유비쿼터스 환경에서의 유사도 기반 곤충 종 추론검색시스템 (A Similarity-based Inference System for Identifying Insects in the Ubiquitous Environments)

  • 곤충 종은 환경생태학적 종 다양성 보존과 국가적 생물자원 활용전략 관점에서 중요한 역할을 하기 때문에 생태계의 주요 구성요소로 인식되고 있다. 곤충 종 보존과 육성을 위해서는 곤충전문가는 물론 곤충비전문가인 일반인과 학생들도 곤충에 관심을 가질 수 있는 곤충관찰학습 환경이 요구된다. 그러므로, 곤충식별은 관찰학습에 있어서 주요학습의 동기유발 요인이 된다. 현재 서비스하고 있는 온라인 곤충 종 분류검색시스템은 시간 소모적이며, 곤충 종에 대한 지식이 부족한 일반인들이 곤충식별의 도구로 사용하기에는 많은 노력을 요구하기 때문에 비효율적이다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위하여, 일반인들이 자연 생태계에서 관찰한 내용을 바탕으로 곤충식별을 도와주는 스마트폰 기반의 유러닝시스템인 곤충 종 식별추론 시스템을 제안하였다. 본 시스템은 사용자의 곤충관찰정보와 생물학적 곤충특성과의 유사도에 기반하여 추론검색을 수행한다. 이를 위해, 생물학적 곤충특성을 목, 과, 종 단위의 27개 항목으로 분류하고, 관찰 단계별 유사도 지표를 제안하였다. 또한, 본 연구의 유용성을 보이기 위하여 추론검색 프로토타입시스템을 개발하고, 기존의 분류검색시스템과의 곤충식별 비교테스트를 하였다. 실험결과, 본 연구의 추론검색 방법이 곤충식별의 효과성에 있어 더 우수함을 보였고, 검색시간에 있어서도 보다 효율적인 시스템이 될 수 있음을 보였다.

부도예측을 위한 확신 기반의 선택 접근법에서 앙상블 멤버 사이즈의 영향에 관한 연구 (Impact of Ensemble Member Size on Confidence-based Selection in Bankruptcy Prediction)

  • 부도예측을 위한 지식기반시스템에서 모델은 실적에 영향을 끼치는 주요한 요인이다. 예측 모형의 개발에 있어 초기 연구들은 통계기법 및 인공지능기법들을 이용하여 최고 실적을 가지는 단일 모델을 만드는데 주력하였다. 1980년대 중반 이후에는 다수 기술의 통합(하이브리드), 더 나아가, 다수 모델의 결과의 결합(앙상블) 기법이 수많은 실험에서 개별 모델들보다 더 나은 결과를 보여왔다. 다수 모델들의 출력값들을 결합하여 한 개의 최종 예측값을 산출하는 앙상블 모델링에서 결합기법은 앙상블의 예측 정확도에 영향을 끼치는 중요한 이슈이다. 본 논문은 부도예측을 위한 앙상블 결합기법으로서 앙상블 멤버들이 다른 유형의 연속형 수치 출력값들을 산출하더라도 통일된 확신을 측정할 수 있는 확신 기반의 선택 접근법을 제안하고 이에 대한 앙상블 멤버 사이즈의 영향을 연구하였다. 실험 결과는 앙상블 멤버들의 생성 타입에 따라 결합하는 모델 개수를 변화시켰을 때 가장 많은 기본 모델들을 가지는 앙상블에서의 제안 결합기법이 부도예측에 가장 자주 사용되는 다른 방법들에 비해서도 가장 높은 실적을 가진다는 것을 보였다.

혈관염 및 자반증의 한의학적 치료에 대한 국내 임상 논문 분석 (Review of Korean Medicine Treatments for Purpura and Vasculitis in Korean Journals)

