The innovation city, which meets the best innovation condition to cooperate with the public institution and the industry-university-researcher closely and the good environment of housing, education, health and culture, was promoted to make the local city characteristic and independent. The plan to make the locally independent base have to consider the economical condition, the quality of life and the sustainable development. First of all The balanced city-planning is demanded to build friendly environmental and sustainable city. energy-efficient buildings shuld be designed to deal with the energy and environment problem. So we analyze the energy demand plan and the method to introduce the renewable energy system. As a result, the reduction ratio of the energy demand are greatly imbalanced between innovation cities. and only the Gwang-ju Jeon-nam innovation city is planed to apply the renewable energy to 5% of total energy demand.

유비쿼터스 사회가 도래함에 따라 유비쿼터스 기술을 도시에 적용한 u-City가 개발되고 있다. u-City는 다양한 정보화 기기들이 존재하며 정보화 기기 사이를 연결하는 다양한 네트워크 기술이 상존한다. u-City의 핵심 요소인 uMC(ubiquitous Management Center)는 u-City 내의 모든 서비스를 처리하도록 설계되었으며 도시를 통제하는 중요한 기능을 수행한다. 따라서 사용자의 인증 및 보안을 처리하기 위한 기술이 요구되며 이러한 기술은 uMC에 필수적으로 구현되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 인증 기술에 대해 설명하고, u-City 네트워크 환경에 적합한 인증 방법과 절차를 제안한다. 제안된 u-City 통합 인증 시스템은 u-City에 존재하는 정보화 단말기와 사용자를 인증하여 정당한 사용자에게만 IP를 할당하고, 할당된 사용자에 대해 정책에 따라 차별화된 권한을 부여 할 수 있으며, 따라서 uMC의 보안에 중요한 역할을 한다.

Hepatitis E Virus (HEV) infection is a worldwide disease and the primary cause of acute viral hepatitis in the world. It can be isolated from many different species including pigs. HEV is a zoonotic pathogen and foodborne disease. The main animal reservoir is domestic pigs. It is usually asymptomatic in pig but it is a public health concern, causing acute hepatitis in humans of varying severity. This study focused on the presence of HEV in pig and pork product. One hundred feces and one hundred fifty serum samples were randomly collected from pigs in slaughterhouses in Gwangju from November in 2018 to February in 2020. In addtion, seventy-five pork products were collected from markets in Gwangju. Feces and pork product samples were examined for the presence of HEV RNA using an reverse-transcription realtime PCR (RT-qPCR) assay. Serum samples were tested for the presence of HEV-specific IgG antibodies using Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). HEV antigen and antibody positive rates were 3.0% (3/100) and 19.3% (29/150), respectively, in Gwangju and nearby areas such as Jeonnam and Jeonbuk. However, HEV antigen was not detected from any of pork product in this study. In conclusion, the prevalence of HEV should be continuously monitored because HEV was sporadically detected in Gwangju and nearby areas.

Since the industrial revolution, the global environmental problems such as greenhouse gas accumulation and the average temperature increase have caused people's attention. 'Low Carbon, Green Growth' was presented to cope with these global concerns, as one of main policies of 2008 in Korea. The paradigm of a green urban development is started to concern the whole city's energy problems owing to realize 'Low Carbon, Green Growth' in the urban side. The government established a nation's basic energy plan for 20 years, and some local cities made efforts to develop new renewable energy such as the solar, wind and water energy which are suitable to each city's character. As a part of these efforts, the concept of U-Eco city is newly appeared to reflect upon ubiquitous technique, urban ecology and the next generation energy system. However, urban plan is difficult to adopt this next generation energy system with existing laws, regulations and technical systems. The new executive and systematic system is needed to realize the U-Eco city U-Eco for the management of an efficient city. In this study, the authors investigate the concept of the next generation energy system and U-Eco city to realize the energy-efficient city plan and analyze problems to occur during the application of them in an existing city plan. Then, the authors show the remedies to deal with occurred problems.

A major technical problem in encountered in nerve stimulation technique is the control of stimulus artifact and the convenience of nerve stimulator. The artifacts remained must be removed by processing the contaminated signal. This paper discusses about the artifact cancellation algorithms in constant voltage type nerve stimulator(CVS) and constant current type nerve stimulator(CCS).

