One hundred human maxillary first molars were injected with china ink, decalcified, cleared, and used in vitro study to determine the number of root canals, the frequency and location of lateral canals, canals per root, and frequency of apical deltas. The results were as follows; 1. The mesiobuccal root was found to contain a single primary canal in 53% of the teeth studied and two canals in 47 % of the teeth studied. 2. In mesiobuccal roots with two canals, the seperated apical foramen appeared 32% of the specimens and the common apical foramen 15% of the specimens. 3. Of the 347 canals studied, 26.9% of the canals were found to contain lateral canals and these ramifications were mainly located in the apical third of the root.

A message server have two basic functionalities, a server role for processing the processing the user environment as well as an entity role for transferring message to other entity in message system environment. The user who is going to send and receive his important information really wants to keep his own security requests. To satisfy this requirement, message server must be enforced by two seperated security policies- one for message processing security policy under department's computer working environment, the other for send/receive security policy under message system's communication path environment. Proposed access control model gurantees the user's security request by combining constrained server access control and message system access control with multi upper bound properties which come from inheritance attributes of originating user security contexts.

A total of 125 extracted maxillary first molars were used to study the configuration of the floor of the pulp chamber. The specimens were ground and the pulp chamber was examined with a magnifying glass and explored with sharp explorer. The study showed the shape of the pulp chamber, number of root canals, and type of canal orifice. The results were as follows; 1. In so far as observing the shape of the pulp chamber of the teeth, 50.4% of the teeth were trapezoid, 20.8% were inverted trapezoid, 18.4% were rectangle and 10.4% were triangle shape. 2. 71.2% of the specimens have 3 root canal orifices, and 28.8% have 4 root canal orifices. 3. 71.2% of the specimens have 1 mesiobuccal canal orifice, 23.2% have 2 mesio-buccal canal orifices joined by a groove, and 5.6% have 2 mesio-buccal canal orifices seperated each other.

This studies were carried out to purification and seperation of chitooligosaccharides which containing excellent biological active substance. After deacetylation of chitosan (DAC%), DAC-45%, DAC-70%, DAC-95% and DAC-99% were used substrates and hydrolyzed by chitosanase (Bacillus pumilus BN-262) DAC-99% has excellent hydrolyzate which contained several chitooligosaccharides. Therefore, chitosan was hydrolyzed DAC-90 as substrate by chitosanase, and then purified and seperated of chitooligosaccharides Gel filteration and HPLC. This oligosaccharides composed with GlcN0, GlcN2, GlcN3, Glc5 and GlcN6.

A tractor attached TMR(model 430) mixer has been developed in a previous study. However, the mixer was found to be improved through field applications in its capacity, manufacturing cost, ergonomic design and power-train requirement. The TMR mixer was modified into a model TMR500, approved by Institute of Agricultural Mechanization, as follows : 1. Roughage cutting system was seperated from the mixer, resulting in the 33% reduction of manufacturing cost. 2. Enlarged hopper capacity enabled to feed 60 heads at a batch. 3. Hydraulically controlled gate system saved ergonomic man power. 4. Power transmission system was changed from a chain-sprocket system(27:1) to the gear-train reduction system(38.6:1) to satisfy the recommended use of 540rpm PTO input.

Monoclonal antibodies against bovine brain succinic semialdehyde reductase were produced and characterized. A total of nine monoclonal antibodies recognizing different epitopes of the enzyme were obtained, of which two inhibited the enzyme activity and three stained cytosol of rat spinal cord neurons as observed by indirect immunofluorescence microscopy. When unfractionated total proteins of bovine brain homogenate were seperated by gel electrophoresis and immunoblotted, the antibodies specifically recognized a single protein band of 34 kDa, which comigrates with purified bovine succinic semialdehyde reducatase Using the antisuccinic semialdehyde reductase antibodies as probes, we investigated the cross-reactivites of brain succinic semialdehyde reductases from some mammalian and an avian species. The immunoreactive bands on Western blots appeared to be the same in molecular mass-34 kDa-in all animal species tested, including humans. The result indicated that brain succinic semialdehyde reductase is distinct from other aldehyde reductases and that mammalian brains contain only one succinic semialdehyde reductase. Moreover, the enzymes among the species are imunologically very similar, although some properties of the enzymes reported previously were different from one another.

