The purpose of this study was to analyze the teacher-child relationship as it is self-conceived by teachers in regards to children's peer-competence and self-regulation and to also examine how the teacher-child relationship affects peer-competence and self-regulation. 17 teachers were surveyed using the Student-Teacher Relationship Scale, Peer-Competence Scale and Self-Regulation Scale in regard to approximately 270 children (aged 4-5 years old). Our results indicated that the pro-sociality, sociality, and leadership qualities of child peer-competence correlated positively with the friendliness of teacher-child relationships but correlated negatively in cases of conflicts within the teacher-child relationship. The factors of self-appraisal, self-determination and behavior inhibition of child self-regulation were found to be positively related with the friendliness of teacher-child relation but related negatively with presence of the conflict within the teacher-child relationship. It was also found that sociable and self-determinative children tended to be on more friendly terms with teachers.

우리나라 사서교사 평가제도로서 현행 교원평가제도의 문제점을 분석하고 대안을 제시하였다. 연구결과 현행 교원평가제도는 사서교사의 직무수행성과를 평가하기 위해서 갖추어야 할 타당성이 매우 부족한 것으로 나타났고, 현행 평가기준을 적용하면 사서교사는 낮은 평가를 받을 수밖에 없는 구조적인 문제점이 드러났다. 이 연구에서는 사서교사 직무수행 성과를 적절하게 평가하고, 이를 통해서 사서교사의 책무성과 전문성을 강화하기 위한 대안을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of children's peer-relationship and teacher-child relationship on the social competence. The subject of this study consisted of 115 children aged $4{\sim}5$ attending child care centers in Jeon-ju. Peer-relationship was assessed by the peer nomination measure. The teacher-child relationship and the social competence were evaluated by teacher's questionnaire. The results of this study were as follows : There were significant differences according to sex in teacher-child relationship and social competence. Social competences differed among popular, rejected and neglected children's groups. Teacher-child relationship significantly related with the social competence : The intimacy was positively and the conflict negatively related with the social competence. Intimacy, conflict, anxiety of teacher-child relationship accounted for 58% of the social competence variance. Intimacy of teacher-child relationship appeared to be the most important variable.

본 연구는 사서교사의 수업 전문성 즉, 교수역량에 관한 실태를 조사하여 사서교사 양성제도의 개선 방안을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구자의 선행연구 $\ulcorner$사서교사의 교수역량 구성 모형에 관한 연구(2007)$\lrcorner$에서 제시한 사서교사의 교수역량 모형을 바탕으로 52문항의 설문지를 작성하여, 120명의 현직 사서교사를 대상으로 교수역량을 측정, 분석하였다. 그 분석 결과를 바탕으로 사서교사 양성제도의 개선 방안을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study was to examine teacher's perception, practices about the multicultural education. The subjects were 382 kindergarten teachers in G province. Kim A Young(1996)'s questionnaire which is modified and improved after preliminary research was used to measure teacher's perception and practices about the multicultural education. The data were analyzed by the descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe test. The results of this study were as follows. First, Kindergarten teacher's perception about multicultural education were significantly different by teacher's teaching careers, teacher's kindergarten types, children's age, learning experience in preservice curriculum. Second, Kindergarten teacher's practices about multicultural education were significantly different by teacher's teaching careers and kindergarten types.

Objective: This study explores the correlation between adult attachment, empathy, and teacher efficacy among childcare teachers. Additionally, it analyzes the mediating effect of empathy on the relationship between adult attachment and teacher efficacy. Methods: The survey, conducted from July to August 2023, involved 198 childcare teachers as participants. Data Analysis was performed using SPSS 23.0 and the Process Macro. Results: First, a significant correlation was identified between childcare teachers' adult attachment (avoidance) and empathy, as well as between adult attachment (avoidance) and teacher efficacy among childcare teachers. Second, the study observed a partial mediating effect of empathy in the relationship between adult attachment (avoidance) and teacher efficacy. In essence, this research confirmed both the direct effect of avoidance attachment in childcare teachers on teacher efficacy and the indirect effect mediated by empathy. Conclusion/Implications: This research affirms the impact of adult attachment and empathy on teacher efficacy among childcare teachers, discussing implications for future training and development.

This is a descriptive study to identify patterns of teacher questioning discourse. Transcripts from Korean secondary science classrooms were examined while extensive review of literature on classroom discourse was carried out. When it is assumed that teacher questioning discourse can be categorized into different patterns by considering together the apparent exchange structures and pedagogical functions, various patterns of teacher questioning discourse were revealed. Although most patterns found illustrate the centrality of the teacher, a few of them are considered alternatives to the typical IRE discourse. A framework for classifying teacher questioning discourse is suggested and its implications for science teacher education and future research discussed.

To develop the content and form of the teacher education program for mathematical excellence, we reviewed several teacher education programs. CGI is an excellent model for teacher education program for mathematical excellence. We developed the 12 teacher education programs based on mathematical tasks developed for the gifted children and have applied them to teacher education. It is not so difficult to develop more programs, because we have made a lot of tasks for the gifted in mathematics for 8 years. Wooden Die for Drinking Game which is one of 12 programs is introduced in this article.

본 연구는 직장어린이집 교사들을 대상으로 교사헌신의 차이를 알아보고, 교사헌신과 교사효능감과의 관계를 밝히는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 경기도 내에 소재한 직장어린이집 교사 176명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였으며 일원분산분석(ANOVA), Scheff$\acute{e}$ 사후검증, Pearson상관분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 교사헌신과 교사효능감은 높은 정적상관을 보였다. 직장어린이집 교사의 교사헌신은 높은 수준으로 나타났으며 영유아에 대한 헌신이 가장 높게 나타났다. 또한 교사의 학력과 경력 및 담당학급 영유아의 연령과 기관의 전체 교사 수에 따라 유의한 차이가 있었다. 본 연구는 직장어린이집 교사의 내적 특성으로서 교사헌신을 지원할 수 있는 방안 마련의 기초자료를 제공하였다는데 의의가 있으며, 추후에는 유치원 및 어린이집 유형에 따른 교사헌신과 효능감을 연계지어 연구해 볼 필요가 있을 것이다.

본 연구에서는 수업 과정 내지 단계에서 교사의 반성 역할의 의미가 무엇인지 개략적으로 살펴보고, 이에 기초하여 반성을 통한 교사 지식의 확장 과정을 탐색하여 이를 도식화하여 나타내어 보고자 하였다. 또한, 이러한 도식화된 모델을 바탕으로 하여, 교사가 자신의 수업 반성을 통해 수업 개선은 물론 교사 지식의 확장을 이끄는 수업 평가틀을 마련하고자 하였다. 이러한 평가틀은 반성에 초점을 둔 수업 평가틀로서, 교사 자신의 수업 평가를 통하여 교수 개선 및 교사 지식의 확장을 통한 전문성 신장을 이루고자 함이다. 끝으로, 본 연구에서는 이러한 평가틀에 기초하여 교사 자신이 활용 가능한 자기 평가지의 예를 제시하고자 하였다. 다만, 교사 지식의 범위가 방대하므로 여기서는 교과 내용 지식(Subject matter knowledge)을 중심으로 해당 연구 내용을 구체화하고자 하였는데, 이는 교과 내용 지식이야말로 어떻게 가르칠 것인가에 강력한 영향력을 행사하는 주요 요소로서 교수 활동 결정시 가장 직접적인 영향을 주기 때문이다.
