저압 개폐기는 에어컨, 냉동기, 산업용 청소기, 전기온수기, 공조기, 펌프, 콤프레션 등의 모터제어 및 히터와 조명기기의 개폐 둥에 광범위하게 이용되는 개폐장치이다. 저압 전자개폐기는 수 천회에서 수백만회까지 빈번한 개폐 사용조건으로 인해 시험 규격에서는 개폐시험을 통해 제품의 수명을 검증하도록 되어 있으며 과다한 시간이 소요된다. 따라서 시험 시간을 단축하기 위한 가속수명 시험이 필요하게 되었으며 가속 스트레스인 과도 회복전압(TRV)의 피크비율(factor ${\gamma}$) 변화에 따라 저압개폐기의 전기적 수명 시험을 실시하였으며 시험결과를 바탕으로 가속 수명 시험을 하기 위한 가속계수를 산출하였다.

The power system analysis based on the accurate impedance of the individual underground cable, which is the inter connected to a large power system, is required. A study on calculation method of impedance allowable current for underground cables. furthermore, various methods of bonding and earthing the sheath have been used for the purpose of eliminating or reducing the sheath losses. the effectes of bonding and earthing must be includied in impedances. therefore, the subject of predicting thermal performance of soil and cable systems has been received increasing attension. for these problems, this paper describes a general formulation of impedance that is based on the effect of crossbonding and earthing of the sheath on the 66kV, 132kV and 220kV underground cable systems. also the work is presented, for calculating the temperature rise of power cable and soil.

본 논문은 현재 고성능 가역압축 부호화의 표준이 되는 JPEG-LS의 예측오차에 대한 확률분포를 결정하는 컨텍스트 모델링(context modelling)에서 컨텍스트 정수의 결정 방법에 관해 기술한다. 먼저, 압축률 향상을 위해 낮은 대비(low contrast)를 적용하는 전처리 과정을 도입한다. 둘째로, 낮은 복잡도(low complexity)를 위해 주목화소와 주변화소 사이의 차분을 양자화하고, 그 값 Q$_1$,Q$_2$, Q$_3$로부터 컨텍스트 정수(Q)의 결정을 위해 우선 순위를 정한 후, 3차원 가상좌표 위로의 할당을 고려한다. 또한, 제안 방법과 JPEG-LS의 near-lossless부분을 비교하여, 다양한 영상에 대하여 적용시켜 본 결과, 제안한 방법의 압축률과 손실이득이 훨씬 좋음을 보인다.

The Four-Ball Tester has been widely used as a tool to charaterize lubricity for long time. In order to understand more acurate properties of lubricants, more test methods have been developed. Among the test methods, SRV test method was compared to Four-Ball Tester in this paper.

This report describes the adhesibility of the polyurea greases. Generally, Polyurea greases were divided into three classes, aliphatic, alicyclic, and aromatic, according to the differences of the terminal alkyl group. The adhesion properties of polyurea greases were tested with Adhesion Tester by In-house method.

A finite element analysis and Monte Carlo method have been applied to calculate the ppressure pprofiles around the ppohang Light Source (ppLS) electron storage ring with the aim of ppredicting the pperformance of the vacuum system designed for the ppLS vacuum system. After ppropperly choosing the design pparameters, the ppressure distribution are calculated as a function of the integrated stored beam current [AmppHrs]. The effect of changes of the vacuum pparameters, such as installed ppumpping sppeeds and synchrotron radiation induced gas desorpption rates on the ppressure pprofile, is also studied. The results indicate that the use of lumpped non-evapporable getter ppumpps together with spputter ion ppumpps for ppumpping the ppLS down to the required ppressure is ppossible in the ppresence of synchrotron induced gas loads, after resonable beam cleaning time.

With the aim of developing XLPE insulation for extra high voltage cable, we investigated the morphology of cross-linked polyethylene. We used a kind of base materials and additives, and controlled curing condition and amount of additives. The effect of addition of additives on morphology of XLPE such as lamellar density, orientation and additive layer were analyzed using TEM analysis. We applied this result to diffused additive amount was analyzed using FT-IR analysis, and the change of microstructure as the degree of additive diffusion was analyzed using TEM analysis.

In order to apply resistive superconducting fault current limiters into electric power systems, the urgent issues to be settled are as follows, such as initial installation price of SFCL, operation and maintenance cost due to ac loss of superconductor and the life of cryostat, and high voltage and high current problems. The ac loss and high cost of superconductor and cryostat system are main bottlenecks for real application. Furthermore in order to increase voltage and current ratings of SFCL, a lot of superconductor components should be connected in series and parallel which resulted in extreme high cost. Thus, in order to make practical SFCL, we designed novel hybrid SFCL which combines superconductor and conventional electric equipment including vacuum interrupter, power fuse and current limiting reactor. The main purpose of hybrid SFCL is to drastically reduce total usage of superconductor by adopting current commutation method by use of superconductor and high fast switch. Consequently, it was possible to get the satisfactory test results using this method, and further works for practical applications are in the process.

In this paper we propose an incremental classification of multi-class data set by LS-SVM. By encoding the output variable in the training data set appropriately, we obtain a new specific output vectors for the training data sets. Then, online LS-SVM is applied on each newly encoded output vectors. Proposed method will enable the computation cost to be reduced and the training to be performed incrementally. With the incremental formulation of an inverse matrix, the current information and new input data are used for building another new inverse matrix for the estimation of the optimal bias and lagrange multipliers. Computational difficulties of large scale matrix inversion can be avoided. Performance of proposed method are shown via numerical studies and compared with artificial neural network.
