지능적이고 지속적인 정보유출 공격 탐지 프레임워크 (Detection Framework for Advanced and Persistent Information Leakage Attack)

  • Covid-19이 앞당긴 디지털 트랜스포메이션과 함께 원격근무 환경이 보편화되면서 정보 유출 공격에 의한 산업기밀과 개인정보 유출 피해 규모가 증가하고 있다. 최근 지능적이고 지속적인 정보 유출 공격은 대량의 정보를 빠르게 유출하는 것이 아니라 소량의 정보를 장기간에 걸쳐 지속해서 유출하기 때문에 탐지가 어려워 심각한 보안 위협이 되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 트래픽 특징을 기반으로 지능적이고 지속적인 정보 유출 공격을 탐지하는 프레임워크를 제안한다. 제안하는 방법은 페이로드가 암호화되어 있더라도, 트래픽 패턴, 패킷 사이즈, 메타데이터를 활용하여 지능적이고 지속적인 정보 유출 공격을 효과적으로 탐지할 수 있다.

  • 급속한 IT의 발전으로 인해 개인정보뿐만 아니라 기업이 보유하고 있는 핵심 기술 및 정보에 대한 유출 위협이 중요한 이슈로 인식되고 있다. 기업에게 있어서 보유하고 있는 핵심 기술은 기업의 생존 및 지속적으로 경쟁 우위를 차지하기 위해 매우 중요한 부분이다. 최근 기술 침해 사례가 많이 일어나고 있는데, 기술 유출은 기업에게 있어서 주가하락 등의 막대한 재무적인 손실을 가져올 뿐만 아니라, 기업의 신뢰에 손상을 입게 되고, 기업의 발전을 지연시키게 되는 악영향을 미치게 된다. 특히, 대기업에 비해 핵심기술이 기업 내 중요한 많은 부분을 차지하는 중소기업에 있어서 기술 유출에 대한 대비는 기업의 존립에 있어서 필수적인 요소로 볼 수 있다. 이처럼 정보 보안 관리의 필요성과 중요성이 대두되면서 기업 입장에서 조기에 기술 침해 위협에 대해 확인하고 대비할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 기술 유출에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 탐색하는 실증 분석을 수행하고, 인공지능 알고리즘을 통해 기술유출 조기경보시스템을 개발하고자 한다. 구체적으로 본 연구에서는 중소기업이 보유한 기술 유출에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 로지스틱 회귀분석을 통해 확인해보고, 통계분석을 통해 검증된 요인들을 기반으로 인공지능 여러 기법들 중 하나인 Support Vector Machine을 활용하여 기술침해 가능성을 조기에 알려주는 모형을 개발하였다. 본 연구에서 제안하는 기술 유출 가능성에 대한 조기 경보 모형을 통해 기업 및 정부 관점에서 기술 유출을 미리 예방할 수 있는 기회를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

  • In the paper, static characteristics of spiral grooved seal is theoretically obtained by Using Navier-Stokes equation. In the analysis, inertia term of fluid is considered and the flow and pressure in the steady state are obtained for the groove direction and vertical to the groove direction. As the journal rotating frequency increases, the leakage flow decreases. Therefore, zero net leakage flow is possible at the region of some rotating frequency.

  • Photo leakage characteristics of a-Si:H TFT were obtained for the illuminations from various backlight sources and the results were compared and analyzed in terms of the photoelectric properties of light. The analysis shows that the photocurrents are related to the wavelengths of the peak intensities of the spectrums of light sources.

Cu/Ti-cappng/NiSi 전극구조 p+/n 접합의 전기적 특성 (Electrical Characteristics of p+/n Junctions with Cu/Ti-capping/NiSi Electrode)

  • Ti-capped NiSi contacts were formed on $p^+/n$ junctions to improve the leakage problem and then Cu was deposited without removing the Ti-capping layer in an attempt to utilize as a diffusion barrier. The electrical characteristics of these $p^+/n$ diodes with Cu/Ti/NiSi electrodes were measured as a function of drive-in RTA(rapid-thermal annealing) and silicidation temperature and time. When drive-in annealed at $900^{\circ}C$, 10 sec. and silicided at $500^{\circ}C$, 100 sec., the diodes showed the most excellent I-V characteristics. Especially, the leakage current was $10^{-10}A$, much lower than reported data for diodes with NiSi contacts. However, when the $p^+/n$ diodes with Cu/Ti/NiSi contacts were furnace-annealed at $400^{\circ}C$ for 40 min., the leakage current increased by 4 orders. The FESEM and AES analysis revealed that the Ti-capping layer effectively prohibited the Cu diffusion, but was ineffective against the NiSi dissociation and consequent Ni diffusion.

