Research papers must be expression given by letter that had fixed types, rules and universal sentence languages to inform many persons about study results until present when these research paper was considered review, oriental medical papers had some problems, as like difficult contents not to inform absolutely, usage of past language, not considerable in logic history and continuity, and have used not fixed types and rules, error of statistical analysis and research construction. Also centered clinic that had trends important treat tools by drugs ,acupuncture and moxa studies. In briefly, papers of korea traditional medicine had some several problems. Oriental medicine has very concerns not only korean but other countries in present and then it will increases much more study in future. For the purpose cope with this concerns korea traditional medicine researchers need much educations of relation department and must recognized much concerns.

This paper proposes to examine how herbal medicine studies developed amidst the historical changes, by studying the publications of herbal medicine books. For this reason, centering on the most eminent herbal medicine books of each period, the characteristic of the times shown by their publication and the development of herbal medicine were summarized. Also, traces of herbal medicine books among the eminent classics that were imported into our medicine and made a deep impact, and whether or not a Chosun edition was published were researched and introduced in order to show the influence it had on Korean Medical History.

The medical and healthy paradigm is changing by various reasons such as improving of life quality, the limit of western medicine, demographic changes and so on. And the demand, interest and market size of traditional medicine(TM) and complementary and alternative medicine(CAM) are increasing continuously and there is a good traditional medicine called TKM(Traditional Korean Medicine) in Korea. TKM have differentiated characteristics like nature-friendly, systematic, preventive and personalized medicine from western medicine. TKM with these characteristics have possibility to increase national competitiveness and contribute to growth of economy. At this time, it is necessary to select key area of TKM R&D to increase competitiveness of TKM and to create new growth engine. In this paper, we suggest key area of TKM R&D through SWOT analysis, the analysis of world traditional medicine and expert's counsel. As a result, 3 key area and 10 specific fields of TKM R&D was selected, which they are 'the standardization for TKM technology and technique', 'the development of generic technology based on TKM' and 'the establishment of infrastructure for TKM information and material'. This study may contribute to make plan for TKM research and policy such as TKM middle and long term plan and TKM promotion plan.

Objectives: This study aimed to analyze the current status of treatments and patients with interstitial cystitis, and then map out a strategy for development of generalized-treatments for interstitial cystitis in Traditional Korean Medicine. Methods: We selected research paper from various databases such as PubMed, Google, KStudy, KoreanTK, OIM, and KOMS. Also, to understand current tendencies of medical cost related with interstitial cystitis, we requested Health Insurance Review and Assessment Service clinical data from 2007 to 2011. Results: It was reported that treatment of interstitial cystitis using Traditional Korean Medicine was effective. However, patients of this usually visit a Western medical center rather than seek Traditional Korean Medicine. To take charge of clinical fields related with interstitial cystitis by Traditional Korean Medicine, we need more research and experiments of interstitial cystitis using Traditional Korean Medicine, and we must make a standardized protocol. Conclusions: Various studies related with interstitial cystitis using Traditional Korean Medicine will have to be undertaken. We expect that Traditional Korean Medicine will play a role in treatment of interstitial cystitis.

The fusion research subjects of Oriental medicine and Bio-Technology are actively advanced. Development of information analysis algorithm for constitution diagnosis using clinical and biological information is started recently. In addition, the research for providing personal oriented treatment information with Diagnosis result is to in the process of advancing. This paper considers the inside and outside of the country technical development trend of research for using clinical and biological information by analyzing patents and papers. It executed information analysis about changes to number of research papers and patents, present state and star higher officer of research facility from the dissertation which it sees. It is known that our country research result is slight so far in quantity and quality as result of analysis. But hereafter it contains a many developmental possibility. Also it reflects the appearance and a growth of new field like bioinformatics from constitution and bio information application field. The combination of bio information similar to constitution and heredity and computing technology to control those information efficiently comes to think with core technique.

