This study was conducted to understand the essential structure and meaning of the experience of participating in the Jigsaw class designed to achieve the learning goals for nursing students with different basic learning abilities, and to prepare a plan for each individual to learn as a collaborator rather than a competition with each other. As a study based on Giorgi's phenomenological research method and in-depth interviews, data collection was collected from 10 study participants from December 1, 2023 to December 20, 2023. The main question used in the interview was "What impressed you after participating in Jigsaw teaching meathod?" The transcribed data were analyzed through the stages of overall recognition, classification of semantic units, transformation of semantic units into psychological expressions, and integration into general structures according to Giorgi's qualitative analysis method. As a result, a total of 89 semantic units, 35 essential psychological meanings, 13 sub-components, and 6 components were derived. The six components include 'good communication', 'difference appear in material preparation', 'easy to understand', 'finding team members who form a learning atmosphere well', 'A talkative class', and 'Unprepared team members are uncomfortable'. Based on the above results, it is expected that students in a passive position in class will become teachers themselves, take responsibility for preparing for learning, and provide useful basic data for developing programs that cooperate among students.
Purpose: Problem-based learning (PBL) has been adopted to foster active and self-directed learning and enhance critical thinking and problem-solving skills in many health-care academic disciplines in Korea. Interest in PBL has rapidly grown with a 6 year pharmacy degree program in Korea. The objective of this study was to evaluate feasibility of PBL, student satisfaction and academic performance with a self-assessment survey questionnaire. Method: Sixty students participated in the PBL for pharmacotherapy course. Average scores from student self-assessment on participation, satisfaction, and academic performance were $3.85{\pm}0.55$, $2.94{\pm}1.04$, $3.09{\pm}0.91$ out of 5 point lickert scale (1-do not agree at all, 5-agree completely), respectively. Results & Conclusion: The level of participation was positively correlated with improvement of communication skill in academic performance (correlation coefficient 0.27, p=0.037). In the quality analysis of the cases provided for PBL, students who participated more in the PBL greatly agreed the cases given were appropriate to learn fundamental knowledge for each disease state. The students disagreed that PBL was fun. The students stated that PBL was good to experience self-directed learning and clinical context beforehand but too time-consuming to devote and too demanding to commit. Lack of facilitator and insight on active learning should be rectified for successful launch of PBL in Korean pharmacy education.

This study aims to empirically investigate the influence of organizational capability and organizational learning on the financial performance of family-business type small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). In addition, this study examines the moderating role of SMEs' ages and the managers' experiences in the relationship between organizational capability and organizational learning on the SMEs financial performance. This study is a basic exploratory research conducted by using an empirical survey, i.e., sampling of the businessman (the owner) of family-business type SMEs cross-functional in the area of DIY. The study uses purposive sampling. The respondents are the SME businessmen from the various business sectors in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. The number of respondents is 150. Hypothesis testing used SPSS program's moderation regression approach; validity and reliability testing used confirmatory factor analysis and Cronbach's alpha. The result of this study shows that organizational capability positively and significantly affects the financial performance. Also, organizational learning significantly affects the financial performance. The organization's age factor does not moderate the relationship between organizational capability and the financial performance, but it is significant on the organizational learning. The factor of manager's experience moderates insignificantly on the relationship between organizational capability and financial performance. However, it is significant to the organizational learning.
The exploration of Mathematics-learningmodel on the basis of Cognitive development The purpose of this paper is to sequenctialize Mathematics-learning contents, and to explore teaching-learning model for mathematics, with on the basis of the theory of cognitive development and the period of condservation formation for children. The Specific topics are as follows: (1) Systemizing those theories of cognitive development which are related to Mathematics - learning for children. (2) Organizing a sequence of Mathematics - learning, on the basis of experimental research for the period of conservation formation for children. (3) Comparing the effects of 4 types of teaching - learning model, on the basis of inference activity and operational learning principle. $\circled1$ Induction-operation(IO) $\circled2$ Induction-explanation(IE) $\circled3$ Deduction-operation(DO) $\circled4$ Deduction-explanation(DE) The results of the subjects are as follows: (1) Cognitive development theory and Mathe-matics education. $\circled1$ Congnitive development can be achieved by constant space and Mathematics know-ledge is obtained by the interaction of experience and reason. $\circled2$ The stages of congnitive development for children form a hierarchical system, its function has a continuity and acts orderly. Therefore we need to apply cognitive development for children to teach mathematics systematically and orderly. (2) Sequence of mathematical concepts. $\circled1$ The learning effect of mathematical concepts occurs when this coincides with the period of conservation formation for children. $\circled2$ Mathematics Curriculum of Elementary Schools in Korea matches with the experimental research about the period of Piaget's conservation formation. (3) Exploration of a teaching-learning model for mathematics. $\circled1$ Mathematics learning is to be centered on learning by experience such as observation, operation, experiment and actual measurement. $\circled2$ Mathematical learning has better results in from inductional inference rather than deductional inference, and from operational inference rather than explanatory inference.
This paper explored how university students viewed flipped learning from their own perspectives. Using qualitative research methods, 5 students from a Computer Graphics course at a mid-scale university in Seoul were interviewed for this purpose. Researchers collected data about their learning experiences, emotions, and reflections about flipped learning in general and its components such as online materials, in-class activities, and instructor guidance. Research findings indicated that students were not so much conscious about the unfamiliarity of the class, the increased work load, nor the online lectures. They rather prioritized 'what they could actually learn' from the course, and thus defined flipped learning as a method which enabled students to constantly check and fill in the gaps in their learning through team-based activities and prompt feedback from the professor. A combination of students' positive attitude and active participation in team-based activities, the overall atmosphere of the department which supported interactivity and collaboration, the professor's emphasis on learning-by-doing and student-centered learning appeared to form their notions of flipped learning. The use of technology did not appear to heavily impact students' conceptions of flipped learning. Researchers suggest that pedagogical beliefs of the professor, culture surrounding the learner, and the good match between the course content and instructional strategies are central for designing a successful flipped learning class.