배전용 자기재 현수애자의 절연특성과 열화상 진단 (Insulation Characteristics and Thermography Diagnosis of Porcelain Insulators for the Distribution Systems)

  • The insulating characteristics and temperature rise behaviors of porcelain suspension insulators were investigated. The testing insulators had used in the distribution systems normally and were sampled. Firstly, leakage current was measured and its impedance was calculated. The leakage current of good insulators is 0.2 mA and its impedance is 66 $M{\Omega}$. The worse insulators have lower impedance and the insulators having below 15 $M{\Omega}$ take place flashover at the high frequency voltage flashover test. Secondly, the temperature rise characteristics were analyzed depending on leakage current and its impedance. Surface temperature of insulators was measured for 30 minutes and until its saturation after voltage was applied. The temperature rise of insulators having 15 $M{\Omega}$ is about $14.5^{\circ}C$ above the ambient temperature. Lastly, the heating behaviors of 3 insulators in a string was analyzed. Any insulator in the string does not generate heat so far as it has at least one sound insulator. On the other hand, all the insulators in the string are bad if the string have any heating insulator.

  • In the analysis of characteristic behaviors of a real transformer with coupling coefficient K is less than 1, this paper presents the more accurate and practical profits than the traditional analysis of the transformer treated as K∼1. This results from the use of the coupling coefficient type equivalent circuit of the transformer which includes K as positive parameter. Furthermore, a leakage transformer is analyzed in a unified method and the results of analysis are consistent with the practical measurements of the transformer. By using the above equivalent circuit, the characteristics referred to the load side are expressed as Thevenin voltage source and the leakage inductor (1-K2)L2. Therefore, these analysis about the output voltage and the damping factor in the transient state which are affected by the leakage inductor are confirmed to be an effective method.

  • The frequency response function(FRF) of each substructure is used for the transfer function synthesis method(TFS). The dynamic characteristics of the full system are obtained by synthesizing FRFs of each substructure. The validation of TFS depends on accuracy for FRF of each substructure. Impact hammer testing is widely used to obtain the modal characteristics of structures. However, the FRF obtained from impact hammer testing contains several errors, such as finite record length error and leakage error of which characteristic depends on data acquisition time which we call record length. In this paper, a method to remove these errors is proposed so as to enhance results of TFS. Numerical examples show that the FRF of full structure can be predicted exactly by the method proposed in this paper.

Rotordynamic Analysis for Stepped-Labyrinth Gas Seals Using Moodys Friction-Factor Model

  • The governing equations are derived for the analysis of a stepped labyrinth gas seal generally used in high performance compressors, gas turbines, and steam turbines. The bulk-flow is assumed for a single cavity control volume set up in a stepped labyrinth cavity and the flow is assumed to be completely turbulent in the circumferential direction. The Moodys wall-friction-factor model is used for the calculation of wall shear stresses in the single cavity control volume. For the reaction force developed by the stepped labyrinth gas seal, linearized zeroth-order and first-order perturbation equations are developed for small motion about a centered position. Integration of the resultant first-order pressure distribution along and around the seal defines the rotordynamic coefficients of the stepped labyrinth gas seal. The resulting leakage and rotordynamic characteristics of the stepped labyrinth gas seal are presented and compared with Scharrers theoretical analysis using Blasius wall-friction-factor model. The present analysis shows a good qualitative agreement of leakage characteristics with Scharrers analysis, but underpredicts by about 20%. For the rotordynamic coefficients, the present analysis generally yields smaller predictied values compared with Scharrers analysis.

  • We fabricated SrTiO$_3$thin film capacitor on the Ag/Si-wafer by RF sputtering deposition. And I-V characteristics and structual analysis of the thin film capacitor are investigated. We found that the leakage current of the films during deposition is strongly denpent on the ambient gas and substrate temperature. Because of increase of activation energy, leakage current increased at high temperature and resistivity of the films was decreased. According to the increase of oxygen gas flow rate, the conductivity of thin film capacitor was increased and leakage current was decreased.
