Tier 3 방식에 의거한 지목별 온실가스 배출 실태평가 (Evaluating Carbon Dioxide Emission from Cadastral Category based on Tier 3 Approach)

  • 이산화탄소의 배출량을 산정하는 방식은 주로 제련소, 화력발전소 등 제조공정에서 소비되는 에너지 통계에 의거하여 배출량을 추정하는 방식으로 이루어지고 있다. 본 연구는 지목이 토지이용패턴에 따라 다르게 배출되는 이산화탄소를 감시하기 위한 지표로 활용될 수 있는지를 평가하고자 수행되었다. 그리하여 사례 연구지역에서 이산화탄소 배출량을 측정하여 토지이용의 관점에서 지목별 변화 추세에 대한 평가가 이루어졌다. 정부통계에만 의존하는 간접추계 방식과 달리 지목 기반의 평가는 광역적인 이산화탄소 농도의 분포실태를 단시간에 제시하였다. 특히 대지 등 비자연적인 지목에서 높은 수치를 보여주었다. 반면, 임야 등 흡수원으로 특성을 지닌 지목은 전체적으로 배출원에 비해 낮은 수치를 보여주었다. 본 연구의 가장 큰 성과는 지목별 이산화탄소 배출량 변화 실태를 정량적으로 제시하고 있기 때문에 각종 개발사업의 계획단계부터 배출원과 흡수원을 지정하고 관리함에 있어 지목에 의거 도로 건설 등 저탄소 도시에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 개발사업을 규제하는 과정에서 온실가스 배출을 최소화하기 위한 지표로서 설득력을 지닌 근거자료로 지목의 가능성을 보여주었다. 본 연구의 가장 큰 성과는 "지목 기반의 이산화탄소 배출 감시"라는 새로운 개념을 제시하였다는 데 있을 것이다.

토지 보상비 결정 요인 분석 - 건설CALS 데이터 중심으로 (Analysis on the Determinants of Land Compensation Cost: The Use of the Construction CALS Data)

  • 본 연구는 건설 전주기 (기획, 설계, 시공, 관리) 과정에서 생성되는 건설 CALS(Continuous Acquisition & Life-Cycle Support) 시스템 내의 데이터 셋 (443개)을 활용하여 토지보상비에 영향을 주는 주요 결정 요인을 분석한다. 해당 분석을 위해 기존 토지 비용 관련 연구에서 활용된 주요 변수를 활용하였다. 이를 기반으로 8개 (토지면적, 개별 공시지가, 감정평가액, 지목, 용도지역 1, 지형 고저, 지형 형상, 도로 접면)의 주요 변수를 활용하였다. 더불어, 해당 변수는 기계학습 알고리즘 기반의 Xgboost 알고리즘을 통해 변수별 중요도 평가를 진행하였고, 해당 변수 중, 개별공시지가가 가장 중요도가 높은 변수로 확인하였다. 토지보상비 결정 요인에 대한 분석 및 검증을 위해 선형다중회귀분석을 사용하였다. 검증을 위해 구성되는 변수로 종속변수는 개별공시지가 변수를 활용하였고, 독립변수는 연속형 변수 1개 (면적), 범주형 변수는 5개 (지목, 용도지역1, 지형고저, 지형형상, 도로접면)를 활용하였다. 본 연구의 모델에 대한 검증결과, 지목, 용도지역 1, 도로접면에 대한 독립 변수가 유의미한 것으로 확인하였다.

딥러닝모델을 이용한 국가수준 LULUCF 분야 토지이용 범주별 자동화 분류 (Automatic Classification by Land Use Category of National Level LULUCF Sector using Deep Learning Model)

  • 신기후체제에 대응하여 정확한 탄소흡수 및 배출량을 산정하기 위해 토지이용 범주별 통계량 산출은 활동자료로서 매우 중요한 자료이다. 본 연구는 효과적인 토지이용 범주별 판독을 위하여 산림항공사진(이하 FAP)에 딥러닝모델을 적용하여 토지이용 범주별 자동화 판독 분류를 한 후 샘플링기법을 통해 국가단위 통계량을 산출하였다. 딥러닝모델에 적용한 데이터세트(이하, DS)는 국가산림자원조사 고정표본점 위치 기반 FAP의 이미지를 추출하여 훈련데이터세트(이하, 훈련DS)와 시험데이터세트(이하, 시험 DS)로 구분하였다. 훈련 DS는 토지이용 범주별 정의에 따라 이미지별 레이블을 부여하였으며, 딥러닝모델을 학습하고 검증하였다. 검증 시 모델의 학습정확도는 학습 횟수 1500회에서 정확도가 약 89%로 가장 높았다. 학습된 딥러닝모델을 시험DS에 적용한 결과, 이미지 레이블의 판독 분류정확도는 약 90%로 높았다. 샘플링기법을 통해 범주별 분류 결과에 대해 면적을 추정하여 국가통계와 비교한 결과 정합성 또한 높아 향후 LULUCF(Land Use, Land Use Change, Forestry)분야 국가 온실가스 인벤토리 보고서의 활동자료로 활용하기에 충분하다고 판단된다.

