Purpose: With a view to providing basic data to develop cardiopulmonary resuscitation education suitable for elementary students, the cardiopulmonary resuscitation education was conducted to grasp students' knowledge, skills accuracy and the attitude change before and after the education. Methods: Convenience sampling was made on fourth and fifth graders(total-35 students) of S elementary school located in K city, Chungcheongnam-do, and this was a pre-experiment research designed before and after choosing a single group. In terms of methods, specifically we, researchers ; 1) Handed out questionnaires to students directly to make them fill in firsthand and collected the questionnaires. 2) Utilized PPT materials based on 2005 AHA guideline and DVD materials of AHA, to give students theoretical education of cardiopulmonary resuscitation. We used Anne/SkillReporter$^{(R)}$ torso produced by Leardal Inc, and Little Anne to conduct practical education individually. 3) Asked students to give Anne/SkillReporter$^{(R)}$ torso cardiopulmonary resuscitation five times with the ratio of 30 : 2, and then one of researchers filled in the evaluation sheet individually. 4) Evaluated the accuracy of students' ability to perform the resuscitation based on the record of Anne/SkillReporter$^{(R)}$ integrated printer(which was the objective tool to grasp students' skills accuracy). 5) Gave out questionnaires to make students fill them in and then collected them. after completing the practical evaluation. Results: 1) In case of the attitude about cardiopulmonary resuscitation, Students' confidency rose from 19.28%(before the education) to 93.57(after the education)- which is a positive change. 2) As the result of the education, some elementary students scored 11 points (full score-16 points), up from 5 points before the education, in terms of the knowledge about cardiopulmonary resuscitation. The average point also reached 13.14 points(after the education), jump from 8.37(before the education), which was the rise of 29.8%. 3) When it comes to the practical performance, the skills accuracy was 80.93% on average, and the calculation method was as follows: total items were 16, and each item was marked form 0 to 2 points, meaning the full score was 32 points. The minimum score was 19 points and the maximum was 32($M{\pm}SD=25.90{\pm}2.88$), which was calculated based on percentage. 4) Regarding skills accuracy, respiration accuracy(%)($M{\pm}SD=30.20{\pm}27.16$) was higher than pressure accuracy(%) ($M{\pm}SD=15.34{\pm}25.27$). Conclusion: The result showed that students' attitude on cardiopulmonary resuscitation changed positively. and meaningful difference(p = .00) existed in the change of students' knowledge. In terms of skills accuracy. chest compression and airway control showed high accuracy, but the result of Anne/SkillReporter$^{(R)}$ performance showed that the accuracy of chest compression was lower than that of mouth-to-mouth resuscitation.
The inverse kinematics of five-axis milling machines produce large errors near stationary points of the required surface. When the tool travels cross or around the point the rotation angles may jump considerably leading to unexpected deviations from the prescribed trajectories. We propose three new algorithms to repair the trajectories by adjusting the rotation angles in such a way that the kinematics error is minimized. Given the tool orientations and the inverse kinematics of the machine, we first eliminate the jumping angles exceeding ${\pi}$ by using the angle adjustment algorithm, leaving the jumps less than ${\pi}$ to be further optimized. Next, we propose to apply an angle switching algorithm to compute the rotations and identify an optimized sequence of rotations by the shortest path scheme. Further error reduction is accomplished by the angle insertion algorithm based an o special interpolation to obtain the required rotations near the singularity. We have verified the algorithms by five-axis milling machines, namely, MAHO600E at the CIM Lab of Asian Institute of Technology and HERMLE UWF902H at the CIM Lab of Kasetsart University.
In this paper, design of an automatic grinding robot system for car brazing bead is introduced. Car roof and side panels are joined using brazing, and then the brazing bead is processed so that the bead is invisible after painting. Up to now the grinding process is accomplished manually. The difficulties in automation of the grinding process are induced by variation of position and shape of the bead and non-uniformity of the grinding area due to surface deformation. For each car, the grinding area including the brazing bead is sensed and then modeled using a 2-D optical sensor system. Using these model data, the position and the direction of discrete points on the car, body surface are obtained to produce grinding path for a 6 degrees of freedom grinding robot. During the process, it is necessary to sense the reaction forces continuously to prepare for the unexpected circumstances. In addition, to meet the line cycle time it is necessary to reduce the required time in sensing, signal processing, modeling, path planning and data transfer by utilizing real-time communication of the information. The key technique in the communication and integration of the complex information is obtaining in-field reliability. This automatic grinding robot system may be regarded as a jump in the intelligent robot processing technique.

