Character-net을 이용한 스토리 가시화 시스템 (Story Visualization System using Character-net)

  • 본 논문에서는 영화나 소설과 같은 콘텐츠의 스토리를 가시화해서 보여주는 시스템에 대해 제안하고 설명한다. 스토리를 가시화 해주기 위해 등장인물들 간의 관계를 모형화하는 Character-net 방법론을 채용하였고 스토리 진행에 따른 Character-net 변화를 분석하여 보여주는 시스템을 개발하였다. 시스템은 Character-net 변화 실행창과 등장인물 중심성 시계열 그래프 창으로 구성하였다. 두 개 창을 통해 스토리 차원의 검색이 가능토록 하였다. 본 논문에서는 스토리 가시화 시스템에 대해 설명하고 추가적으로 필요한 사항들에 대해 논의한다.

  • Upon the needs to draw the judicial elements of creativity in the copyrighted character designs, this paper aims to draw and categorize the elements based on the analysis of preceding court decisions. The results are as follows: the form of body, the features in its face and its composition, the overall image, the degree of personification, and aesthetic sensation. These elements reflect formative skills required to portray the intrinsic quality of a character. This paper is of significant interest in that it suggested the legal basis and elements of creativity in character design to professionals in both areas of design and judicial decisions.

문자 인식 후처리를 위한 형태소 분석기와 문자 교정기의 구현 (Implementation of morphologica analyzer and spelling corrector for charcter recognition post-processing)

  • In this paper, we propose post-rpocessing method that corrects a misrecognized character by generated a characater recognizer using morphological analyzer and spelling corrector. The proposed post-processing consists of sthree phases : First, our method pass through morhological analyzer which only outputted necessary information for spelling correcting, doesn't analyze a bundle of phrases, and detects the location of misrecognized character. Second, tagging the generated candidate character using the information of character substitution table and grapheme substitution/separating table. Then we retry analysis after the misrecognition character has been substituted. Finally we select table, we investigate misrecognized charcters in CORPUS. Reliability analysis used to frequency of randomly selected about 100,000 words in CORPUS. A korean character recognizer demonstrates 93% correction rate without a post-processing. The entire recognition rate of our system with a post-processing exceeds 97% correction rate.

자산어보를 토대로 한 해양캐릭터 개발을 위한 원형 연구 (A Study on a Prototype for the Development of a Marine Character Based on the 『Jasan-urbo』)

  • In this study, we propose a marine character prototype study for development of a marine character as digital contents. This study is a precedent study to build a marine character database with the production of digital contents based on "Jasan-urbo". "Jasan-urbo" is a representative cultural heritage that can highlight the value of Korean marine culture as the first illustrated book of marine creatures in Korea. Therefore, we examined the use value of "Jasan-urbo" through the content approach and looked at the visualization for character utilization and then designed a marine fish species classification standard model. Finally, this study proposed the possibility of discovering prototype sources for digitalization of Korean marine creature's resources.

  • Soft ground has complex features in mechanic character of ground. Some problems about the settlement and transformation occur if the ground strength is comparatively weak and the depth is large. Therefore, we should consider physical and mechanical characters for safe, economical design and management. As the result of the course, we can compare them with those of field then solve the limitations which were came from the complex character of the soft ground. I have considered the soil's physical character (specific gravity of soil particles, moisture content, grain-size analysis etc) and mechanical character (direct shear test, consolidation, triaxial shear test etc), and then make out a linear interpolation by regression using the two, those and connection of the depth

정보 시스템의 유니코드 기반 한자 검색 지원 (Support on Ideograph Characters Search of Unicode Based Information System)

  • 현재 유니코드 CJK 한자코드는 부수 기준 배열방식을 따르고 있어 한자의 한글음가를 기준으로 하는 우리의 문자생활 방식과 차이가 있으며, 우리나라 고유한자나 동형이음어, 이두문자, 그리고 이체자 관계 등을 모두 수록하고 있지 않아 정보시스템에 그대로 적용하기에는 무리가 있다. 따라서 유니코드 기반 정보시스템의 정확한 한자표현 및 한자검색을 위해서는 한자를 포함하는 자료에 대한 정확한 이해를 바탕으로 여러 가지 지원방안을 마련해야 한다. 이러한 측면에서 역사분야 정보검색시스템에서는 한글음가 및 한국에서만 사용되는 동형이음어 처리를 위한 한자-한글음가 사전, 본래 한자의 음가와 다르게 읽히는 한자를 위한 특수용어사전, 이형자와이체자를 위한 이체자사전, 그리고 유니코드 CJK 통합한자에 등록되어 있지 않은 한자를 위한 신출 한자목록을 지원하고 있다.

