In the fishing process on the sea eel pots, the most dangerous and difficult labor is manually separating process of several thousand pots from main line with high speed hauling operation. In this study, the automatic separating system of the pot from main line is developed. This system is composed with the clip connected to the pot by branch line, the keeper attached to the main line by pressing and the separator separating the clip and the keeper. In the experiment, static and dynamic characteristics of the system are investigated. From the considerations on the experimental results, it is ascertained that the automatic separating system of the pot from main line proposed in this study has good operating performance.

A-SMGCS 시스템은 HMI 단말 노드, 외부 시스템 연계 노드, 운영 데이터베이스 노드, 서버 노드 등 여러 노드로 구성되어져 있으며 이 노드들이 협업하여 운영자에게 원활한 서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 최소한의 공유 데이터가 서로 동기화되고 변경 발생 시 해당 노드에 자동으로 통지될 수 있어야 한다. 본 연구에서는A-SMGCS 시스템 운영에 필요한 최소한의 공유 데이터 동기화 및 변경 통지 기능 제공을 위해 협업 미들웨어인 ZooKeeper를 활용하고자 한다. 본 연구를 통해 클러스터를 구성하는 복수개의 ZooKeeper에 공유 데이터를 계층적으로 저장하고 특정 데이터에 변경이 발생할 시 자동으로 A-SMGCS 시스템 노드들에 통지가 됨을 확인하였다. 이러한 기능은 A-SMGCS 시스템뿐만 아니라 시스템 노드 간 신뢰성 있는 공유 데이터 실시간 동기가 필요한 다양한 시스템에도 쉽게 적용이 가능하다.

본 연구에서는 맞춤형 아기와 생명윤리에 대해 살펴보았으며, 안나가 부모와의 재판을 통해서 자신의 신체에 대한 권리는 자기에게 있다고 주장하는 모습을 고찰하였다. 복제인간이나 맞춤형 아기는 어떠한 목적을 가지고 태어났을지라도 존재자체로서 존중받아야 할 가치가 있다. 그리고 맞춤형 아기를 소재로 한 조디 피코의 "마이 시스터즈 키퍼"에서 자신의 출생의 비밀을 알고 난 뒤 안나는 정체성의 혼란에 빠지게 되며 자신의 의지와는 상관없이 장기이식 등을 결정하는 부모를 상대로 소송하게 된다. 안나가 주장하는 것은 자신의 신체에 대한 결정권은 자기에게 있으며 부모라 할지라도 자신의 의견을 무시하고 결정하는 것은 있을 수도 없다는 것이다. 과학자들은 인간의 질병을 치료하기 위해서 생명공학기술을 활용하여 맞춤형 아기나 복제인간 등 만들어진 인간을 생식하는 행위를 하는 것 자체가 자연의 순리를 파괴할 수 있다면 연구를 중단해야 한다.

최근 발생하고 있는 학교폭력은 저연령화, 집단화 되는 경향을 보이고 있으며, 폭력의 유형도 다양해 질 뿐만 아니라 피해수준도 증가하고 있다. 학교폭력은 가정 학교 사회적 요인에 의해 발생되고 있지만, 폭력에 대한 인식부족과 신고의식의 저조 탓도 폭력의 간접적 방조로 작용하고 있다. 학교폭력을 최소화하기 위해서는 폭력이 유발된 장소인 학교만을 대상으로 법적 제도적 장치를 마련하는 것은 한계가 있을 수밖에 없고 그 실효성도 미미하다. 학교폭력 문제를 청소년 범죄 문제와 연계하여 예방과 관리, 처벌이 복합적이고 중층적으로 이루어져야 한다. 2005년을 기점으로 각 지방자치단체에서는 학교폭력의 최소화를 위해 스쿨폴리스, 배움터지킴이, 학교보안관 제도 등을 운용하고 있지만 가시적이고 상징적인 효과 외에는 실질적인 도움에 한계를 가지고 있다. 학교안전지킴이에 대한 교육기관이나 전문 인력이 전무한 상태에서 물리적 감시 기능만 강조 된 '경비'형태의 시스템은 태생적으로 한계를 가지고 출발한다. 또한 학교지킴이에게 적합한 역할과 특별한 권한도 주어지지 않은 상태에서 범죄행위나 폭력사태를 예방한다고 하는 것도 제도적인 문제점이다. 신고 외에는 별 다른 역할을 기대할 수도 없다. 따라서 학교폭력예방을 위해서는 제도적인 개선과 전문 인력의 양성이 선행되어야 하고, 가정과 학교, 사회적 측면에서 지원과 대책이 있어야 한다.

