A discrete Pl controller is implemented easily using a micro-processor, and it can be confirmed to a adaption of a system and real time processing. In this paper, a speed controller by discrete Pl control using a IBM PC/AT(12MHz) as a micro-processor is implemented and applied to a DC servo motor. In designing the discrite Pl controller, a sampling time and a speed is accepted from key-board, and is processed the control coefficient automatically, and than calculate the gain. Therefore the speed of a DC servo motor is obtained and controlled regulaly. The designed and manufactured discrete Pl control system is experimented. The result shows the good response at the 60 RPM to 250 RPM on the load using the load-spring. The speed error is under 1% on the steady load, but nearly 2-3% on the transient load.

Purpose: In order to estimate clinical effects of acupotomy and venesection in a patient with peripheral neuropathy and upper limb lymphedema following breast cancer surgery. Methods: From 17th August, 2009 to 29th August 2009, 1 female patient with peripheral neuropathy and upper limb lymphedema following breast cancer surgery was treated with general oriental medicine therapy(acupuncture, moxibustion, cupping, physical therapy, herbal medication) and acupotomy with venesection. Results: The patient's chief complaints- Lt hand numbness, Lt arm edema, Lt. wrist flexion limitation - were notably improved. Conclusions : This study demonstrates that oriental medical treatment with acupotomy and venesection therapy has significant effect in improving symptoms of peripheral neuropathy and upper limb lymphedema following breast cancer surgery, as though we had not wide experience in this treatment, more research is needed.

Background: This study aims to examine correlations between quadriceps angle, lower extremity muscle strength and leg length discrepancy. Methods: This study selected 96 healthy women university students as the subjects of research. Quadriceps angle, lower extremity muscle strength and leg length discrepancy were measured. The statistical analysis of the data SPSS/window (version 12.0) were analyzed using the pearson correlation analysis. Results: There were negative correlations between the muscle strength of the right hamstring muscles and the right quadriceps angle in supine and standing positions. Functional leg length discrepancy of left and right quadriceps angle in supine and standing position showed positive correlations. Conclusions: The quadriceps angle affect the knee. An abnormal angle caused weakening of balance. Muscle strength, leg length discrepancy, and affected lower extremity alignment and knee function. These conclusions may prevent exercise limitation or disorders in the subjects and treating the patients with knee injury or patellofemoral pain syndrome with basic therapy intervention.

다중등급보안(MLS: Multi-Level Security)기반 안전한 운영체제는 정보의 흐름을 안전하게 통제하기 위하여 주체 및 객체의 보안등급변화를 허용하지 않는다. 하지만 안전한 운영체제의 사용성(Usability) 측면에서 주체 및 객체의 보안등급변화는 고려되어야한다. 주체 및 객체의 보안등급변화에 관련된 요구사항은 시스템의 환경 및 보안정책에 따라 다양하게 발생할 수 있고, 이러한 보안등급변화에 관련된 다양한 요구사항들은 모두 해결하기 어렵다. 뿐만 아니라, 기존 접근통제 메커니즘은 보안등급변화에 관련된 요구사항을 해결할 수 없다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 MLS 기반 안전한 운영체제에서 빈번하게 발생할 수 있는 보안등급 변화에 관련된 요구사항 중 특히, 시스템의 환경에 의해 주체의 보안등급이 하강되었을 때 해당 주체가 생성했던 객체들의 안전한 보안등급 하강과 관련된 보안요구사항을 해결할 수 있는 접근통제 메커니즘을 설계하고 구현한다.

Purpose In order to estimate clinical effects of Oriental Medicine Treatment with acupotomy therapy of Achilles Tendinitis Methods From 4th August, 2008 to 14th August, 2008, 1 female patient diagnosed as Chronic Achilles Tendinitis (clinical diagnosed) was treated with general oriental medicine therapy(acupuncture, moxibustion, cupping, physical therapy, herbal medication) and acupotomy. Results The patient's chief complaints- Lt. heel pain and stiffness, dorsi-flexion limitation, nodules in the achilles tendon- were notably improved. Conclusions This study demonstrates that oriental medical treatment with acuputomy therapy has significant effect in improving symptoms of achilles tendinitis. as though we had not wide experience in this treatment, more research is needed.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the preference of street furniture and to suggest street furniture design guideline in Kwang-Ju city Subjects consisted of 197 residents in Kwang-Ju city, Kyung-ki area. The data were analyzed using the SPSS statistical package. The results of descriptive statistics, factor analysis, t-test and ANOVA are presented. The result of this study showed that residents of Kwang-Ju city were not satisfied with street furniture, especially the wastebasket. Natural, easy and simple design for street furniture were highly appraised. And there were distinct differences in preferences of street furniture by sex and age groups. Women group wanted warmer and richer design than the other groups. Older age group wanted more curved and active design than the other groups. Considering these results, it is desirable to apply flexible and unique design according to the various characteristics of users and the region rather than to apply strict and standardized design. These results provide a practical guideline for the development of the street furniture design.

