민간경비 종사자의 ICT직무교육과정 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Development of ICT Curriculum for Private Security Workers)

  • 본 연구는 아파트 경비원들을 중심으로 실시되고 있는 ICT직무교육과정을 개발하고 실제로 적용한 결과를 분석하였다. 아파트 민간경비종사자의 대다수가 노인인 점을 고려하여 노인의 컴퓨터에 대한 태도, 노인의 신체적 인지적 특성을 분석하여 노인교육을 위한 ICT직무 코스웨어를 설계하고 교육콘텐츠를 개발하였다. 교육프로그램을 실험집단에 적용하여 사전 사후 검사결과를 통해 만족도와 교육적 효과를 분석하였다. 분석결과 교육프로그램의 만족도는 전체적으로 평균 4.00점대 이상의 높은 만족도를 보였으며, 노인정보화 교육프로그램 정성적 평가 검사 도구를 활용해 교육프로그램 투입 전 후로 실험집단의 인터넷 자기 효능감, 인터넷 활용능력 향상, 인터넷 이용용도 인지, 개인정보화 의지, 생활교정, 세대 간 갈등해소, 자신감, 인터넷 스트레스 등이 통계적으로 유의미하게 상승했음을 확인하였다. 이러한 결과를 종합해 보면 본 연구에서 개발한 "민간경비 ICT직무교육" 교육프로그램이 노인정보화에 효과적이며 다른 노인교육 프로그램에 적용 및 촉진에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

대학생의 진로정체감이 진로자기조절, 전공만족도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Dysfunctional attitude of College Students on Job-Seeking Anxiety)

  • 우리나라 교육은 대학졸업이 필수적인 것으로 생각하며, 이러한 사회현상으로 진로선택이 매우 중요한 과제이나 청소년이나 청년들은 자신의 진로를 스스로 결정하거나 책임지기에는 매우 부족한 부분이 많다. 그로인해 타인의 영향을 받게 되므로, 대학생들의 진로정체감이 진로자기조절과 전공만족도에 어떤 영향을 미치는지에 대해 알아보았다. 본 연구 대상자는 M전문대 1-3학년 대학생 300명으로 하였다. 조사기간은 2015 .9 .30~10. 7까지 이루어졌다. 연구 결과 첫째, 진로정체감이 진로자기조절에 미치는 영향의 결과는 진로환경조성 18%, 진로몰입의지 27%, 계획 및 점검 18%, 진로피드백 12%, 긍정적사고 22%로 나타났으며 진로몰입의지가 진로정체감에 많은 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 둘째, 진로정체감은 전공만족도에 어떤 영향이 있는지에 대한 결과는 인식만족, 관계만족, 일반만족이 진로결정에 많은 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 이러한 분석결과 대학생의 진로정체감이 전공이나 직업선택에 갈등을 낮추고, 그들이 전공에 대한 만족감이 높아지면 취업준비나 직업선택에 자신감과 인생목표를 세울 수 있다는 결과가 도출되었다. 그러므로 대학에서는 진로정체감을 높이기 위한 방법으로 직업지도프로그램과 진로상담 등에 대한 개발과 연구가 필요하다.

요양보호사의 소진에 미치는 영향요인에 대한 융합연구 (A Convergence Study on Factors Influencing Burnout in Caregivers)

  • 본 연구는 요양보호사의 소진에 미치는 영향요인을 파악하고, 이를 기반으로 요양보호사의 소진감소프로그램 개발을 위한 기초자료를 제공하기 위하여 시도된 융합연구이다. 연구대상자는 G시 소재한 요양보호시설에 6개월 이상 근무한 요양보호사 중 연구목적을 이해하고 자발적으로 연구에 참여를 동의한 대상자에게 2015년 9월 설문지를 배부하여 총 185부를 분석하였다. 자료분석은 t-test, one-way ANOVA, $Scheff{\acute{e}}$ test, Pearson's correlation coefficient 및 Stepwise multiple regression을 구하여 분석하였다. 요양보호사의 소진에 미치는 영향요인은 개인역할 및 일상업무요인 스트레스(${\beta}=.307$, p<.001), 상사관계 스트레스(${\beta}=.186$, p<.021), 자신감(${\beta}=.182$, p<.005) 및 소극적 대처방식(${\beta}=.140$, p<.035)으로 총 27.5%의 설명력을 보였다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 요양보호사의 소진을 감소시키기 위해서는 스트레스를 감소하고 자신감을 상승과 더불어 대처방식을 다양화 할 수 있는 소진감소 프로그램 개발이 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