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study is to analyze how purpura and vasculitis have been treated with Korean medicine and potentially to present with future direction of research and treatment. Methods : We searched clinical studies from the Korean databases including Oriental medicine Advanced Searching Integrated System(OASIS), Korean Traditional Knowledge Portal(KTKP), National Discovery for Science Leader(NDSL), Research Information Sharing Service(RISS), using keywords related to "Purpura" and "Vasculitis" from January 2000 to May 2019. Results : A total of 20 studies were selected for analysis. More than half of the patients provided with detailed information were under 19 year-olds, and upper respiratory infection, stress and fatigue, seasonal factor were among the most frequently stated as predisposing factors. Among many treatment modalities, herbal medicine was the most frequently used, followed by acupuncture and herbal acupuncture. 23 basic herbal medicine formulas were retrieved from 20 articles, most frequently used being Guibi-tang(歸脾湯加味), Samul-tang(四物湯加味) and Yukmijihwang-tang(六味地黃湯加味). In total, 122 Korean medicine herbs were used, most frequently used herbs being Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma(甘草), Angelicae Gigantis Radix(當歸), Poria Sclerotium(茯?) and Paeoniae Radix(芍藥). By its category, herbs were mostly classified into Tonyfying and replenishing medicinal(補益藥), Heat-clearing medicinal(淸熱藥) and Exterior-releasing medicinal(解表藥). Patients with total treatment period of 3 months or under were 2/3 of all cases provided with detailed information. Follow up periods were short in general with only 6 cases of over 6 months. The primary motive of patients to receive Korean medicine treatments was unresponsiveness or adverse effects of western medication. Conclusion : Through this literature review, we could find out tendencies of Korean medicine treatments of purpura and vasculitis up to date and some points that may have clinical significance.

2015 개정 교육과정에 따른 실과 교과서 '소프트웨어 교육' 단원 분석 (The Analysis of 'Software Education' Unit in the Practical Arts Textbooks According to 2015 Revised Curriculum)

  • 현대 사회는 소프트웨어가 국가 경쟁력을 결정하는 핵심 요소로 자리잡게 되었다. 이에 우리나라는 2015 개정 교육과정에 실과 교과에서 연간 17시간 이상 소프트웨어 교육을 필수화 하였다. 본 논문은 '2015 개정 교육과정'에 근거하여 출판된 6종의 초등학교 실과 교과서에 수록된 소프트웨어 관련 단원을 분석하여, 초등현장에서 소프트웨어 교육 관련 교과서 선정을 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 분석 결과, 2015 개정 교과서 6종은 '소프트웨어의 이해', '절차적 문제해결', '프로그래밍 요소와 구조'의 내용 요소 모두를 적절하게 반영하고 있었으며, 내용 요소에 따른 성취기준에 도달 할 수 있는 적절한 활동들을 잘 제시하고 있었다. 단원 보조 자료는 흥미유발이나 본문 보충, 심화 학습을 위해 만화나 삽화 등을 사용하고 있으며, 4종의 교과서에서는 읽기 자료 등을 제시하여 추가 정보를 제공하고 있다. 하지만 대부분의 교과서에서 부록을 활용한 학습 비중이 낮게 나타났다. 지식 이해와 실습 위주의 단원으로 구성되어 있기는 하지만, 생활 속 소프트웨어, 절차적 사고에 의한 문제 해결 내용 등을 붙임 딱지 등으로 제작하면 학생들의 흥미와 참여를 높이는 교과서가 될 수 있을 것이다.

업무성과에 영향을 주는 업무용 모바일 어플리케이션의 주요 요인에 관한 연구 (An Empirical Study on the Influencing Factors of Perceived Job Performance in the Context of Enterprise Mobile Applications)

