모바일 과학학습 성과에 대한 시간관리, 유용성, 흥미의 예측력 검증 (Predictability of M-Learning Outcomes by Time management, Usefulness, and Interest in Science Education)

  • 본 연구는 시간관리, 유용성, 흥미가 모바일 과학학습 성과를 예측하는지 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 A여자 고등학교 2학년 학생 144명을 대상으로 약 5주 동안 모바일 기기를 활용하여 과학수업을 진행하였다. 수업 후, 시간관리, 유용성, 흥미, 만족도, 성취도, 학습지속의향에 관한 설문 결과를 수집하여, 상관분석 및 다중회귀분석으로 데이터를 분석하였다. 연구결과, 시간관리, 유용성, 흥미가 학습성과 중 만족도, 학습지속의향을 예측하였고, 시간관리, 유용성은 인지된 성취도를 유의미하게 예측하였다. 이는 모바일 과학수업에서 학습성과를 높이기 위해서는 시간관리전략에 대한 교육프로그램 제공과, 모바일학습에 대한 긍정적인 태도를 함양할 수 있도록 하는 교육이 마련되어야 함을 시사한다.

COLMS:Components Oriented u-Learning Management Systems in Ubiquitous Environments

  • In this paper, we propose u-Learning management systems which are designed and implemented based on learning activities oriented components. The proposed systems are composed of components which can process the functionalities for coming into actions of learning activities. Specially, each component is broken into class units by which learning activities of users can be performed on various devices. When users by to connect the proposed learning management system, the system explores devices of users and the corresponding connection program, and then selects components that are fitted to the activities and combines them in a real-time. Our system provides u-Learning environment so that users can use the learning activity services taking no influence on time, place, various devices and programs. That is different from traditional e-Learning system which cannot support various devices of users directly.

개별 학습 지원을 위한 수학 플랫폼 LMS 사례 분석 (A Case Analysis for Learning Management Systems that support Individual Students' Mathematics Learning)

  • This study compares the functions of the Learning Management Systems (LMS) in three widely used Edu-Tech platforms, that support students' individualized learning by using the learning characteristics of the students. The rapid advances in artificial intelligence (AI) are broadening their impacts in the education industry, and play a broad role in supporting student learning. In many countries, online classes have become a norm due to the COVID-19 crisis, and the demand for Edu-Tech in classes has increased rapidly. As a result, many countries, including South Korea, are now preparing and implementing various policy measures to adopt Edu-Tech in the class setting. Therefore, in this study, we analyze and compare the structures and characteristics of the three widely used Edu-Tech platforms that support individualized mathematics learning. In particular, we compare the LMSs of the three platforms by considering the elements such as learning design, learning management, learner analysis, learning result analysis, and student management functions. The results of this study give implications in the future directions to take on how to build Edu-Tech platform models that promote students' individualized mathematics learning in public education.

Modeling Laborers' Learning Processes in Construction: Focusing on Group Learning

  • Construction industry still requires a lot of laborers to perform a project despite of advance in technologies, and improving labor productivity is an important strategy for successful project management. Since repetitive construction works exhibits learning effect, understanding laborers' learning phenomenon therefore allows managers to have improved labor productivity. In this context, previous research efforts quantified individual laborer's learning effect, though numerous construction works are performed in group. In other words, previous research about labor learning assumed that sum of individual's productivity is same as group productivity. Also, managers in construction sites need understanding about group learning behavior for dealing with labor performance problem. To address these issues, the authors investigate what variables affect laborers' group level learning process and develop conceptual model as a basic tool of productivity estimation regarding group learning. Based on the result of this research, it is possible to understand forming mechanism of learning within the group level. Further, this research may contribute to maximizing laborers' productivity in construction sites.

대학교 혼합학습(Blended Learning) 환경에서 학습참여도, 학업성취도, 학습만족도에 영향을 미치는 e-러닝 학습전략 (E-Learning Strategies Affecting the levels of Participation, Achievement and Satisfaction in the University Blended Learning Environment)

  • 이 연구에서는 대학의 혼합학습 환경에 참여한 학습자를 대상으로 학업성취도, 학습만족도, 학습참여도에 영향을 미치는 e-러닝 학습전략의 요인을 조사하고자 하였다. 이 연구를 위해 K대학교에서 혼합학습(BL)에 참여하는 58명을 선정하였다. 연구를 위하여 e-러닝 학습전략, 학업성취도, 학습만족도를 측정하였고, 학습참여도는 LMS의 로그인 정보를 분석하였다. 자료 분석방법으로는 학습자들의 e-러닝 학습전략의 수준을 알아보기 위해 평균과 표준편차를 구하였다. 학업성취도, 학습참여도, 학습만족도를 예측할 수 있는 e-러닝 학습전략을 알아보기 위해서는 선형 회귀분석을 하였다. 연구결과, 학업성취도를 예측하는 변인으로는 시간관리전략, 과부하관리전략으로 규명되었다. 학습참여도를 예측하는 변인으로는 자기주도전략, 시간관리전략, 과부하관리전략으로 규명되었다. 학습만족도를 예측하는 변인으로는 다중토론관리전략, 비동시성관리전략, 사회성으로 규명되었다. 이 연구에서 규명된 예측변인을 토대로 교육효과를 높이기 위해 고려 할 사항을 제언하였다.

