In the paper, we have obtained electron energy distribution function (EEDF) in plasma by using two differentiators. In addition, we have investigated the comparision of the EEDFs by sawtooth and triangle waveform voltages. It is found that as pressure is decreased, electron density is decreased, and plasma potential is increased. And as the position of probe moves the outer of plasma, plasma potential is decreased, and electron temperature is decreased.

In order to investigate the electrical characteristics due to the BTA(Benzotriazole) additive in the transformer, the electrical characteristics of the transformer oils contained benzotriazole as an anti-static agent for streaming electrification is studied by measuring the electric conduction. As a result of the electrical conduction characteristics, it is confirmed that the conduction current of virgin specimen is more higher than that of specimen contained the BT A 10[ppm] over 35[$^{\circ}C$], but that of specimen contained the BT A 10[ppm] over 50[$^{\circ}C$] is increased.

In this paper, volume resistivity is studied so that the electrical properties for transformer oil due to the stirring temperature of BTA is investigated. A measurement of volume resistivity using the VMG-1000 highmegohm meter is recorded after 10 minutes when the each voltage, and DC 100[V], 250[V], 500[V] and 1000[V] is applied, according to the step voltage appliaction method. A coaxial cylindrical liquid electrode to measure volume resistivity of specimen is used, and its geometric capacitance is 16[pF].

In this paper, we are proposed development of electric energy method and load curve. A daily electric energy is forecasted using artificial neural network. The load curve is obtained by combining forecasted electric energy and typical daily load patterns which are classified using KSOM and Fuzzy system. As a result, we know that we could get more accurate results and easier application than the results from based on the hourly historical data.

Himalphalangium spinulatum (Roewer, 1911) collected from Gijang-gun, Busan-city, Korea is redescribed with spination of leg, detailed illustrations including SEM photographs for the first time. Bidentolophus bidens (Simon, 1880) as a junior synonym of Opilio koreanus Charitonov, 1957 from North Korea is additionally reported in the Korean fauna. Also, a key to the species of Korean subfamily Opilioninae is provided.

The importance of left truncated and right censoring cases has considered for better information in medical follow-up and engineering life testing studies. We propose some estimation procedure for the mean residual life function with consistency and asymptotic normality on the left truncated and right censoring model. And then, the comparision with Kaplan-Meier estimator ignoring the left truncated effect and the small sample properities are investigated by asymptotic biases and M.S.E.'s thresh Monte Carlo study.

This research is to survey the possibility of developing Yoryang coral cave as the local tour site uitable for local self-government era of Kangwon province, with relation to the tour development of Odaesan and Tebagsesan. This cave is only coral one founded in Asia and has very high speleological, and academic values. The people in the mining village can live a safe and rich life by getting two more jobs through developing the tour site in Yoryang coral cave round. The tour train running between Kangnung and Wonju makes coral cave as the local tour site, the beneficial condition of developing Yoryang.
