건강가정지원센터 종사자가 경험하는 작업사건이 서비스 질에 미치는 영향: 정서반응과 직무만족의 매개효과 (The effects which work events were experienced by employees on the service quality in local healthy family support center: mediating effect of affective reaction and job satisfaction)

  • The purposes of this study were to examine effects which work events and affective reaction were experienced by employees on job satisfaction and service quality in local healthy family support center for family health enhancement. For the purpose, survey were conducted with employees working in 56 local healthy family support centers in Seoul and Gyeonggi region, and final data were resulted from analysis of 319 examines of those employees. The results of this study were as follows. First, work events had a significant effect on the affective reaction. Second, affective reaction had a significant effect on the job satisfaction. Third, job satisfaction had a significant effect on the service quality. Fourth, affective reaction worked as mediators between the work events and job satisfaction, affective reaction and job satisfaction worked as double mediators between work events and service quality. Based on those findings, we can propose practical and political implications towards improving service quality considering the work experience of personnel in the healthy family support center.

생산직 근로자의 직무스트레스와 구강건강 관련 삶의 질의 관련성 (Relationship between job stress and oral health-related quality of life in the blue collar workers)

  • Objectives: The purpose of the study is to investigate the relationship between job stress and oral health-related quality of life in the blue collar workers. Methods: This study has been conducted with subjects of blue-collar workers who work in the industrial section located in Gyeongnam area from August 2013 to September 2013. Korean Occupational Stress Scale(KOSS-SF) and oral health impact profile(OHIP-14) were used as research tools. Data were analyzed by descriptive analysis, t-test, ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis. Results: Overall job stress and oral heal-related quality of life level of subjects were $57.32{\pm}8.03$ and $14.17{\pm}9.27$. The influential factors of oral heal-related quality of life of blue-collar workers were job demand, interpersonal conflict and organizational climate (subcategory of job stress), respectively. Conclusions: It is necessary to improve the better working condition for the oral health-related quality of life due to job stress in the blue collar workers.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze various factors comprising a job satisfaction; determine possible factors that affects job satisfaction. Job satisfaction model is designed to evaluate major factors, such as job stress and strength, and to assess relationship between these factors. Partial least squares algorithm is used to develop a job satisfaction measurement model. To evaluate validity of developed model, survey data of health insurance review and assessment service is to applied.

수간호사와 일반간호사의 교환관계의 질이 일반간호사의 직무만족과 조직몰입에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Leader-Member Exchange Quality of Head Nurses and Clinical Nurses on Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction in Clinical Nurses)

  • Purpose: The purpose was to identify the influence the quality of head and clinical nurses' LMX (Leader-Member Exchange) on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Methods: The participants were 42 head nurses and 202 clinical nurses who worked in 7 hospitals with more than 300 beds in I-city. The data were collected from March 10 to April 10, 2013 using a self-report questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using hierarchical regression with the SPSS/WIN 20.0 program. Results: The mean score for head nurses' LMX quality was 3.66 and for clinical nurses, 3.51. Clinical nurses' LMX quality and age had a positive impact on job satisfaction (F=8.00, p<.001). Clinical nurses' LMX quality and marriage (not single) had a positive impact on organizational commitment (F=6.76, p<.001). Conclusion: The LMX quality of head nurse was higher than that of clinical nurses, but did not positively affect clinical nurses' job satisfaction or organizational commitment indicating that the LMX quality of clinical nurses is more important than that of head nurse. Thus head nurses should make efforts to lead their units or teams in a positive and friendly way. This positive recognition will promote greater job satisfaction and organizational commitment of clinical nurses.