This research was an attempt to find out an entrance experience into major subject of student nurse. The purpose of this study was to understand an lived learning experience of student nurse. Method of the study was applied a phenomenological approach used by Colaizzi's analytic technique. Participants were 33 sophomore student nurse from TC University. The investigator conducted participated observations and in-depth unstructured interviews which were audio taped under the permission of student nurse, formulating meanings, themes and theme clusters. Results of the study were revealed 6 categories, 14 theme clusters, and 31 themes. Six categories include 'feeling anxious about clinical application', 'making superficial class', 'evaluation for ability of memory', 'deficit of academic evaluation criteria', 'insufficiency of textbook' and 'deficit for uniqueness of nursing science'. This findings confirm the fact that the student nurse's entrance experience was complicated and diversely influenced by their learning experiences. In conclusion, this study will prove helpful not only in understanding student nurse's entrance experience about their specialities but also in developing curriculum for nursing education.
Evaluating the level of achievement and providing the knowledge which is appropriate at the evaluated level have great influence in studying of the human beings. This shows the importance of the order of training and the training order should be considered in machine learning. In this research, to assess the influence of the order of training, we propose a method of controlling the order of training samples utilizing the experience of supervisor in the training of MLP. The supervisor finds out the current state of MLP using teaching experience and student evaluation, and then selects the most instructive sample for MLP in that state. We use CRF to represent and utilize the experience of supervisor. While the proposed method is similar to active learning in selecting samples, it is basically different in that selection is not to reduce the number of samples to be used but to assist the learning progress. The result from classification problem shows that the method is usually effective in terms of time taken in training in contrast to random selection.
Digital transformation has induced changes in human life patterns; consumption patterns are also changing to digitalization. Entering the era of industry 4.0 with the 4th industrial revolution, it is important to pay attention to a new paradigm in the fashion industry, the shift from developer-centered to user-centered in the era of the 3rd industrial revolution. The meaning of storing users' changing life and consumption patterns and analyzing stored big data are linked to consumer sentiment. It is more valuable to read emotions, then develop and distribute products based on them, rather than developer-centered processes that previously started in the fashion market. An AI(Artificial Intelligence) deep learning algorithm that analyzes user emotion big data from user experience(UX) to emotion and uses the analyzed data as a source has become possible. By combining AI technology, the fashion industry can develop various new products and technologies that meet the functional and emotional aspects required by consumers and expect a sustainable user experience structure. This study analyzes clear and useful user experience in the fashion industry to derive the characteristics of AI algorithms that combine emotions and technologies reflecting users' needs and proposes methods that can be used in the fashion industry. The purpose of the study is to utilize information analysis using big data and AI algorithms so that structures that can interact with users and developers can lead to a sustainable ecosystem. Ultimately, it is meaningful to identify the direction of the optimized fashion industry through user experienced emotional fashion technology algorithms.

This study attempted to investigate the effects of experience of non-contact lectures on learning flow against college students majoring in cosmetology and provide basic data to beauty education industry in the with-COVID-19 era. For this, a self-administered questionnaire survey was performed against 300 college students majoring in cosmetology from June 7 to 21, 2022. A total of 286 copies were collected and used for final analysis. The collected data were analyzed by frequency analysis, factor analysis, exploratory factor analysis, descriptive statistics, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis, using SPSS 21.0, and the results found the followings: According to analysis of non-contact lecture experience factors, two course satisfaction factors were obtained. In learning flow, learning pleasure and learning flow were found. Specifically, class activities had a positive influence on 'learning pleasure (𝛽=.279, p<.007)' and 'learning flow (𝛽=.221, p<.031)' with statistical significance (p<.05). In addition, course satisfaction revealed a positive effect on 'learning flow (𝛽=.223, p<.041)' with statistical significance (p<.05). The above results confirm that experience of non-contact lectures affects learning flow. Therefore, it is anticipated that there would be more efforts to seek an efficient non-contact learning plan in this new era.