병원 행정인력이 인지하는 조지.직무특성, 임파워먼트, 직무만족 및 조직몰입간의 관련성 (The Relationship of Organizational and Job Characteristics, Empowerment, Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment Perceived by Hospital Administrative Staffs)

  • In general, empowerment is defined as the motivational concept of autonomy and self-efficacy. Recently, the concept of empowerment is applied to improve organizational staff's job satisfaction and organizational commitment in many organizations. Empower-ment in service organizations, i.e., hospitals, has certainly generated more publicity than any other organizations. The objectives of this study are, first, to measure the degree of hospital employees' empowerment using Spreitzer(1995)'s empowerment theory, second, to analyze the causal relationship of organizational and job characteristics, a degree of empowerment, and organizational performance(job satisfaction and organizational commitment), and third, to offer the strategy for the improvement of job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Spreitzer insists that the empowerment is composed of 4 dimensions(meaning, competence, self-determination, and impact). And he argues that various work-related characteristics is a direct cause of empowerment and the indirect cause of job satisfaction and organizational commitment, mediated by the empowerment latent variable. In order to perform this study, data were collected by self-administered questionnaires from hospital employees working in administrative department of 3 university hospitals in Inchon and Kyunggi-Do region. The number of cases is 181(response rate; 86%). The Collected data were analyzed with SPSS Ver. 10.0 and AMOSV Ver. 4.0. First, to test validity of variables, the factor analysis was used. Second, to test reliability, Cronbach's alpha coefficients was calculated. Cronbach's alpha of empowerment variable is 0.8323 showing that there's no problem in regard to the internal consistency. Also the Cronbach's alpha of other variables are 0.8301 of the degree of perceived control, 0.6705 of job characteristics, O.8787 of compensation, 0.9254 of job satisfaction, and 0.8389 of organizational commitment, respectively. Among the questions of job characteristics, two survey questions are deleted due to lowering the reliability. Third, to test multicollinearity and correlation of variables, the correlation analysis was performed. There was no problem of multicollinearity. Finally structural equation modelling (SEM) analysis was conducted to find the causal relationship of organizational and job Characteristics, empowerment, job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The 16 variables are included for the SEM analysis. The major results of this study are as follows: First, in the case of model fitness, the condition of x$^2$ statistic(92.187) is not fully satisfied, but the indices of GFI(0.912), AGFI(0.863), NFI(0.917) and CFI(0.928) are partially satisfied, which needs to upper 0.90. Second, in the result of hypotheses testing, all hypotheses are accepted and have a positive effect in 95% or 99% confidence interval(P<0.05 or P<0.001) except the effect of compensation variable on empowerment(P=0.082). Third, in regard to the direct, indirect, and total effect of variables, the direct effect of perceived control, task characteristics, and compensation on job satisfaction are 0.728, 2.264, 0.328 and on organizational commitment are 0.094, 1.411, 0.418, respectively. Also the indirect effect of perceived control, task characteristics, and compensation on job satisfaction are 0.311, 0.196, 0.028 and on organizational commitment are 0.210, 0.132, 0.019, respectively. Thus, these findings imply that various work-related factors are direct effect of empowerment and indirect effect of result variables, job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Also These results showed that the workplace empowerment is significant mediating factor of employee's job satisfaction and organizational commitment.