Objective : This paper is aimed at suggesting further tasks by checking and rectifying the errors of the ancieut Chinese-vernacular Korean translations of Park Ji-won(朴趾源)'s "Kumryosocho". Method : In order to correct the wrongly transcribed "Kumryosocho" was contrasted with the original "Xiangzubiji(香祖筆記)", of which the part is "Kumryosocho". And then the errors and mistakes are discovered in published ancient Chinese-to-vernacular Korean translations. Result : In the course of checking the existing translations of "Kumryosocho", this paper identified the following types of errors. 1. Errors attributable to unfamiliar names of medicinal herbs 2. Errors due to the unfamiliarity with the names of diseases or symptoms in Traditional Koreau Medicine(TKM). 3. Errors committed in hand transcription. These types of errors were committed as well in translating jargons routinely used in TKM books. To the surprise, the errors above have been repeated even in the latest version of its translation. This means that the medicine-related materials by Silhak scholars, including "Kumryosocho", were placed at a dead zone of the research between Chinese classic scholars and TKM scholars. Conclusion : To minimize errors and mistakes, it is needed to activate the cooperative work of heterogeneous experts in two academic fields.

The writers present this additional paper to supplement the treatise (Clinical Cases of Skin Diseases treated with Hyungsang Medicine) issued at Hyungsang Medicine Conference in 2001. New other cases have been added in this paper because we didn't deal with sufficient cases in the former treatise and there is also a need for continuous research. The skin is the part that is exposed to the outer environment. Consequently, it is not only under the direct influence of the outside, but also shows internal abnormalities. Therefore, it should be carefully examined, when diagnosing a skin disease, whether the disease is caused by the outside influence, or it reveals internal abnormalities, or it shows both outer and internal abnormalities. For skin disease diagnoses, there are still limits in finding out the cause of a disease only by means of feeling pulses and analysing symptoms. In order to overcome those limitations, and for more accurate and appropriate treatments, Hyungsang diagnosis should be fully understood and well recognized. Accordingly, for skin disease treatment especially, along with all the other disease treatments, we should take the four combined factors (configuration, color, pulse and symptoms) into consideration to bring out the merits and the characteristics of the oriental medicine and be able to prepare for any cases.

Traditional Korean Medicine Information Portal OASIS has been upgraded continuously from the beginning of it's service. It builds up more contents and adds more functions to provide rich information for TKM's researcher. But it's improvement strategy is not systematic and not supported from objective data. So we did online survey and analyzed the results to get insight for improving and activating the OASIS. Also we compared the survey with the previous one conducted in 2009. From the analysis of survey, we can get the 4 results. First OASIS have aged users than young users. Second 39.0% users are using OASIS 2-3 times in a month. Third 18.8% users want OASIS to provide the conference paper in TKM. Finally 21.7% users want paper map analysis system. We must do information strategy planning to get the insight for the improvement. And this survey analysis result will be most important material to our planning. Also we will use this survey analysis result to satisfy the users' needs.

Purpose : Thermographic inspection of infrared thermographic inspection of recent papers Western Medicine and Korean traditional medicine in the Department of infrared thermographic inspection purposes, the method is studied and compared. Methods : "Infrared thermographic inspection" was found searching paper side 51 centered below the contents of the retrieved articles were conducted. Results : In Western medicine. mainly associated with pain and neurological disorders in sensory evaluation after treatment was more frequent in the paper about a topic anesthetic primarily due to the nature of medicine is estimated to be actively used. Mainly in the Oriental sense of pain and neurological disorders are used to evaluate whether treatment is proven to be widely used in Acupuncture was demonstrated. But Western medicine, disease. mainly confined to the sense of pain and nerve pain and nerve sensations in Korean traditional medicine, but not only disease. as well as an assessment tool to observe the physiological changes of the body also was great. Conclusion : Thermographic inspection and further more for coverage of Western and Korean traditional medicine for the use of the infrared thermographic inspection methods and could see that there were some differences.

Objective : The aim of this study is identify major trend and characteristics of studies on aromatherapy in Korea. Methods : We searched the three electronic database(RISS, NDSL, KTKP) and manually checked related Korean journals and reference lists 2000 up to June 2014. The studies were analyzed based on publication year, type of paper, intervention method, type of disease, type of aroma. Results : We included 79 articles in this study. 1. 5 papers were published annually on average. 2. After classifying papers by the speciality of thesis and journal, continuous study was followed not only nursing, but also in many specialities like alternative medicine, korean medicine. 3. Aroma therapy is effect of stress, anxiety, insomnia. 4. Many used interventions are inhalation. 5. The most commonly used in aromatherapy is lavender. Conclusions : These results suggest that Aromatherapy research is insufficient in korean medicine. But more research is needed to relieve stress, anxiety in the future.