아동안전지킴이 근무자의 만족도를 조사한 결과 응답자의 약 70퍼센트가 만족 이상으로 응답하였고 회귀분석결과 순찰노선의 적정성 인식(=.182, p<.001)과 활동비 적정성 인식(=.163, p<.001)이 만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다.

This study was aimed at developing and providing textbook writers with information and materials required to introduce forest education ideas and paradigm into primary, middle, and high school students, responding to establishment of the new national curriculum. Research methods included interview with school teachers, literature review on forest education and policy, analysis of writings and drawings of elementary school students. As a primary result, the study produced a framework that can be applied to analyze and understand how people think of and put a value on forest, consisting of 1) Resource-Economic Perspective, 2) Environmental-Ecological Perspective, 3) Cultural-Educational Perspective, and 4) Existential-Ethical Perspective. To test its validity, the developed framework was applied to the processes of reorganizing and interpreting the outcomes of teacher interview and writings and drawings of elementary school students. The results of applications showed that current school education mostly focused on ecological-environmental (about 50%) and cultural-educational (about 30%) perspectives on forest. To improve the quality of current forest education in schools, five main directions including integration, balance, interrelatedness, identity, and systematic approaches were suggested.

This study analyzes behavior characteristics of illegal urban stall keepers scattered in the metropolitan area and their effects to urban life. The main findings of this study are follows. First, the stall keepers are different in terms of 1) items 2) opening hour and 3) user characteristics depending on locational environment of market boundaries. Second, the stall keepers exit in any time and any place if demand exists. Third, the effects of stall keepers to urban life are twofold ; they facilitate urban life by providing cheap and various commodities/services and they bring about negative effects such as obstacle to traffic flows, waste generation, and so on.

국내 당근 유기재배를 위한 저항성 품종 선발을 목적으로 한 실험에서는 당근 유전자원 32품종을 이용하여 병저항성(흰가루병, 검은무늬병, 검은잎마름병) 검정, 내충성 및 추대 정도를 조사하였다. 흰가루병 스크리닝 결과 'PI 223360'이 저항성이었으며, 'Oxheart Carrot Heirloom'를 포함한 10개의 품종이 중도저항성이었고 'Long Impeator #58'을 포함한 22품종이 감수성인 것으로 나타났다. 당근 검은무늬병과 검은잎마름병의 스크리닝 결과 모든 품종이 저항성을 나타내진 않았지만, 몇몇 품종이 중도저항성을 가진 것으로 확인되었다. 내충성을 조사한 결과 'Oxheart Carrot Heirloom'를 포함한 13품종이 내충성인 것으로 조사되었으며, 'Nantes Coreless Carrot'을 포함한 11개의 품종들이 중간정도를 나타냈으며 'SA 102'와 'Scarlet Keeper Carrot Rare'은 감수성인 것으로 조사되었다. 추대조사 결과에서는 'Hongsim Ouchon Carrot'을 포함한 6개의 품종이 이른 추대를 보였으며, 'Japanese Imperial Long Carrot'를 포함한 4개 품종이 중간 추대를 나머지는 만추대성인 것을 확인하였다. 이상의 결과를 근거로 'Oxheart Carrot Heirloom'이 조사한 32개 당근 유전자원 중 유기재배를 위한 품종으로 선발되었다.