국가산림자원조사 고정표본점 자료를 이용한 토지이용변화 평가 (Land-use Change Assessment by Permanent Sample Plots in National Forest Inventory)

  • Forests are to be recognized as an important carbon sink under the UNFCCC that consist of above- and below-biomass, dead organic matter (DOM) such as dead wood and litter, and soil organic matter (SOM). In order to asses for DOM and SOM, however, it is relevant to land-use change matrices over last 20 years for each land-use category. In this study, a land-use change matrix was produced and its uncertainty was assessed using a point sampling technique with permanent sample plots in national forest inventory at Chungbuk province. With point sampling estimated areas at 2012 year for each land-use category were significantly similar to the true areas by given six land-use categories. Relative standard error in terms of uncertainty of land-use change among land-use categories ranged in 4.3~44.4%, excluding the other land. Forest and cropland covered relatively large areas showed lower uncertainty compared to the other land-use categories. This result showed that selected permanent samples in the NFI are able to support for producing land-use change matrix at a national or province level. If the $6^{th}$ NFI data are fully collected, the uncertainty of estimated area should be improved.

NASA 모델의 편차보정에 의한 광역지역의 지표온도산출 정확도 향상 (NASA Model Deviation Correction for Accuracy Improvement of Land Surface Temperature Extraction in Broad Region)

  • In this study, acquired time series Landsat TM/ETM+ image to extract land surface temperature for wide-area region and executed geometric correction and radiometric correction. And extracted land surface temperature using NASA Model, and I achieved the first correction by perform land coverage category for study region and applies characteristic emission rate. Land surface temperature that acquire by the first correction analyzed correlation with Meteorological Administration's temperature data by regression analysis, and established correction formula. And I wished to improve accuracy of land surface temperature extraction using satellite image by second correcting deviations between two datas using establishing correction formula. As a result, land surface temperature that acquire by 1,2th correction could correct in mean deviation of about ${\pm}3.0^{\circ}C$ with Meteorological Administration data. Also, could acquire land surface temperature about study region by relative high accuracy by applying to other Landsat image for re-verification of study result.

The Process and Method to Set a Mountainous Scenic Site's Designated Area

  • A "Scenic Site" is an official heritage category legally defined as a "scenic site of outstanding artistic value with excellent scenic views." However, the subjective interpretation of the term causes several problems. This study suggested a systematic, organized process of designating a listed area as a scenic site after careful and detailed quantitative and qualitative analysis. Indicators were identified for each of the two analyses, and then scored and weighted. Quantitative indicators were distributed within 5 points for each indicator. Water, which is a natural indicator, based on distance from river boundaries. Forest landscapes were assigned in consideration of forest physiognomy and age class. Land use was allocated in consideration of land cover type and, in case of development site, '-' score was assigned. Cultural heritage conservation area, which is historical and cultural indicator, was distributed by distance within a maximum of 500 meters. Visibility, an indicator of landscape value, was assigned according to the frequency of visibility. The weight of each indicator was calculated by considering the value of each item. The weight of distribution of cultural resources is relatively high, while other items were set the same. In case of land use, however, '-' score was given according to the grade. Qualitative indicators, on the other hand, were considered terrain, landscape zone, ownership, intellectual boundary, and land category. The applicability of the proposed process and method was examined by applying the existing methods and criteria used for designating scenic spots. Opinions of subject-matter experts were incorporated in the identification of the indicators and in the result review stage. In the future, it is necessary to apply this method while designating scenic sites so as to establish an objective, scientific designation process.

고해상도 지표자료를 이용한 도시 열환경 완화효과 가능성에 관한 연구 (Application of High Resolution Land Use Data on the Possibility to Mitigate Urban Thermal Environment)

  • In recent years, the urban thermal environment has become worse, such as days on which the temperature goes above $30^{\circ}C$, sultry nights and heat stroke increase, due to the changes in terrestrial cover such as concrete and asphalt and increased anthropogenic heat emission accompanied by artificial structure. The land use type is an important determinant to near-surface air temperature. Due to these reasons we need to understand and improve the urban thermal environment. In this study, the fifth-generation Pennsylvania State University-National Center for Atmospheric Research Mesoscale Model(MMS) was applied to the metropolitan of Daegu area in order to investigate the influence of land cover changes and urban modifications increase of Albedo to the surface energy budget on the simulated near-surface air temperature and wind speed. The single urban category in existing 24-category U.S. Geological survey land cover classification used in MM5 was divided into 6 classes to account for heterogeneity of urban land cover. As a result of the numerical simulation intended for the metropolitan of Daegu assumed the increase of Albedo of roofs, buildings, or roads, the increase of Albedo (Cool scenario)can make decrease radiation effect of surface, so that it caused drops in ambient air temperature from 0.2 to 0.3 on the average during the daylight hours and smaller (or near-zero) decrease during the night. The Sensible heat flux and Wind velocity is decreased. Modeling studies suggest that increased surface albedo in urban area can reduce surface and air temperatures near the ground and affect related meteorological parameters such as winds, surface air temperature and sensible heat flux.

