Implementation and Test of the Automatic Flight Dynamics Operations for Geostationary Satellite Mission

  • This paper describes the Flight Dynamics Automation (FDA) system for COMS Flight Dynamics System (FDS) and its test result in terms of the performance of the automation jobs. FDA controls the flight dynamics functions such as orbit determination, orbit prediction, event prediction, and fuel accounting. The designed FDA is independent from the specific characteristics which are defined by spacecraft manufacturer or specific satellite missions. Therefore, FDA could easily links its autonomous job control functions to any satellite mission control system with some interface modification. By adding autonomous system along with flight dynamics system, it decreases the operator's tedious and repeated jobs but increase the usability and reliability of the system. Therefore, FDA is used to improve the completeness of whole mission control system's quality. The FDA is applied to the real flight dynamics system of a geostationary satellite, COMS and the experimental test is performed. The experimental result shows the stability and reliability of the mission control operations through the automatic job control.

조기재취업수당 제도의 효과: 2010년 제도 변화를 중심으로 (The Effectiveness of the Early Reemployment Bonus: the Role of the Policy Change in 2010)

  • 본 연구는 2010년 조기재취업수당 제도 변화 전후의 수급자 특성을 살펴보고, 실업자 재취업 촉진에 대한 성과 변화를 살펴본다. 조기재취업수당 수급자에 대한 특성 분석 결과, 제도 변경 이후로 여성 및 고령층의 수급확률이 증가하고 중졸 이하 저학력층의 수급확률이 증가하였다. 이는 실제 수혜집단이 취업 애로계층으로 다소 전환되어 노동시장 취약집단의 취업촉진이라는 조기재취업수당의 정책 목표에 보다 근접해졌음을 시사한다. 제도 변경전 후의 재취업률과 재취업된 일자리 유지율을 비교한 결과, 재취업률에는 큰 변화가 없어서 수급요건 강화로 인한 구직자의 재취업 유인 감소 효과가 크지 않은 것으로 판단된다. 이와 더불어, 조기재취업수당 수급자의 재취업 일자리 유지율은 제도 변화 이후 높아진 것으로 나타났다.

A PROCESSOR SHARING MODEL FOR COMMUNICATION SYSTEMS

  • we model communication and computer systems that process interactive and several and several types of background jobs. The scheduling policy in use is to share the processor among all interactive jobs and, at most, one background job of each type at a time according to the process sharing discipline. Background jobs of each type are served on a first-come-first-served basis. Such scheduling policy is called Processor Sharing with Background jobs (PSBJ). In fact, the PSBJ policy is commonly used on many communication and computer systems that allow interactive usage of the systems and process certain jobs in a background mode. In this paper, the stability conditions for the PSBJ policy are given and proved. Since an exact analysis of the policy seems to be very difficult, an approximate analytic model is proposed to obtain the average job sojourn times. The model requires the solution of a set of nonlinear equations, for which an iterative algorithm is given and its convergence is proved. Our results reveal that the model provides excellent estimates of average sojourn times for both interactive and background jobs with a few percent of errors in most of the cases considered.

FAB-Wide 스케줄링을 통한 반도체 연구라인의 운용 최적화 (The Operational Optimization of Semiconductor Research and Development Fabs by FAB-wide Scheduling)

  • Semiconductor research and development(R&D) fabs are very different than production fabs in many ways such as the scales of production, job priority, production methods, and performance measures. Efficient operations of R&D fabs are very important to the development of new product, process stability, high yield, and ultimately company competitiveness. This paper proposes the fab-wide scheduling method for operational optimization of the R&D fabs. Most scheduling systems of semiconductor fabs have only focused on maximizing throughput of each separated areas without considering WIP(works in process) flows of entire fab. In this paper, we proposes the a fab-wide scheduling system which schedules all lots to entire fab equipment at once. We develop the MIP(mixed integer programing) model which allocates the lots to production equipment considering many constraints of all processes and the CP(constraint programming) model which determines the sequences of the lots in the production equipment. The proposed FAB-wide scheduling model is applied to the newly constructed R&D fab. As a result, we have accomplished the system based automated job reservation, decrease of the hot lot delay, increase of the queue time satisfaction, the high throughput by maximizing the batch sizes, decrease of the WIP TAT(Turn Around Time).