This paper researched a study to find a combination of acquisition scores for 9 dart throws, which is the minimum number of dart tactile throws in 501 point dart games. The maximum score that can be obtained by throwing once in a dart game is 60 points, which can end the perfect dart game with 60 points eight times according to 60×8+21×1=501, and if you earn 21 points once, you can finish the game with 9 throws. This is called 9-dart finish. As such, only 18 and 14 studies on the combination of scores that can obtain 501 points with 9 throws are known, and no studies have been conducted applying the exhaustive search algorithm. This paper proposed a division branch-and-bound algorithm as a method of simplifying the O(2n) exponential time performance complexity of the typical branch-and-bound method of a exhaustive search method, to polynomial time complexity. The proposed method limited the level to 8, jumped to a quotient level of 501/60, and backtracked to explore only possible score combinations in the previous level. The possible score combinations of the nine perfect games found with the proposed algorithm were 90(101 cases).
This paper describes an EEG(electroencephalogram) software for two-channel cerebral function monitoring system to detect the cerebral ischemia. In the software, two-channel bipolar analog EEG signals are digitized and from the signals various EEG parameters are extracted and displayed on a monitor in real-time. Digitized EEG signal is transformed by FFT(Fast Fourier transform) and represented as CSA(compressed spectral array) and DSA(density spectral array). Additional 5 parameters, such as alpha ratio, percent delta, spectral edge frequency, total power, and difference in total power, are estimated using the FFT spectra. All of these are effectively merged in a monitor and displayed in real-time. Through animal experiments and clinical trials on men, the software is modified and enhanced. Since the software provides raw EEG, CSA, DSA, simultaneously with additional 5 parameters in a monitor, it is possible to observe patients multilaterally. For easy comparison of patient's status, reference patterns of CSA, DSA can be captured and displayed on top of the monitor. And user can mark events of surgical operation and patient's conditions on the software, this allow him jump to the points of events directly, when reviewing the recorded EEG file afterwards. Other functions, such as forward/backward jump, gain control, file management are equipped and these are operated by simple mouse click. Clinical tests in a university hospital show that the software responds accurately according to the conditions of patients and medical doctors can use the software easily.

An Experimental study was conducted on the flow characteristics and interference heating caused by a two-dimensional object protruding from a flat plate using a blow-down type of hypersonic wind tunnel. Inflow condition was a free-stream Mach number of 7.0 and a unit Reynolds number of $2.0{\times}10^6/m$. Experimental conditions were varied with three heights of protuberance for two flat plate models which have different lengths. Experimental data were obtained from Schlieren visualization images and heat flux measurements. Also, this paper suggests hypersonic experimental techniques such as boundary-layer detection method in detail. A Large separation region was observed in front of the protuberance and that region was very sensitive to the height of protuberance and the length of the flat plate. For only the highest protuberance, a severe jump of heat flux was observed at the top station among the measuring points. Measured heat flux is large when the height of protuberance is large and the length of flat plate is long.
This study was to perform the kinetic analysis of forward $1\frac{1}{2}$ somersault on the platform diving. Six men's diving players of the Korea national reserve athletes participated in this study. The variables were analyzed response time, velocity, center of mass (COM), angle, center of pressure (COP) and ground reaction force (GRF) of motion. For measure and analysis of this study, used to synchronized to 4 camcorder and 1 force plate, used to the Kwon3D XP (Ver. 4.0, Visol, Korea) and Kwon GRF (Ver. 2.0, Visol, Korea) for analyzed of variables. The results were as follows; Time factor were observed in maximum knee flexion depending on the extent of use at phase 1 of take-off to execute the somersault. This enabled the subject to secure the highest possible body position in space at the moment of jumping to execute the somersault and prepare for the entry into the water with more ease. Regarding the displacement of COM, all subjects showed rightward movement in the lateral displacement during technical execution. Changes in forward and downward movements were observed in the horizontal and vertical displacements, respectively. In terms of angular shift, the shoulder joint angle tended to decrease on average, and the elbow joints showed gradually increasing angles. This finding can be explained by the shift of the coordinate points of body segments around the rotational axis in order to execute the half-bending movement that can be implemented by pulling the lower limb segments toward the trunk using the upper limb segments. The hip joint angles gradually decreased; this accelerated the rotational movement by narrowing the distance to the trunk. Movement-specific shifts in the COP occurred in the front of and vertical directions. Regarding the changes in GRF, which is influenced by the strong compressive load exerted by the supporting feet, efficient aerial movements were executed through a vertical jump, with no energy lost to the lateral GRF.

