e-Learning 수용의도의 결정요인에 관한 연구:서비스 편의성을 중심으로 (A Study on Determinants of e-Learning Acceptance Intention: Focused on Service Convenience)

  • As education environment is changing rapidly and competition of education industry is more intensive, the importance of service view about education is increasing as a differential competitive advantage. This study attempted to investigate the impact of service convenience as a different competitive advantage on e-learning acceptance by using TAM. The purpose of this study is to examine how five-dimensional service convenience constructs(decision convenience, access convenience, transaction convenience, benefit convenience, post-benefit convenience) affect consumers' perceived usefulness, attitude and usage intention. For this study, data were gathered from respondents who bought or used e-learning services and analyzed by structural equation model. Among the five-dimensional service convenience constructs, two constructs(benefit convenience, post-benefit convenience) affected consumers' positive perceived usefulness, attitude and usage intention about e-learning service. The results show that management and investment to improve benefit and post-benefit service convenience make consumers' positive attitude and usage intention about e-learning service.

이러닝과 연계된 모바일러닝에서 사이버대학생의 지속사용의도와 영향요인간 구조적 관계 분석 (A Study on the Factors Affecting Intention on Continuous Use of Mobile Learning in Cyber University)

  • The purpose of the present study is to verify the structural relationship among system quality, information quality, service quality, perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, satisfaction, intention on continuous use of mobile learning in cyber university. For this study, W cyber university in Korea was chosen to conduct web survey. The subjects were 283 students who participated in W's cyber university courses. A hypothetical model was composed of system quality, information quality, service quality, perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness as exogenous variables, satisfaction and intention on continuous use of mobile learning as endogenous variables. The result of this study through structural equation modeling analysis is as follows: First, information quality only affect satisfaction, Second, perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness and satisfaction significantly affect intention on continuous use of mobile learning. These results imply that information quality should be considered for the design and development of mobile learning contents. Also, perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness and satisfaction is important to enhance intention on continuous use of mobile learning. This study proposes strategies for successful mobile learning in cyber university.

학습시스템에 기반한 개인화 정보 서비스에 관한 연구 (A study on the personalization information service based on learning system)

  • 본 연구에서는 도서관과 정보센터에서 전통적으로 제공되어진 SDI 서비스와 함께 일부 기관에서 제공하고 있는 맞춤정보 서비스를 기반으로 한 개인화 정보 서비스 시스템의 기술요소 및 전체 시스템의 구조를 제안하였다. 제안된 개인화 정보 서비스 시스템은 이용자의 개인 프로파일정보를 바탕으로 이용자의 정보탐색행태 등을 추가 입력 값으로 해서 학습과정을 거쳐 이용자에게 가장 적절한 정보를 출력 값으로 제공할 수 있다. 이를 위해 개인화 정보 서비스 시스템에서가장 중요한 기능을 수행하는 학습시스템과 추천시스템을 구축하는데 필요한 요소에 대해 살펴보았다.

  • The object rye of this study is to analyze the relationship of the main variables - perceived usefulness (PU) and perceived ease of use (PEOU) - wi th self-efficacy and IT service quality. In result, we show that IT service quality effects on PEOU and PU, and computer self-efficacy effects on PEOU.

  • E-Learning 시스템에서 학습자의 학습 욕구와 효과를 높이기 위하여 다양한 학습 콘텐츠를 적용하고 있다. 이러한 학습 콘텐츠로는 텍스트, 동영상, 소리, 그림 등을 들 수 있다. 그러나 파일크기가 큰 멀티미디어 학습 콘텐츠는 많은 전송 서비스 시간을 필요로 한다. 본 논문에서는 LCMS에서 관리 및 처리되는 멀티미디어 학습 콘텐츠를 보다 빠르고 효율적으로 서비스하기 위한 LMS의 스케줄링 기법을 제안하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 LMS에 스케줄러와 메시지 큐를 두었으며, 학습이 진행되는 동안 학습 콘텐츠 요구에 대한 결과정보를 LMS에 저장하였다. 학습자의 학습 콘텐츠 요구가 있을 경우 LCMS에 접속하지 않고 LMS에 저장된 학습 콘텐츠 정보를 활용함으로서 보다 빠르고 효율적인 학습 콘텐츠 지원이 가능하도록 하였다. 본 기법의 적용결과로서 학습 초기에는 기존의 기법에 비하여 학습 콘텐츠 서비스가 늦게 나타났으나 학습이 진행될수록 보다 빠른 서비스가 가능하였다.