In this study, it analysis electric field of SMD(Surface Mounted Device) Inductor Core and it get electric field only exist inside of SMD core. Therefore electric fields do not affect any device and equipments. These results are very important to design data acquisition system(several test equipments such as temperature, impedance, and current test), because data acquisition system can place under the SND Inductor core. So, it can be decrease their test error due to electric field.

Evoked potentials(EP) measured with scalp electrodes are often described as a deterministic process corrupted by uncorrelated electrical activities occuring in the brain and These electrical activities(ongoing EEG) refer to noise in EP recording. The Conventional method to determine the EP waveform requires long recording time. Unfortunately most of algorithm developed are too complicated for implementation in real time. Thus, conner EP recording devices use Ensemble average for real time processing. In this paper introduce EP recording hardware for processing advanced algorithm in real tlne. This hardware is composed of DSP chip(TMS320c25) and microcomputer.

Purpose: The goal of this research is to identify the planning techniques of Smart Green City with Ubiquitous method and carbon-neutral city planning techniques and to induce the main planning techniques through the analysis of relative importance and practical adaptation. Method: First of all, eighteen planning techniques were derived and categorized into three organization systems and six sectors through literature review and FGI analysis considering the applicability of Ubiquitous service for carbon-neutral city planning techniques. Secondly, based on expert surveys and AHP analysis, the importance of Smart Green City planning techniques was evaluated. Thirdly, using case study, six cases related to Smart Green City were analyzed for the current status of application of planning techniques. Lastly, considering the importance of planning techniques and practical aspects, the characteristics of Smart Green City and its implication were estimated. Result: Energy, Resource and Waste and Transportation sector were identified as important sectors for Smart Green City. In addition, 'Construction of Smart Grid', 'System for Utilization of New & Renewable Energy', 'Smart Resource Circulation Management System', 'Establishment of Public Transportation Information System basis', 'Construction of Pedestrian / Bicycle oriented Road Environment' are essential planning techniques to create Smart Green City.

The purpose of this study is to know the characteristics of the ancient city through the basic composition of Jericho city. But there are little documents in the ruins of Jericho, and so there are the limit to understand the basic characteristic of the ancient city. And so this study is going to know the symbolic meaning of the ancient city of the Jericho city, through the transcriptions remains. Producing the concept that Jericho is the old city in the world, this study is significant that utilizing with the basic document of helping to understand the basic composition and characteristic in the ancient city. Also because the bible documents of Jericho is explained the city in the bronze age, this study sets bounds to BC 15C, and to know the symbolic system in Jericho. In the christian transcriptions, it is represented the Jericho city BC 15C. Jericho city here is described the type of the labyrinth is composing of the city in the center and surrounding by the walls. The circular type of the labyrinth city has symbol of the 'protect' having the magic power against the opposite party. Also the walls of labyrinth are the boundary territory of 'abstract conception' to round seven times. The center in the shape of Jericho is 'closing field' against circumferences, and this is different from the labyrinth on the floor in the medieval Cathedral is symbolized 'opening field'

본 연구는 지역축제의 성공적인 운영을 통하여 도시이미지를 개선하고 이를 통해 사회문화적, 경제적 파급효과를 높이기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 국내의 많은 지자체에서 운영하고 있는 지역축제의 현실은 경제적 파급효과의 극대화를 도모하는데 포커스가 맞춰져 있다. 그러나, 지역축제는 도시를 중심으로 수행되어야 하며 이렇게 운영될 때 도시가 갖는 이미지가 정립될 수 있고, 장기적으로 다양한 프로그램을 통하여 도시마케팅으로 연계가 가능해진다. 지역으로의 관광객을 흡입하기 위해서 본 연구에서는 지역축제 참가자의 도시이미지 변화에 대한 내용을 중점적으로 다루었으며, 그 개선방안으로서 IT기술을 활용한 모바일 환경조성과 실시간 서비스를 제공함으로써 지역이 갖는 변화와 혁신, 전통과 문화의 조화를 통하여 도시만족도를 제고할 수 있는 대안을 제시하고자 하였다.
