미용 전공 대학생의 취업스트레스가 진로결정 및 취업준비행동에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Employment Stress on Cosmetology Students Occupation Decision and Job Hunting Behavior)

  • The purpose of this study is to provide basic data for career guidance to cosmetology students by examining the effects of job stress on career decisions and job preparation behaviors. Overall 214 parts were empirically analyzed as final samples. Collected data and statistical processing are based on SPSS ver. Analysis was performed using the 21.0 program. An analysis of the effect of job stress on career decision showed that employment anxiety (β= .206, p<.05), job anxiety(β=.824, p<.05), and anxiety in career search(β=.118, p<.05) showed a statistically significant effect(+). However, employment concerns(β=-.312, p<.001) in career determination and employment concerns(β=-.223, p<.01) in career search are statistically significant parts(-). An analysis of the effect of employment stress on employment preparation behavior found that employment anxiety(β=.364, p<.05) has a statistically significant effect(+) on information use preparation, It was found that the statistically significant part(-) affects employment anxiety(β=-.188, p<.01). The study found that the more anxious cosmetology students are about employment, the more they plan and explore career options, and make information-based preparations for employment. Through this research, we hope that there will be lively discussions among cosmetology students on career adaptability, life satisfaction, and employment anxiety.

한국 50대 실업자의 구직활동 영향요인에 관한 분석: 회복탄력성을 중심으로 (An Analysis of Effects on Job Seeking Activities of Unemployed in Fifties in Korea: Based on The Resilience)

  • 이 연구는 우리나라의 50대 실업자들을 대상으로 심리적 요인인 회복탄력성이 구직활동에 미치는 영향력을 분석하여 우리 사회의 기반을 지탱하고 있는 50대들의 재취업률을 제고하고, 인생 의미와 가치를 높이는 데 목적이 있다. 수도권의 고용복지플러스센터에 방문해 고용서비스를 이용하는 50대 실업자를 대상으로, 구직활동 영향요인의 분석을 위해 일반적 특성, 회복탄력성, 구직활동 변인으로 구성된 설문을 활용하였다. 회복탄력성 변인은 통제성, 긍정성, 사회성의 하위 변인으로 구성하고 구직활동 변인은 구직준비, 구직태도, 구직의지의 하위 변인으로 구성하였다. 연구결과, 첫째 우리나라의 50대 회복탄력성은 평균이상을 나타내고 있고, 회복탄력성 하위 변인 중에서 긍정성이 가장 높아, 50대들에게 이를 유지시키는 정기적 상담 마련이 요구된다. 둘째, 구직의지 이외에 성별에 따른 회복탄력성과 구직활동에는 유의차가 없어 성차별 없는 50대 대상 구직활동 지원이 요구된다. 셋째, 통제성, 긍정성 등의 회복탄력성이 50대들의 구직활동에 영향을 주고 있고 그 설명력이 35%를 상회하고 있어, 50대들의 회복탄력성을 강화시키고, 이를 구직과 연계하는 취업을 위한 심리 상담과 구직을 위한 취업 교육의 실시를 제안한다.

기업 직무 정보를 활용한 OOPP(Optimized Online Portfolio Platform)설계 (A Design of the OOPP(Optimized Online Portfolio Platform) using Enterprise Competency Information)