  • The ubiquitous accessibility of information through mobile devices has led to an increased mobility of workers from their fixed workplaces. Market researchers estimate that by 2016, 350 million workers will be using their smartphones for business purposes, and the use of smartphones will offer new business benefits. Enterprises are now adopting mobile technologies for numerous applications to increase their operational efficiency, improve their responsiveness and competitiveness, and cultivate their innovativeness. For these reasons, various organizational aspects concerning "mobile work" have received a great deal of recent attention. Moreover, many CIOs plan to allocate a considerable amount of their budgets mobile work environments. In particular, with the consumerization of information technology, enterprise mobile applications (EMA) have played a significant role in the explosive growth of mobile computing in the workplace, and even in improving sales for firms in this field. EMA can be defined as mobile technologies and role-based applications, as companies design them for specific roles and functions in organizations. Technically, EMA can be defined as business enterprise systems, including critical business functions that enable users to access enterprise systems via wireless mobile devices, such as smartphones or tablets. Specifically, EMA enables employees to have greater access to real-time information, and provides them with simple features and functionalities that are easy for them to complete specific tasks. While the impact of EMA on organizational workers' productivity has been given considerable attention in various literatures, relatively little research effort has been made to examine how EMA actually lead to users' job performance. In particular, we have a limited understanding of what the key antecedents are of such an EMA usage outcome. In this paper, we focus on employees' perceived job performance as the outcome of EMA use, which indicates the successful role of EMA with regard to employees' tasks. Thus, to develop a deeper understanding of the relationship among EMA, its environment, and employees' perceived job performance, we develop a comprehensive model that considers the perceived-fit between EMA and employees' tasks, satisfaction on EMA, and the organizational environment. With this model, we try to examine EMA to explain how job performance through EMA is revealed from both the task-technology fit for EMA and satisfaction on EMA, while also considering the antecedent factors for these constructs. The objectives of this study are to address the following research questions: (1) How can employees successfully manage EMA in order to enhance their perceived job performance? (2) What internal and/or external factors are important antecedents in increasing EMA users' satisfaction on MES and task-technology fit for EMA? (3) What are the impacts of organizational (e.g. organizational agility), and task-related antecedents (e.g., task mobility) on task-technology fit for EMA? (4) What are the impacts of internal (e.g., self-efficacy) and external antecedents (e.g., system reputation) for the habitual use of EMA? Based on a survey from 254 actual employees who use EMA in their workplace across industries, our results indicate that task-technology fit for EMA and satisfaction on EMA are positively associated with job performance. We also identify task mobility, organizational agility, and system accessibility that are found to be positively associated with task-technology fit for EMA. Further, we find that external factor, such as the reputation of EMA, and internal factor, such as self-efficacy for EMA that are found to be positively associated with the satisfaction of EMA. The present findings enable researchers and practitioners to understand the role of EMA, which facilitates organizational workers' efficient work processes, as well as the importance of task-technology fit for EMA. Our model provides a new set of antecedents and consequence variables for a TAM involving mobile applications. The research model also provides empirical evidence that EMA are important mobile services that positively influence individuals' performance. Our findings suggest that perceived organizational agility and task mobility do have a significant influence on task-technology fit for EMA usage through positive beliefs about EMA, that self-efficacy and system reputation can also influence individuals' satisfaction on EMA, and that these factors are important contingent factors for the impact of system satisfaction and perceived job performance. Our findings can help managers gauge the impact of EMA in terms of its contribution to job performance. Our results provide an explanation as to why many firms have recently adopted EMA for efficient business processes and productivity support. Our findings additionally suggest that the cognitive fit between task and technology can be an important requirement for the productivity support of EMA. Further, our study findings can help managers in formulating their strategies and building organizational culture that can affect employees perceived job performance. Managers, thus, can tailor their dependence on EMA as high or low, depending on their task's characteristics, to maximize the job performance in the workplace. Overall, this study strengthens our knowledge regarding the impact of mobile applications in organizational contexts, technology acceptance and the role of task characteristics. To conclude, we hope that our research inspires future studies exploring digital productivity in the workplace and/or taking the role of EMA into account for employee job performance.

SCM 성과 결정요인에 관한 통합적 연구: 공급업체 관점으로 (Studies on Determinant Factors of SCM Performance: From the Supplier Perspective)