20대와 30대 비혼 청년의 결혼 및 출산 가능성 관련 요인 (Factors Associated with the Possibility of Marriage and Childbearing among Never Married Young Adults in Korea)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine how sociodemographic status, family-related influences, and perceived future economic prospects were associated with the possibility of getting married and having children in a sample of 607 single young Korean adults. The sample comprised unmarried men and women in their 20s and 30s taken from the 2021 Seoul Family Report survey, and descriptive statistical and multiple regression analyses were conducted on the data. The results indicated that age, non-traditional marriage/childbearing values, parents' marital relationship during childhood, and the prospect of having a stable job and owning a home were significantly related to the possibility of marriage. With regard to the possibility of having children, a significant relationship was found with age, level of education, non-traditional marriage/childbearing values, recognition of the importance of family, parents' marital relationship during childhood, and the prospect of having a stable job and owning a home. The study also examined the importance of policies that make the possibility of marriage and having children more appealing to young unmarried adults in Korea by providing a positive outlook for the economy, a sense of stability, and a supportive approach to the value of having a family.

간호학생의 진로 및 취업의사결정 과정에 관한 연구 (Process of the Nursing Students Decision-making for Their Course and Job)

  • This study examines attitudes among nursing student, attitudes that give direction in life and effect the decision-making process when seeking employment. The exigency of which derives from the need to design a proper guidance program to assist students in their search for employment. Data was collected from a survey conducted between November 20 and November 25, 1995, the respondants of which were 120 nursing students without jobs. The data was analyzed by examining frequency, percentage, average, Chi-square, one-way ANOVA and t-test through an SPSS $PC^+$ program. The results of the study can be summarized as follows : 1) There are positive relationship between a student's academic major and employment(So responded 84.3% of the subjects with only 2.5% claiming that his major didn't matter). 2) Students believe that 'good jobs' are secured through aptitude. 'Good jobs' are seen as ones which develop an individuals abilities and which offer the opportunity for advancement. However they do not believe that 'good Jobs' contribute to society 3) Students have not been supplied the proper guidance and information necessary for finding employment. The student's life research institude, professor and assistants provide Insufficient information and counseling. Personal goals are decisive factors in determining what direction a student may take as well as the kind of employment he will seek. However, advice from parents, siblings, friends, alumni, professors, assistants and counselors is also considered. 4) Students do not think it reasonable to base their career decisions on one factor only(33.9% responded that aptitude and personal interests were the most important factor, and 14.9% that income was the key determinant). 5) Location and size of the hospital are important considerations when choosing a job. There is a preference for larger hospitals. 6) A lack of stability and few opportunities for advancement are perceived as the primary reasons for the possibility of leaving one's job.

작업관련성 근골격계질환에 있어서 작업자세 위험도의 정량적 평가방법에 대한 연구 -허리 굴곡 자세를 중심으로- (A Study on Quantitative Evaluation Method for Risk of Work-related Musculoskeletal Disorders Associated with Back Flexion Posture)

  • This study tried to develop a basis for quantitative index of working postures associated with WMSDs (Work-related Musculoskeletal Disorders) that could overcome realistic restriction during application of typical checklists for WMSDs evaluation. The baseline data(for a total of 603 jbs) for this study was obtained from automobile manufacturing company. Specifically, data for back posture was analyzed in this study to have a better and more objective method in terms of job relevance than typical methods such as OWAS, RULA, and REBA. Major statistical tools were clustering, logistic regression and so on. The main results in this study could be summarized as follows; 1) The relationship between working posture and WMSDs symptom at back was statistically significant based on the results from logistic regression, 2) Based on clustering analysis, three levels for WMSDs risk at back were produced for flexion as follows: low risk(< $18.5^{\circ}$), medium risk($18.5^{\circ}{\sim}36.0^{\circ}$), high risk(> $36.0^{\circ}$), 3) The sensitivities on risk levels of back flexion was 93.8% while the specificities on risk levels of back flexion was 99.1%. The results showed that the data associated with back postures in this study could provide a good basis for job evaluation of WMSDs at back. Specifically, this evaluation methodology was different from the methods usually used at WMSDs study since it tried to be based on direct job relevance from real working situation. Further evaluation for other body parts as well as back would provide more stability and reliability in WMSDs evaluation study.

