A Study on the Organizational Culture and Performance of Xiaomi Corporation

  • Most internet companies in China are learning from Xiaomi Corporation's management model and to improving their organizational structures and human resource management practices. This study analyzed the development situation of Chinese Internet economy and the Internet thinking of Xiaomi which is a role model of Chinese Internet companies. In addition, we studied Xiaomi's organizational structure, human resource management, employee training, performance management and incentive system. In particular, Xiaomi's human resource management system has a great influence on the company's high performance and efficient service culture. Furthermore, the organization of Xiaomi is horizontally divided into three floors (7 key founders, department heads, and employees), each floor is managed by one founder. Xiaomi is interested in and considers not only the work of new employees, but also personal issues, and is concerned with the work of others in performance management and shares responsibility. Xiaomi adopts a unique and rational human resource management model, guaranteeing a lot of work autonomy for employees, and improving organizational performance.

어린이 독서문화 운동단체 회원 자녀와 일반인 자녀의 독서행태 비교연구 - 어린이도서연구회를 중심으로 - (A Comparative Study on the Reading Behavior between Children of Children's Reading and Culture Movement Organization Members Versus Non-member Children: Based on Korean Children's Book Association)

  • 이 연구는 부모의 독서 활동이 자녀의 독서 활동에 영향을 미치는지 알아보기 위해 어린이 독서문화 운동단체 회원·회원 자녀와 일반인·일반인 자녀로 나누어 조사하였다. 전국 5개 특별광역시 초등학생 477명, 학부모 483명을 대상으로 설문 조사하여 독서행태를 조사하였다. 독서행태는 독서 빈도, 도서 선택정보원, 독서 인식, 선호도서 측면에서 조사한 결과 어린이 독서문화 운동단체의 회원·회원 자녀와 일반인·일반인 자녀 사이에 차이가 나는 것을 확인하였다. 어린이 독서문화 운동단체 회원·회원 자녀가 일반인·일반인 자녀보다 양질의 독서행태를 보여 독서 빈도가 높고, 도서선택 정보원을 활용하였다. 독서 인식에서는 어린이 독서문화 운동단체 회원·회원 자녀가 독서 목적에서 학습보다는 즐거움으로 인식을 하였다. 선호도서에서는 어린이 독서문화 운동단체 회원·회원 자녀가 우리 창작동화, 그림책 위주의 도서를 선택하였으며 일반인·일반인 자녀는 우리 창작동화, 그림책, 학습만화를 선택했다. 이러한 연구 결과를 볼 때 장기적인 측면에서 건강한 독서문화 환경을 만들기 위해서는 일반인에 대한 보다 적극적인 독서 참여 방법의 개발이 요구된다.

기업의 지식경영 성공요인이 직무충실도 및 조직성과에 미치는 영향 : 조직학습의 매개효과를 중심으로 (The Effect of Success Factors of Corporate Knowledge Management on Business Fidelity and Organization Performance: focusing on the mediating effect of organizational learning)

  • 최근 경영환경이 지속적으로 변화되고 과열 경쟁이 이루어지게 되면서, 기업은 시대에 대처하기 위하여 지식경영을 도입하여 기업의 가치 증대 및 경쟁력 강화를 유도하고자 하고 있다. 지식경영은 새로운 지식을 창조하고, 창조된 지식을 조직 전 영역에 확산시키고 이를 통해 상품이나 서비스, 시스템으로 형상화하는 것으로 지식을 기반으로 하는 기업운영방식을 말하는데, 본 연구에서는 구조방정식모형을 바탕으로 지식경영 핵심성공요인이 직무충실도 및 조직성과에 미치는 영향과 그 관계에서 조직학습의 매개효과에 대해 알아보았다. 또한 지식경영에 미치는 주요 핵심요인으로 조직문화, 정보기술, 프로세스를 활용하였으며, 조직학습은 실험학습, 간접학습, 공유학습으로 유형화하여 분석하였다. 그 결과에 의하면, 지식경영은 직무충실도 및 조직성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 조직학습을 매개로 하여 직 간접적으로 직무충실도와 조직성과에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 분석되었다. 따라서 기업에서 지식경영 활용의 중요성을 확인할 수 있었으며, 기업이 지식경영 및 조직학습을 적용하는데 있어 적절한 적용범위를 제시할 수 있었다.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine influential factors in knowledge-sharing and to analyze how these factors influence the performances of knowledge management (KM) in public enterprises. Influencing factors of KM in this study include evaluation-compensation, knowledge management system, learning culture, and organizational structures. As a result, analysis turned out to be the KM system and organizational structure directly effects knowledge-sharing and KM performances. And knowledge-sharing performed as mediating effect between independent variables such as compensation system and organization structure, and dependent variable like KM performance. Therefore, this study concludes that each factor of evaluation-compensation system and learning culture has directly influenced to knowledge-sharing, yet KM performances have Indirectly influenced.

  • The processes of informatization of the modern educational space are inextricably linked with the active introduction of innovative information technologies, which diversify the forms of education and upbringing. The use of these technologies in education due to their specific properties significantly enhances the clarity of learning, emotional impact on students, helps to deepen interdisciplinary links, intensifies students' work, and improves the organization of educational activities. Innovative information technologies offer new opportunities for the use of text, audio, graphic, and video information in lessons, enriching the methodological possibilities of the lesson. Today, the use of these technologies is becoming an integral part of the study of any subject. Using multimedia presentations, publications, and websites created by students in the learning process, they can develop learning skills. According to researchers, there are many multimedia programs for working with a computer in a music lesson, namely: a music player, a program for singing karaoke, a music constructor, music encyclopedias, and training programs. The introduction of innovative information technologies in the system of music education allows expanding learning opportunities.