  • In an attempt to cope with widespread, dynamic, and accelerating changes in both internal and external business environments, companies often utilize information technologies such as SCM(Supply Chain Management). To date, SCM research has mainly focused on the effects of dynamic factors on SCM success and emphasized adoption strategies and critical success factors. Consequently, the effects of more static factors such as interdependency between SCM partners have been largely ignored. The purpose of this study, therefore, is to examine the effects of both dynamic and static factors on SCM performance by controlling for information quality and partnership quality. The five factors examined in this study include innovative ness, mutual dependency, quality of information, partnership quality, and SCM performance. All factors were examined from the perspective of part suppliers, except the mutual dependency which was examined from two aspects: supplier's dependency on customer and customer's dependency on supplier. Data was collected through five hundred survey questionnaires distributed to the part supplier companies that have implemented SCM systems for at least one year. As a result, a total of 170 valid responses were obtained. A structural equation research model was fitted using SAS 9.1.3 and SMART-PLS 2.0. The results of this study can be summarized as follows. First, innovativeness positively affected SCM information quality. SCM partnership quality, and ultimately SCM performance. The path coefficient between innovativeness and information quality was 0.387, with a t-value of 3.528. Innovativeness also had a positively direct effect on partnership quality. The path coefficient was 0.351 with a t-value of 3.366. The total effect of innovativeness on partnership quality was significant, although its indirect effect on partnership quality by altering information quality was negligible. The total indirect effect of innovativeness on SCM performance by affecting information quality and partnership quality was significant with a p-value of 0.014. Innovativeness played an important role in determining SCM performance. Second, mutual dependency showed no significant effect on SCM information quality. This result contradicts the earlier assertion that the more dependent two companies are, the more accurate and timely the information they exchange ought to be. This study showed that this may not be the case; a partner may provide information of poor quality even when it is strongly dependent on the other. Mutual dependency showed significant effect on partnership quality. However, when the mutual dependency perceived by suppliers was divided into two parts, one being a supplier's dependency on its customer company and the other being a customer's dependency on the supplier, the latter showed a significant impact on the perceived SCM partnership quality. This result indicates that a customer company can hardly improve the partnership quality perceived by suppliers by making them more dependent. It improves only when the suppliers perceive that their partners, typically having more bargaining power, are more dependent on them. The overall effect of mutual dependency of any kind on SCM performance, however, was not significant. Although mutual dependency has been mentioned as an important static factor influencing almost every aspect of cooperation on a supply chain, its influences may not be as significant as it was initially perceived to be. Third, the correlation between information quality and partnership quality was 0.448 with a p-value of less than 0.001. Information quality had a path coefficient of 0.256 to partnership quality with a t-value of 2.940. The quality of information exchanged between partners may have an impact on their partnership quality. Fourth, information quality also had a significant impact on SCM performance with a path coefficient of 0.325 with a t-value of 3.611. In this study, SCM performance was divided into four categories: product quality, cost saving, service quality, and order fulfillment. Information quality has Significant impacts on product quality, cost saving and service quality, but not on order fulfillment. Fifth, partnership quality, as expected, had a significant impact on SCM performance. The path coefficient was 0.403 with a t-value of 3.539. Partnership quality, like information quality, had positive impacts on product quality, cost saving and service quality, but showed no impact on order fulfillment. It seemed that order fulfillment is the hardest category of performance that SCM can satisfy. One major limitation of this study is that it surveyed only the suppliers. To better understand the dual aspects of SCM, it is important to survey both suppliers and the assemblers, especially in pairs. This research, to our best knowledge, was the first attempt to study the level of dependency between the two groups by measuring the dual aspects of SCM and studying mutual dependency from the categories of suppliers and assemblers each.. In the future, a more comprehensive and precise measurement of SCM characteristics needs to be achieved by examining from both the supplier's and assembler's perspectives.

Relationships among CEO Image, Corporate Image and Employment Brand Value in Fashion Industry