호텔직원의 핵심자기평가, 지각된 고객언어폭력 및 이직의도 간의 구조적 관계 (Structural Relationships among Frontline Hotel Employees' Core Self-evaluations, Perceived Customer Verbal Aggression and Turnover Intention)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 일선 호텔직원들의 개인자원으로서 핵심자기평가(자아존중감, 일반화된 자아효능감, 통제위치 및 정서적 안정성), 직무스트레스 요인으로서 고객언어폭력(직무스트레스 요인)과 직무결과로서 이직의도 간의 구조관계를 분석하는 것이었다. 자료는 부산시내에 소재하는 10개의 특급호텔에 근무하는 일선직원들을 표본으로 하여 자기기입식 조사법에 의하여 수집되었다. 총 405부의 설문지가 최종 분석에 이용되었다. 본 연구는 연구모형과 연구가설들을 검증하기 위하여 구조방정식모형분석을 적용하였다. 가설화된 것처럼, 분석결과는 핵심자기평가가 고객언어폭력에 대한 지각과 이직의도를 경감시키는 것을 보여주었다. 고객언어폭력은 이직의도를 증폭시킨다는 결과를 보여주었다. 마지막으로, 실무적 시사점을 논의하였으며, 본 연구의 한계점을 제시하였고 향후 연구방향을 제안하였다.

자동차 조립업종 작업의 근골격계질환관련 어깨 작업자세 위험도 결정을 위한 사례적 접근 (A Case Study on Risk Levels of Shoulder Postures Associated with Work-related Musculoskeletal Disorders at Automobile Manufacturing Industry)

The main results in this study could be summarized as follows; 1) The relationships between working postures and WMSDs symptoms at shoulder were statistically significant based on the results from logistic regression. 2) Based on clustering analysis, three levels for WMSDs risk at shoulder were produced for both flexion and abduction were statistically significant. Specific results were as follows; Shoulder flexion: low risk(< $37.7^{\circ}$), medium risk($37.7^{\circ}{\sim}70.0^{\circ}$), high risk(> $70.0^{\circ}$) Shoulder abduction: low risk(< $26.5^{\circ}$), medium risk($26.5^{\circ}{\sim}56.8^{\circ}$), high risk(> $56.8^{\circ}$). 3) The sensitivities on risk levels of shoulder flexion and abduction were 64.0% and 20.6% respectively while the specificities on risk levels of shoulder flexion and abduction were 99.1% and 99.3% respectively. The results showed that the data associated with shoulder postures in this study could provide a good basis for job evaluation of WMSDs at shoulder. Specifically, this evaluation methodology was different from the methods usually used at WMSDs study since it tried to be based on direct job relevance from real working situation. Q-sort 방법론을 활용한 SW 개발인력의 직무행복 유형 분석 (Analysis of Job Happiness Types of SW Development Personnel Using Q-sort Methodology)

  • 본 연구는 Q-sort 방법론을 통해 직무행복에 관한 SW 인력의 주관적 인식을 조사하였다. 63 명의 응답자들을 분석하여 매우 차별화된 특성을 가진 4 개의 직무행복 유형들이 도출되어 '안정추구 직장생활형', '도전적 자기주도 기술지향형', '현실적 전문가추구형', '순수 기술지향 업무몰입형'으로 명명되었다. '도전적 자기주도 기술지향형'과 '순수 기술지향 업무몰입형' 유형은 최신 ICT 에 흥미를 가지고 전문성으로 인정을 받으며 자아실현 하는 것을 직무행복이라 생각한다. 반면 '안정추구 직장생활형'과 '현실적 전문가추구형'은 직무행복에서 급여와 복지혜택, 승진 등이 더 중요하며 기술자 경력경로로 성장하는 것에는 큰 관심이 없었다. 오늘날은 우수한 SW 개발인력이 경쟁력의 핵심이다. 국가와 기업은 국내 ICT 인력들의 직무행복 추구 성향과 특성에 대해 정확하게 이해함으로써 행복 증진방안을 현실감 있게 마련하여야 한다. 우리나라는 제 4유형과 같은 '순수 기술지향 업무몰입형'인력들이 부족한 만큼 SW 개발자들이 기술전문가로서 자부심과 긍지를 가지고 창의성을 발휘하며 고품질의 산출물을 생산할 수 있도록 행복한 직무 생태계를 조성해주어 4차 산업혁명 시대의 경쟁력을 확보하여야 한다.