우리나라 성인 여성의 직업 특성별 건강 상태 및 건강관련 삶의 질 (A Study on Health Status and Health Related Quality of Life by Job Characteristics in Korean Adult Women)

  • Purpose: This study was aimed to identify the health related quality of life(HRQoL) by job characteristics and its predictors in Korean adult women. Methods: This study used data from cross-sectional surveys conducted for the 2005 National Health and Nutrition Survey, which was performed by using a face-to-face interview method. The data were analyzed by ANOVA, t-test and multiple regression using the SPSS program. Demographic characteristics, subject health state, EQ-5D were included in the study instruments. Results: The mean HRQoL index in the subjects was $0.792{\pm}0.102$. There were significant statistical differences on HRQoL among job characteristics. The health related quality of life of non-physical workers was the highest. The significant predictors of the HRQoL of all subjects were the subjective health status, the present health status compared to the previous year, education, age, marital status and income. The factors accounted for 22.1% of variance in the health related quality of life and the predictors of the HRQoL among job characteristics were different. Conclusion: These results may contribute to development of nursing strategy to improve female health related quality of life. The health related quality of life program for adult women by job characteristics is advised based on results of the study.

고용안정성과 삶의 질 간의 관계에서 고용 관련 만족도의 매개효과 검증 : 고령 근로자를 중심으로 (The effect of job stability on senior citizen's quality of life : mediated effect of job satisfaction)

  • 본 연구에서는 노인 일자리의 고용 안정성과 노인의 전반적인 삶의 질이 어떠한 관계를 가지는지 살펴보고 나아가 고령층의 고용 안정성과 전반적인 삶의 질 사이에서 임금 만족도, 근무 환경 만족도, 전반적인 직무 만족도의 변인으로 이루어진 고용 조건 만족도의 매개 효과를 분석하였다. 이를 위하여 7차 고령화연구조사패널(KLoSA) 조사 데이터에서 임금 근로자만을 추출하여 변인들 사이의 상관관계와 매개효과를 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 고용 안정성과 고용 조건 만족도는 정적관계를 가진 반면, 고용 안정성과 고용 조건 만족도 모두 전반적인 삶의 질과는 부적관계를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 통하여 고용 안정성이 향상될수록 고용 조건에 대한 만족도는 올라가지만, 전반적인 삶의 질은 하락한다는 것을 알 수 있다. 본 연구는 고령층을 대상으로 한 연구를 진행할 경우 다른 연령층과는 다른 시각으로 접근해야 한다는 점과 노인 일자리의 질적 측면을 통하여 고령층의 삶의 질을 분석하려고 했다는 점에서 기존의 연구들과의 차별성 및 시사점을 가진다.

장기요양기관 요양보호사의 직무스트레스가 서비스 질에 미치는 영향에서 직무만족도의 매개융합효과 (Mediating Fusion Effect of Job Satisfaction on the Impact of Long-term Nursing Home Care Workers' Job Stress on their Service Quality)

  • 이 연구는 장기요양기관 요양보호사의 서비스 질을 높이기 위한 방안을 제시하기 위하여 직무스트레스와 직무만족도에 초점을 맞추었다. 연구대상자는 P시에 거주하면서 현재 장기요양기관에서 요양보호사로 활동하고 있는 자를 임의적 표집으로 자기기입식 설문조사를 실시하여 2021년 5월 한 달 동안 자료를 수집하였다. 최종적으로 자료분석에 활용된 자료는 130부 설문지이며, 자료분석방법으로 SPSS와 PROCESS macro(model 4) 통계프로그램을 활용하여 분석 결과를 도출하였다. 주요 연구결과는 장기요양기관 요양보호사의 직무스트레스는 서비스 질에 직접적인 영향을 미치지 못하였으나, 직무만족도는 간접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 장기요양기관 요양보호사의 직무스트레스가 높으면 직무만족도를 감소시켜 서비스 질에 부정적인 영향을 미칠 수 있음을 의미한다. 연구결과를 통해 장기요양기관 요양보호사의 서비스 질을 높이기 위한 제언이 이루어졌다.

