본 연구는 목적은 DACUM에 기반하여 소프트웨어 개발 및 구현 직군 계약학과 교육체계를 현장중심적으로 개발하는 데 있다. 국가직무능력표준을 토대로 계약학과로 개설할 직무의 모형을 설정하고, 교육 필요점 분석 및 적절한 교육방법을 조사하였으며, 핵심 과업별 지식, 기술, 태도를 도출하고 이를 유목화 하여 체계적 현장직무 교육훈련(S-OJT)교과목을 구성하고, 직무 전문가가 설정한 경력 경로에 따라 교과목을 위계화 하였다. 또한, 개발된 교과목을 기존의 교육과정과 연계시켜 소프트웨어 개발 및 구현 직군 계약학과 교육체계를 수립하였다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 현장에 적합한 계약학과 교육체계가 개발되기 위해서 추가적으로 검토되어야 할 사항을 제시하였다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the factors influencing the nursing students' job-esteem. Methods: The data were collected from March 1 to 30, 2011 using questionnaires. The subjects were recruited from the department of nursing at a college in Kyungnam. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS descriptive statistics, mean and standard deviation, t-test and ANOVA, Pearson's Correlation Coefficient, and Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis. Results: The significantly factor which is a variable predicting best job-esteem of college nursing students by ability and opportunity to getting accounting for 13.4% (${\beta}$=.277) of the prediction, followed by work conditions, lifestyles, and sense of honor that accounted for 27.6%. Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, nursing educational program and curriculum development should give nursing students a variety of experience for their career.

Purpose: The objectives of this study is to collect the opinions of experts in the field of dental lab technology, and to present a plan for reforming the curriculum for producing clinical-based dental technicians. Methods: 71 experts were selected for this study. Experts were grouped into clinicians, educators, and policy-makers. First of all, the purpose and method of this study were explained to experts. After receiving the consent to participate in the research, their opinions were investigated. The survey was conducted through a questionnaire created based on their opinions and opinions collected. Results: The results showed that they were relatively satisfied with the curriculum. In addition, it was found that they hope to increase the proportion of mandatory education of digital dentistry and clinical practice. Emphasis was placed on expanding opportunities for on-the-job training as well as on time for hands-on training. As for admission capacity, the highest opinion was to keep it as it is, followed by the need for reduction. Conclusion: It seems necessary to minimize the difference between the curriculum and the clinical field in order to produce field-oriented dental technicians. To this end, it is necessary to reorganize the operation of field-oriented subjects and to increase the practice time to improve practical skills.

The purpose of this study was to propose how to improve and develop the college curriculum of medical record administration, satisfying requirements from hospitals having medical record administrators. For the purpose, this researcher surveyed medical record administrators serving at hospitals located in Busan, Changwon, Masan and Jinju. Finally analyzed were responses from 100 medical recorders. The frequency of searching medical records to support information use was statistically different among hospitals according to the number of sick beds(p=.041), or $3.16{\pm}1.75$ for fewer than 300 sick beds, $4.28{\pm}2.42$ for 300 to 500 and $4.86{\pm}3.18$ for more than 500. The college course that was regarded as most important by most of the surveyed medical record administrators, or 53(37.2%) was medical terminology, followed by statistics by 36 of the respondents(18.5%) and EMR, 25(12.8%) in order. To make EMR truly effective requires reforming the university curriculum of medical record administration and giving more attention and more supports to training for better computerization, realizing that medical record administrators serve as a true manager of health and medical information, not a person who just paper-based medical information. In addition to managing health and medical information, medical record administrators are expected to have more roles in the future, for example, providing high-quality clinic knowledge and medical information that are necessary for efficient hospital management and medical research to survive competition.

이 연구의 목적은 신임경찰 교육만족도가 직무만족 및 조직몰입에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 실증적으로 분석하는데 있다. 이를 위해 중앙경찰학교를 졸업한 신임경찰 288기를 대상으로 교육만족도(교육행정, 교육과정, 교수능력, 교육시설)와 직무만족 및 조직몰입에 대한 인식을 설문조사로 측정하였다. 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교육만족이 직무만족 및 조직몰입 간의 관련성에 대해서는 모두 정적인 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 교육만족이 직무만족에 미치는 영향과 관련하여 교수능력이 직무만족의 모든 요인에서 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 교육만족이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향과 관련해서는, 교수능력이 조직몰입의 모든 요인에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 교육과정과 교육시설은 조직몰입 중 지속적 몰입에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 통해 실무과목 교육이 좀 더 사례 위주로 진행되어야 한다는 점과 실습교육이 실질적으로 현장실무를 익힐 수 있도록 설계되어 있는지에 대한 점검이 필요하다는 점을 정책적으로 제언하였다.