  • 2010 trend of Web services is Social Network Service. What does Social Network Service are like this? What could really be used? I also take advantage of future can I do? To elicit answers to the question of Social Network Service and the overall status of the root is used in the case Learn about the current utilization plan after the proposed research. The use of practices being applied to Social Network Service, the three theories were derived positive and negative aspects. Research based on more than the utilization of Social Network Service to build a social safety net to take advantage and use of learning aids were divided into suggestions. Utilized for building a social safety net, and when the reported channel to channel, the use of learning aids to learning that one day, one-on learning by applying the proposed total of four kinds of utilization.

교육서비스 품질과 참여의도가 교육성과 향상에 미치는 연구: Action Learning 사례를 중심으로 (The effects of Educational Service Quality and Participation Intention on Educational Performance through a Case of Action Learning)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of educational service quality, participation intention, and educational performance in action learning class. Methods: The proposed research model is tested using structural equation modeling for hypotheses based on the data collected from one of action learning class. Results: The results indicate that educational service quality(reliability, assurance, tangibles, empathy, information accuracy, and relationship quality) positively affects participation intention which in turn improve educational performance, including aspects of before and after class of action learning. In addition, participation intention in classroom positively affects educational performance with both groups. For after class of action learning, the result confirms the effect of responsiveness of educational service quality on participation intention, however, in before class of action learning there is not showed a significant relationship. Conclusion: This study would provide useful information and can be applied to the improvement of educational performance through the participation of students by the instructors and the educational institutes who want to apply the active learning forum in classroom.

U-Learning을 위한 위치 기반 서비스로서의 상황 인식 기술 (Context-Awareness Technology for Location Based-Service for Ubiquitous Learning)

  • 본 논문에서는 위치 기반 서비스로서의 U-Learning에 적용할 수 있는 구성 및 온톨리지 이론을 정의하였다. 또한 본 논문에서는 위치 기반 서비스로서의 U-Learning에 대한 확실한 비전을 제공하고자 하였다. 상황 인식을 적용한 전형적인 U-Learning을 소개하였으며, 핵심 아이디어 및 기술적 개념을 포함한 학습 환경 구조도 소개하였다. 고급 정보통신 기술의 원리를 적용하여, 위치 기반 서비스로서의 U-Learning을 위한 인공지능 기반 상황 인식 개념도 정리하였다. 본 논문에서 언급하는 위치 기반 서스비로서의 U-Learning 및 하위 개념들은 새로운 패러다임을 제공할 것이며, 학습 환경 구조에 포함된 하위 요소들도 모두 제안하였다.

  • Cyber education system service is in the field of software service which is highlighted after the latter half of 1990'. But the progress of this service is impeded by the lack of back office which contributes to the evaluation of learning achievement and the management of learning progress. This article points out the problem of current back office which is the most important in the cyber education system, and focuses on the new intelligent learning achievement evaluation module. First, we define the cause and effect between the learning stages using by fuzzy implication which is the important part of fuzzy theory. Next, we suggest the model which generates the results of the learning achievement evaluation. This model, suggested by this article, may contribute to the development of the cyber education system by improving the current on-line education service.

  • In this paper, we defined constructivism and ontology theory and associate it in ubiquitous learning. The typical ubiquitous learning involving the Context Aware Intelligent system was presented. Also the Architecture for learning environment including the key idea and technical concept is being presented in this paper. Guided with these principles and with the advancement of information and communication technology the context-awareness based on Artificial intelligence for Location based Service for ubiquitous Learning was conceptualized.