본 연구에서는 노인의 생계급여와 기초연금 수급, 건강상태, 지역사회만족, 우울 간의 구조적 관계분석을 통해 노인의 우울 감소 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 분석자료는 2017년 노인실태조사 패널데이터 중 노인 본인이 직접 응답한 2,493명을 분석에 사용하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 생계급여와 기초연금 수급은 노인의 건강상태에 정(+)적인 영향을 미쳤고, 지역사회만족에는 부(-)적인 영향을 미쳤고, 우울에는 정(+)적인 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 노인의 건강상태는 지역사회만족에 부(-)적인 영향을 미쳤고, 우울에 정(+)적인 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 노인의 지역사회만족은 우울에 부(-)적인 영향을 미쳤다. 넷째, 노인의 생계급여와 기초연금 수급과 우울사이에서 건강상태, 지역사회만족의 다중매개효과는 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다.

본 연구에서는 사회복지시설에 근무하고 있는 사회복지사의 직무만족도에 영향을 미치는 개인적 요인과 조직요인의 주요변수를 검증하여 사회복지사의 직무만족도를 높일 수 있는 정책적, 실천적 방안을 모색하기 위해 진행되었다. 분석자료는 2017년 사회복지 종사자의 보수수준 및 근로여건 실태조사 패널데이터 중 사회복지사 자격증을 갖고 근무하고 있는 사회복지사 8,075명을 분석에 사용하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 사회복지사의 직무만족도는 보통이상(3.40점)이었다. 둘째, 사회복지사의 직무만족도에 영향을 미치는 개인적 요인으로 성별, 연령대, 결혼지위, 이직의도로 나타났고, 조직요인으로 총 보수액, 노동강도 대비 보수수준, 인권보장정도, 시설안전도, 시설유형 변인이 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다.

Amongst various analytic methods of internal structure of city, the factor analysis method which uses O-D matrix data has some merits and characteristics compared to other methods. 1) It is possible to find one certain interaction and flow pattern between traffic zones with in a city through reanalyzing O-D data which is too complex to grasp specific meaning or pattern of flow systems. 2) It can be easily visualized the traffic flow pattern by using adequate graphic techniques, and also can clarify the functional areas whose interaction linkages are significantly strong enough between each other. In this study, the taxi traffic O-D data between 42 traffic zones in Kwang-ju city was reanalyzied by varimax rotated factor analysis methods. As a result, four factors that have significant level factor loading (over 0.5 ) and factor score (over 1.0) were sorted out. so to speak four different functional areas were clarified in Kwang-ju city, of the West, the East, the south, and the North functional areas whose interaction linkages are significantly strong enough between each other. In the study, the taxi traffic O-D data between 42 traffic zones in Kwang-ju city was reanalyzied by varimax rotated factor analysis methods. As a result, four factors that have significant level factor loading (over 0.5) and factor score 9over 1.0) were sorted out. so to speak four different functional areas were clarified in Kwang-ju city, of the West, the East, the South, and the North functional area, then these four functional areas are almost coincided with citizen's general conception of community division and administrative district. Accordingly the factor analysis methods using traffic data seems to proved to be very accurate and useful analytic instruments for analyzing flow pattern and clarifying functional areas of city, and believed to provide basic informations and criteria for practical urban land use planning and transportation planning.

배경 및 목적 : Cathepsin D는 리소솜에 위치하는 단백분해효소로서 종양의 침윤, 전이, 증식에 관여할 것으로 생각되며, 이러한 작용을 통해 예후에도 중요한 역할을 할 것으로 추정된다. 폐암에서의 Cathepsin D의 예후인자로서의 역할은 아직 확립되지 않고 논란이 많은 실정이다. 이 연구의 목적은 비소세포폐암에서 Cathepsin D 발현의 예후적인 중요성을 알고자 하였다. 방법 : 비소세포 폐암환자 중 치료 목적으로 수술적 처치를 시행한 총 54명의 환자를 대상으로 하여 적출한 폐조직의 면역조직화학적 염색으로 Cathepsin D의 발현을 관찰하고 생존기간 및 TNM 병기와의 관계를 보았다. 결과 : 종양세포에서의 Cathepsin D의 발현은 총 54례 중 18례에서 관찰되어 33.3%의 발현율을 보였으나, 발현군과 비발현군 사이에 조직학적 분화도, 암의 크기. 영역 림프절 침범, 병리조직적 병기(surgical-pathologic stage, p-stage)는 통계적인 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 간질세포에서는 29례(53.7%)에서 중둥도에서 다량(moderate to massive)의 Cathepsin D가 발현되는 것이 관찰되었고, 발현양상과 병리조직적 병기사이에 통계적으로 유의한 관련성이 있었으나(p=0.031), 각각의 조직학적 분화도, 암의 크기, 영역 림프절 침범과는 관계가 없었다. 종양세포와 세포에서의 Cathepsin D 의 발현은 생존율로 표현한 예후와의 유의한 관련성이 없었다. 예후와 관련된 변수를 사용한 다변량 분석결과 영역림프절 침범이 유일한 독립적 예후인자가 되었으며 Cathepsin D는 예후 인자로서의 의미는 없었다. 결론 : 비소세포폐암의 간질세포내 Cathepsin D 발현양상은 병리조직적 병기와 유의한 관련성을 나타내어 종양 진행과의 관련 가능성을 제사하였으나, 다른 임상병리인자들 및 예후와의 관련성은 없었다. 종양세포내에서의 Cathepsin D 발현은 병리조직적 병기를 포함한 임상병리 인자들 및 예후와 관계가 없었다.