  • 본 논문에서는 직무별로 취업에 필요한 역량을 나타내고, 구직자가 온라인상에서 포트폴리오를 효율적으로 작성하고 관리하는 OOPP(Optimized Online Portfolio Platform)를 제안한다. 제안하는 OOPP는 세 가지 모듈로 구성된다. 첫째, JDCM(Job Data Collection Module)은 직업정보 사이트의 구인 광고들을 수집하여 스프레드시트에 저장한다. 둘째, CSM(Competency Statistical Medel)은 수집한 구인 광고들을 텍스트 마이닝하여 직무별로 요구되는 핵심 역량을 분류한다. 셋째, OBBM(Optimize Browser Behavior Module)은 브라우저의 처리속도를 개선하여 사용자가 데이터를 빠르게 조회할 수 있게 한다. OBBM은 검색엔진의 연산을 최적화하는 PSES(Parallel Search Engine Sub-Module)과 이미지 텍스트 등의 로드를 최적화하는 OILS(Optimized Image Loading Sub-Module)로 구성된다. 제안하는 OOPP의 성능분석 결과 CSM로 분석된 데이터의 정확도는 최대 100%, 최소 99.4%로 실제 광고와 분석된 데이터의 차이가 거의 발생하지 않았으며, OBBM을 이용한 브라우저 최적화를 실행하면, 작업시간이 약 68.37%가 감소한다. 결과적으로 OOPP는 직현재 직업정보 사이트의 구인 광고를 정확하게 분석하여 사용자가 분석한 결과를 웹페이지에서 신속하게 조회할 수 있다.

  • Stack Resource Policy (SRP)는 몇 가지 독특한 특성을 가진 실시간 동기화 프로토콜이다. 그 특성 중의 하나는 초기 수행 차단(early blocking)으로서, 공유자원을 요청하는 시점에 작업의 수행을 정지시키는 것이 아니라, 작업의 수행 시점 자체를 연기하도록 한다. SRP가 EDF와 같은 동적 우선순위 스케줄링 알고리즘과 같이 사용될 경우, 초기 수행 차단을 지원하기 위해 스케줄러는 수행이 블록(block)되지 않을 작업 중 가장 우선순위가 높은 작업을 선택해야 하며, 이러한 탐색 연산은 수행 오버헤드(runtime overhead)의 원인이 된다. 본 논문에서는 SRP와 EDF를 같이 사용할 때의 스케줄러 수행 오버헤드를 분석한다. 기존의 준비 큐(ready Dueue) 구현 방식과 탐색 알고리즘을 사용하면 작업의 수가 많아짐에 따라 작업 탐색 오버헤드가 매우 커진다. 이 문제를 해결하기 위하여, 본 논문은 스케줄러가 효율적으로 작업을 탐색할 수 있는 준비 큐 자료구조와 O([log$_2n$])의 복잡도를 가지는 작업 탐색 알고리즘을 제안한다.

A Flexible Branch and Bound Method for the Job Shop Scheduling Problem

  • This paper deals with the makespan minimization problem of job shops. The problem is known as one of hard problems to optimize, and therefore, many heuristic methods have been proposed by many researchers. The aim of this study is also to propose a heuristic scheduling method for the problem. However, the difference between the proposed method and many other heuristics is that the proposed method is based on depth-first branch and bound, and thus it is possible to find an optimal solution at least in principle. To accelerate the search, when a node is judged hopeless in the search tree, the proposed flexible branch and bound method can indicate a higher backtracking node. The unexplored nodes are stored and may be explored later to realize the strict optimization. Two methods are proposed to generate the backtracking point based on the critical path of the current best feasible schedule, and the minimum lower bound for the makespan in the unexplored sub-problems. Schedules are generated based on Giffler and Thompson's active schedule generation algorithm. Acceleration of the search by the flexible branch and bound is confirmed by numerical experiment.

  • The purpose of this study is to suggest the grid search method for selecting an optimal decision tree model. It chooses optimal values for the maximum depth of tree and the minimum number of observations that must exist in a node in order for a split to be attempted. Therefore, the grid search method guarantees building a decision tree model that shows more precise and stable classifying performance. Through empirical analysis using data of job satisfaction of workplace reserve force commanders, we show that the grid search method helps us generate an optimal decision tree model that gives us hints for the improvement direction of labor conditions of Korean workplace reserve force commanders.