간호 조직특성이 간호사의 지식공유에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Organizational Characteristics on Knowledge Sharing in a Hospital Nurses)

  • Purpose: This study is to identify the effect of organizational characteristics on knowledge sharing in a general hospital nurses. Method: The objects of this study were 358 nurses who had worked in a general Hospital. Data were collected from May, 3rd to May, 10th in 2004 through questionnaire. Five structured Instruments were used to collect the data. Result: The knowledge sharing of nurses was the positive correlation with openness of communication, learning orientation, the support of director of nursing department, and application of information technology(r=.431${\sim}$.611, p=.000). The degree of nurse's knowledge sharing showed a significant difference according to nurses' education level, duration of working, duty shift, working field, position in Hospital(p=.05). Openness of communication appeared into a most important predictor in knowledge sharing of Nurses, and then was learning orientation, the support of director of nursing department, application of information technology in order(p=.000). All of these variables explained 55.1% of knowledge sharing of nurses. Conclusion: To increase knowledge sharing of nurses, nursing organization will have to make up organization culture of opening communication and learning orientation of nurse, promote up the support of director of nursing department and application of information technology.

  • 본 연구는 최근 들어 활발하게 논의되고 있는 지식경영의 효율적인 실천방안 중의 하나로서 지식인의 역할에 대해 조사한 것이다. 먼저, 지식과 지식경영의 여러 견해를 종합하고, 지식경영의 핵심역량으로서 인적, 조직적, 관리적, 전략적, 기술적 요소 등 다섯 가지를 제시한다. 그 중에서 인적요소의 역할에 대해 집중적으로 고찰해 보았다.

Digital Tools for Optimizing the Educational Process of a Modern University under Quarantine Restrictions

  • The educational situation, which resulted from the announced self-isolation regime, intensified the forced decisions on the organization of the distance educational process. The study is topical because of the provision of distance learning based on the experience of Kyiv National University of Culture and Arts. The study was conducted in three stages. Systemic, socio-communicative, competence approaches, sociological methods (questionnaires and interviews) were chosen as methodological tools of the research. The results of a survey of teachers and entrants to higher education institutions on the topic "Using social networks and digital platforms for online classes under the conditions of quarantine restrictions" allowed to scientifically substantiate the need for deeper knowledge of such tools as Google Meet (79%), Zoom (13.78%) and Google Classroom (11.62%), which are preferred by entrants. Almost a third of entrants (34.26%) noted the lack of scientific and methodological support for learning the subjects. The study showed high efficiency of messengers in distance education. The study found that in the process of organizing communication in the student-teacher system, it is necessary to take into account the priority of Telegram on the basis of which it is necessary to implement a chatbot for convenient and effective exchange of information about the educational process. Further research should focus on the effectiveness of the use of Telegram. The effectiveness of using chatbots should also be considered. Chatbots can be used to automate routine components of the learning process.

섬유업체의 시장지향성과 학습지향성이 사업성과에 미치는 영향: 기업 혁신성에 따른 조절효과를 중심으로 (The Effects of Market Orientation and Learning Orientation on Business Performance in the Textile Firms: Focusing on Moderating Effect of Company Innovativeness)

  • The purposes of this study were to investigate the effects of market orientation and learning orientation of textile firms on business performance and to confirm the moderating effect of company innovativeness on these relationships. Data collected from 167 textile firms through survey were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-tests, and multiple causal modeling using AMOS 6.0. In results, the higher innovativeness, the stronger effect of market orientation on business performance. Also, the lower innovativeness, the stronger effect of learning orientation on business performance. Study results may suggest the needs of different focus of organization culture according to company characteristics in order to improve business performance.

기술혁신형 중소기업의 조직요인이 경영성과에 미치는 영향: 흡수역량의 매개효과를 중심으로 (Influence of Organizational Factors on Business Performance in INNOBIZ SMEs: Focusing on the Mediating Effects of Absorption Capacity)

  • 개방형 혁신이 확산되면서 외부의 새로운 지식을 탐색하고 이를 조직의 기존 지식과 결합하여 활용하는 흡수역량이 기업의 경영성과를 높이는 데 중요한 역할을 하는 것으로 평가되고 있다. 본 연구는 기술혁신형 중소기업에서 흡수역량을 매개로 조직 요인인 임파워링 리더십, 조직학습 문화 그리고 부서간 협력이 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 이를 위해 이노비즈 협회 회원사 15,227개 기업을 대상으로 설문조사를 수행하였으며, 수집된 326건의 설문응답 내용을 구조방정식 모형을 이용하여 분석하였다. 설문 분석결과에 의하면 조직 요인인 임파워링 리더십, 조직학습 문화 및 부서간 협력은 경영성과에 직접적인 영향은 주지 않았지만, 흡수역량을 매개로 경영성과에 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 임파워링 리더십, 조직학습 문화 및 부서간 협력이 흡수역량의 매개효과를 통해 경영성과에 간접적인 영향을 주고 있음을 의미하는 동시에, 기업의 조직 요인들이 흡수역량의 선행요인 중의 하나로 작용함을 입증해준다.