  • The CEO and the Corporate Image is considered very important in the aspect of marketing. The fact that CEO image itself influences the company or value of the product directly and indirectly has been verified through many cases. Recently, the differentiation of products and services between companies became difficult because the disparity in technique between companies retrenched. As a result, the rate of people who decide to purchase or invest their money based on the corporate image or reputation has been increased. Also in the knowledge society like today, the talented employees are the company's customer and the company's necessity for managing those brains of marketing perspective on how to satisfy and attract the customers is being embossed. The Fashion industry is one of the most value-added industry and in those value-added businesses, the most important factor is the human resources' knowledge power. However the study of the relationships among the CEO image, the corporate image and employment brand value in fashion industry has not been carried out yet. This research considers that dynamic relationship exists among the CEO image, corporate image and employment brand value that affects a company's main goal of pursuing benefits and intends to investigate the relationships of the three concepts. The specific purposes of this study were, 1) to analyze the impact of CEO image on a corporate image, 2) to analyze the impact of corporate image on employment brand value, 3) to analyze the impact of CEO image on employment brand value, 4) to analyze whether corporate image plays a mediating role in the relationship between CEO image and employment brand value or not. A survey design with a structured questionnaire was employed for this research. A convenience sample of 398 subjects was selected from two groups, which are university students majoring in fashion and practitioners working in fashion industry. For the data analysis, descriptive statistic (i.e., frequency, percentage), factor analysis, and multiple regression analysis were used by utilizing SPSS 12.0 for Windows program. The results for this research are as follows, first, the study of the impact of CEO image (i.e., Managerial Competence, Reliability/Leadership, Personal Attractiveness) on corporate image (i.e., Product Image, Corporate Social Responsibility Image, Corporate Cultural Image) brought conclusion that the CEO image generally affected the corporate image in fashion industry. Managerial Competence and Reliability/Leadership affected Product Image, Corporate Social Responsibility Image and Corporate Cultural Image. However, while CEO's Personal Attractiveness affected Product Image and Corporate Social Responsibility Image, it did not affect Corporate Cultural Image. Second, the study of the impact of corporate image on employment brand value brought conclusion that corporate image (i.e., Product Image, Corporate Social Responsibility Image, Corporate Cultural Image) affected employment brand value. Corporate Cultural Image affected employment brand value the most and then the Corporate Social Responsibility Image and Product Image. Third, the study of the impact of CEO image on employment brand value brought conclusion that CEO image (i.e., Managerial Competence, Reliability/Leadership, Personal Attractiveness) affected the employment brand value. CEO's Reliability/Leadership affected the employment brand value the most and then CEO's Personal Attractiveness and CEO's Managerial Competence. Forth, the study examined whether corporate image plays a mediating role in relationship of CEO image and employment brand value and concluded that it does. Corporate image played a full mediating role between CEO's Managerial Competence and employment brand value while it played a partial mediating role between CEO's Reliability/Leadership and CEO's Personal Attractiveness. This study is meaningful in a sense that it examines the relationship among the CEO image, corporate image and employment brand value which has not been carried out yet in fashion industry. It will ultimately contribute to the success of a fashion company by providing useful information of establishing strategies for managing proper the CEO and the corporate image to the fashion company and operating the talented employees.

수명분포가 자유도에 의존한 카이제곱분포를 따르는 무한고장 NHPP 소프트웨어 신뢰성 모형에 관한 비교연구 (A Comparative Study on the Infinite NHPP Software Reliability Model Following Chi-Square Distribution with Lifetime Distribution Dependent on Degrees of Freedom)

  • 소프트웨어 개발과정동안 소프트웨어 신뢰성 요인은 매우 기본적인 사항이다. 소프트웨어 고장파악을 위한 무한고장 비동질적인 포아송 과정을 이용할 때 고장발생률 혹은 위험함수가 일정하거나 증가 또는 감소하는 속성을 가진다. 본 논문에서는 소프트웨어 신뢰 성능에 관한 효율성을 비교하는 자유도에 의존하는 카이제곱 분포를 적용한 신뢰성 모형을 제안하였다. 효율적인 모형을 평가하기 위하여 평균제곱오차(MSE)와 결정계수($R^2$)를 이용하고 최우추정법과 수치 해석적 방법을 사용하여 모수추정 알고리즘이 수행되었다. 제안하는 카이제곱분포의 자유도를 이용한 신뢰성 모형을 위해 실제 고장 간격 데이터를 사용한 고장 성능 분석이 적용되었다. 고장데이터 분석은 카이제곱분포의 자유도에 근거한 강도함수를 기준으로 비교되었다. 데이터 신뢰성을 확인하기 위하여 라플라스 추세검정이 적용되었다. 본 연구에 제안된 카이제곱분포의 자유도는 다양한 고장현상을 표현 할 수 있기 때문에 (결정계수가 90% 이상), 신뢰성 분야에서 활용 할 수 있는 모형으로 활용 할 수 있다. 이 연구 결과를 적용하면 소프트웨어 개발 설계자에게 다양한 자유도를 적용하여 소프트웨어 고장패턴을 예측함으로서 효율적인 모형을 개발하는데 표준 지침으로 적용 할 수 있다.

