 관계에서 매개효과를 보이는지를 검증하였다. 다양한 직종의 근로자 215명을 대상으로 인구통계학적 변인, 여가경험, 심리적 분리, 그리고 정서적 소진을 측정하였다. 여가경험은 요인분석 결과를 바탕으로 유능감, 사회교류감, 자연교류감, 그리고 자연통제감으로 구분하였다. 연구결과, 여가경험 중 유능감이 정서적 소진에 부적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 일과의 심리적 분리가 여가경험의 하위 요인 중 유능감과 정서적 소진 간의 관계에서 부분매개 하는 것으로 나타났다. 정리하면 개인이 여가를 통하여 유능감을 느낄 수 있게 되면 일과의 심리적 분리가 활발히 진행되고 이에 따라 정서적 소진이 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 개인은 유능감을 느낄 수 있는 여가계획을 통해 스트레스로 인한 소진에서 회복할 수 있도록 해야 하며 조직도 이러한 여가를 경험할 수 있도록 지원이 이뤄져야할 것이다.

This study examined how the motivational language of instructors in senior fashion model classes affects learners' achievement goal orientation and interpersonal competence, as well as their intention to continue participating. The participants in this study were active seniors aged 50 and above, and the analysis was conducted using PLS-SEM and bootstrapping for mediation effects. It was found that autonomous motivation had a significant impact on task achievement goals and interpersonal competence, but not on ego achievement goals. On the other hand, controlled motivation only had a significant impact on ego achievement goals. Additionally, interpersonal competence had a significant impact on the intention to continue participating, and task achievement goals were found to mediate the relationship between autonomous motivation and interpersonal competence. This study aimed to promote understanding of the importance of instructors' motivational language in senior fashion model education and learners' psychology and to provide information that can help develop a fashion-related leisure activity curriculum. It also suggests efficient instructional directions for instructors in senior education, and it is expected to be utilized in the development of fashion-related leisure activity program curricula in the future.

본 연구는 궁도참여 노인의 정신건강, 여가유능감이 궁도활동 참여를 통해 생활만족도에 미치는 영향을 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 이와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위해 2011년 6월부터 10월까지 전라도지역 궁도생활체육동호회 소속의 궁도장 및 궁도대회에 참여하는 노인들을 모집단으로 선정하여 연구목적을 설명한 후 편의표본추출법(convenience sampling)을 이용하여 총350부의 설문지를 배부하여 총328을 통계처리에 사용하였다. 측정도구는 여가유능감, 우울감, 자아존중감, 생활만족도 관련 문항은 선행연구에 사용한 설문지를 본 연구에 맞게 수정하여 사용하였다. 통계기법으로는 빈도분석, 기술통계분석, 상관관계분석, 구조모형분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 노인의 자아존중감이 커질수록 궁도활동 참여도가 높아지며 이어 생활만족도가 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 노인의 우울감이 낮을수록 궁도활동 참여도에 영향을 미치게 되며, 궁도활동 참여를 통해 생활만족도에 긍정적으로 영향을 미친다. 셋째, 노인의 여가유능감은 궁도활동으로 끌어내는 주요 요인으로 작용하지 않아 가설이 기각됐다. 노인의 자아존중감과 우울감은 정신건강에 따라 궁도활동 참여도를 끌어내는 요인이 되며 궁도참여를 통해 생활만족도가 커지는 것으로 나타났다.

본 연구는 대학병원 간호사의 감정노동, 의사소통능력, 회복탄력성과 간호업무성과 간의 관계를 파악하고 간호업무성과에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하고자 시도되었다. 자료수집은 경기도 및 대전광역시에 소재한 2개의 대학병원 간호사 250명을 대상으로 2016년 2월 한 달 동안 자가보고 설문지를 통하여 조사하였다. 최종 분석에는 216부의 설문지가 포함되었으며 자료분석은 기술통계, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation, 단계별 다중 회귀분석을 사용되었다. 연구결과, 일반적 특성 중 여가활동 빈도에 따라 대학병원 간호사의 의사소통능력(F=3.679, p=.003), 회복탄력성(F=7.909, p<.003), 간호업무성과(F=2.331, p=.044)에 유의한 차이가 있었다. 또한 간호업무성과와 통계적으로 유의한 상관관계를 나타낸 변수는 나이(r=.242, p<.001), 근속연수(r=.278, p<.001), 감정노동(r=.211, p=.002), 의사소통능력(r=.585, p<.001) 및 회복탄력성(r=.431, p<.001)이었다. 다중 회귀분석결과, 간호업무성과에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 의사소통능력(${\beta}=.581$, p<.001)과 근속연수(${\beta}=.268$, p<.001)로 나타났으며 모형의 설명력은 40.9%(F=75.356, p<.001)로 나타났다. 결론적으로 간호업무성과에 강력한 영향요인은 의사소통능력으로 나타나 간호사들의 간호업무성과를 높이기 위해서는 대학병원 간호사들의 의사소통 능력을 향상시키기 위한 교육 및 직무프로그램 개발이 필요하며 간호사들의 여가활동을 통한 간호업무성과 향상을 위해 조직차원에서의 지원이 필요하다.

본 연구는 도시 직업여성의 여가동기와 여가제약협상의 관계를 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 연구를 위해 2011년 9월 부터 12월 까지 3개월간 유목적표집법(Purposive sampling)을 활용하여 서울지역 내 기업체, 은행 및 병원 등을 선정하고 총 300부의 설문지를 배부하여 281부가 회수되었다. 이후 응답이 누락되거나 설문내용이 불성실하다고 판단되는 설문 12부를 제외하고 269부의 설문자료를 실제분석에 사용하였다. 자료처리는 SPSS 18.0을 이용하여 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관관계분석 및 다중회귀분석을 활용하였다. 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 도시 직업여성의 여가동기는 여가제약협상에 정적인 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 지적동기는 여가제약협상 하위요인 모두에서 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 사회적동기는 동반자탐색, 비용·시간관리, 강도조절요인에서 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 유능적동기는 동반자탐색, 비용·시간관리, 기술습득, 열망변화요인에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