Text Classification Using Parallel Word-level and Character-level Embeddings in Convolutional Neural Networks

  • Deep learning techniques such as Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) and Recurrent Neural Networks (RNNs) show superior performance in text classification than traditional approaches such as Support Vector Machines (SVMs) and Naïve Bayesian approaches. When using CNNs for text classification tasks, word embedding or character embedding is a step to transform words or characters to fixed size vectors before feeding them into convolutional layers. In this paper, we propose a parallel word-level and character-level embedding approach in CNNs for text classification. The proposed approach can capture word-level and character-level patterns concurrently in CNNs. To show the usefulness of proposed approach, we perform experiments with two English and three Korean text datasets. The experimental results show that character-level embedding works better in Korean and word-level embedding performs well in English. Also the experimental results reveal that the proposed approach provides better performance than traditional CNNs with word-level embedding or character-level embedding in both Korean and English documents. From more detail investigation, we find that the proposed approach tends to perform better when there is relatively small amount of data comparing to the traditional embedding approaches.

A Study on Character analysis and make up design in TV action drama 'ya-cha(夜叉)'

  • This study action drama TV drama 'Ya-ha'(夜叉) the actual work practices of the pre-consultation stage through the Writers, Producer, Art directors and in consultation with the opinion of the character set the record of the contents and character changes over time in accordance with characters makeup the design elements were analyzed. The methods of study was used local and abroad related books, studies, publications and cases and the subjects were limited to be four male make up characters in drama 'Ya-cha'. As a result, TV action drama 'Ya-cha' make up design elements and representation techniques were classified as description of skin tone, wound, the shape of eyebrows, hair type, shape of beard and materials and carried out an important role in the character representation. First, presentation techniques changed skin tones depending on character and position and described wound shape as expression technique and materials were analyzed. Second, the shape of eyebrows was based on the physiognomy of the form. And hair type changed volume, thickness, length and texture depending on character. Third, shape of beard is expressed different kinds of volume, thickness, length and texture depending on character. There fore, that systematization of the make-up design elements is useful to express stable characters and make drama for make up in various image genres.

문자클래스 매칭을 지원하는 정규표현식 매칭 프로세서 구조 (Regular Expression Matching Processor Architecture Supporting Character Class Matching)

  • 고속 정규표현식 매칭을 수행하기 위한 여러 종류의 정규표현식 매칭 하드웨어 구조가 연구되었다. 특히 프로그램과 같이 패턴의 갱신이 쉽도록 범용 프로세서와 유사한 방식으로 정규표현식 매칭을 수행하는 ReCPU와 SMPU와 같은 정규표현식 프로세서가 연구되었다. 그렇지만 기존의 정규표현식 프로세서들은 문자클래스 매칭을 위한 별도의 기능을 제공하지 않아서 문자클래스 처리에 비효율적이다. 본 논문에서는 문자클래스 매칭을 지원하는 정규표현식 매칭 프로세서의 명령어 집합을 제시하고, 이에 대한 프로세서 구조를 설계 구현한다. 제시된 프로세서는 문자클래스, 문자 범위와 부정 문자클래스 처리 기능을 포함하고 있어서 문자클래스 매칭을 매우 효율적으로 처리할 수 있다.

유아·초등교육 내에서의 인성교육 활성화 방안에 대한 교사인식연구 (A Study on Teachers' Attitudes Toward Character Education in Early Childhood and Elementary Education in Korea)

  • This study aimed at examining the problems in character education in early childhood education and elementary education in Korea and at providing policy implications for more effective character education. The study interviewed 20 teachers from child care centers, kindergartens and elementary schools located in Seoul and Gyeonggi province using the focus group interview method. The results showed teachers' level of understanding of the definition and purpose of character education. Teachers experienced difficulty because they lacked a manual as well as training for character education and because of the inconsistency between character education and the burden of academic performance. The lack of connection among character education in early childhood education and elementary school, strong needs for parent education, and partnership between the three spheres of the home, school, and community were also implied.