Differences in Perception of Quality Dental Job Conditions and Job Satisfaction between Dentists and Dental Hygienists

  • Background: This study aims to investigate the perceptions of dentists and dental hygienists regarding quality dental job conditions and to identify differences in perceptions based on job type. Methods: As a result of conducting face-to-face and online surveys, data from a total of 132 people were analyzed. In order to investigate the perception of quality job conditions, the importance of a total of 13 items was investigated, and the work policies and job satisfaction of the current workplace were examined. Since the data did not follow a normal distribution, a non-parametric test, the Mann-Whitney U test, was performed. Results: Both dentists and dental hygienists perceived income and working hours to be of priority importance for quality job conditions. Dental hygienists valued holiday support and welfare, human relations, and personal development potential more than dentists (p<0.05). Looking at differences by job type, dental hygienists rated all conditions as more important than dentists except income, indicating a statistically significant difference (p<0.05). In terms of the work policies, 96.2% of the practices in the study were required to have the four types of social security contributions, but fewer had flexible working hours (19.7%), healthcare support (23.5%), and incentives (25.0%). Of the participants, 60.6% had parental leave available at their workplace, and dental hygienists had statistically significantly higher job satisfaction when parental leave was available (2.57 points) than when it was not (p<0.05). Conclusion: Quality dental jobs are an important factor in keeping workers happy and maintaining an efficient practice. Dental practice owners need to pay attention to the quality of jobs required by the dental workforce, provide flexible working hours and welfare programs such as parental leave, and create a workplace atmosphere and human resource management system that supports the use of these programs.

이동보조기 사용에 따른 직업만족 및 삶의 질에 관한 연구 -중증과 경증 외부신체 장애자근로자의 비교를 중심으로- (A Study on Job Satisfaction and Quality of Life in Relation to the Use of Movement Assisters -Focused on a Comparison between Workers with Severe and Slight External Physical Disabilities-)

  • 본 연구는 외부신체 장애근로자를 대상으로 이동보조기 사용에 따른 직업만족과 삶의 질의 차이를 장애유형에 따라 비교분석하고, 이동보조기 사용자의 직업만족이 삶의 질에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 것이다. 분석결과, 경증의 경우 일의 내용에서만 이동보조기 사용자의 직업만족이 높은 것과는 달리 중증의 경우 일의 내용, 근로환경, 근로시간, 발전가능성, 의사소통 및 대인관계에 대한 만족이 높게 나타났으며, 삶의 질에서도 중증의 경우 가족, 거주지, 일에 대한 삶의 질에서 긍정적으로 인식하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 이동보조기 사용자의 직업만족이 삶의 질에 미치는 영향의 분석결과, 직업만족의 모든 하위영역에서 의미 있는 영향을 나타내어 직업만족이 높을수록 삶의 질을 높게 인식하는 것으로 나타났다.

외식기업 임파워먼트에 따른 직무만족 및 서비스품질에 미치는 영향 (Study on the Food Service Industry Employees of Job Satisfaction and Quality of Service according to the Empowerment in Effect)

  • 본 연구는 외식기업 종사원 개개인의 임파워먼트가 서비스품질에 미치는 영향과 직무만족에 따른 서비스품질에 미치는 영향관계를 분석하고자 하였다. 선행연구들을 바탕으로 독립변수는 임파워먼트(결정권, 의미성, 존중성, 역량성)를 설정하고, 종속변수는 직무만족과 서비스품질로 설정하였다. 연구를 통해 얻은 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, "외식기업 종사자들의 임파워먼트는 직무만족에 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이다"의 가설 1의 검정결과를 살펴보면 결정권(b=.269), 의미성(b=.227)은 통계적으로 유의하여 직무만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 존중성(b=.905)과 역랑성(b=.060)은 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. "외식기업 종사자들의 임파워먼트는 서비스품질에 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이다"의 가설 1의 검정결과를 살펴보면 결정권(b=.257), 의미성(b=.221), 존중성(b=.214) 순으로 나타났으며, 역량성(b=-.172)은 기각이 되었다. 외식기업 종사자들의 직무만족은 서비스품질에 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이다"의 가설 검정결과 직무만족은 고객의 서비스품질에 대하여 긍정적인 영향을 미친다고 하였다.