In order to substitute for the conventional measuring system which could bring about technical inconveiences, measuring techniques for the fast transient high voltage upto 100 kV and small signals less than 1 V are developed by use of Laser Source with Packets cell. for the former, capacitive voltage divider was specially designed for reducing the impulse voltage less than the half-wave voltage of pockets cell. For the tatter, interferometer type was employed as a mean to removing the fluctuation of Laser output intensity. And also the main beam through the Pockels cell and the reference beam from the Laser source are seperated before being detected respectively by photo diodes. And then, these two signals are amplified and compared for detecting only the small signals applied across the Pockels cell. Throughout this work, Laser-based measuring system is likely to enable us, at this moment, to detect correctly lightning impulse voltage upto 100 kV and the small signals less than 1 V upto the 2 MHz. Such a system could be employed as a possible diagnostic measuring system at the substation.

In this thesis, I intend to study the translational and clinical interpretation through the theory of Eum-Yang-Li-Hap', and reached the following conclusions. 1. 'Eum-Yang (陰陽)' in title, means Yin and Yang as method of understanding nature or humanbody, and 'Li-Hap (離合)' in title, means classification and getting together. Especially there are a view that Eum Yang in title means only meridinans within the limit of human body, but the limit needn't, because the word 'Li-Hap of 3Yin-3Yang (三陰三陽之離合)' as meaning of human meridians in the text. 2. The content of the text is generally seperated into 3 parts, the 1st part contents properties of Li Hap of Yin and Yang. 2nd and 3rd parts content the explanation of property of 3Yin and 3Yang, as example of human meridians with local conception, and content nicknames of 3Yin-3Yang and present the Ideo of 'Kae-Hap-Choo (開闔樞)'. 3. 3Yin-3Yang in the text, many of annotators tried to explanate by three types of conception, of human meridians, of the 'Viscera-Bowels (臟腑)', or of the 'Element motions and Natural factors (運氣)'. I think that these three conceptions could be mixed when the text was written, and regarde for the present that 3Yin-3Yang is explanated by the conception of human meridians. 4. 'Eum (陰)' the head-letter of the nicknames of 3Yin-3Yang, I think that it means 'Jok-Gyeong (足經)' related with the words 'The earth belongs to Yin (地爲陰)' in the text. And it i s considered that further studies should be followed on the tail-words of 3Yin-3Yang's nicknams. 5. Kae-Hap-Choo, Used in similitude" as 'Li (離)' of 3Yin-3Yang, are seperated functions by location of 3Yin-3Yang. In text 'Tae-Yang (太陽)' and 'Tae-Eum (太陰)' act as 'Kae (開)', 'Yang-Myeong (陽明)', and 'Gweor-Eum (厥陰)' act as 'Hap (闔)', 'So-Yang (少陽)' and 'So-Eum (少陰)' act as 'Choo (樞).' But there is other theory that Gweor-Eum act as Choo, and So-Eum act as Hap. 6. The theory of Kae-Hop-Choo, including only Jok-Gyeong being main materials of 'Yook Gyeong-Byeon-Jeung (六經辨證) had influence on development of clinical studies. If the theory of Kae-Hap-Choo receives and unions the ideos of '3 burning-Spaces (三焦)', metabolism, etc. more development of medicine is expected.

스테아릴트리메틸암모늄 이온만 삽입된 몬모릴로나이트는 나노복합재료를 형성하지 못하였다. 그러나 스테아릴트리메틸암모늄과 m-페닐렌디암모늄 염이 함께 삽입된 몬모릴로나이트와 diglycidyl ether of bisphenol A(DGEBA)와 가열하면 중합반응이 일어나 폴리에테르-몬모릴로나이트의 나노복합재료를 합성하였다. 합성한 나노복합재료를 XRD과 TEM을 통하여 에폭시 메트릭스내의 몬모릴로나이트의 실리케이트층이 한층 균일하게 분산되어 있음을 확인하였다. 그리고 각각의 실리케이트 층간거리는 $250{\sim}500{\AA}$ 정도였다.

Business process in e-government mostly embody as the flow of documents. Constructing a web-based document flow system becomes an critical task for today s digital government. But few of them use an off-the-shelf workflow product. Why? One of the reasons is that most of the workflow system are heavyweight, monolithic, and package a comprehensive set of features in an all-or-nothing manner. Another reason is that workflow technology lacks the constructs and modeling capability as programming language. It is incumbent on government IT organizations to transform their solution development to component-based computing model. Component technology isolates the computation and communication parts, but how to compose different software components is still a hard nut. An integrated development environment is necessary for CBSD. In this paper we propose a XML and component-based document flow-oriented integrated development environment (DFoIDE) for software developers. By writing some xml configure file, and operate on DFoIDE, developer can construct a workflow application quickly. This method divides system to several components and the activities in process are implemented as business component. Different components are discribed detailedly in this paper, especially one of the core component. Component Integrating Tool. Different perspectives in workflow application are seperated and depicted as different XML files. Correspondly, A component composition method for developing workflow application instead of workflow itself is proposed.
