지식경영전략이 기업성과에 미치는 영향 분석: 상호보완이론을 기반으로 (Assessing the Effects of Knowledge Management Strategies on Firms' Performance: Based on Complementarity Theory)

  • 지식경영 전략과 기업성과 간의 실증연구는 연구자에 따라 그 결과가 매우 다르게 나타나고 있다. 이러한 연구결과의 불일치는 실제 비지니스 환경하에서 대다수의 기업은 다양한 지식경영 전략들을 동시에 활용하고 있음에도 불구하고 대다수의 기존의 연구는 개별 지식경영 전략과 기업성과간의 관계에만 초점을 두고 있었기 때문이다. 본 연구는 이와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위해 경제학이론 가운데 하나인 상호보완이론(complementarity theory)을 기반으로 지식경영 전략들 간의 상호보완관계를 파악하고 이러한 상호보완관계가 기업성과에 미치는 영향을 전체적인 관점(holistic perspective)으로 분석하고자 한다. 이를 위해, 기존 연구를 바탕으로 지식경영 전략을 도출하였으며 국내 139개의 대기업을 기반으로 실증연구를 수행하였으며 이를 통해 지식경영 전략 간의 상호보완관계가 기업성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 학문적 측면에서 보면 본 연구는 경제학으로부터 새로운 이론과 분석방법론을 도입함으로써 기존 연구의 한계를 극복할 수 있는 새로운 연구 프레임웍과 방법론을 제시하였으며 이를 통해 지식경영 연구의 지평을 넓힐 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 실무적 관점에서 보면 기업성과를 향상시킬 수 있는 다양한 지식경영 전략들 간의 상호보완관계를 제시함으로써 경영자에게 효과적인 지식경영 전략을 구축할 수 있는 가이드라인의 역할을 할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Bruner의 EIS 이론에 대한 비판적 고찰 (Critical Research on Bruner's EIS Theory)

  • In this thesis, I examined Bruner's EIS theory from the viewpoint of epistemology based on Piaget's genetic epistemology. Although Bruner's ideal thought which insisted ‘to teach the structure’accepted Piaget's theory in the methodology of realization, it is different from Piaget in understanding knowledge. The difference is shown from understanding the meaning of ‘structure’. Piaget's concept of structure is something that has overcome the realistic viewpoint of the traditional epistemology and is reconstructed through endless self-regulative transformational process. However Bruner's is used as a realistic meaning as we can see in the Plato's recollection theory. Therefore Piaget's ‘stage of development’means the difference of structure which lies in the generative process and it includes the qualitive difference of level. On the other hand, Bruner, who is trying to translate and suggest the fixed structure to the children understood Piaget's stage of development as the difference in the ways of representation. Piaget's operational constructivism insists that the children should ‘construct’the knowledge through their activity, and especially in case of the lohico-mathematical recognition, the source should be internalized activity, that is, operation. In view of this assertion, Burner's idea which insists to accept the structure of knowledge as a fixed reality and to suggest the translated representation proper to the cognitive structure of the children to teach them, has a danger of emphasizing only the functional aspects to deliver the given knowledge ‘quickly’. And it also has the danger of damaging ‘the nature of the knowledge’in the translated knowledge.

이론정련 지식기반인공신경망을 이용한 귀납적 학습 (Inductive Learning using Theory-Refinement Knowledge-Based Artificial Neural Network)

  • 귀납적학습 알고리즘과 분석적학습 알고리즘을 결합한 지식기반인공신경망이 제안된 후, 이를 개선한 TopGen, TR-KBANN, THRE-KBANN과 같은 영역이론정련알고리즘이 제시되었다. 그러나 이들은 모두 KBANN과 같이 영역이론이 있을 경우에만 사용할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 영역이론이 없이 예제만 있는 경우 KBANN으로 표기하는 알고리즘을 제시하였다. KBANN으로 표현된 영역 이론은 THRE-KBANN으로 정련화될 수 있다. 이 알고리즘을 귀납적 학습에서 사용하는 몇 개의 문제영역에 적용하여 실험한 결과 C4.5보다 좋은 성능을 나타냈다.

함수개념의 이해 촉진을 위한 수업 설계: 상황학습이론을 중심으로 (Designing Instruction to Facilitate the Understanding of the Functional Concept: Based on the Situated Learning Theory)

  • The function is a basic and key concept to understand mathematical problems. However, many students have difficulties to expand the knowledge to other related concepts and to transfer the knowledge to real world problems. The reasons for the problem may be that the concept of function is taught by simplified and abstracted formula without fully understanding of the reasoning process. Also, the examples for the concepts are artificial and not related to students' experiences. Situated learning theory provides great implications to solve these problems. So, this study was designed to teach the concept of function more meaningful to students by appling situated learning theory. Thirty-eight middle school students were participated in this study. Students were provided the instruction designed according to the principles of situated learning theory. Then, they were asked to complete attitude survey questionnair and a performance assessment task. The result showed that the instruction based on situated learning theory was useful to Promote students' understanding and motivation for learning. More implications of the study was provided in the paper.