한국진출 글로벌 기업의 신속한 글로벌 성과에 관한 영향연구 (A Study on the Effects of Technology, Marketing, Network Competencies on Rapid Globalization in Korea)

  • 세계 경제가 글로벌화가 가속화되고 국내 기업도 해외 시장에 진출하는 한편, 해외 글로벌 기업 또한 한국시장에 진출하여 성과를 보이고 있다. 이러한 한국 진출 기업이 한국시장에서 신속하게 성과를 보이는데 있어서 기술적 역량 요인, 마케팅 역량 요인, 그리고 해외 네트워크 요인이 신속한 글로벌 성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 파악하고자 하였다. 또한 기업 유형에 따라 영향 관계가 있는지를 규명하는데 있다. 연구 목적을 달성하기 위하여 가설을 설정하고 이를 검증하기 위하여 구조방정식과 회귀분석을 활용하였으며 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기술적 요인 중 기술적 혁신성과 제품 차별성은 신속한 글로벌화에 통계적으로 유의미하게 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있어, 신속한 글로벌화에 매우 중요한 선행요인으로 해석된다. 둘째, 마케팅 요인 중 마케팅 지식획득과 브랜드 명성 또한 통계적으로 유의미하게 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있어, 또한 신속한 글로벌 성과에 중요한 요인임을 알 수 있었다. 셋째, 한국 시장 내 네트워크 범위와 해외 네트워크 강도 또한 모두 통계적으로 유의미하게 영향을 미치고 있어, 해외 네트워크 요인은 신속하게 글로벌 성과에 매우 중요한 요인임을 밝히고 있다. 한편, 해외 자회사 기업 유형(B2C, B2B) 조절변수 효과에 대한 가설 검증으로 회귀분석을 통한 분석 결과, B2C 해외 자회사 기업이 B2B 해외 자회사 기업보다 본 연구모형에서는 설명력이 31.9% 증가를 보였다. 또한 B2C 해외 자회사의 경우 마케팅 역량이, B2B 해외 자회사의 경우 상대적으로 기술적 역량 요인이 통계적으로 유의미하게 차이가 보였다. 따라서 기업유형이 기술적, 마케팅 역량 요인 그리고 네트워크 요인이 신속한 글로벌화에 영향을 주는데 조절효과가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 결론적으로 본 연구를 통하여 실무적 측면에서는 우선 기업의 신속한 글로벌 성과를 높이기 위해서는 선행 요인 중 마케팅 요인과 기술적 요인, 한국 시장 네트워크 등은 중요한 선행 요인임을 확인하였으며, 한편 학문적으로 본 연구 결과는 기업이 신속하게 해외로 진출하는 영향요인을 체계적으로 심층 연구에 기여하였다라고 여긴다.

광주·전남지역 경호학과 대학생의 심폐소생술(CPR) 교육평가 (Education Evaluation of Basic CPR on Guard Major Collegian in Gwangju and Jeonnam Region)

  • 광주 전남지역 전문대학 경호학과 학생 120명을 대상으로 Skill Reporter Mannequin을 이용한 심폐소생술 교육전과 교육후의 심폐소생술 술기 정확도 평가를 실시하였으며 심폐소생술 교육의 만족도를 측정하였다. 조사대상자의 일반적인 특성은 남학생과 여학생이 각각 94명(78.3%)과 26명(21.7%)이었고 학년별로는 1학년 66명(55.0%), 2학년이 54명(45.0%)이었다. 심폐소생술 교육전 인공호흡의 술기는 $26.04{\pm}9.26$에서 교육후 $91.25{\pm}6.68$로 높아져 많은 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났으며(p<0.01) 기본 심폐소생술 교육전 흉부압박의 술기는 $24.33{\pm}8.55$이었으나 교육후 $91.50{\pm}5.25$로 높아져(p<0.01) 심폐소생술 교육은 전문대학 경호학과 학생들의 심폐소생술 술기에 많은 효과가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 남학생의 심폐소생술 교육 만족도는 $4.33{\pm}0.59$, 여학생은 $3.73{\pm}0.67$의 수치를 보여 남학생이 통계적 유의수준 하에서 심폐소생술 교육 만족도가 더 높은 것으로 나타났다(p<0.01). 심폐소생술 교육의 효과를 극대화할 수 있도록 심폐소생술 교육 프로그램 개발과 대학 경호학과의 교육과정에 심폐소생술 내용을 추가하여 교육이 이루어질 수 있도록 하여야 하며, 이에 따르는 교육 공간 및 실습기자재의 확보 등 다양한 정책이 수립되어야 할 것으로 판단된다.
