It is common m childhood that children suffer intracavity or head injury, falling down backward, having chopsticks in their mouth. But most of them have paralysis of upper and lower extremity because of secondary damage by penetrating injury of brainstem and spine. We could not find this case which have shown infaction of medulla oblangata on MRI and paralysis by impact only without clear penetrating evidence. So the authors report this case with study of literature because we experience one case that have high signal density in brainstem on MRI, Loss of consciousness, and left hemiplegia without clear penetrating evidence after falling down backward, having chopsticks in her mouth and regard it rare case.

계통 연계형 시스템은 상용계통과 연계하여 운전되기 때문에 계통 보호 협조, 전력품질, 고조파 전류의 발생, 제어, 단독운전 검출 문제 등이 해결해야 할 문제들로 제기된다. 그 중에서 특히 단독운전 검출의 경우 필요성이 요구되면서 검출의 신뢰성이 보장되는 기법들에 대한 연구가 꾸준히 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 단독운전 현상을 능동적 주파수 변동 기법에서 주파수의 변화량과 cf(chopping fraction)의 변화량으로 주파수 변동의 상관관계를 이용한 새로운 단독운전 검출 기법을 제안하고 시뮬레이션을 통하여 타당성 및 유효성을 검증하였다.

The purpose of this study was to analyze how economic factors (economic satisfaction, economic conflict) and non-economic factors (non-economic satisfaction, non-economic conflict) differentially influence Korean retailers' long-term orientation with manufacturers, and how they are influenced by manufacturers' power sources under different levels of retailer dependence. After Korean retailers were divided into high and low dependence groups, path differences between the two groups were compared. The results suggested that manufacturers' coercive and non-coercive power sources do not differentially influence high and low dependence retailers' economic and non-economic satisfaction, and economic and non-economic conflict. However, the economic satisfaction of low dependence retailers more strongly affects their long-term orientation than that of high dependence retailers. Also, the economic conflict of highly dependent retailers more strongly affects their long-term orientation as compared to low dependence retailers. Finally, the impact of non-economic conflict negatively influences a long-term orientation for both retailer groups.

The Power Conditioning System is Power Transfer System which make array DC current to the Grid sinusoidal current. These are Low Frequency Transformer Inverter Type, High Frequency Transformer Inverter Type and Transformer-less Type. Low Frequency Transformer Type has a Excellent Isolation property, but doesn't have competitiveness in Size and Cost. Also High Frequency Transformer Type has a good Isolation property but there are many steps in Power transfer Switching. Nowadays, Transformer-less Type inverter change a transformer to DC/DC Converter which is small and cost effective. In this paper shown the DC/DC Converter Transformer-less Type multi-string inverter design and simulation. The Control Algorithm will be introduced and Simulation was accomplished.

IoT 기기가 발전으로 블루투스 활용도와 보안에 대한 관심이 증가하면서, 블루투스와 관련된 취약점이 매년 발생하고 있다. 보안을 높이기 위하여 블루투스 4.2 버전부터 페어링 단계에서 타원곡선 디피-헬먼 키 교환을 적용하였지만 타원곡선 기반의 암호들은 양자컴퓨터의 발전과 Shor 알고리즘에 의해 더 이상 안전하다고 보기 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 양자 환경에서 발생할 법한 블루투스 관련 취약점을 미연에 방지하기 위하여 페어링 단계에 적용된 기존의 암호 대신 양자 내성 암호 NewHope를 적용한 블루투스 모델을 제안한다.

Objectives : This study was prepared for investigating the clinical features of stroke patients. Methods : We retrospectively reviewed the medical records of 102 patients who were admitted to Department of Internal Medicine, College of Oriental Medicine, Kyung-Won University with a diagnosis of stroke from Jan. 1, 2004 to Dec. 31, 2004. Results : Ischemic stroke(include TIA, 82.4%) was more common than hemorrhagic stroke(17.6%). The incidence in male was 41.2%, in female was 17.6% and the most prevalent age group is over-sixties. Cerebral infarction was most frequently noticed in lacunar-infarction and hemorrhage in putamen. Hypertention, the most preceding diseases, followed by diabetes mellitus and CVA. The rate of recurrence was 27.45%. Cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage was much occurred after rising. The most patients visited the hospital within 24 Hours. The most common symptoms in admission time were motor weakness and speech disorder. The complication was mostly mental disorder. Conclusion : Our study on CVA patients was similar to previous studies from 1994 to 2003. In most cases, western and oriental treatment and medicine were given synthetically.

The research concerned of the regeneration of plants from embryos obtained from anther cultures of ginseng (Panax ginseng C. A. Meyer). The aim was to determine the influence of the regeneration medium on the efficiency of the regeneration process. We conducted to determine the optimum conditions such as cold pretreatment, plant growth regulators and carbon sources on anther culture of P. ginseng. Highest callus formation rate was obtained when flower buds pretreated at $4^{\circ}C$ for 1 day. Among the treated growth regulators with various degrees of concentration in Murashige and Skoog's (MS) medium, 4.53 ${\mu}M$ of 2.4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid and 4.44 ${\mu}M$ of 6-benzylaminopurine gives the most responsive callus with the frequency of 73.89% and 129.53 g of fresh weight. When we used 3-9% of sucrose and maltose among the different kinds and various concentrations of carbohydrates, callus was formed highest 67.29% in the medium with 3% of sucrose. Shoots induced from callus supplemented with 28.9 ${\mu}M$ of gibberellic acid and rooted in Gamborg's B5 medium supplemented with 14.7 ${\mu}M$ of indole-3-butyric acid.

Objectives: The purpose of this case study was to report the effect of Korean Medicine treatment on a patient diagnosed with nontuberculous mycobacterial lung disease. Methods: A 61-year-old female patient with nontuberculous mycobacterial lung disease was admitted to the clinic from October 15th, 2018 to November 7th, 2018. The patient was treated using Korean medical treatments of Jinhae-tang-gami, Ssanghwa-tang-gami, Haeyeol-tang, Jinhae-tang plus Ssanghwa-tang-gami, and Jinhae-tang plus Bojungikgi-tang-gami. We evaluated the improvement of symptoms by a numeric rating scale (NRS) score, C-reactive protein (CRP) levels, erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR), and body temperature. Results: After Korean medicine treatment, the patient's cough and sputum amounts were decreased as measured by the NRS score. CRP levels and ESR were also decreased and fever was relieved. Conclusion: This study suggested that Korean medicine treatment might be effective in treating patients diagnosed with nontuberculous mycobacterial lung disease.