세무공무원이 지각하는 조직신뢰, 상사신뢰, 동료신뢰가 팀몰입과 직무생산성에 미치는 영향 (Team Commitment and Job Productivity Influential from Organizational Trust, Trust in Superior and Trust to Colleague Perceived by Revenue Officers)

  • 본 연구는 세무공무원들을 대상으로 신뢰와 직무생산성의 인과관계를 팀몰입을 매개변수로 사용하여 실증적으로 분석하여 직무생산성 향상을 위한 효과적인 관리방안을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있었다. 분석결과, 세무공무원들이 인식하는 조직신뢰, 상사신뢰, 동료신뢰는 팀몰입에 긍정적인 영향을 미치며, 팀에 대한 몰입정도가 높을수록 직무생산성은 높아져 세무행정업무수행의 효율성을 높일 수 있고 납세자들의 세무서비스만족도를 높이는데 효과가 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 따라서 세무조직관리자들은 조직구성원들이 조직목표나 가치에 대한 강렬한 동일의식이나 애착심을 가질 수 있도록 조직의 주요의사결정 과정에 폭넓게 참여할 수 있도록 여건을 조성해 주어야 할 것으로 판단된다. 또한 조직에 대한 강한 충성심과 자긍심을 가질 수 있도록 인사정책과 조직관리정책을 전략적 차원에서 구체적으로 설계하여 이를 지속적으로 실천하도록 해야 할 것이다.

유치원 교사의 공감 능력이 긍정심리자본을 통해 직무 스트레스에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Kindergarten Teacher's Empathy Ability on Job Stress through Positive Psychological Capital)

  • 유치원 교사는 영유아를 밀접하게 옆에서 보육하는 역할을 하며, 교사의 높은 공감 능력은 유아의 감정 및 의견을 존중하는 데 도움을 주며, 다양한 관계를 긍정적으로 이끌어 궁극적으로 자신의 직무만족감 및 자신감이 향상된다고 연구되었으나 관련한 구체적인 연구 결과는 부족하다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 유치원 교사의 공감 능력이 긍정 심리자본을 통해 직무 스트레스에 미치는 영향이 어떠한지 알아보고, 긍정 심리자본 및 공감 능력을 높일 수 있는 방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 이를 이루기 위해 연구 방법은 서울 및 경기 지역의 유치원 교사 212명을 대상으로 하여 설문 조사 결과를 바탕으로 각 변수의 인과관계를 확인하였다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 유치원 교사의 공감 능력 중 정서적 공감 능력이 긍정 심리자본의 각 요소에 모두 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 공감 능력 중 인지적 공감능력이 긍정 심리자본의 각 요소에 모두 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 유치원 교사의 긍정 심리자본 전체와 직무 스트레스에 영향을 살펴본 결과, 자기효능감과 복원력에 부정적인 영향을 미친다고 나타났다.

Association between exposure to violence, job stress and depressive symptoms among gig economy workers in Korea

  • Background: Gig workers, also known as platform workers, are independent workers who are not employed by any particular company. The number of gig economy workers has rapidly increased worldwide in the past decade. There is a dearth of occupational health studies among gig economy workers. We aimed to investigate the association between exposure to violence and job stress in gig economy workers and depressive symptoms. Methods: A total of 955 individuals (521 gig workers and 434 general workers) participated in this study and variables were measured through self-report questionnaires. Depressive symptoms were evaluated by the Patient Health Questionnaire-9 when the score was greater than or equal to 10 points. The odds ratio with 95% confidence interval was calculated using multivariable logistic regression adjusted for age, sex, working hours, education level, exposure to violence and job stress. Results: 19% of gig economy workers reported depressive symptoms, while only 11% of general workers reported the depressive symptoms. In association to depressive symptoms among gig economy workers, the mainly result of odds ratios for depressive symptoms were as follows: 1.81 for workers type, 3.53 for humiliating treatment, 2.65 for sexual harassment, 3.55 for less than three meals per day, 3.69 for feeling too tired to do housework after leaving work. Conclusions: Gig economic workers are exposed to violence and job stress in the workplace more than general workers, and the proportion of workers reporting depressive symptoms is also high. These factors are associated to depressive symptoms. Furthermore, the gig workers associated between depressive symptoms and exposure to violence, job stress.