환자안전에 관한 간호사의 경험학습: 낙상 사고를 중심으로 (Nurses' learning experiences from falling accidents on patient safety)

  • Purpose : The aim of this article is to describe the nurses' experiential learning mechanism on patient safety. Methods : To analyze nurses' learning experiences on patient safety cases, a focus-group interview method was used. The Kolb's experiential learning model was used as a reference model. Findings : Without deep reflective reasoning about specific experiences, there is no creative or innovative solutions to experiment actively. Nurses are likely to be reluctant learners when there is no systemic support from formal departments which is in charge of patient safety and quality of care. Conclusion : In order to build patient safety culture in hospital, there should be efforts to make nurses as active learners on patient safety as well as to build learning environments in medical units.

大学生在线学习效果的多维度比较研究

  • Online and offline mixed teaching mode has become an important way to promote the connotative development of higher education. Under the background that offline teaching has become mature, in order to further promote the development of online education, and promote the implementation of the mixed teaching mode, to mix and to provide basis for the construction of the mixed teaching mode, this study takes the online learning effect as the evaluation basis, adopts the online questionnaire survey to conduct statistical analysis of the online learning behavior of 2213 college students, and discusses the differentiation phenomenon of online learning groups from the micro, meso and macro perspectives. It is found that there are significant differences in the online learning effect of college students in terms of the type of learning platform, whether the school implements the online offline mixed teaching mode, education background, grade (bachelor's degree), and region. Colleges and universities should strengthen the promotion of online and offline mixed teaching mode; The online learning platform should improve the platform function and strengthen the functional differentiation design of learning resources for students. Education departments pay attention to the learning effect of online learners in different regions, and bridge the gap in regional education.

자기주도학습과 이러닝 학습환경 만족 : 자기조절효능감에 의한 비교분석 (Self-Directed Learning and e-Learning Environment Satisfaction : Comparison Analysis by Self-Regulated Efficacy)

  • While e-learners' satisfaction would be determined by qualify of e-learning environment including learning management systems, learning contents and interactions, the influence of quality on satisfaction can be changed by e-learners' self-regulated efficacy The objective of this study is to show difference of the relationship between qualify and satisfaction In e-learning by self-regulated efficacy. For this purpose, we propose a research model which consists of five quality factors in e-learning as explaining variables, satisfaction as a result variable and self-regulated efficacy as a control variable. For empirical test of this model, the sample is collected from e-learning classes in a college and divided into two groups by self-regulated efficacy in order to analyze the effects of control variable. By multi-group analysis, we show two groups are different from each other in the relationship between quality and satisfaction of e-learning environment.

성공적인 m-Learning 구현을 위한 핵심 요인에 대한 연구 (An Empirical Study on the Critical Factors for Successful m-Learning Implementation)

  • This study defined the notion of general idea on m-learning as based upon e-Learning and mobile internet related literature review and identified the m-Learning distinctive features. Also, this study has searched for factors that are expected to influence the use intended for m-Learning from self-regulated learning, which is acknowledged to be a useful method for learning accomplishment in education field, in order to measure the relationship between learners' motivation and use intention. Then it has empirically validated the conceptual model based on Davis' TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) As a result, self-efficacy, self-determination, interest, contents quality, time management, help seeking, and Peer study are factors affecting Perceived usefulness. Also self-efficacy, self-determination, interest, contents qualify, time management, and peer study are factors affecting perceived ease of use. Finally both perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use are significant factors affecting use intention.

  • 최근 경영환경이 지속적으로 변화되고 과열 경쟁이 이루어지게 되면서, 기업은 시대에 대처하기 위하여 지식경영을 도입하여 기업의 가치 증대 및 경쟁력 강화를 유도하고자 하고 있다. 지식경영은 새로운 지식을 창조하고, 창조된 지식을 조직 전 영역에 확산시키고 이를 통해 상품이나 서비스, 시스템으로 형상화하는 것으로 지식을 기반으로 하는 기업운영방식을 말하는데, 본 연구에서는 구조방정식모형을 바탕으로 지식경영 핵심성공요인이 직무충실도 및 조직성과에 미치는 영향과 그 관계에서 조직학습의 매개효과에 대해 알아보았다. 또한 지식경영에 미치는 주요 핵심요인으로 조직문화, 정보기술, 프로세스를 활용하였으며, 조직학습은 실험학습, 간접학습, 공유학습으로 유형화하여 분석하였다. 그 결과에 의하면, 지식경영은 직무충실도 및 조직성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 조직학습을 매개로 하여 직 간접적으로 직무충실도와 조직성과에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 분석되었다. 따라서 기업에서 지식경영 활용의 중요성을 확인할 수 있었으며, 기업이 지식경영 및 조직학습을 적용하는데 있어 적절한 적용범위를 제시할 수 있었다.