조류.포유류의 분포와 산림면적, 토지피복과의 관련성 (Relationship between the Birds.Mammals' Distribution and Forest area, Land cover)

  • The purpose of this study is to build Island biogeography in the basic concept of landscape ecology in South Korea by draw relationship between the species side of quantitative habitats and forest area surveyed in the national database based on investigation of the 2nd natural environment. In addition, try to present criterion of habitats character category after understanding habitats character of emergence area side of quality habitats based on the type of formatting. Species and forest area relationship analyzed using correlation analysis and simple regression analysis. Also habitat character limited composition ratio of neighboring land cover and analyzed using hierarchical cluster analysis to classify type of habitat. As a result, we found that forest area is correlated with number of species, forests which is bigger than 100ha are more important of increase in species' population. And according to land cover composition ratio, bird's classified types of forest inner species, forest edge species, forest outer species and mammal's classified types of forest inner species, forest general species, forest edge species. We suggest that study of species-forest area relationship and emergence habitat character be used as some management plans of species' conservation, protection and restoration.

한국근대의 농서에 관한 서지학적 연구 (A Bibliographical study on Modem Agricultural Books in Korea)

  • The publication of books on modern agriculture started under the influence of Silhak Thought developed from the late Chosun Dynasty. The common intention found in these publications is the objective to enrich the country through increased agricultural productivity and thus to secure national independence from the surrounding powers. The study reviews three different categories in this area; five general books on agriculture, three on agriculture related legal regulations, and ten books introducing techniques of commercial agriculture. The first category is comprehensive treatment of general agricultural content and the second is legal regulations which affected the contemporary agriculture. The third category is introductory books on commercial techniques aimed at accumulating wealth through agriculture. Silkworm cultivation occupies an important place in these publications owing to the active encouragement given by the Section of Silkworm Cultivation in the Ministry of Agriculture, Commerce and Industry. We can recognise the extensive involvement of Suh Pyung Sook, who served as the Section Chief of Silkworm Cultivation in 1904, by examining introductions and prefaces of many books in this category. The examples of general books on agriculture are 'New Agricultural Administration' (농정신편), 'General Introduction on Agiculture' (농업대요), 'New Textbook on Agricuture' (신찬농업교과서), 'Pragmatic Agriculture' (실리농방신편), Of these, 'New Agricultural Administration' (농정신편) is evaluated as the first publication on modern agriculture. It was written in 1881, and the first edition was published was published in 1901 with the second edition following in 1905. Examples of the second category are; 'The regulation on utilizing uncultivated state owned land' (국유미간지리용법) legislated and declared with the intention of expanding cultivated area, 'Mining and Forestry Regulation' (광임법규), 'Forest Land Regulation' (임야법령) to administer mining and forestry. Books on commercial agriculture take up the highest proportion in the agricultural publication of this period. These cover silkworm cultivation, chicken farming, vegetables and fruits. The books introduce Western techniques with more scientific and rational approach especially on Silkworm cultivation and chichen farming which had become increasingly significant as commercial agriculture from the late Chosun Dynasty.

서울시 용도복합 현상의 측정 및 기술에 관한 연구 (Measuring and Describing Seoul's Mixed-Use Phenomenon)

  • 본 연구를 통해 정의된 용도복합 개념은 세 가지 이상의 주요 도시기능의 복합을 의미하며 도시공간의 경제적, 사회적, 환경적 가치를 동시에 실현하기 위한 수단을 의미한다. 이러한 정의 하에서 서울의 용도복합 현상을 탐구하였다. 상대적 엔트로피 개념을 사용하여 단위 지역인 법정동을 기준으로 복합도(R.E.)를 측정하였으며 도시기능의 유형은 용도복합의 정의에서 도출한 개념을 통해 건축물 층별 용도를 유형화하여 계량화하였다. 서울의 용도복합 현상은 복합도(R.E.) 0.631 이하를 '복합아님', 복합도(R.E.) 0.631 초과 0.884 미만을 '불균형 복합', 복합도(R.E.) 0.884 이상 0.991 미만을 '균형복합', 복합도(R.E.) 0.991 이상을 '완전균형복합'의 단계로 구분하여 용도복합 현상을 해석하는 기준으로 지표화하였다.