퍼지셋을 이용한 퍼어싱 및 굽힘공정을 갖는 전기제품의 공정순서 결정기법 개발 (Development of a Process Sequence Determination Technique by Fuzzy Set Theory for Electric Product with Piercing and Bending Operations)

  • This paper describes a research work to develop a computer-aided design for the product made by progressive working of bending and piercing. An approach to the system for progressive working is based on the knowledge-based rules. Knowledge for the system is formulated from plasticity theories, experimental results and the empirical knowledge of field experts. The system has been written in AutoLISP on the AutoCAD with a personal computer and is composed of three main modules, which are input and shape treatment, flat pattern layout, strip layout modules. The system is designed by considering several factors, such as piercing and bending sequences by fuzzy set theory, complexities of blank geometry, punch profiles, and the availability of a press equipment. Strip layout drawing generated in the strip layout module is presented in 3-D graphic forms, including piercing and bending sequences with punch profiles divided into for external area. Results obtained using the modules enable the manufacturer for progressive working of electric products to be more efficient in this field.

디지털 교과서에서 협력 학습 지원을 위한 지식 인식 시스템의 적용 방안 (Application Prospects of Knowledge Awareness System for Supporting Collaborative Learning in Digital Textbook)

  • The purpose of the study is to prospect the application of knowledge awareness system in the use of the digital textbook which is one of the main educational political projects based on the exploration of the awareness theory for the computer-supported collaborative learning. To do this, first, knowledge awareness theory for computer-supported collaborative learning (CSCL) as a rationale for digital textbook which supports the collaborative learning was introduced. Second, three functionalities of knowledge awareness systems were extracted by analyzing the representative knowledge awareness tools of CSCL environment. Third, application prospects of knowledge awareness system toward the development and utilization of digital textbook were presented. The paper suggested the need of more researches such as the prototype development of digital textbook which applies the knowledge awareness system's functionalities and empirical researches which examine their effectiveness and efficiency.

  • As construction projects have been getting larger and more complex, a single individual or organization cannot have complete knowledge or the abilities to handle all matters. Collaborative practices among heterogeneous individuals, which are temporarily congregated to carry out a project, are required in order to accomplish project objectives. These organizational knowledge creation processes of project teams should be understood from the active and dynamic viewpoint of how they create information and knowledge rather than from the passive and static input-process-output sequence. To this end, agent-based modeling and simulation which is built from the ground-up perspective can provide the most appropriate way to systematically investigate them. In this paper, agent-based modeling and simulation as a research method and a medium for representing theory is introduced. To illustrate, an agent-based simulation of the evolution of collaboration in large-scale project teams from a game theory and social network perspective is presented.

사회인지이론을 적용한 초등학생 대상 영양교육의 효과 -당 섭취에 관한 영양교육 중심으로- (Effects of Nutrition Education through Social Cognitive Theory in Elementary School Students -Focusing on the Nutrition Education of Sugar Intake-)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the effectiveness of a nutrition education program of reducing children's sugar intake based on social cognitive theory. This education program composed of 6 units was conducted in discretional activity class of the $3^{rd}$ and $4^{th}$ grade elementary school students. The results are as follows: First, the rate of correct answers and score of nutrition knowledge significantly increased after nutrition education. The scores of nutrition education in male students, students whose mothers have no job, and students with skinny physiques were much improved after nutrition education(p<0.05, p<0.01, p<0.001, respectively). Second, the dietary attitudes toward reducing sugar intake and checking nutrition labels significantly improved(p<0.05). And also, it tended to decrease in preference and intake of sweet foods. Third, the consumption of candy caramel jelly(p<0.05), yogurt(p<0.05), jam honey(p<0.05), and ice cream(p<0.001) were reduced after nutrition education. Besides, obese students' consumption of isotonic beverages, carbonated beverages, and fruit juice was reduced. Therefore, a positive change in dietary behavior appeared. Based on the above results, we confirmed that the nutrition education program focusing on reducing sugar intake applied with social cognitive theory was effective for improving the nutrition knowledge, dietary attitude and dietary behavior in sugar intake in elementary school students. Especially, this program showed the improvement in nutrition knowledge as well as dietary attitude and behavior in sugar intake among obese children. Since nutrition education during childhood significantly influences lifetime-health and disease prevention, it is necessary to develop theory-based nutrition education program and practice systematic and constant nutrition education in elementary schools.

치위생 과정 기반의 임상 치위생 교육과 실무 (Clinical Dental Hygiene Education and Practice based on Dental Hygiene Process)

  • Dental hygiene was originated from dentistry and dental hygiene knowledge was a component of dental knowledge body. Since the late 1980s dental hygiene theory was began to develop. Nursing theories such as metaparadigm, nursing process and human need theory affected theory development as dental hygiene process. Dental hygiene process provides a framework for high quality dental hygiene care. Dental hygiene process include five phases; assessment, dental hygiene diagnosis, dental hygiene planning, implementation, evaluation. Dental hygiene process of care is recognized as standard for dental hygiene education and clinical dental hygiene practice. Dental hygiene practice has moved from auxiliary model to professional model. Critical thinking skill and disposition are necessary to provide evidence-based dental hygiene care using dental hygiene process as clinical process and critical thinking process. Critical thinking, problem solving and evidence-based practice must be integrated into dental hygiene process for quality dental hygiene care.