노인 심부전 환자의 건강 문해력에 따른 심부전 지식과 자가 간호 (Relationships between Health Literacy, Knowledge and Self-Care Behaviors in Elderly Patients with Heart Failure)

  • Purpose: This study was to investigate the relationships between among health literacy, knowledge and self-care behavior in elderly patients with heart failure(HF). Methods: 166 patients (age ${\geq}65$ years) with HF were recruited in a cardiovascular center of an university affiliated hospital. The structured questionnaire included Health literacy, Dutch Heart Failure Knowledge Scale, European Heart Failure Self-care Behavior, Self-Care of Heart Failure Index. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, Chi-test, Pearson correlation analysis, t-test and ANCOVA using SPSS/WIN version 21.0. Results: Participants with the high level of health literacy were more likely to be younger (p=.001), men (p=.001), with more education (p<.001), and have a job (p=.004), and with a higher economic status (p=.005). The positive correlations between the level of health literacy, knowledge, and self-care behavior were confirmed (p<.001). Participants with the high level of health literacy showed higher level of knowledge, more self-care behavior for health maintenance, and confidence. Conclusion: This study shows that the level of health literacy may influence knowledge and self-care behavior in elderly patients with HF. In order to improve self-care behaviors in elderly patients, a strategic nursing approach based on the level of patients' health literacy needs to be considered.

치과위생사의 우울증상과 직무스트레스와의 관련성 (Work-related stress and depressive symptoms among dental hygienists)

  • Objectives: The aim of this study was to investigate the association between work-related stress and depressive symptoms among dental hygienists. Methods: This survey of dental hygienists was conducted in Gyeonggi province, South Korea. Total of 198 dental hygienists were interviewed in 2014. The occupational stress was evaluated by depression symptoms, which was assessed by the Beck Depression Inventory Scale. To estimate the odds ratio with 95% confidence intervals, logistic regression model was used. Results: Depressive symptoms were reported 46.0%(n=91) among dental hygienists. We found that the work-related stress increased with age, smoking(OR=5.16; 95% CI 1.73-15.3), and those who had the poor perceived health status(OR=4.22; 95% CI=1.50-11.86) was associated with the risk of depressive symptoms. After controlling potential confounders, such as dental hospital(OR=11.05; 95% CI=1.02-118.9), 5-7 years time since first employment(OR=0.15; 95% CI=0.03-0.89), and the group with the high job stress(OR=2.84; 95% CI=1.22-6.79) showed higher risks of depressive symptoms than did no depressive symptoms. Conclusion: Our findings suggest that the risk of depression appears to be related to age, smoking, self-reported health status, type of dental facility, years of practice and the stress of job.

경력단절여성의 재취업 예측요인 (The Predictors of Reemployment on Career Interrupted Women)

  • This study was conducted to identify factors which predict and discriminate women' reemployment. 288 married women whose careers had been interrupted for more than 1 year and 287 married women who re-entered into the labor market within 5 years were surveyed. Collected data were analyzed by logistic regression analysis. In the personal factor(reemployment need), proximal context factors(career barriers, family support and expectation for reemployment) and background context factors(SES, family life cycle), background context factors were revealed not to predict significantly women's reemployment. Secondly, in the case of proximal context factors, it was found that 'expectation of family members for reemployment' and 'sharing family care' had strong effects on reemployment. And compared with interrupted women, reemployed women were less likely to perceive career barriers. Specifically, they showed lower expectation to their job and status which they would achieve, less perceived gender/age discrimination in labor market, and had more confidence that they could find a job. Finally, with regard to the personal factor (reemployment need), the lower women had self-actualization need, the higher economic need, and the higher social need, it was highly likely to classify into reemployed women. We discussed the way to improve reemployment of career interrupted women based on above mentioned findings.