  • It is not easy for business workers to find proper information for his job, because of the following problems:(1) information exist in various information system both internal and external with diverse formats(2) he cannot estimate relevance of all the information and (3) he cannot select proper information among large volume of information. The requirements for the systems are the following things:(1) search of relevant information from various internal and external information systems(2) proving an integrated view of information for workers, and (3) information processing and decision-making are seamlessly integrated fro business workers. We proposed an agent system to fulfill the requirements. We focus on the purchasing job, and developed a prototype system. PIPA(Purchasing Information Process Agent). The PIPA performs not only information processing jobs(information search gathering, display, business form -making)but also decision-making support job (evaluation of supplier candidates, and apply of sourcing policy) for sourcing manager. The framework of the PIPA can be appled to other information processing and desision-making jobs.

For these purpose a survey was conducted using questionaires on 225 males 299 females that lived in Seoul. Statistics used for data were Frequency. Prequency. Percentile Mean Multiple Regression Analysis and Path Analysis. The major findings were: 1) I male Group reference orientation were effect on convenience experience credience goods and information search were effect on experience credience goods. 2) In Femal Group her job and information search effect on convenience experience credience goods and involvement effect on credience goods only.

중환자실 간호사의 직무 스트레스와 대처에 관한 연구 (A Study on Job Stress and the Coping of ICU Nurses)

  • Purpose: This study investigated job stress and coping of ICU Nurses. Method: Data was accumulated from 206 ICU nurses serving at least more than one year in 500 bed order hospitals during the period of three months from June1, to August 30, 2006. Results: The average job stress was $2.96{\pm}.95$ points, which was relatively high. The average coping was $2.55{\pm}.23$ points. Conclusion: The extent of the job stress of ICU nurses was relatively high, and they received the heaviest stress from job circumstances. For the prevention of job stress, every effort is required to analyze the causes of stress caused by job circumstances and to pose an appropriate solution. Meanwhile, job stress, needs to be controlled using a solution for the central problem, and search for social support.

2018년 네이버 쇼핑의 고용영향 평가 (Employment Effects Evaluation of Naver Shopping in 2018)

  • Purpose - Naver has emerged as a new leader in the open market. While existing open markets such as Gmarket, 11th Street, and so on are suffering from profitability deterioration, Naver is attracting sellers based on low commission and powerful search engine. We would like to analyze the impact of Naver shopping on the national economy, especially on employment, in a situation where the market reaction to Naver's strength as a leader in online shopping is mixed. Research Design, Data, and Methodology - Through the demand inducing inter-industry analysis, we estimate the employment inducement effect by Naver shopping from its shopping transaction. In turn, through the supply inducing inter-industry analysis, we estimate the employment inducement effect by Naver shopping from its low commission and powerful search engine. For the purpose of inter-industry analysis, as of 2018, the most recently announced 2014 inter-industry table (extension table) from the Bank of Korea is used. Results - The results of this study are as follows. First, Naver Shopping is expected to generate 7.8 trillion won's trade in 2018, resulting in 244,225 of job inducement, and 158,598 of employment inducement. In addition, Naver Shopping is estimated to benefit KRW 213 billion to its sellers due to low commission and powerful search function, resulting in 8,667 of job inducement, and 5,655 of employment inducement. Second, in terms of job inducement and employment inducement due to Naver Shopping's trade, transportation, business support service, information and communication, broadcasting, restaurants and lodging were ranked. Third, in terms of job inducement and employment inducement due to Naver Shopping's low commission and powerful search function, restaurants and hospitality, f/b and cigarette manufacturing, construction, and transportation equipment manufacturing were ranked. Conclusions - The number of job inducement resulting from low commission and powerful search engine of Naver shopping in 2018 was 8,667 (3.7% of 244,225, which was caused by transaction in Naver shopping in 2018), and employment inducement was 5,655 (3.7% of 158,598, which was caused by transaction in Naver shopping in 2018), which can be considered as additional employment impacts of Naver Shopping compared to the other online shopping operators.