Purpose: This study attempted to investigate the effect of functional rehabilitation exercise for posture correction on physical strength factors and physical balance. Research design, data, and methodology: It consisted of 40 experimental groups that applied functional rehabilitation exercises to 80 people with posture imbalance and 40 comparative groups that performed general exercises, and was conducted four times a week, once for 40 minutes, and for 12 weeks. Results: D.S. (p<.o1) among F.M.S., a moving assessment. It increased significantly from the dictionary, and H.S. (p<.o5). I.L(p<.o5). S.M(p<.o5). A.S.L.R(p<.o5). T.S.P(p<.o01). It was confirmed that R.S. (p<.o5) decreased more after than before. In other words, Functional rehabilitation exercise was effective in improving physical balance. PAPS flexibility (bending forward) (p<.o1). Muscle strength (grip strength test) (p<.o1). Quickness (long jump) (p<.o1). Functional rehabilitation exercise was found to be effective in muscle strength, agility, and flexibility, but not in cardiopulmonary endurance. Pain: Based on the NRS scale (1-10 points). The experimental that there was a significant interaction between the groups.(F=38.583, P=.000). In the comparative group, there was no significant difference in the pre-post, and it was found that the pain level in the experimental group decreased after the pre-post (p<.001). Conclusion: As a result of the above study, it was confirmed that functional rehabilitation exercise improves physical strength factors and physical balance ability, and also affects physical pain reduction due to physical imbalance.
We performed a study to obtain kinematic data on the characteristics of spike serving techniques used by volleyball players, including other basic data that will be useful for in-field applications. We used three-dimensional videography to compare good tough serves and serve errors. The subjects were 3 left attackers whose spike serves were videographed (60 fileds/s). The three-dimensional coordinates were calculated using the direct linear transformation method and then analyzed using the Kwon 3D software program version 3.1. There was no difference in time elapsed. However, the vertical displacement of the center of body mass(CM) differed between the 2 types of serves: in successful serves, the CM tended to be lower, as did the maximum ball height at the time of hitting. Further, the higher the level of the hitting hand was at the moment of impact, the higher was the likelihood of scoring points. In good serves, the players tended to accelerate their CM movement just before jumping to hit the ball and descend rapidly at the moment of hitting. The hand speed along with ball velocity during the impact was proven to be higher in successful serves. Moreover, in successful serves, the shoulder angles increased to a greater extent while the elbow angles were maintained constant. This possibly resulted in faster and more precise serves. An important observation was that the angle of trunk inclination during the jump did not increase with the swing of the shoulders, muscle tendon complex.
This study had targeted the Manjong Junction~Hongchun interchange section of Jungang highway in order to analyze the efficiency and improvement of the highway wild-life fences. Being analyzed wild-life fence as an effective facility for the prevention of road-kill, it had founded that the wild animals did not jump over even the two layer guardrail, concrete barrier and noise barrier, fence for rock fall. For the section with high road-kill decrease effect after installing the wild-life fence, the effect was higher at wild-life fence with the height of 1.0m where the door had not been installed and the well connected points of road facility than the area with fence height of 1.5m. The road-kill decrease effect was also high at the well managed areas even if the door has not been installed. Also, road-kill had occurred by concentrating around the end of wild-life fence after installing the fence, Moreover road-kill had also occurred around the cutting section. The door of wild-life fence had higher amount of road-kill occurrence as the installation interval was closer. it was analyzed that the door management has a lot of effect on road-kill decrease. The fence for rock fall, two layer guardrail and concrete barrier having the effect of wild-life fence installed on the road would have to be installed by connecting with wild-life fences through proper facility improvement. Although the door should not be installed if possible, it should be installed as automatic door or gravity door to prevent the door from leaving the door open. An escape route has to be formed for the prompt escape away from the road for the animals entered through the ending section of the fence. The eco-corridor has to be made by restoring the soil layer of dual purpose eco-corridor forming a planting area. Also, the dead body after the accident has to be disposed to the outer section of the road immediately in order to prevent the secondary road-kill by the predator from the road-kill. The fence has to be installed as 500m or longer in both ways, in other words 1,000m or longer, from the targeted spot of minimum accident prevention while connecting up to the bridge or box culvert, etc that are next road facilities if possible to guide wild animals safely to the eco-corridor.
