Knowledge management is a current management concept dealing with information gathering and implementation processes for the organizational performance advantage. The study investigates knowledge management in two perspectives: internally, Organizational information processing structure and externally, strategic issue management system. The study proposes the existence of filtering processes in the organizations. Based on this argument, the authors propose that organizations need to employ strategic issue management system for the successful implementation of knowledge management.

Effective knowledge sharing and creating requires human networking as well as system. Corporation 'S' organized 'community of practice(CoP),' which is a virtual group based on work process, skill, and interest. The purpose of this study is to suggest effective CoP establishment and implementation methods, based upon 'S' experience. The effective methods this study suggests are : setting up clear CoP objectives by each CoP; dual CoP system with career centered and subject centered; alignment with business strategy; guide by knowledge integrator, and professional competence development as CoP purpose. Key success factors to CoP activities also include effective communication, facilitators' competency, and managers' support.

지식정보사회에서 지식정보 자원이 국가 경쟁력의 기반이 되고 있다. 이러한 국가 지식정보자원을 체계적으로 디지털화하고, 지속적인 자원의 관리 및 활용을 위해 지식정보자원의 유료화 필요성이 제기되고 있다. 본 연구는 과학기술분야 지식정보 자원의 유료화 방안을 제시하고, 유료화 데이터베이스에 대한 과금방식, 정보이용료, 결제방식을 도출하여 유료화 시스템을 구축하였다.

In this paper, the informative space is proposed to implant ubiquitous functions into physical spaces. We merge physical and virtual spaces through the space structurization using an RFID system, and solve the space localization and mapping problem for a robot to navigate through the distribution and synthesis of information and knowledge. To distribute knowledge flexibly and reliably to changing environment and also to develop a system which allows a robot to invoke and merge the distributed knowledge more freely, we employ a novel approach of knowledge management based on Web services. The proposed method is verified by building a physical space with two kinds of RFID tags and a virtual space with knowledge database based on Web services.

제약 조건 만족의 관점에서 불확실한 지식을 표현하고 처리하는 방법을 제안하였다. 등식이나 부등식은 만족되어야 할 제약 조건들이며, 제약 조건들은 수리 논리식으로 표현될 수 있는데 이들은 주어진 수리 논리식들의 집합에 대한 만족성을 계산하는 제약 조건 해결 프로그램에 의해 답을 얻을 수 있다. 불확실성을 포함한 규칙 기반 시스템들은 확률론의 초보적인 내용을 응용하여 표현되는데, 이 경우 제약 조건 해결 프로그램으로 효율적인 결과를 얻을 수 있다.

These days, companies have to process enormous information and knowledge to satisfy desire of customers. The mere storage of them is no longer a significant problem because of the immense progress information technology has made during the past years and decades. It is important to deliver the right piece of information to the right person at the right time. Consequently, Knowledge management which supports the exchange of relevant information within company organization structure is of special interest for current enterprises. To solve this problem, a concept of the Knowledge management system is introduced in this paper based on the ontology technology. An ontology can describe all relevant information about documents, products, organizational structures or the users, their interests and experiences and be understood by everybody.

A knowledge-based system with CAD is widely used to implement a designer's know-how and a routine calculation within a system. An engineer needs to change several design parameters in an early design stage. However it is not easy to change the design parameters when it needs to update an existing model and data. In this paper, a module has been proposed to make it easy to change the design parameter so that the engineer can easily update and change the design model. Also a flexible interface of the module can easily add or extract the design knowledge.

Pandemic situations such as COVID-19 can occur supply chain crisis. Under the supply chain crisis, delivering farm products from the farm to the city is also very challenging. Therefore it is essential to prepare food sufficiency people who live in a city. We firmly insist on food self-production/consumption systems in each home. However, since it is impossible to grow high-quality crops without expertise knowledge. Therefore expert system is essential to grow high-quality crops in home. To address this problem, we propose a smart kitchen farm as a data-based monitoring system and platform with ICT convergence technology. Our proposed approach 1) collects data and makes judgments based on expert knowledge for home users, 2) increases product quality of the smart kitchen farms by predicting abnormal/normal crops, and 3) controls each personal home cultivation environment through data-based monitoring within the smart central server. We expect people can cultivate high-quality crops in thir kitchens through this system without expert knowledge about cultivation.

본 논문에서는 산업현장 화학물질 인체 접촉 증상 기반 지식베이스 구축 및 화학물질 추정 시스템 설계에 대한 연구이다. 미국NIH에서 제공하는 WISER 프로그램의 499개의 화학물질 접촉 증상 정보로 활용하였다. 지식베이스 구축을 위해 AllegroGraph 7.0.1 프로그램을 이용하였으며 입력된 Chemical structure로 Triple 값인 Cas No., Synonyms, Symptom, SMILES, InChl, Formula를 사용 하였다. 또한 작업자의 증상을 안내하는 방법은 AI 스피커를 활용한 방식이 가능하며 지식베이스 구축 결과 암모니아(CAS No: 7664-41-7)를 기준으로 39개의 증상이 WISER 프로그램과 동일함을 확인 하였다. 이를 통해 화학물질 추정 시스템의 증상 추출 과정에 지식베이스 구축이 가능하였다.

시맨틱 검색은 논리적으로 표현된 지식 베이스를 사용하여 현재의 키워드 기반 검색보다 더 정확한 결과를 제공할 수 있다. 그러나 일반 사용자는 지식 기반의 복잡하고 정형화된 질의어와 스키마를 잘 알지 못한다. 그래서 검색 시스템은 사용자 키워드의 의미를 해석할 수 있어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 멀티미디어 콘텐츠의 시맨틱 검색을 위한 사용자 질의 의미 해석 시스템을 설명한다. 제안한 시스템은 도메인 온톨로지 기반으로 구축된 지식 베이스의 정형화된 구조에 의미 해석 과정이 통합된 온톨로지 지식 베이스 기반 검색 시스템이다.