전자상거래 인적자원의 양성과 개발을 위해서 자격은 학위와 더불어 지식축적의 결과를 표시하는 대표적인 지표이다. 하지만 기존의 출제기준은 전자상거래 시장변화를 포함한 현장성 반영과 업무에의 활용도가 부족하여 개선이 요구된다. 본 연구는 전자상거래관리사 직무분석을 통하여 산업현장에서 요구되는 능력을 체계적으로 분석하여 출제기준을 개선하고자 하였다. 연구목적의 달성을 위해 국내외 전자상거래 관련 자격현황 조사 및 문헌연구를 수행하고 직무분석을 통하여 전자상거래관리사 직무의 구조와 과업을 도출함으로써 기존의 과업목록을 보강하였으며, 과업분석을 통하여 각 과업별로 요구되는 필요지식, 기술 등의 능력요소들을 도출하였다. 도출된 직무의 범위와 과업목록을 검증하고 이를 바탕으로 기존의 출제기준과 비교분석하여 개선방안을 제시하였다. 연구방법으로는 전자상거래 자격관련 문헌과 현황을 조사하였으며, 직무분석단계에 전문가 면담조사와 전문가위원회 조사가 수행되었으며 검증단계에 설문조사와 면담조사를 수행한 후 전문가위원회를 통해 출제기준 개선방안을 설계하고 확인하였다.

예술 문화교육 진흥법은 한국의 예술과 문화교육에 관한 사항을 제도화한 것으로 역사적 관점에서 직업 전문성을 촉진하는 경향을 품고 있다. 특히, 예술 및 문화교육 분야 전문가들의 직업 정체성의 본질은 인적자원 개발에 대한 분석 및 토론에 관한 사항을 주요 초점으로 두고 있다. 따라서, 본 연구는 예술 및 문화교육 관행의 다양성을 강조하고 예술 및 문화교육 전문가의 직업 훈련의 경우 학제 간 접근방식을 고려하는 다양한 교과과정 및 프로그램을 기반 되어야함을 나타낸다. 이러한 점에서 전문가의 직업 정체성의 과도한 단순화는 예술과 문화교육의 다양성과 우수성에 부정적인 영향을 미칠 수 있다. 예술과 문화교육의 요구를 충족시키기 위해서는 대학 수준의 커리큘럼 및 훈련 프로그램 운영 전문가들의 실무분석을 기반하여 학제 간 접근을 통해 새로이 개발 및 수정되어야 한다.

본 연구는 직업능력개발훈련교사의 성과와 관련된 역량을 교육, 개발하여 조직의 목표와 가치에 부합하는 역량을 습득할 수 있도록 훈련교사를 대상으로 역량기반 교육훈련프로그램의 개발과정을 분석, 제시하였다. 직업훈련교사의 역량 및 교육훈련에 관한 문헌연구를 토대로 훈련교사를 대상으로 한 직무분석과 행동사건면접 및 역량사전을 활용하여 역량모델을 도출하고, 타당성 분석을 거친 후 역량요구분석, 역량별 교육프로그램체계, 역량프로파일과 역량별 훈련모듈을 개발, 제시하였다. 마지막으로 훈련교사의 체계적인 역량개발을 위해 필요한 역량기반교육훈련프로그램의 운영 및 관리방안을 제시하였다.

해사대학 학생들은 실무를 파악할 수 있는 1년간의 승선실습을 통해 향후 자신이 근무하게 될 직종에 대한 이해도 향상 및 장기승선을 기대할 수 있다. 해사대학 재학의 만족도는 졸업 후 해운업 종사에 대한 직무만족과 이직의도에도 영향을 미칠 수 있다. 이에 각 학년별 직무만족도를 확인함으로써 향후 진로선택에 필요한 교육과정이나 요소를 분석하고 개선하고자 한다. 본 연구는 선행연구를 바탕으로 진로계획을 통해 해사대학 학생의 자기효능감, 팀워크, 자기리더십이 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 파악하고, 학년별 직무만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석, 학생들이 매년 필요로 하는 요소를 실증적으로 분석하고자 하였다. 분석결과 직무만족에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것은 자기효능감이였고, 팀워크와 자기리더십의 효과는 규모면에서 비슷한 것으로 나타났다.

With rapid social change, security industries were diversified and universities related total security service were founded for training of specialist with a theory and practical affairs. Today, universities must provide an education which fits to job characteristics in rapidly changing society. Also students through this education must find their job properly. The purposes of this study, therefore, are to search a career selection of students majoring in total security service related departments and to study a role of universities for development of specialist related security industries. Revitalization plan of human resources for departments related security services are as follows ; roles of universities: a specialization of curriculum and a diversification of training method. 'academic-industrial cooperation', role of government: 'a legal and institutional policy on academic-industrial cooperation';. Universities, cooperations, government must cooperate mutually for development of specialist related security service field.
