In addition, the mediating role of learning agility and sub-components of learning agility was empirically analyzed. For empirical analysis, a survey was conducted with a total of 252 team leaders and team members working in multinational companies (142 in Korea, 110 in the US). The results of this study are as follows. Issue leadership was analyzed to have a positive (+) effect on the innovative behavior of employees. Learning agility was found to play a mediating role between issue leadership and innovative behavior. On the other hand, the mediating effect was tested for each of the sub-components of learning agility, such as feedback seeking, information seeking, reflecting, experimenting, agility. As a result, all five sub-components were found to play a mediating role between issue leadership and innovative behavior. In particular, it was analyzed that the mediating effect of agility was the largest. Next, information seeking appeared to be large. Although there are some studies that have identified the mediating role of learning agility between issue leadership and innovative behavior, this study is considered to have academic implication as there are few cases of subdivided study. At the practical level, it is expected to provide implications for where to focus more when trying to improve an organization's learning agility and innovation behavior

A number of organizations have had big interests in studies concerning leadership and not only academia but also psychological areas do also. Recently, however, the concept of self-leadership directing one's own activities through self-control or self-management is being focused on in practices and in academia. This study is to investigate the influence between self-leadership strategies as predictors and learning performance in IT classes as dependents variables mediated by attitude of attendance focused on the social science students in two universities (Korea(116 samples) and India(36 samples)). And this research tried to compare difference between two university students. As a result of empirical analysis, Korean learners making an effort by themselves show a tendency to think constructively. Namely, even though the level of difficulty may be high, by positive self-talk, respondents usually make an effort to get high academic performance. In case of Indian respondents, students who are in behavior-oriented show higher academic performance. Research results can give us direction of task-taking attitudes in firms or learning attitudes in teaching organizations and implications to human resource managers who are in charge of improving learning performance or productivity.

The purpose of this study is to deeply explore the communication process with team members perceived by team leader. To this end, in-depth interviews were conducted with 10 team leaders, and analyzed according to the grounded theory research method procedure suggested by Strauss and Corbin. As a results, a total of 51 concepts, 17 subcategories, and 8 categories were derived. As a causal condition, the concept of 'contemplating and reinterpreting communication necessary for the organization' was derived, and the central phenomenon was 'intentional effort made in parallel with work and private conversations'. The contextual condition was 'recognizing the need to cope with environmental changes', and the mediating condition was 'self-reflection and self-coaching time' was derived. The action/interaction strategy was conceptualized as a communication process with task-oriented coping, conflict resolution coping, and relationship promotion coping, and was confirmed as 'recognizing virtuous cycle communication within the organization' as a result of interaction with the central phenomenon. As a result of analysis of the team leader's communication process, the effort stage, approach stage, coping stage, and cycle stage were shown. As a result of the type analysis, task-oriented coping was a facilitator, conflict resolution coping was a supporter, and relationship promotion coping was a considerate. This study examined the impact of learning organization activities on burnout and the moderating effect of supervisor trust in a learning organization. The results of the study shows that among the activities of a learning organization, independent variables in this study, promoting inquiry and dialogue as well as encouraging collaboration and team learning affect burnout. In other words, the dedication of an organization to creating a culture in which various learning approaches are experimented through questioning and giving feedback as well as collaborative learning that can reinforce the effective use of team resources have an impact on reducing emotional exhaustion, which is considered to be at the core of burnout. Plus, these factors reduce impersonalization, which is activated to prevent further emotional exhaustion by dealing with customers, colleagues and jobs in a cold, negative and perfunctory way. In this study, the dimensions of promoting inquiry and dialogue as well as encouraging collaboration and team learning were found to reduce the decline in personal sense of achievement of an employee with a negative assessment of himself or herself derived from a lack of achievement in his or her job. Supervisor trust (integrity, benevolence and ability) had a moderating effect on the relationship between strategic learning leadership and impersonalization/emotional exhaustion. This suggests that the trust of supervisor helps mediate and moderate the emotional exhaustion and impersonalization of organizational members by encouraging leaders to drive change and take the organization to a new direction. The study has provided implications that communication plays an important role in reducing burnout in the learning context such as positive, appreciative inquiry and feedback analysis to identify strength, and that supervisor trust is critical in order to ensure strategic learning leadership exerts greater influence on the organization.

Entrepreneurship courses and programs in Korean universities tend to increase steadily but seem to have some limitations. They are usually recognized as another domain of Business Administration. Entrepreneurship program is practical like Business Administration but should be much more interdisciplinary than that. Because Korean Entrepreneurship programs are in the early stage, they must be reinforced with factors such as education culture, faculties, curriculum and relationships with communities. This study aims to get some implications from Entrepreneurship programs have been run by universities in America in order to facilitate Entrepreneurship program in Korean universities. Based on 11 success factors found by our case universities' Entrepreneurship programs and Kauffman Campus, this study has drawn implications of critical success factors of Entrepreneurship programs as follow. First of all, because Entrepreneurship programs should focus on Entrepreneurship mind sets such as innovative idea generation and courage to overcome risk, it is more desirable that Entrepreneurship programs are introduced in all departments of universities such as Arts, Science and Engineering. These programs also need to take interdisciplinary approach and required to be opened from liberal arts course. In order to be sustained during all their academic careers, vision, mission and strategy for Entrepreneurship programs should be based on strong leadership and support of top leaders. Entrepreneurship culture of each university is also one of the most important success factors. Entrepreneurship programs not only as major programs but also as specific Entrepreneurship minors designed for departments such as Arts, Science and Engineering could be considered according to each university's situation. This study also suggest to make a motivation system for Entrepreneurship faculties, Ph d. programs for Entrepreneurship, communication network for Entrepreneurship programs and mentor system in community. To begin Entrepreneurship programs, it also needs to develop good education contents as many as possible. When it concerned with teaching method, project based 4 year program can be suggested to be effective and efficient. To introduce project based program that should be consistent till participants' graduation, university must prepare regulations to support team teaching, mentor and interdisciplinary cooperation. To dissipate the concept that Entrepreneurship is another version of management, this study support the idea that Entrepreneurship programs should be designed and run by independent and central-focused governance system, Entrepreneurship education center.
